and sadly, it’s a breaking point for you. you just wanted one, at least, with your forever partner. and if he can’t give it to you, then he must not be the one for you. you didn’t wanna trap gojo or coerce or manipulate him into giving you the baby you always so selfishly desired, so you leave him.

and how broken does it make him. makes him resent a baby never even conceived or planted, makes him hate what used to be and would have never been.

so i think if dune had come out when i was in like high school, i would've been obsessed, but even if it's not my go to genre, i still thought they were beautiful movies, perfect casts, managed to hold my attention as someone who can barely sit thru movies 99% of the time, the sound design was incredible, 10/10. no complaints.

I also feel like clover keeps bringing up what he did to keep herself from rushing into their relationship, as a reminder to herself about what he did and why she (supposedly) can’t trust him.

It’s the same as watching a scary movie and changing to yourself that it’s not real; she feels like she needs the reminder (as much as she thinks it’s for him) to keep herself safe, to keep herself sane.

But Ben doesn’t get mad every time she brings it up and uses it against him; he takes it in stride, apologizes, and does what he can to make her feel safe, all without making a wrong confession. Like it would be easy for him to grovel, but he realizes that while he is at fault in part, she’s being a bit unreasonable with it because she’s scared. So he does what he reasonably can and should do for her.

Idk I have so, so many feelings about them ugh❤️❤️❤️

definitely, Rengoku Lives stories since it's just the default. It's so fun to fiddle with it. Maybe it's because of the time period or the fact that it's directly from gtg's ideas, it just hits harder. But I've been really liking stories where one or both of them are mystical beings, whether it's the konpon au, dragon tan, fox scholar kyou~ I can't choose, they're all so gooood

🥵 - what are your thoughts about their rank difference? Did you want Tanjiro to study under Kyojuro?

I think their rank difference is interesting because they're both unconventional. Tanjirou doesn't really care about his rank, he uses his breathing technique almost pragmatically, while Kyoujurou has always been destined to be a hashira. Yet, after that, we don't know what he wanted. It was never explained even in vol 0 or the fanbook, and it might be intentional since gtg also had been using the supporting characters pragmatically, but I also love how it adds to the angst factor.

Imagine living your life not really looking forward to the other side of The Death of Muzan when your whole family, your entire life has been designed and curated to defeat Muzan. He's Sisyphus, if Sisyphus is happy.

So what I like about a Rengoku Lives spin is Tanjirou being by his side, not necessarily being the sole reason for him to live by becoming his tsuguko (since getting a tsuguko is the second closest thing we get to his life goa) just like how Tan becomes his living proof in the canon (symbolized by the passing tsuba) but by being his soulmate.

I've written both where Tanjirou becomes his ideal tsuguko (becomes a tsuguko until the end of the story and even learns a bit of flame breathing because he has a talent for adapting different breathings) but I've also written when he stops becoming one (tho this hasn't been uploaded yet I think) because they find their power imbalance a hindrance to their relationship.

In the end, these are just labels to them and I feel in any scenario, if Tanjirou gets to see Kyoujurou the next day, he'll use every excuse to see him. (this made me remember I have an unfinished fic where Kyou teaches Tan how to sumo wrestle post-mugen train)

I honestly don't know~ maybe one of the reasons I'm die-hard for rntn out of all of my ships is because I tolerate most headcanon lmfao even the darkest or dead dovey... idk. I wrote and made some questionable stuff myself so usually, if there's an au or trope I can't get behind, it's just how the author/artist executes it and if I have the energy, I'll try it with my own version. I get to make something I like and rntn gets more content

Like for example, I think Kyoujurou is not as experienced as Tanjirou just because he's older. There's barely anything he accomplished romantically or sexually around those five years gap. He's as young and awkward as Tan. But I can see why people would think that. He's adored by so many people. But so was Tanjirou and I feel, if Tanjirou becomes a charcoal burner for a bit longer, it could be the other way around since Kyoujurou is a bit intimidating.

Hey, maybe he learned everything just from three volumes of shunga and erotic novels!

💤 - what are your feelings about Enmu? Was he an effective villain in the story? Do you like him in AUs?

he's so funny, I don't think I can hate him. He's probably the funniest character gtg has ever made aside from zenino so yes he's very effective!! Overall, Mugen Train is very well made and every character serves their purpose very well. I admittedly have never read a fic with him as a relevant supporting character and I barely used him in my fics but if I ever want to write something comedic, I would love to add him.

hiii moon anon here i have a lot to say but first off: i've been analyzing the title song settle down and i've been listening to it over and over again and is the story gonna parallel the lyrics itself?? "and i don't seem to be having any effect now" like thats… oooh the angst is gonna be delicious. i hope you take this as a compliment when i say this but the whole fic takes me BACK to 2013-2015 YOU KNOW THAT ERA HAHAHA the tropes, the ambiance, the CHARACTERS!! side question: is mark or jisung gonna play bigger roles? or did they just act as plot devices for reader and haechans development. would not mind either way but given the concept of the story i can totally imagine reader coming back and just wreaking havoc on the band. sorry i love mess lol. maybe i'm delusional or maybe its the fact that it's haechan but it makes me more understanding of the character?? i trust you when you say that there's more to rockstar hc than meets the eye, and especially from his perspective it's pretty realistic that he has his guard up when it comes to really connecting with people, and we see his walls slowly crumbling down by the end too. and even in the earlier parts of the story i didn't expect him to have his sweet moments?? i honestly expected him to be worse but god him calling her PRINCESS has me on my knees i will defend reader's choices with my life because i'd do the same, i'd probably still go to the concert by the end she's so much stronger than me helppp (tho DISCLAIMER i would not be doing this for just any man its bc its haechan why i am easily swayed by the little things,,, just like reader), but i liked how she decided to take a step back this time, especially when at that point haechan is basically offering her what she has always wanted, but knowing his past actions it won't be truly easy to hang onto every word said. this is the culmination of every mixed signals and rejection that haechan gave her, and the build up to it is veryyy well done. also im still reeling from reading the fic i felt sooo many emotions and dk how to fully articulate it yet,, maybe i'll come back when i do. i even made a playlist of my own w songs that reminded me of the fic to help me move on (at least until pt 2 gets posted, cant wait tho!!)

oh this question is interesting— i pretty much love oceans the most, if anything. the sound of waves and the chilly wind gives me so much comfort for some reason, and somehow the smell of saltwater never bothered me,, despite my dislike towards salt in general LMAO.

other than that, i think this might sound weird . but i kind of like the sound of the hustle and bustle of flea markets too. they can be kind of overwhelming sometimes because of screaming children and whatnot- but for some reason i enjoy listening to people talking with each other whilst buying stuff sjsklk very odd but it's interesting to see what other people are up to. it's so very fascinating to see the human life evolve and for me that's comforting somehow 😵‍💫

Haikyuu SakuAtsu fanfic recs: series edition ;)

ALRIGHT LOVES, BUCKLE UP! IM FORCING MYSELF TO FIND MOTIVATION LOL

As I was making that cursed SakuAtsu fanfic rec post (it really is cursed, but it’ll get done eventually cause I do love the SakuAtsu too much, when tho? only god know LOL), I decided that if I’m gonna finish it, imma have to break it up. SO that’s why this is our lovely series edition post LOL. Originally, it WAS writers, tags, series, then single fics BUT I decided to scrap tags and even then I was like it’s too long..... And so, this post materialized LOL (mayhaps writers next? who knows anymore cause I certainly don’t LOL). These are ONLY some of the series that I absolutely adore, and I say some because 1) the tag is literally like 4k fics long and I was on like page 20 something and I have SO many tabs open rn for SakuAtsu, so chances are I missed one or five LOL :’((((( and 2) my ao3 account hasn’t been made yet (should’ve done this a looooooong time ago) and so I don’t have them all saved anywhere :( (these just sound like excuses LMFAO) So these are just the ones I saw and was like OOP I LOVE and then added LOL (and so they’re in no particular order hehe). I also didn’t *** any of them cause they’re all so freakin good and even if you randomly chose one, you will not be disappointed.

Terminal Curiosity by favspacetwink, moonlumie (E) // CHECK WARINGS, TAGS, and SUMMARIES!!! this is one of the BEST series I’ve read for this ship and even though I tend not to read WIP, IT’S WORTH IT! Please read ALL the tags before going into any of the fics in this series because there’s some real spicy stuff that may not be your cup of tea!

your highs and lows by astroeulogy (T,M,E) // this fic made me go on a roller coaster of feels from start to (tentative) finish :))) It’s great and I love it AHHHHH The progression in their relationship is just so ajfkjsf, and I just adore how Atsumu just broke(?) during that first fic and the number of double takes he did, v relatable LOL.

Different Kinds of Dysfunctional by DeathBelle (T,E) // I LOVE the entrance to this fic and how it flowed so well. I think Atsumu is characterized really well throughout this series (I could totally see Atsumu bringing the same thing up over and over again LOL), and his development was done beautifully (You just want to make me say it.,,, Kinda, yeah.). I really freakin love this series so please go ahead and read it don’t be shy hehehe.

we call everything on the ice, "love" by awkwardedgeworth (T) // I LOVE this fic omg,,, it’s in series, but it’s only two fics LOL... Anyway, Notte Stellata is one of my favorite SakuAtsu fics and I have reread it way TOO many times and the fanpage fic IS SO AMAZING (AND FUNNY ASF PLS). I really love ice skating AU’s too so this really made this ‘series’ all the more better <333333

know you better & related stories by theglitterati (T,M,E) // this is definitely one of the best relationship development series I’ve read, I love it so much! It really touches all the bases, and the progression is just SO good. It really is the fic version of the get along shirt, extended edition LOL.

flutterbird (a collection of sakuatsu one-shots) by wordstruck (T,M,E) // this series is such an easy pick up because it’s a bunch of one-shots (esp. if you’re not into smut cause there is some), BUT all of them are def worth a read. Personally, the third one, the sakusa kiyoomi listography, is my favorite (cause imma sucker for Sakusa), but that’s just personal preference hehe :)

Atsumu + Sakusa + The National = ? by isaksara (syailendra) (T,M) // this is another stand alone fic series but with AUs :D I don’t even know like most (ie. all) of the references (LMFAO), but I still read all of them LOL. Again, a personal favorite (without any references LOL) is the second one, famous angels (never come through england), it’s really funny and good and I just love it okay?

Better For Us Both by abrandnewheart (M) // (this was CP from my angst fic rec post LOL tho it is slightly edited cause istg my writing style changes every post LOL) THE MUG FIC. There is a sequel and when I saw it, it took me another week to read it cause I was like,,, am I ready to have my heart break again? No LOL. But the sequel is actually not as angst (but there’s still angst), so if you want to be like semi-broken or whatever, just read the sequel LOL (also it’s Sakusa POV HEHE). It’s so sad and it made me physically hurt every time someone even mentioned mugs afterwards (LOL why am I so dramatic but it’s the truth :///). Go ahead and hurt with me. You should read it even if you don’t like angst because you know what they say, no pain no gain :’)

parallax error: angle of inclination by min_mintobe (T) // okay so technically this ‘isn’t a series’, but it is two fic that are related, and what is that if not A SERIES :DDDDD Anyway, I really love this fic enough that I would find loopholes in my own dang post to recommend it LOL. I really love the service ace bet between Sakusa and Atsumu (I do think it is a superior headcannon (it’s hc right?)) but I also love what’s left unsaid by both in each other’s POVs hehe. If you want to go straight to Sakusa’s POV (cause their different POVs of the same fic), here it is parallax error: line of sight. You can read either first, but I recommend you read both eventually :)

to make any other mistake by honeymilktea (rosevtea) (T) // I, myself, am a very big fan of college Haikyuu (tho idk if it seems like that LOL), and this fic is very much up my alley hehe. I really like the idea that they are both TA’s and that Atsumu would totally bribe Sakusa into fake dating him as well as Sakusa wearing his brightest outfits to spite Atsumu.

How Do You Know? by awkwardedgeworth (T) // these fics are both so funny omg. The google search histories, the trial and error, and just everything in these two fics gives me so much dopamine LOL. There’s one POV for both end of the ship, though their tragedies are slightly different.

the human disaster chronicles by firtree (G,T) // is this another Atsumu gay panic fic? Yes, yes it is and I have absolutely no shame in recommending it hehe. I realllllllly like this fic and Atsumu having a break down cause Sakusa didn’t follow his routine? It is the move. Anyway, pls read this series cause like the title suggests, it really is a disaster (but at least there’s love right? LOL).

I Love You (Though it's Inadvisable) by Anubis_2701 (T) // okay the series itself is a wip (as in only one fic for now LOL), but the fic is so good, I couldn’t leave it off :))))) First, I do love a good soulmate AU and although I’m not a big fan on the body switching AUs, THIS one was SO good!!! It gets really cheesy and fluff at the end, but the beginning of this fic was just so immaculate, that we’re gonna ignore how much the ending made me want to stick my head into a hole (cause it was so FLUFF OMG).

The Germaphobe and the Asshole by metaandpotatoes (T,E) // so this series is also actually a WIP, but it’s okay I only read the first and the last one anyway cause they’re basically stand alone’s LOL. This series focuses a lot on Sakusa’s mysophobia, so if you’re not a fan of the hc, you should prolly pass hehe. TBH, my favorite is the third one, Avoidance Behavior, but that’s mainly cause I really like SunaOsa and I love the brother bond in it!

you are the cause of my euphoria by SugarHighs (T) // ajsfljksadhjkdfk is my first thoughts while reading this series cause ATSUMU WOULD. He would start posting thirst trap pics (which really reminded me of Wonho) in order to prove he was the most good looking member of MSBY. Tho, we do love the clowning of one Sakusa Kiyoomi, as done in the third fic (PLEASE NUMBER 17 AND Cheezel). Even if you can’t get yourself to read the other fics, read the third one, 5 Ways To Tell If The Person You're Dating Is The One, for the free serotonin boost plsplspls.

I REALLY love this writer, and this one is so funny but cute at the same time. It’s another two POV fic, but you’ll want to read this one in order hehe. Again, the ending is so FLUFF, that my head wanted to take a visit to the underground BUT ITS OKAY.

affection and acid reflux by volchitsae (T) // so the first fic is ~angst~ but IT GETS BETTER OKAY, happy endings. HAPPY ENDINGS. Anyway, there’s some really cute Sakusa in this one (esp. when he talks to the boy at the village LOVE HIM) and a healthy amount of angst as well. I really like this fic and guess what it is? Say it with me, COLLEGE AU LOL.

how big the hourglass, how deep the sand by volchitsae (E) // did I just recommend the same writer three times in a row? Yup and I think that says something LOL (tbh I like some of their stand alone fics more tho LMFAO but that doesn’t mean these series are bad nononono not at ALL (this sounded sarcastic but that was not the intention LOL)). This one is ~magical~ (v literally) and has some kinky stuff (holy water ftw) in it, so tread carefully :) I would make sure to read the tags before each one because it gets kinda steamy LOL.

^^ if I had to choose between these three, I liked and i press you to the pages of my heart the most just cause the plot was my type LOL. But they’re all good hehe.

a study on you(th) and reverie by sieges (G,T) // this series is such a sad series :( The first two are the only SakuAtsu but the third one is an angst Osamu one so there’s that LOL (and ofc the fourth one is KuniYama (is that their ship name idk)) But the first one is a moving on fic (which I liked) and the second is like basically a fake break up (which I liked more LOL) and both have some nice shares of angst and fluff so choose your battles wisely (or just read both LOL).

Burden of Blame by DeathBelle (E) // CHECK WARINGS, TAGS, and SUMMARIES!!! ah yes, the mafia fic LOL. I REALLY LOVE THIS FIC. I felt so bad for Atsumu the entire fic and yes it is, ATSUMU BEST BOY time. Did I really just recommend this series AGAIN for the THIRD TIME in THREE SEPARATE POSTS? Apparently LMFAO I didn’t even know TBH LOL. I just really like this one,,,,,, okay? But pls Atsumu just here for the ride man cause he BEST BOY. omg no it’s not dumb!! (I’ve never been asked about my writing process so this is exciting!)

this is hard just because i feel like I’ve written all of my fics for different reasons? like I’ve been in a bunch of different fandoms for a really long time and I grew up in a pretty small, conservative town in rural maryland (also catholic but that’s a whole other thing) so i got my hands on every piece of queer/wlw media I could. That being said, I never felt good enough to write about characters that weren’t my own, until I saw Atypical. Maybe it was because I watched both seasons in like a really long weekend? but the first fic I finished and posted was a casey x izzie fic that’s maybe 1500 words. So that really holds a special place in my heart even though it’s probably not the best and I was 18 when I wrote it. 

I’m kinda assuming you meant fic for the wilds but honey put your sweet lips on mine literally got me through the 2020 US elections and it was also my nanowrimo project. Teenage Bounty Hunters was probably the last show I watched before the wilds and it tore me open and put me back together again. This was also the first explicit/smut fic I wrote so I think that was a big step for me. Like I said before I grew up pretty religious, so writing about christian queer girls fumbling around in cars was really healing. Also writing about girls kissing is fun hehe :)

I’m also chronically bad at finishing fics-thanks adhd- and I literally have a google doc of all of my fic ideas (lol remember that harry potter au? rip) and also ideas in my notes app and the stuff i share with my friends on here and twitter. I wrote to see the sun, to paint the sky in 6ish days?? I remember when there were legit like 2 fics in the wilds tag and I think when I posted it, it was the 20th fic lol. I know I haven’t really been posting that much fic (I’m sorry!!), but don’t worry, I plan on sticking around and yelling about these girls for a long long time. When I tell you, I’ve consistently thought about shoni or leatin or the unsinkable eight every goddamn day since december 11th, it’s a problem. I don’t think I’ve ever been obsessed with a show like this since maybe 2015 with Carmilla (God, remember that little webseries), like The Wilds truly lives rent free in my brain.

Moving forward, I don’t want to make any promises about updates or deadlines but just know I am writing (just slowly uwu). However, i’m really excited about my next two leatin fics!! The first one is a one shot that starts in the bunker and continues into their lives post-experiment. The google doc I’m writing it in is called “leatin pain” and idk some of y’all might be mad at me when i post it lol. It’s also based off of an evermore taylor swift song (no I’m telling) so....prepare yourselves now. This is getting long so the only thing I’ll say about the other fic is that if I do write it, it’s gonna be easily the longest thing I’ve written (think at least 25k). Post-bunker au, slow burn, angst, leah and fatin miscommunicating at their finest and everyone else is tired of their shit. Oh, also they all live together in LA because I love found family and I said so.

The title is very very accurate. This fic tore my soul to pieces as I read it. Peter realizing he was gone for three years instead of hours, Peter realizing he has a daughter, the reader having to raise her alone for the first few years, wow that HURTED. But!!! The reader telling Peter she’s pregnant and Peter being so excited about raising his second kid. So bittersweet, absolutely amazing.

The push and pull of knowing Tom is her soulmate but being like “I don’t want to put myself in danger” and then deciding she’d ultimately do anything for the person she has grown to love. Wowza! I cant get enough of this fic I try to reread it often.

Omg, haha - okay, this is actually really neat to hear about, esp because like... idk, OCs aside, I always end up wondering what I would react like in situations like this, because that's a little bit of how I measure how applicable the morality people discuss is in my perspective.

And I feel like personally, I'd probably be grossed out by the worms at first, but in that way where I can generally apply 'out of sight, out of mind,' and/or get over it eventually. And MORALLY speaking, the parasite thing really just doesn't bother me at all. If it acts indiscernibly from a person, then it's a person, idgaf.

See I mostly agree about the woe betide me thing for a lot of characters; be they cyborgs or just people with some aesthetic differences. I mean, I get it in the frame of - yeah some people will still be assholes about that, so angst is understandable from that direction, but just having them? Eh. 

But Tuuya is dangerous simply by existing, because not only do they drink blood but their worms can mind control most other jades, unless those jades are resistant to the drinker parasite (which I headcanon some are).

1. Have you ever woken up after the worms inside your body reflexively acted to protect you from your shitty ancestor and realized that they’d eaten him from the inside out, as well as infesting or eating (or both) every other member of the cavern? 

Did this trigger the realization that you are probably a huge asshole for your abysmal life choices? Did it also make you traumatized from the mental connection to people’s pain and fear as they got eaten and infested and from mercy culling them for their sake and so you didn’t have to feel it anymore? This may contribute to those MONSTROUS feelings you have!

2. Before that, did you want power by any means necessary, even if it meant becoming an undead that fed off the blood of others, which brought a smile to your face because you thought you were better than everyone else and had the right to consume and control them while instilling the fear that if they ever showed mercy to a mutant they’d be interrogated and possibly killed? Darn - this might also be part of the problem, even before you became full of worms.

3. Even while currently doing your best to control yourself, are you aware that technically you see people as food and recently nearly ripped out someone’s throat and used your worms to drain the blood of someone else? 

It’s true they’d tried to kill you, but you’re aware that Most People Don’t Fucking Eat Others and that you didn’t really feel bad about it - which you know isn’t  good, and you know you were only stopped because your boss fire-spritzed you like a naughty puppy.

4. Did you mind control several other jades for hundreds of years to keep your own secrets and those of your adopted daughter? They may not have been harmed or forced to do things they hated, but you still held their minds in your grip and made them stay in your cavern, as well as making them forget things you found inconvenient.

5. While you don’t consider this a bad thing, your writer sure fucking does, which is trying to kill off any grub Vannyns you can find because you have an irrational hatred for your whole line and even though you condemn your ancestor for having used them for his experiments, you’ve decided no others should exist at all, because what if they became another drinker, and what if it was one like you? This MIGHT mean you are a colossal tool. 

6. You are very aware you disgust and disturb people simply by existing, and while you try and put on a normal facade, you feel this is ultimately fake and that when all’s said and done you’re just something that requires at the very least the weakening, if not the outright suffering, of other people to keep existing. You feel that spending time around others is extremely selfish of you because of the danger you put them in and the risk of mental trauma. You do it anyway because you’re chatty and you don’t like to be bored. 

7. You raised a girl who otherwise might have been culled for being lime and you love her, as much as you can dare to believe your love is real and honest, but now having told her the truth, you feel having taken her in when you are what you are is an unforgivable act that was far too harmful to her.

8. You know the worms in you occasionally have feelings of their own that don’t match yours, and it scares you to know they might have influenced you in other ways you don’t even realize, so you feel you can’t be trusted.

9. You know that you chose this, and therefore don’t exactly have a right to be sad about it, when all of this springs from your selfish desire for power and willingness to be a monster - and even though you’ve mellowed with time, you still enjoy being able to use your abilities to fight and subdue people you think deserve it, which you know is Not Great.

probably a lot more than you might expect lmao. outside of the more obvious things like homophobia, racism, and anything along those lines, things that will definitely prevent me from following someone: rp threads aren’t trimmed, all rp seems to be under five sentences & doesn’t provide anything for someone to work with, lots of whining / blatant attention seeking within the first five pages of their blog, their interpretation is so ooc that it’s more like they’re writing an oc than a canon character, the focus of their threads always seem to be their muse / their muse’s issues & angst, or if it looks like all they care about is writing ships and/or smut.

things that will probably prevent me from following someone: no rp threads within the first five or so pages of their blog, more memes reblogged than anything actually written, a lot of ooc posts, or just??? pages and pages of reblogs of their fc shirtless???

3. what current rp trend do you hate?

man, you guys really wanna hear about the trends i hate lmfao. mkay, i got another one: rp blogs that like, almost never actually rp but somehow wind up being way more popular than blogs of the same muse who put in so much effort to their writing & interpretation. like— nothing against people who can’t write a ton or log on often, that’s understandable, but i just… i get really “???” sometimes when i see the popularity of some blogs who write stuff maybe once every two or three months despite being very active every day. there was one i followed for a while that had over 1000 followers but they’d change the muses on their multi like, every two weeks. often without even WRITING any of those muses. the blog basically consisted of reblogs & ooc posts or shitposts about their primary muse.

idk idk, maybe this isn’t a trend even if it’s something i’ve noticed happening more often in the last year, but like… i feel like there are some amazing blogs that get overlooked for these popular ones who put in almost 0 effort and it’s a bummer, man.

12. have you been involved in drama? do you regret it?

no, thank god. the closest to “drama” i ever came to was in my first rpc when i made an announcement that i was leaving my blog and like. bc i was one of the more popular blogs in that rpc at that time, there were some sweet people who were making a fuss on the dash, so one person made a passive aggressive post along the lines of “omg they’re only leaving, it’s not the end of the world” lmfao. i still laugh about that one sometimes tbh

13. have you ever thought about leaving rp? what caused it? what changed your mind?

oh, sure. there’ve been a few times, but generally it’s caused by a really low period in my mental health. my brain exaggerates things and makes me feel like garbage and sometimes rp can make that worse — completely without anyone else intending it, ofc. ultimately though, rp is my main source of enjoyment these days and… a big portion of my socializing comes from it, too. it helps me through hard times more than it worsens them, so i always end up sticking around.

25. are you open to duplicates? why / why not?

it… depends. i’m really finicky about duplicates of my own muses bc admittedly, i get really insecure very easily. when i have a muse that i invest a LOT into, i’m less open to dupes for that reason — the more invested i am in a muse, the more self-conscious i’ll get if i see a dupe around on the dash. that said, if it’s a friend i made via another of their blogs or smth, i’m definitely open to their dupes!! despite my insecurity, i do love getting weird self-meeting threads or twin aus or w/e. there’s also been the odd time where a mun has seemed chill enough that i’ll follow them back and not feel AS insecure seeing their interpretation around on my dash

36. what’s one thing that other people seem to hate that doesn’t bother you?

UHMMM… live action fc icons in threads with animated/manga/whatever icons. my first icon rps were on dreamwidth where i write in panfandom games, so you had muses from all kinds of media formats coming together & interacting. when i came back to tumblr and icons were being used, i… just haven’t been bothered if someone doesn’t have icons to match my animated or la ones. seems like something that matters to a lot of other people though?
