LEFTOVER WORDS ZINE

When I write poetry, I usually jot down a short comment to the stuff I´ve just written afterwards - to reflect or just as a reminder or kind of diary entry I can come back later.

Most of it is pretty boring, but some is actually funny/interesting/weird enough to put it in a little mini zine ^^

I´ve decorated the photos with some doodles from designsyndrome (he has many freebies and a lot of cool inspiration). I hope you find some joy in it!

Happy Birthday, Ceres (M)!

It's a little bit late but it was Ceres (M)'s birthday on January 4th! His birthday (01/04) is the opposite of his namesake's birthday (Ceres original) of April 1 (04/01). His birthday is also close to his father's birthday of Jan 1 (01/01).

He's lowkey becoming one of my favourite Lei x Vail child 🥺 He's the babey of the family. Also he just looks really cool? When I drew him he always has such cool vibes TM

His older sisters Mingxuan (in the green text) and Yuelan (blue text) bought him that coat. They also bought him the same coat in green plaid because they love him and spoil him 🥺 Yes Yuelan is being very tsundere about it.

He's very heavily doted upon by the rest of the fam as he is the youngest child

His fave cake flavour is white chocolate.

Unlike his father he has poor alcohol tolerance, so he does not drink. He is a juice drinker and loves sweet things.

He started dyeing his hair when he was 16 and occasionally needs to return to his nat hair colour if his hair is dying

Has a pretty solid skincare routine taught to him by his sisters and mother

A version with his natural hair colour! He sometimes needs to resort to this when the bleach is destroying his hair. I think he looks really good with his natural hair colour... he just looks good in general.

This is him with Vail's hair colour. He probably wouldn't dye it this colour because he likely gets compared to his father too often but I think he looks really good with this hair colour. This is the other coat colour his sisters bought for him :3 They spoil him.

Random + fun notes

I realized that in the bday art of Lei's closest friends -- or in the last two and Lei kind of as well, they both have white turtlenecks as apart of their birthday art (Elise + Vail). So I decided to make all the birthday art of Lei's closest friends this year in 2024 to have white turtlenecks incorporated in the art somehow XD. There is Ceres (April), Gigi (Aug), Lei (Sept) and Elise again (Dec) to look forward to... man so many outfit designs to make all somehow with high necked white tops 🤣🤣🤣 Debating on Flash for his bday art if I wanna give him a white top or not 🤔 he's not a close friend but he's a new friend and one of my faves sooooo maybe it will be a white top but not a turtleneck <- compromise

Relatedly for the birthday art of Lei x Vail kids I plan on them to have black turtlenecks + plaid in their theme colour :3 So I did Ceres (M) with a purple plaid jacket (top) so I'm going to do the twins with black turtlenecks and plaid bottoms :3 Yuelan is a skirt girl and Mingxuan a shorts girl. Already lowkey designed their outfits XD hopefully I'll get to draw their bday art come May~ (They are Geminis -- can you guess the date?)
