Lucifer demands answers. Explain what is going on. Once you've told him about all the twins and triplets in your family, he's trying to figure out how this is even possible. He always thought such things were rare, but here you all are.

He tries to keep everybody's name straight, but he messes up sometimes. It's not from lack of trying. Actually keeps a little notebook with a list of everybody's name in an attempt to keep track of them. This doesn't really work all that well when everyone looks the same, though.

He never confuses you for one of your family members. No, he knows which one of you belongs to him.

Mammon

He is immediately flustered. How is he supposed to act around all these slightly different versions of you? They all remind him of you, but they're not quite you and he's so confused.

Since we all know he has feelings for you, being around so many people that look like you makes him nervous. He has to try even harder not to give himself away. Pretty much just constantly blushing.

Please stay by his side, MC. He doesn't want to lose track of ya. Not that he would ever mistake anyone else for you, but it's just hard for him to find you again if you go too far.

Mammon likes your family just fine, but being around them all is kiiiind of stressful. Doesn't remember anyone's name. Uses yours almost every time even though he knows he's not talking to you. It just comes out, he can't help it!

He's not too terrible at remembering who is who, but he's not really great at it, either. He certainly never gets you confused with anybody, but everybody else kind of blends together a bit.

If you've got any family members that have similar interests to him, Levi will get all their names correct every time. This helps him to keep everybody else straight, too.

He's fascinated by your family of look-a-likes, but he definitely thinks you're the best version. He might try to actually say that to you, too, but he's going to be blushing like crazy while he does.

Satan

He's never seen this many twins, triplets, and quadruplets before. He's going to ask a ton of questions. He wants to know how this is even possible. -Tell him you understand the science behind it, MC, because it's fascinating. If you don't know the specifics of how the genetics of such things work, he's going to read a bunch of books about it as soon as he gets home.

He gets everybody's name right. He never mixes anybody up or confuses anybody for anybody else. How he manages to do this is a mystery to everyone, even you. It likely has to do with his ability to retain details.

Since he's capable of keeping everybody straight, your family loves him. It's nice to finally have someone who doesn't get you all confused all the time. He's a little baffled because to him it's not a big deal.

Asmodeus

He has so many ideas. Please, he just has to have a fashion show or photo shoot with all your lovely family members! He's always wanted a crew of models that are just as lovely as you!

Another one who never gets anybody mixed up. Asmo is able to do this because he's a social butterfly and somehow connects everyone's appearance to their qualities and interests. He's just good at it, you know?

He wants to do everybody's hair and paint everybody's nails and any one of your family members who agree will find themselves looking fabulous in no time.

But don't worry. He will make sure to pay extra special attention to you. He's in love with your entire family, of course. How could he not be especially when they all look like you? But you'll always be his favorite, MC.

Hey. You have a twin, too? Do you guys have twin telepathy like him and Belphie? He's going to have a lot of questions for your twin specifically because he knows what it's like to be one.

Of course, he doesn't look exactly like his twin and that part's a little confusing. Also, MC, do you realize that all of your family members look the same? What's going on with that?

You'll have to explain who is twins, triplets, or quadruplets with who. He'll try to keep them all straight, he really will. But his success rate is kinda low. Gets most of them mixed up with each other.

He never gets you or your twin mixed up with anyone else, though. He gets that, so it's easier for him to understand. Thinks of your twin as "MC's Belphie" forever after.

Belphegor

Okay. He obviously knows about the twin life, but this is kinda overdoing it, don't you think? He knows your family isn't like this on purpose (at least he doesn't think so), but wow. It's kinda chaotic.

Surprisingly good at keeping everybody straight. He doesn't try too hard and he still messes up, but he's better at it than some of the others.

He also wants to know if you have twin telepathy. What about the triplets and quadruplets? Do they have it, too? He imagines that having quadruplet telepathy would be pretty noisy.

In the end, he likes your family fine, but he prefers you. Content to just sit beside you while you interact with your many family members. Probably falls asleep on your shoulder as you do so. Sorry, MC, but your family kinda tires him out.

This is a good carcar fic, but what i like most is how witch's are how they're portrayed in the fic, so here.

Witch reader who's a private contractor and was hired by the fia, seeing how the old one was incredibly biased and did a shit job with the drivers they didn't like, makes it a mandatory thing to have a quick check up (and also check ups on media day and quali) an hour before the race and see's that logan has all these hex's and even a curse on him and no one's said anything to the poor guy.

I forgot where i was going with this, if you have an idea of how to make it better go for it.

you're actually kind of excited when you get asked to work with formula one drivers. the poor secretary who'd been in charge of hiring you sounded genuinely distressed when they told you what had happened with their old witch doctor.

you didn't know the extent of what they did. just that they'd only really paid attention to the drivers they wanted to win. you had no way of knowing just how much they'd neglected the other drivers until your very first checkup with them. as a general rule of thumb, most clients would be fine with anywhere from monthly to yearly checkups, depending on their occupations. but you always insisted on celebrity clients having regular checkups. they were far more susceptible to fan-made blessings and charms and hexes and, for the particularly unlucky soul, curses.

many of the spells were well done and harmless. you'd untangled charles from a few too many rookie enchantments made by his adoring fans more than once already in your very short tenure. the previous witch doctor had, apparently, not only been biased, but very clumsy with their work. you had to spend hours with each driver just to untangle all the half-unspun blessings wrapped around them.

logan was the last driver you saw. the further down the previous season's driver's championship you went, the more tangled the drivers were. when you saw him and the absolute mess of magic surrounding him, you scheduled a check up of his garage. it wasn't technically part of your job description. you were just certain that someone with that many hexes and even a curse on him would have similar things on his car.

you'll ramble a bit about all the magic on him, thinking that surely logan must know about it. there's so many spells you imagine it must physically weigh him down. hell, you can even see it in the slouch of his shoulders and the bags under his eyes. but then you mention the curse on him and logan freezes. he'll blink at you owlishly before sputtering "curse?!"

that's when you realize how neglected he was.

you pause and reevaluate. you'll sit logan down somewhere comfortable, maybe even give him a stuffed animal one of your previous clients' children gave you and helped you charm. it takes a while to explain his situation to him. it takes even longer to start untangling and sorting all the spells attached to him. you swear, all that magic is like a mess of charging cables, or maybe even wired earphones. it takes you at least three times as long as the other drivers to get it manageable. you need a break before you can get him fully fixed up.

logan's still a little in shock. how had the other witch doctor never done anything, if it was as bad as you said? he'll stand so perfectly still for you while you're working. he's almost holding his breath. you look so concentrated, he's terrified that even the slightest twitch will make you mad at him. it's not until the end of your first session that he'll realise how much lighter he feels. he can see how much working with the magic tires you out.

he asks if he can buy you lunch. you'll talk over a sandwich in the williams hospitality. maybe you even have special energy bars for magic overloads so you don't burn out. (sorry i love magic that has consequences for the user. like extreme fatigue if you don't take breaks) it's nice to talk to him. logan's a lot happier when he's not weighed down by over a year's worth of clumsily managed spells.

the second session is much easier. the curse has been removed, the hexes found and excised, and now all that was left were a lot of blessings and charms that had either been cast clumsily or had been meddled with by the previous witch doctor. you don't remove any of them. you'd never disrespect another witch like that. you just tighten them up a bit. routine maintenance is a common part of your job as a witch doctor. especially with high profile clientele.

you and logan talk and banter throughout the whole second session. you learn about his dog, joey, and his brother, dalton. he learns about how you became a witch doctor, and a few stories from growing up in a family of witches. it's almost easy to forget that you're managing months of magical medical neglect. around half way through he'll blurt out, "go out with me?"

you'll get to his car tomorrow. tonight, you and logan have a date to plan.

Yesterday I had a surgical procedure where they stuck some really big needles into my spinal column while I was under anesthesia to inject steroids. Still feeling pretty achy and not great, but big needles will do that to you lol.

Anyways on to the good stuff.

I’m going to start with getting into Morpheus and then Reader’s perspectives, to add context.

I’ve mentioned before about how I’m approaching Morpheus as a very old fashioned/proper being used to a specific standard and protocol when it comes to interpersonal relationships of all kinds. Not only is he a royal king, but he’s also an ancient god who follows ancient rules (for the most part). As a king and a god, he wouldn’t be beholden to any of his partners or feel a sense of accountability from them. They just weren’t equals. He could do as he pleased and demand what he wanted and they couldn’t. His past marriage with Calliope and past romances with Nada, Killala, and Alianora reflect this. (I also want to emphasize that the reason why Morpheus behaved this way in the past in treehouse is because that’s simply the way he learned how to behave in relationships. That was custom, both in the Waking world, which affects the dreaming, and the custom when it comes to royalty and people in power in general. And he was/is a selfish being so this feeds into that for him.)

He does truly love Reader and want to marry her, but the only way he knows how to love her is how he loved people in the past, which was dysfunctional/neglectful/toxic. Morpheus never learned how to be another way.

But he wants Reader more than he’s ever wanted anyone else and is like, if I can obtain her and secure her to me, everything else will fall into place! A lil delulu lol, but he’s not the god of thinking shit through.

On the other hand, Reader is a modern woman. Not just a modern woman, a modern woman who walked into this relationship with the expectation of modern treatment. Being treated equitably, being mutually responsible and accountable towards one another. Complete trust, honesty, and respect.

She’s not truly opposed to marrying him, but she’s less concerned with the “marriage” part of this equation as she is about the parts of a relationship that make a marriage successful. Can she trust him, will he remain true to her, will he protect her and not mistreat her, will he remain obsessed with her and not grow distant or bored. That’s where Morpheus’s one track mind and her clash.

She wants this relationship but on her terms, not solely his, from a position that can be negotiated from.

While Reader clearly isn’t secure in their relationship at the moment, she’s secure enough in herself that she isn’t afraid to hold Morpheus accountable even if it might jeopardize their future.

Spoiler alert - she does eventually agree to marry him and they have a fairy tale wedding before the baby is born and I’m sooo excited hehe.

But right now they’re essentially going through marriage negotiations, as royalty once arranged marriages. But they’re not negotiating over alliances or land or titles, Morpheus finally has met his match who wants something much more important than those things.

And every time she refuses Morpheus, he comes back with a better offer, so to speak. He’s already learned he can’t dazzle her with jewels and gold and things. He has to actually change for the better as a person to keep her. (More Hades and Persephone influences!)

(The way I see it, Calliope’s royal father, King Zeus, would have done all of the negotiating with Morpheus over their marriage. That’s what was done in Ancient Greece and what was/is done all over the world. Negotiating over the possession of Calliope, taking her from her father’s house and adding her to Morpheus’s house (aka family). This is a scenario that naturally lent itself to objectifying Calliope, placing her on a lower status to her husband.)

Reader is a very very special character to me. Not only does she represent me and how I view the world and how I view other people, she also represents the person I wish I could be and the strength/courage/bravery I wish for all people. By giving her her happy ending that she acquired on her own merits and strengths, not by compromising who she was but because she stuck to her guns, I hope to give us all a future where we love and are loved for who we are, not in spite of it.

BIG BLOG UPDATES AND CHANGES. IMPORTANT. PLS READ

REGULAR REQUESTS:

Starting January 1, 2024 I will be deleting all my WIPs. Any request that is currently in my inbox will be deleted.

I thought about this long and hard and it’s something I’ve been thinking of doing for a while now; it started with me slowly deleting a few that didn’t inspire me, but now I think I just need a fresh start

And I just thought I’d remind everyone that my requests are now suggestions. So if you request something there is no guarantee that I will be able to write it for you

I’d like to start writing things that truly inspire me and maybe even sprinkle in a few writing with my own ideas

Ik writing in here is a hobby for a lot of other writers, but it’s my ultimate goal to one day have my own book published. This blog is just practice for me to write and honestly it became my safe place that I created after my aunt passed away, and I feel like I’m slowly losing that

With all that said, I’ll be leaving my wips up until the end of the year if you can’t remember what you requested, you can try and resend it in to see if ill be able to write that for you or not

URGENT REQUESTS:

Starting next year my urgent requests will be limited. I’ll have 3 urgent request spots open each month. Once they fill up, that’s it for the month

I’ve had so many events that had to be pushed back for months because I keep receiving endless urgent requests at a time. I know some of you really need it for comfort but other are just abusing them to get their requests written faster and this is the only solution I can come up with

If I’ve already written a requests regarding your topic, I’ll probably respond to your request with links to posts I’ve already written regarding that topic. I’ve written about suicide, self harm, depression, etc SO many times and I’m starting to run out of unique ideas. And it’s honestly not super great for my mental health to write stuff like that so often.

However if you urgently need a request about a topic like that, that I’ve written about already (so long as you’re requesting it for a character I haven’t used that topic for yet) and you can give me an idea that helps me out then I’ll do it. Bc I know these are issues that a lot of ppl struggle with and I don’t want to just ban those kinds of requests at all

Also please give me a short reason as to why this request is urgent. If I don’t think your request is urgent, I won’t be writing it. I’d like to save these spots for ppl who realllllly really need it and could be helped with this. And ofc any urgent requests that make me uncomfortable or topics that I know nothing about and don’t want to offend anyone with accidentally, I also won’t be writing.

And lastly with urgent requests, a thanks would be great. I’ve written like 10 urgent requests in the last few months and I’ve only heard back from one of them. It’s discouraging to write something for someone that they labeled urgent and then never hear a word from them again. No thank you, no feedback, nothing. A quick thanks would mean the world to me and encourage me to continue writing urgent requests for you guys. Pls and thank you

Rules/About

I know that as a minor, it's really hard to find roleplays with other minors. (I was just trying to find some today and- most of the people on here are adults, so it's hard to find people in your age range especially if you're under 18.

If you are over 18, please don't interact with this blog! There are plenty of blogs to help you find roleplays if you are over 18 (I would know, I've stumbled upon a lot of them).

1. Be 13-17. I know there may be people younger than that on Tumblr, but- honestly there shouldn't be. And I always find it hard to find people to roleplay with in this age range.

2. Add your age/age range, as well as the ages you want your partner to be, so that people who are searching for roleplay partners can find you easily.

3. Add ways to contact you, whether by sharing some other social (Discord, Instagram, Snapchat, or your Tumblr). If you want to stay anonymous, just say "like this post and I'll contact you" or something like that :)

4. Specify fandoms you're willing to do and ships from the fandom (full name of ships, fandoms, and characters), or if you want to do ocs (self explanatory I think)

5. Also specify your pairings gender (like if you only want to do bxb, bxg, gxg, trans male x male, it doesn't matter, etc)

6. Add how literate you want your partner to be! So everyone is clear, roleplays that are like

*John walked up* Hey

will be "starred roleplays"

John walked up. "Hey."

will be "non-starred"

People who write one sentence or less are non-literate, those who write two sentences to two paragraphs are semi-literate, and any more are literate. (This is just to make it easier as one person's definition can be different from another's). Also add if you do first person, second person, or third person roleplays. (Also I'm really tired so this is a simple way of writing it).

7. Please don't be graphic in your requests! This includes graphic nsfw (which you technically shouldn't do but hey, not on me to judge), as well as graphic violence and gore. Please talk about that in messages with your partner.

8. Please write your triggers! And possible things that might trigger others (although you can't know everything, you can still try).

9. Absolutely no requests with incest, pedophilia, or huge age gaps (like 12 year old and 18 year old characters in a romantic roleplay).

10. If you'd like, you can also add general requests for partners (I want them to be a girl, I'd like for them to be able to speak Spanish, i prefer to rp with anime face claims, i prefer to rp with ocs) but this shouldn't be used for malicious purposes, and you have to understand that people don't have to abide by these rules (as they're just suggestions. If you want a rule to be followed, be specific and also ask your potential partner directly).

11. If you want, add favorite tropes, AUs, etc! That'll help.

12. Don't be afraid to share a bit about yourself! That'll help you find someone with a similar interest as you other than roleplays.

13. Wait at least a week before resending the same ad. I don't want to clog up the requests with the same thing over and over (You can send asks for different stuff, you just can't ask for the same thing more than once in a week). (And to add to that, please don't ask "have you posted my ask yet/how many asks are in the inbox/etc" as I do not have the time for it).

14. Homophobia, racism, misogyny, sexism, etc will not be tolerated.

15. If there is a post that you think breaks these rules, please send me a dm! There is a high chance that I just didn't realize.

16. If someone you find through this bullies, harasses, or does anything inappropriate to you, message me (with pictures or something as evidence) and they will be blocked from being able to interact with this blog.

Omg, hi anon! Thanks for resending because I started to answer your other ask (the correction where you said you don't know how it autocorrected Howard to The City lol) and now it's somewhere lost in my drafts lol...I have so, so many drafts....Onto the ask!

So, as far as we know, Howard Stark in the MCU is an only child. In the comics (616 at least) he had a brother, but there's no mention of him having siblings in the MCU! I also don't headcanon him having any siblings growing up...I've said this before, but I don't have the creative chip in my brain that allows others to just, think up a bunch of headcanons for the characters they like lol. But, I will try going into the next question!

So, Howard and his parents. Unless there's something I'm forgetting in Agent Carter that points to him contacting his parents, I've actually held the belief that he might have gone no contact. And I don't even think it may have been....full intentional or out of spite. I think Howard left home and his parents at some point, build a life for himself and maybe avoided thinking about his parents or just didn't see a point in reaching out to them after so long. Or maybe near the beginning, he tried a few times, but let's say the conversations were....stilted at best, and eventually he stopped calling. That fits more with the Howard I have in mind.

Hi, this is Chantal again. I'm not sure if you got my first ask, I still have it saved if you need me to resend it, but if you got it already, this is just an update on how things are going (tw for alcohol, chronic health issues, and death).

So my situation has gotten way more difficult lately and it's all connected to family issues. I mentioned in my first ask that I had a relative near death, it was my uncle (husband of the aunt who copes by drinking). He passed away (making it the second death I've had in my family in only 3 months). And once again I had to go through an extremely emotionally draining and disturbing funeral.

Now my aunt moved in with us. She brought alcohol into the house and she's constantly making references to drinking, including making a joke where she said alcohol is the "over-the-counter version" of an anti-anxiety medication. And now my mom is set to have surgery later this month. She's been in a very bad mood lately because she and my aunt get into a lot of disagreements. If I'm getting along with my aunt while my mom is mad at my aunt, my mom takes it as us supposedly teaming up against her. But if I get my aunt upset while my mom is on good terms with her, then my aunt complains to my mom about me, and my mom gets angry at me for not being nicer to her (even if it's just something like me responding in a less cheerful way than usual thanks to being tired, stressed, or in pain).

Basically everything from the first ask is still the same (my schedule is even worse now with my aunt living with us since I feel like it's really disrupted things, I'm getting frequent pain episodes, experiencing physical flare-ups from the intense amounts of emotional/mental distress I'm going through, and still don't have a doctor). I'm still feeling a huge amount of guilt over how I let my mental health negatively impact my physical health. And it just feels like I'm constantly overwhelmed and don't know how to handle anything since no one around me copes in healthy ways either and I feel extremely alone and hopeless. I am sort of back to work but I'm constantly feeling distracted, less productive than usual, underconfident in my abilities, and I'm always panicked about messing up. I feel like this can't last forever but at the same time it really does feel like it's one awful thing after the next and I can just never get a break. And I don't know how I should deal with things because I just feel like a mess beyond hope and shit keeps happening.

I'm so sorry to hear that things have gotten worse since you last wrote in. I'm so sorry for your most recent loss. It's understandable that the funeral was draining for you.

It sounds like the relationships between you, your mom, and your aunt are becoming complicated as well, and they seem to be unable to recognize that you tend to have a more neutral stance whereas they either see you as for or against them, which only creates more conflict between each other.

Please know that there's no need to feel guilty for your mental health impacting your physical health because sometimes you can't necessarily prevent that from happening. I think it may be helpful to focus less on how your mental health is impacting your physical health and more on what's impacting your mental health to create that chain effect, identifying a root cause (or several, because there are many things).

I think in times like this it can be hard to remain hopeful that the future will be calmer for you. If possible, you may want to look into some mindfulness exercises as well as some self care practices to at least temporarily help relieve the stress of everything that's been going on for you.
