didn't have anything to say about the new pjo series when i watched it because i felt quite literally nothing watching it it was just very bland and unfunny which is super unfortunate because i feel like all the pieces were there to have a really stellar series but i'm watching a video essay on it that tears into hades specifically and actually like yeah. that one was one of the most egregious things.... hades is one of the most complex and compelling gods to me i love how he's written and how delicate all the scenes and relationships with him and his children feel (excluding tsats) and all of my interest in nico potentially getting put in the show vanishes thinking of how they'd write nico with a dad that's written and directed like the dude that plays hades in the show 😭 diabolical

so true of me but also Nico is totally the head barista and he pretends to be so aloof and cool but takes it SO seriously and is a huge coffee nerd! also i think rachel would get really into making scones and she makes a new sweet and savory flavor for each day!! hazel bakes everything else and also curates a lot of the materials and goods in the shop
