How To Use Linkedin Premium To Get A Job?
Tumblr media
In today’s globalized job market, finding the right international job opportunities can feel overwhelming. But what if there was a tool to connect you with top recruiters, improve your visibility, and help you land a job faster? Enter LinkedIn Premium. Whether you’re in Nigeria or elsewhere in Africa, LinkedIn Premium can be your gateway to working abroad, growing professionally, and achieving your career goals. This guide breaks down how to use LinkedIn Premium to get a job, especially if you're targeting international employment opportunities. You'll learn how to leverage features like InMail, Top Applicant Jobs, and advanced search filters to stand out. Let’s get started.
What Is LinkedIn Premium, and Why Should You Use It?
LinkedIn Premium is a paid version of LinkedIn that offers enhanced tools for job seekers. While the free version of LinkedIn is great for building connections, Premium takes your job search to the next level by offering exclusive insights, messaging capabilities, and visibility features that significantly increase your chances of getting hired. Benefits of LinkedIn Premium for Job Seekers: - Direct Messaging with InMail: Reach out to recruiters and decision-makers directly. - Top Applicant Feature: Know where you stand among other applicants and focus on jobs where you're most likely to succeed. - Job Insights: Get detailed information about the companies, positions, and salary ranges. - Profile Visibility Boost: Your profile will be seen by more recruiters, increasing your chances of landing interviews.
Step 1: Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile for International Jobs
Before you start applying, you need to make sure your profile is optimized for international roles. LinkedIn Premium gives you tools to make your profile stand out, so use them to your advantage. Key Profile Sections to Focus On: - Headline: Add keywords related to your target job roles. For example, if you're looking for a software engineering role in the U.S., use terms like “International Software Engineer | Full Stack Developer | Python Expert.” - Summary: Craft a compelling, action-oriented summary that highlights your skills, experience, and willingness to relocate. This section should reflect why you're the right candidate for international positions. - Skills and Endorsements: LinkedIn Premium allows you to see which skills are most in-demand for jobs you’re applying to. Update your profile to match these trends, and prioritize getting endorsements from colleagues. - Experience: Tailor your job experiences to showcase international work experience, global projects, or skills that are highly sought after in other countries.
Step 2: Use LinkedIn Premium's Job Search Filters
LinkedIn Premium offers advanced search filters that help you find jobs more aligned with your experience and location preferences. How to Use Job Search Filters: - Location Filter: If you're targeting jobs in a specific country, like Canada or Germany, use the location filter to narrow your search. - Top Applicant Filter: This feature highlights jobs where you have a high chance of being shortlisted, based on your profile and qualifications. - Experience Level Filter: Set your search to match your level, whether you're an entry-level candidate or a seasoned professional looking for senior roles. By applying these filters, you’ll save time and increase the likelihood of landing an interview.
Step 3: Leverage InMail to Connect with Recruiters
One of LinkedIn Premium’s most powerful features is InMail, which allows you to message people who aren't in your network. This can be especially valuable if you're applying for international jobs where networking opportunities are limited. Tips for Using InMail Effectively: - Personalize Your Message: When reaching out to a recruiter or hiring manager, always personalize the message. Mention the role you’re interested in and why you’re a good fit. - Follow-Up: After applying for a job, use InMail to follow up with the recruiter or decision-maker. This can give you an edge over other applicants who haven’t taken that extra step. - Engage with Profile Viewers: LinkedIn Premium shows you who has viewed your profile. If a recruiter from a target company has checked out your profile, send them a message to initiate a conversation.
Step 4: Apply to Top Applicant Jobs to Increase Your Chances
The “Top Applicant” feature is exclusive to LinkedIn Premium and gives you the inside track on jobs where you're most likely to be hired. This feature compares your profile to other candidates and identifies roles where you're in the top tier of applicants. How to Identify and Apply for Top Applicant Jobs: - Look for jobs marked as Top Applicant and prioritize applying to those positions. - Use the insights provided by LinkedIn Premium to tailor your application to match the company's needs. For example, if you notice that certain skills are in high demand for the role, make sure to highlight them in your resume and cover letter.
Step 5: Get Noticed with LinkedIn Premium Job Insights
When applying for international jobs, it’s crucial to understand the companies you're interested in. LinkedIn Premium provides detailed job insights, including salary information, company growth, and employee connections. How to Use Job Insights: - Salary Range: Knowing the salary range helps you decide whether the position is financially viable for a move abroad. It also gives you a baseline for salary negotiations. - Employee Reviews: Job insights include company reviews and feedback from employees, helping you gauge whether a company is a good fit for your professional growth. - Growth Trends: Check if the company is expanding or reducing its workforce. A growing company often has more opportunities for advancement.
Step 6: Network Effectively for International Opportunities
Networking is crucial when seeking international roles, and LinkedIn Premium makes it easier to connect with global professionals. How to Expand Your International Network: - Join LinkedIn Groups: Participate in industry-related groups that focus on international work or specific countries. This helps you connect with professionals working in your desired location. - Engage with Content: Share and comment on posts from international recruiters or professionals in your industry. This keeps you visible and builds your reputation within the global community. - Attend LinkedIn Events: Many industries host virtual events on LinkedIn. These events offer networking opportunities, and attending can help you make connections that lead to job offers abroad.

my goal-setting manifesto
So recently @woodswit wrote a super thought-provoking post about struggling with the benefits of loving feeling fit and struggling with external validation regarding fitness and so this is kind of my reference guide for myself about goal-setting and the way *I* need to remember to think about it.
I minored in a very specific form of organizational management in college and a huge part of that curriculum was goal-setting. We were encouraged to make one-year, five-year, ten-year career plans, we learned how to set SMART goals, how to identify what steps were right for you, etc. Well, babies, I did not need this curriculum because in high school we had done this exact same curriculum. SMART goals, college planning, etc. Bitch, I knew how to plan my life and, bitch, I had it planned. I was a very high-achieving and ambitious student—I went after awards, AP scores, good grades, letters of recommendation. The school system I attended was very typical of an American school in that those things were the primary indicators for success and the “quality” of our grades determined our classes (and subsequently our social groups) and myriad other things. I was a “good girl” and bought into and benefitted from this kind of structure immensely.
Well. I also have struggled with severe anxiety and periodic depressive episodes that significantly interrupt my daily life and ability to care appropriately for myself. These disorders reached a critical mass at the midpoint of my college career and, after two very bad semesters (one of which ended with me getting a tiny sexy scar from fainting into a doorway), I realized I needed to make significant changes to my priorities. More specifically, I needed to examine the method by which I was defining and collecting achievement and validation. So, after much therapy (I love u Claire), soul-searching, several glasses of a very good local hard cider, I decided to write out the way I goal-set now that enables me to actually breathe and not spiral into self-hatred.
Why Do We Need Goal-Setting?
I actually think that goal-setting is deeply important. If you are a dreamer, I would even say that goal-setting is essential. Personally, I’m a planner/dreamer and enjoy setting goals. It comforts me. Getting a little organized around amorphous ideas like “I want to be a novelist” or “I wish I could travel the world” allows those things to become attainable.
Process and Product
I would say that there are two ways of thinking about goals:
1. Product-Oriented: This is the type of thinking that was taught in my management classes and is exactly what it sounds like. If you do these steps, then you will get x-result. An example of a well-written product-oriented goal is, “By Tuesday, I need to complete three research reports.” (This is true, and I completed them today motherfuckers.) It’s concise, attainable, and happens within a set timeframe.
2. Process-Oriented: This type of thinking focuses on what you will learn or benefit from accomplishing an activity. When I was teaching preschool, an example of this would be taking the kids for a nature walk or free drawing, basically doing an activity where there is no expected result. There is nothing to achieve, there is no medal. The work and the discoveries you make doing the work is the reward. A process-oriented goal would be, “I want to learn about characterization from writing this story.”
In woodswit’s example, she talks about the benefits that cardio exercise has on her mental health, how much happier and confident she is when she is doing a certain variety of exercise regularly. She also talks about how she used to do intense sports.
In this case, a product-oriented way to frame that discussion would be, “I want to get back to the weight I was when I was playing sports” or “I want to be able to lift fifty pounds again.” You will take smaller steps to reach that product—changing the way you eat, figuring out a plan for to work up to lifting heavier things. But the product-oriented way is ultimately a binary—you will either be able to lift fifty pounds or not, you will either reach the weight you were or you won’t. But the process-oriented way to think about these things would be, “I love biking and want to do more of it. Every weekend this summer, I will bike a different rail trail in my county.” The process-oriented method is less specific, but it takes that pressure away from your performance—in the biking example, the only expectation that is set is that you’re going to travel to different bike trails, not that you have to go to every rail trail in the county or that you have to complete the whole trail when you go or that you have to do it in a certain time, just that you are going to go.
There is space for both of these methods, and they are best used in conjunction with each other. Product-oriented is useful, especially in financial situations. A goal for 2022 is to visit my childhood best friend in her new home, halfway across the country. Say I want to go in May 2022 and I figure out that it will cost me roughly $2000. I should probably set a goal with steps to save $2000 by May. It’s also beneficial for the smaller steps to bolster your path to your big dreams—When I was a kid, playing piano gave me a lot of discipline and I would like to have that habit again. That is a process-oriented way of thinking about playing music, but you will probably need to set smaller, product-based goals to achieve it—you will need to select a song and learn to play it, within that song you will need to master it measure by measure.
When we are trained to reach for product, it is hard to recognize the value of process-orientation. A phenomenal example is my WIP. The story I am writing now has 3% the amount of kudos as my biggest fic. I also had a goal of updating every Tuesday. By product standards, that story is a flop. It has the least amount of engagement of anything I’ve ever written, and I haven’t updated it in like two weeks. However, why do I write? I write because I enjoy it, I write fanfic specifically to practice new skills. This story has stretched my abilities and I’ve grown from working on it. By process standards, it’s the most successful of my fics.
And in terms of bigger life things? Process-oriented is the way to go. Why? Because if the pandemic taught us anything, it is that life is not linear. It is nearly impossible to set a straight path—be it up a corporate ladder or a fitness goal—why? Because life sucks. Someone dies, you become ill, it rains, you fall in love, you fall out of love—minute inconveniences happen every day. Process takes the pressure off of your performance because you can’t perform all the time. This is essential in fitness goals because our physical state is especially ephemeral. Of course, it happens in other areas of life, too. An example: In the autumn of 2017, I fell into the deepest depression I have ever been in before or since. I could not remember to shower, let alone do my anthropology homework. As a result, for the first time, I was struggling to create the basic products—like, you know, homework—expected in my classes. That was even more devastating. Around the midpoint of the semester, I realized that product was not sustaining me and if I didn’t want to drop out or harm myself when I “failed”, I had to change my approach.
Once my classes became less about “I need to feel my Middle East studies requirement so I can get a History degree and get an A so I can get on the Dean’s List,” and I reconnected with, “I want to learn a lot about the Middle East,” the products came more naturally. They came more imperfectly, too, but I was able to complete the product because I put less pressure on making them to a certain standard. It became easier to recommit to my goal of being a college-educated woman when I remembered the why of receiving a college education. In woodswit’s original post, she acknowledges that the definition of intense exercise is different for every individual. But it’s also different for the individual at different points in their life and recognizing that intensity and success are arbitrary standards is an essential part of reframing your goal-setting as being process-orientated.
How Do I Goal Set Now?
I still goal-set and a lot of my goals could be likely defined as product-goals. However, they are all made with a long view in mind—if I set a goal to run a 5K, what am I going to get out of it besides just saying that I can run a 5K? Here are ways that I stay process-oriented throughout:
1. Goal Periods
I have three times of year when I set goals: January, June, and Lent. I will set a date on the calendar every year to sit down and just think about what I want to accomplish just in the next twelve-month period and what vision I have for myself in three to five years. No more than that.
January is when I set my personal goals and June is where I set my professional ones. I keep a spreadsheet throughout the year of experiences I would like to have. I will look to this list for inspiration. In January and June, while goal-setting, I check in with the opposing goals. So, in June, I checked in with my progression on my personal goals. I rethought if those goals were still realistic and if I was benefitting from them and in what ways. Then I recommitted to them or adjusted them to help me reach them.
2. Holistic Goals
Unless it’s curing cancer, there is no single goal worth putting all the rest on hold for. Each goal is a battle, and your life is the war. This is a deeply privileged example but: the goal of living independently the first two years out of college was probably achievable. But the effort to achieve that one goal meant that, like, six other personal and financial goals would not be met. So, I put off my career goals and stayed at home and taught preschool for two years. It meant a delay while it seemed like my other friends were growing up and achieving at faster rates, but the temporary strain of achieving a particular goal is sometimes worth it when it dominos into other opportunities.
3. Goal Bundling
I bundle my goals now as a part of my goals check-ins. An example of this is: I loved studying abroad and would love to spend more extended time in the country I studied in during undergrad. I would love to go to graduate school. Ipso facto, presto change-o, I should look at graduate programs in that country and see if that is an achievable goal.
This post is a good example of all of this lol. Why did I write it? there won't be an audience for it but the process of setting all of these thoughts on to paper was cathartic, creating a reference guide on this topic for myself when I am depressed is important, and that has to, has to, has to be good enough.

I decided to make playlists for Cathala and Tarinne plus explanations for why I chose each song because I entered one of those ADHD fugue states and if I didn't finish this task I would die
Anyway here are the two links (they're youtube playlists because I don't have spotify. I would obviously recommend using an adblocker if you're just gonna watch on youtube) and the explanations for each song are below the cut :) Each playlist is about an hour long.
For Tarinne’s:
1. Foggy Nights: I consider this her theme so putting it first as a sort of intro only makes sense.
2. Here’s a Health to the Company: I think this works as an example of her general disposition. She’s a people person, and always a fan of singing these sorts of songs in taverns, on ships, or what have you. It also kind of feels like a sendoff to soldiers, which I imagine symbolizes her joining the Sentinel Army and quickly thereafter fighting in the Third War.
3. Wartime Prayers: Somewhat self-explanatory, this is symbolizing her seeing war for the first time, but I also included it because the last line transitions SO WELL into the next song.
4. The Hollow: This song is an intro to an album I've never heard so I don't know the context, but I really love it because it sounds like someone praying to their deity and like I mean c'mon. Elune. Tarinne's praying to Elune to guide her through the war. Do I need to elabo-
5. Wave Walker: KILL DEATH MAIM AHAHAHAHA
6. Isil Elun’falo: Just a super rad fan-made night elf song that's basically "wow we sure do love Elune" said in twenty different ways for four and a half minutes. But it ROCKS and I LOVE it.
7. Chewing Cotton Wool: This song is about losing a loved one (I did have to check but yeah that's what it is) and I use it to symbolize Tarinne losing her mom during the war. The last line, which includes the song's title, I especially like. It's referring to how morticians (apparently) put cotton gauze in a corpse's throat and mouth to keep body fluids in and make the face look more natural. So there's a fun fact for you.
8. See U Soon (Song for Dad): Just a short lofi piece to rest a bit, and it was also chosen because the title's in reference to Tarinne growing closer to her dad after losing her mom. She still visits him at his leathers and furs shop in Stormwind fairly often, especially after dangerous adventures. She just wants to make sure he knows she's alright ;-;
9. No Lullaby: Right back into it with a song that I use to represent Tarinne's general feeling of not being able to go home because it's not there anymore. She's felt like this since the end of the Third War, but it's especially strong since the whole Teldrassil thing. But I like the ending, "who said you're on your own," because it contrasts the repeating of "alone" in the rest of the song. And it's kinda like "hey, listen, you're not the only one who feels like she can't go home." I mean that's probably how basically every single night elf feels right now skxnks
10. The Moss: This song juxtaposes classic fairy tales with scientific facts about the world and I love it to BITS. I'm using it here to represent both Tarinne's love for storytelling but also her sort of... part-time historian/archaeologist/conservator career.
11. Rasputin: I just associate this song with her for some reason and this was the best place to put it.
12. Electric Feel: Moving on to focus more on Tarinne's relationship with Cathala now. This is an extremely great and somewhat 😏 song that I also included because the electricity theme is appropriate because Cathala has lightning powers and y'know it's from Tarinne's perspective or whatever.
13. Bedroom Hymns: You know why this is here.
14. Movement: I can't talk about love songs without talking about Hozier, okay. This is just a nice, slower song to relax a bit with.
15. Never Let Me Go: I have an entire goddamn music video in my head with Cathala and Tarinne for this song and it’s very dramatic and emotional and I had to include this song or I’d die. Basically just listen to near the end of this song when she's repeating the title over and over, and imagine the two of them seeing each other at opposite ends of a battlefield after the dust settles and they rush towards each other and fall to their knees holding on as tightly as they can because they got separated early on and each thought the other was dead. Then you'll know how I feel when I listen to this song.
16. Nothing That Has Happened So Far Has Been Anything We Could Control: First of all I love the title, and second of all there's a big section in the middle (1:49 to 2:47) that I like to interpret as the two of them grappling with the fact that they're not really quite sure who or what they're fighting for anymore. Their people, yeah, but there's so many alliances and semi-permanent enemies and only-on-every-other-thursday-enemies all intertwined and the world is just so very confusing and they're trying to make the best of it. Elf school didn’t include international, interracial politics in its curriculum. It did however include how to properly plant trees, and AP calculus (this is a joke).
17. In Dreams: I like to imagine this song is something the two of them would say to each other, as a way of saying “even when everything we know is gone, even when the world ends, I will still be by your side. And if I’m not, don’t fear, for I will find you.” It makes a nice note to end on :)
For Cathala’s:
1. muse: Just a nice lofi intro to get us into things :) I don't see this song as her theme, like I do with Tarinne and the first song in her playlist, but I like it quite a bit. I don't actually really have a theme for Cathala yet, I'm currently going with a version of Way of the Monk from WoW's OST but I'm still looking for something better.
2. Frogs Singing: I included this because it's about just appreciating nature, which works because night elf and also mindfulness and meditation is a whole thing.
3. Tongues: This is a song about feeling distant from your peers which is like Cathala's whole existence! She's this weird mix of two cultures and ultimately she feels out of place regardless of where she is or who she's with. Also the theme with not understanding what people are saying works because the poor woman had to learn Pandaren from scratch and that shit ain't easy. I think blizz said somewhere probably that Common is just a language that EVERYONE knows inherently because Video Game but that's bullshit in my opinion. I'll allow spells that let you understand foreign languages to an extent (Comprehend Languages from D&D lets you understand the LITERAL meaning only, which I like), but every culture and species in the universe knowing Common is silly if you think about it for more than two seconds.
4. Kung Fu Fighting: I'm legally required to include this song. Also I prefer the Kung Fu Panda version, I'm sorry.
5. Harder Better Faster Stronger: I vicariously experience having a great work ethic through Cathala and that's why this song is here because she has 999 Determination and does Too Many push-ups every day or something idk. I was gonna say "every morning" but I have a headcanon that elves only need to sleep every couple of days (sort of a nod to "elves don't need to sleep at all" from D&D, and to explain why NIGHT elves are active at all hours of the day) so that doesn't work.
6. What's Up Danger: This song is Cathala's whole Vibe. Almost zero threat assessment skills in this woman's brain. If it can be punched, she will punch it.
7. Eye for an Eye: Fairly self-explanatory, it's a song about wanting revenge so... yeah. Checked that box. It was this or The Vengeful One by Disturbed but ultimately The Vengeful One's religious symbolism probably makes it fit better as a Tyrande theme lol ("I'm the hand of god, I'm the dark messiah." Did you mean: the Night Warrior)
8. Survivor: Cathala's survived a lot of shit and this could kinda be her making fun of herself for it because "Gods, man! Don't I deserve a break!"
9. Ashes: Really the reason I include this song is the last chunk (2:42 to the end) because holy shit. Listen, if I was gonna include a song with fire motifs, it was gonna be a somber one like this.
10. Into the West: This can kinda represent Cathala just trying to fucking breathe and recover from Teldrassil. Also works because I dunno it has stuff to do with the elves in LotR, I haven't seen those movies in a while. It sounds nice and is melancholy so I included it.
11. Like Real People Do: Cathala loves Tarinne a lot you guys have I ever menti-
12. Into the Wild: Tarinne changed Cathala's world for the better and she's super fucking grateful she has her by her side. Kinda goes without saying but you know.
13. Chasing the Moon: I have a vague music video in my head for this of them falling in love and it's very cute so there's that. Also it's in this specific spot because hey she may be deeply traumatized but she's still got a fair number of things/people in her life that make her happy so :)
14. Follow My Girl: I've got a theme going in my head that while Tarinne is fairly certain of her place in the world, Cathala is still trying to find hers. She outlived all her connections on Pandaria because Elf Lifespans(tm) and the only members of her family still alive are distant relatives she never knew very well.
15. Wish That You Were Here: This works both to represent Cathala on Pandaria feeling super homesick, and for more recently after Teldrassil. Either way, it's a message to her parents and sister.
16. Mr. Fear: She does her damnedest to hide it but she's absolutely terrified something like Teldrassil's gonna happen again! That fear drives her to do everything in her power to protect who and what she can. As long as they're not Forsaken, cause she's still got her biases, that compassion even extends across faction lines. She never really got the whole Alliance/Horde thing anyway. Innocent people shouldn't have to die, regardless of who or what they are.
17. Ordinary Day: Not to get super out there but I think this song works as symbolizing Cathala really trying to hold on to her faith in Elune, but ultimately feeling pretty abandoned. I mean she can clearly see Elune's influence everywhere. But Elune sure ain't doing Cathala any favors as far as she can tell! It also ends the whole playlist on maybe a bit of an uncertain/open-ended note, because this "losing faith" aspect is a new thing with her and will definitely be something she continues to struggle with for a while. On a related note, I should say Tarinne is still very much devout but she gets what Cathala's feeling and doesn't force anything on her, and vice versa. And Cathala wouldn't become atheist, the night elves aren't monotheistic and she still worships all the other deities, it's just specifically Elune she's a little :/ on.

                                     SIMDROIDS MODPACK
It’s finally here! My first mod for TS4!! I’ve poured about 70+ hours worth of blood, sweat, and tears into this bad boy over the past month and it’s fiiiinally done.  This is a mod that I plan to continue to update with new content in the future, mostly in regards to the gameplay aspect of the mod itself.
                                                WHAT IS IT?
Simdroids
is a traits based mod that gives you something a little different to play with, with the options of creating Simdroids to live amongst your sims.
The mod consists of one trait, the
T-4L0S
trait (under lifestyle) that is the basic model of every Simdroid. Once in game, you Simdroid can be programmed to one of 4 different modes; Perfect Partner, Celebdroid, Homemaker, and Manual Laborer.
Basic Model
- The basic T-4L0S model is an all-rounder designed to make your Sims lives easier. They will not experience need decay and will learn all skills at an accelerated rate.
Perfect Partner
- This mode will give your Simdroid whims and interactions that will help them to become a perfect match for your Sim. They will be able to learn skills such as charisma much faster. Due to the social nature of this setting, Perfect Partner Simdroids will experience social need decay.
Celebdroid
- These Droids make perfect celebrities, as they learn all musical and theatrical skills much faster. Their whims will be related to all things creative! They also experience social decay!
Homemaker
- When programmed to Homemaker, Simdroids will become a perfect live-in Nanny! They will take care of children and cook meals for the family, great for when the parents are working late. Their whims will relate to children and taking care of the home. Homemaker Droids do not experience need decay.
Manual Laborer Droid
- These droids will take care of all handy issues around the house and excel at growing a garden. They will learn all handy and gardening related skills at an accelerated rate. Manual Laborer Droids do not experience need decay.
Childroid
- Due to overwhelming response, I implemented a separate trait for toddlers, children and teens, called ‘Perfect Child’. They learn at an accelerated rate and will get whims related to completing homework and learning skills. Childroids will experience energy decay.
They have an option in their social interactions to turn both their hunger and temperature sensitivity on/off.
**Due to technically being a machine, Simdroids do not age. (You can cheat age them up though)
Every programmable option comes with custom moodlets and interactions!
Simdroids will always have a +10 fine moodlet, to keep them at a consistent ‘emotionless’ state.
                                                DEVIANCY
Sometimes your Simdroids will see or interact with something that will trigger an error in their coding, an ‘emotion’!
If you decide it is time for your Simdroid to deviate, and become a fully emotional being, then take your Simdroid to any lot with my custom ‘Simdroid Safe Haven’ lot buff.
Any Simdroid on the lot will get a buff that unlocks a social interaction to begin the first stages of their deviancy. Follow the buffs from there to complete the mini-quest!
If you get stuck or decide you prefer going about a faster route,
read this
for a step-by-step guide on how to deviate!
Deviancy is supposed to be played slowly, to replicate more of a roleplay experience, so just be warned that if you complete all the stages quickly, the buffs will all stack on each other!
After deviating, all Deviants can trigger the first stage of Deviancy in other Simdroids, just with an interaction!
INCLUDED:
- Basic Simdroid trait, with all programmable traits. - Childroid Trait - New Career (Simdroid Mechanic) with two branches (Mechanical Mogul and Blackmarket Bio-Magnate) - Deviation - Many new interactions (not just for Simdroids) - New holiday tradition (Appreciate Simdroids) - New lot buff (Simdroid Safe haven) - 2 frankenmeshed objects (Simdroid mechanic cabinet and basket o’componants) - 1 new female hair, MM swatches, with glowing cable accessories under hats and different bandana swatches under necklaces. - 3 new female outfits - 3 new male outfits (Almost all outfits have emission maps, so parts of the textures glow and flash!
***Need to knows***
- Needs WILL go down if engaging in an interaction that puts a need decay multiplier on the sim. For example, working out will lower hygiene. I hope to change this in an update. - Childroids cannot currently deviate, if people want this, I will put this in an update!
- After all is said and done, this is my first mod, there are probably going to be a few rough edges but I’ve tried to get everything in tip top shape. Please let me know if you experience a game breaking bug or smthn
okay i need to go to bed before i literally die, but thank you sm to all my testers, you guys did an awesome job and i’m forever grateful. I’d tag u all if I wasn’t so tired. Also thanks to like plumbella and sims supply bc i watched all Jesses’ sarah story and all of James’ vampires playthru whilst makin this and it kept me relatively sane lmao

**PLEASE PLACE SIMDROID MOD.PACKAGE AND SIMDROID MOD.TS4SCRIPT IN YOUR MODS FOLDER, NOT IN A FOLDER WITHIN YOUR MODS FOLDER, OR IT WILL BREAK SOME OF THE MOD!
pls @ me or tag me if u post gameplay of this mod! i’d love to see pics and stuff! i follow the llazyneiph tag!

————————————
A/N: HI LOVE @crushzone !!!! I SMILE WHEN I SEE YOU IN MY NOTIFS GIRL I WORKED HARD ON YOURS OF COURSE💖 But no matter whaaaat I’m going to be very authentic in my matchups bc they’re based on compatibility and therefore, without further ado, lemme introduce you to your NEW BAE:
————————————
Tumblr media
KŌTARŌ BOKUTO 🦉
SFW:
so you’re a theatrical makeup artist.
Aight.
Mind if I offer you a word of advice? :
RUN
“DUDE THAT’S AMAZING IT LOOKS SO SICK!”
Startled by someone’s loud booming voice, you smudged the eyeliner you were applying to your actor’s face all over their forehead. Whipping around to see who had disrupted your work you were faced with a beautiful black and grey haired owl. A rather tall... and very attractive ‘beautiful black and grey haired owl.’
He started walking around the dressing room like he owned the place, touching everything.
“Excuse me, you don’t have a badge. You can’t be backstage—!”
“Pretty obvious don’t you think, Miss ________?”
You didn’t take his bait, refusing to give this stranger your name. Bokuto shrugged.
“Well since I don’t know your name I shall label thee—Miss HOT GIRL of the 9 Kingdoms!” He nudged the knight actor who was sitting in your makeup chair with his elbow. “Did I sound 15th century ish or what??” The owl turned to you expecting to be praised. “I had to meet the person who made the medieval vampire look so scary in the last act. But that guy with the lights didn’t tell me anything about you being so hot.”
You were speechless because he was hot too
But he shouldn’t be back here so you tried to shoo him out anyway
He allowed you to try to shove him out but he was way bigger than you so nice try sis
When he yawned while you panted because you weren’t able to budge him an inch....
Bokuto wagered that he would leave if you agreed to make him look like the Hulk with your makeup skills for a Halloween party he had to go to
You didn’t really want to because you were a professional and you had no idea who this owl was but because you had 15 minutes until the second act and you needed peace and quiet if you were going to finish your job!!! ....
( This boy was not peace NOR quiet )
You agreed.... but because you answered so fast Bokuto kicked it up one notch
Prince of pushing his luck (king is reserved for Shōyo‘s extra ass)
He pretended to allow you to push him out of the makeup room a few steps but before you closed the door he stuck his foot between the door so it couldn’t close.
Smiling, he peered back in, looking down at you:
“AND...... you have to agree to go on a date with me. Tomorrow night?”
“Ugh FINE!”
Bo removed his foot and let himself out with a bounce in his step.
SERIOUSLY WHO LET THIS MAN BACKSTAGE......
Needless to say, after a few dates, mans won you over like he wins EVERYONE over
It surprised you how comfortable you became with him but he just has that affect on people
***
In terms of your athletic relationship Bokuto does many things:
He pushes you to go to the gym with him for one
He signs the two of you up for impromptu Beginner 30-day challenges that you both must stick to
So every morning for 30-days straight he jumps on you in bed to wake you up:
“NIN BABY TIME TO HIT THE GYM. BABY NIN TIME TO GET IN SOME SEXY GYM SHORTS. MON BÉBÉ NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNN—“
“Kōtarō, please shut up.”
he doesn’t
He drags you there and eventually you get back into the swing of things.. killing it in the weight room with your supportive man cheering on your every rep!
You don’t even need him to wake you up during the second challenge!
Your volleyball player boyfriend also signs you up (without permission) for the neighborhood soccer team that Akaashi’s girlfriend is already on
You hated it at first because it was uncomfortable going back after not playing for so long but you soon realized that all the girls there were ex-athletes too and not stars
You formed amazing new girl friendships (especially with Akaashi’s gf) and double dates with them were one of your favourite nights of the week!
You owed that happiness in your life all to your Owl 🦉🥰
He and Akaashi came to every soccer game y’all had and you and the three of you went to all of Bokuto’s games, obviously
Btw you all were FITTTTTT OML
***
In addition...
You already know that your man finds your artistic talents insanely fascinating
On your first anniversary together Bokuto gifted you with a new paint set and new French stand:
Tumblr media
Because he admires you Bokuto also tries to draw and paint seriously just like you
You stand over his shoulder and give him corrections and baby owl learns so fast it’s amazing
You two make ‘paint night’ a thing when you move in together and it’s always the most fun event!!!!
Bokuto CONSTANTLY and I mean CONSTANTLY asks for you to add him to the comic you’re writing but you say no because he wouldn’t fit in
He sulks but one day you surprise him by showing him that you drew a cute soaring black and gray owl in the background of almost every outdoor scene in your comic,
you pointed out that it was him
BOKUTOOOO WAS SOOOOO HAPPY
HE WAS SHOUTING FROM THE ROOFTOPS
He called Akaashi right away and almost cried tears of joy hahahahaha
***
Your contingent based lifestyle has saved your reckless boyfriend’s life and career many-a-times
It’s one of the things he loves most about you.
Also, it is important to mention that he is in LOVE with your laugh
Bby owl does anything to hear it and showers your face with kisses when you laugh to draw it out
He loves you so freaking much
When you don’t make sense and speak gibberish in public because your awkward side randomly comes out......your boyfriend loves to make fun of you:
“Huh? Nin, that wasn’t Japanese, that wasn’t Thai and that definitely wasn’t English. What planet is my adorable baby girl from, again? And how do I return her in exchange for a floating space car instead?!”
suh cute
All of Bokuto’s teammates really like you because you work in conjunction with Akaashi which means you actually have the magic ability to get Bokuto out of emo mode even faster than his best friend 🤯🤯🤯
When he’s at an away game in emo mode his teammates will literally FaceTime you and point their phone in his general direction
“Hey, Kōtarō!!!! Look, Nin’s on the phoneeee!”
Bby owl turns around slowly when he was sulking in the corner and when he sees you on the screen he’s running and jumping on whoever is holding your phone.”
“Kōtarō baby. You’re going to stop this emo mode right now. If not I won’t let you paint me nude like we discussed.”
mans was like: 😨😨😨😨🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
YEP the next second you see him hitting his best practice spikes and his teammate thanks you profusely
You do this several times until Kōtarō just knows to not go into emo mode anymore because you won’t be happy
A year into his professional volleyball career The Black Jackal’s coach sent a surprise fruit bouquet to your work one time:
Tumblr media
With a note that read:
To Nin,
Thanks.
Thanks a lot.
Love,
The Team
***
I know you don’t really like people who are considered “too loud” and Bokuto is like...... “MEGA LOUD 🎙 “ but you and Akaashi work together to quiet your boy down as he gets older
He’s perfect
And you love him
***
OKAY THIS IS THE FUNNIEST day THING:
You know how you like standing up for people (even strangers) and stuff?
Well one day, you and Bokuto get caught on a show called WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
Tumblr media
Where the two of you cussed out this cat-abusing actor on the show in a convincing scenario!
It was PRICELESS
Bokuto literally tells everyone that y’all are movie stars because of it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
***
More in the relationship:
Bo is always singing with you 💞 when y’all make breakfast it becomes a national sport to sing at the top of your lungs!!
And when he sees you eat chips with chopsticks he’s pulling a Hinata “🤩🤩🤩” face .
He begs you to teach him how
So you try
......and try
..................and try
He can’t do it bruv 😞
You see bby Owl’s emo mode return for the first time in like a year when the chip shatters between his sticks again
This time, you have to enlist Akaashi as the FaceTime saviour and Keiji just tells him:
“Bokuto. You should prefer eating chips with your hands anyway. It gets to your mouth faster.”
cue Bo’s 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 face
........And all is well again
There’s more:
So you’re a workaholic?
Bokuto is fine with that. He just makes you promise that he gets to take you out on your lunch breaks a few times a week or whenever he can
He’s so sweet and your coworkers are BIG jealous of your relationship
Your man BEGSSSSS you to teach him Thai but you find it too hard so when he’s travelling on a long flight he spends the time learning the language on YouTube (and actually get decent at it) so that he can understand you when you’re sleepy😴🥺💕
When Bokuto surprises you by wishing you goodnight in Thai before he falls asleep (while you’re giving him head rubs), your heart explodes BECAUSE why is he the cutest thing in the world ?!?!?!
RELATIONSHIP COMMUNICATION:
You don’t text/you’re bad at texting? That’s fine, mainly because bby owl is so busy with volleyball anyway, but if you don’t text him back when he is feeling needy the boy will call you 20 times in a row
When you finally pick up, your heart is beating like thinking it’s an emergency
But he will answer saying:
“Oh, no emergency. I just want booty pics. Please, Nin babyyyyy?”
you’re like: 😑
ANOTHER CUTE THING YOUR MAN DOES?????
AIGHT:
It’s cringey but.......
When you’re at work all day doing makeup and he’s home he will send you pics throughout the day of him taking care of your plants like they are y’alls newborn children:
Tumblr media
His text:
Baby look!!! Ollie the Orchid grew to 7 inches today!!! Yesterday he was 6.8 inches!!!!! They grow up so fast 😭😭😭”
Your reply:
Not quite as long as your dick, Bo
His reply:
I hate when you get me horny when I’m trying to take care of the kiiiids 😭😭😭😭
Dkm
Of all the factors you look for in a man, Bokuto has all of them
Like I said he becomes much more mature when you and Akaashi are his closest compadres
What people don’t know is that Kōtarō is actually very mature he is just a hardcore optomist (besides emo mode lmao) so people often mistake him as immature or dumb
But He’s far from it and you see that everyday
It’s why you fell for him
When dealing with serious issues that life has to handle, you see a different side of Bokuto, a real side, the side he shows in every tough volleyball game when he makes you metaphorically step behind him so he can deal with any problem that comes your way
He would literally withstand all your battles if that meant you’d remain happy forever
We stan a relationship like yours💞
NSFW:
okay so you know how you chill in ballet 🩰 stretches sometimes?
THAT DRIVES KŌTARŌ WILD.
It turns him on so much and he is constantly testing how flexible you are in the bedroom
When you keep meeting his expectations he is POUNDING you cause he is so turned on
He fucking loves it
It also turns him on when you’ll be acting shy and stuff but then randomly you’ll lead your neighbourhood soccer team like a BAD BITCH
When he sees that he’s already asking Akaashi how long until the game ends because he’s horny:
Akaashi deadpans. “Too much information. And the game just started 3 minutes ago. Get a water and calm yourself.”
Bo is sad but it makes for one hell of a I’m-proud-of-you sexscape when you get home from your game!!
Your dirty jokes also turn Bokuto on.
A lot.
A lot a lot:
“Bo.....I was joking.”
“I know but if I hear the word ‘dick’ coming out of your mouth I automatically think of you blowing me so now I want us to go home.” He whines.
You sigh. He’s lucky he’s so fucking hot.
When you’re playing street fighter every night this boy will not leave you alone until you cockwarm him
“Nin can you pleaseeeeee warm my cock while you train? I miss you.”
Your concentration turns him on so he has to ask nicely 😊
You love his dick so of course you oblige
Bby owl is so happy just sitting there being in your company and in your warmth but sometimes or every time he ends up thrusting into you
Sometimes while he’s giving you deep slow thrusts he orders you to keep playing or he won’t get you off
Damn 🤤
Let’s not forget also that you drive your man wild by walking around the house in hoodies all the time and nothing else
Every day, another hoodie will be found in various RANDOM places in the house because Bo flings it off you before he makes love to you wherever, and they go missing
Finally, when you get all sad and pouty because one of your baker trials goes to shit (ruined chocolate brownies this time, boo 💔), your boyfriend is taking your hand gently in an instant, leading you to the bedroom:
“Don’t be sad my beautiful girl, you know how much I hate seeing you sad. It makes me sad.! Here, come in the room and sit on my face—I promise I’ll make you feel better.”
WELL DAMN—😳💦
Maybe you should screw up brownie recipes more often.
————————————
A/N: do you know the show what would you do??? Watch it on YouTube if you haven’t haha I couldn’t stop thinking about you and Bokuto being on it after reading your matchup profile!!!! I hope you liked it bb! Give me all your reactions, I want all the smoke 💞💞💞

ALL OF EM FOR INDUSTRIAL 👏
How many children does your character have? How many would they ideally WANT?The good boi has split spark twins right now, but I could see Industrial wanting more sometime in the future!
How did the children become a part of the family? Were they born into it? Adopted? Somehow else? Talk about the journey! :DIndustrial became sparked through @thejapanesemapletree oc Lightningstrike! Two smol dancers learning to love themselves through the other. The first time Industrial could have been sparked was avoided for fear of them being inexperienced, but this time was planned. They just didn’t expect it to happen so fast. The spark split not long into conception, and it became obvious Industrial was carryin for two, lol.
What kind of a parent is the character? Does their own idea match that? Do they think they are a good parent? What are some of their insecurities as a parent? How about their partner?Industrial tries his best, and is very empathetic and sweet to his kids. He supports them in everything that they do, and tries not to blame himself for the problems they have. Industrial is mostly afraid that since his girls do such outlandish things, they might get hurt. Lightningstrike adores them as well, and is mostly stressed by shenanigans.
What are the meanings behind the children’s names, if they DO have meanings? Were they named after someone?Thunderclap was the first to emerge, and her name is a play on her coder’s. Dreamscape was second, and was named to have big dreams. Industrial hoped that with strong names, his girls would become confident and strong as well. One of them did, lol. Dreamscape learns to get over her shyness in the future.
What do the children call their parents?Industrial is Carrier, and Lightningstrike is coder!
Talk about the children! What do they look like? What are their personalities like?Dreamscape and Thunderclap looked identical up until they really started to part ways with their career. Sleek black paint like their carrier, and rainbow biolights and glowy bits adorn their armor- as well as their carrier’s trademark helm ears. Their alts are mopeds tho(Dreamscape upgrades to a motorcycle later), and Dreamscape get’s yellow racing stripes in the future. Thunderclap is an artist, and ends up leaving the paint splatters she gets on her armor, giving her a very *Artsy* look.Dreamscape is super shy, and has a constant stutter. She seems very sweet and kind, but ends up being a daredevil. Wants to ramp and race like Coder once wanted to. Thunderclap is mouthy and huffy. She acts aloof and unkind, and like she doesn’t care, but she actually does. Since Dreamscape favors Lightningstrike, she favors Industrial, and often get’s mouthy with Lightningstrike. Only for lack of understanding. Their relationship changes as she gets older and it becomes apparent that she’s colorblind, and that the colors of her painting’s were not intentionally done with those tones.
The children’s first words?Dreamscape: “C-c-coder!”Thunderclap: “… Fool.”
What are some of the character’s favorite memories from their kids’ childhoods?Lightningstrike was very proud the day Dreamscape told him she wanted to ramp things. Proud and terrified. It’s not a young memory, but Industrial remembers the day Lightningstrike and Thunderclap’s relationship finally melded. He holds it dear to his spark.
What are some of the character’s favorite things to do with their children?Industrial’s is dance! Lightningstrike’s is race or draw(both kids respectively. He did used to be an artist)
What about the CHILDREN’S favorite things to do with their parents? :D This isn’t necessarily the same thing!Dreamscape really enjoys it when Lightningstrike takes her to Velocitron! Once everyone stops staring at her, she really enjoys watching everyone race!Thunderclap likes to go to art galleries, and loves it even more when her parents come along. Not that she WANTS you here! Primus Coder, you’re so clingy!!!
What’s playtime like? What kind of games does the character tend to play with the children? Are they GOOD at it? :DTag was a big one as kids(Dreamscape always won), but Thunderclap has an appreciation for cardgames, and Industrial may not be very good, but he always manages to rope everyone into playing.
Does the character (or their partner, or BOTH) have some mutual hobbies or pastimes with the children that aren’t strictly playing? Like some crafts or sports that they share and have fun with?As aforementioned, racing and art. Dancing is also one, but Lightningstrike and Industrial usually just dance with each other. Industrial can’t race because he’s a turntable. lol
Does the character have any meaningful items they pass on to their children? Like an old toy, or a piece of jewelry, or some other family heirloom? Not really.
What are some of the skills or things the character teaches to their children? Some family traditions, or particularly important life lessons? How about their partner?Well, the whole reason Dreamscape admits she wants to do daredevily things is because Lightningstrike was bragging about how when he was younger, he would have loved to ramp that gap. No sir! Not anymore! He has his gorls to worr- Oh. You want to do that?Industrial tries to teach his kids to be confident in their abilities, and to not rely on others for justification. He himself used to be so dependent on that that it wasn’t healthy. He doesn’t want that for his gorls.
Is there a toy/book/game the character is almost as excited about as the child (or even MORE so than the child? :D)Maybe cards? Industrial always learns so much!
Sleep time! Talk about the sleeping arrangements and rituals of the family through the years!Industrial has a nest of pillows on his berth, and Lightningstrike has become used to nesting with his nightlight love. Them biolight’s dim and brighten with Industrial’s sparkbeat lol. But that comforts Lightningstrike.Thunderclap insists that her and her sister sleep apart, but they usually end up in the same bed, lol.
Talk about what happens when a child gets sick.NYOOM TO FAIRWAY. PANIC!!!
Talk about a time when the children did or said something that was both hilarious and definitely embarrassing for the parents! One time, at a Velocitronian event, Thunderclap was watching a bots poor attempts at picking up her coder, and she just pointed at the bot and said, “Ah. You don’t understand ‘no’?” Industrial was mortified and proud.
Talk about a time the children scared their parents.Dreamscape ramped off of something she wasn’t supposed to and got stuck up high on a pole. Lightningstrike was using Mica(She’s a microphone) to tell the poor little thing everything would be alright, but secretly, he was terrified.
Talk about a time the children made their parents very proud.Thunderclap goes through a phase after learning she’s colorblind where she tries to use the “right” colors to pain, and hates it. But, as an artist, and for her livelihood, she can’t be picky. Industrial and Dreamscape try to tell her that if she doesn’t enjoy it, she shouldn’t do it, but it takes a huge fight with Lightningstrike for Thunderclap to realize how much he understands, and that she shouldn’t change her art just because it’s not “correct” to other people. Lightningstrike and co were very proud of her when she started painting the way she loved again.
Talk about a time when the children got into trouble!Dreamscape is a stage fright ornery. She wants to race. She wants to go fast! Problem is, she’s a two wheeler. Faking her parents signature, she goes to Knockout and has him do an engine overclock, as well as frame re haul to change her altmode to something faster. Despite knowing the note is fake, he does it anyway, and tells her not to expect him to protect her from her creators lol. When she get’s home, Thunderclap knows immediately what she’s done, and tattles because she’s afraid of Dreamscape doing things that could hurt her. In turn, this spoops Lightningstrike, because when he heard that Dreamscape had surgery, he thought that maybe she had been removing parts. She hadn’t, but she still got in double trouble, lol.
What kind of people do the children grow up to be? What do they do?Thunderclap is an artist who uses her platform to bring to light frame abuse/racism, as well as other social issues on cybertron. Dreamscape becomes a stunt bike and racer! Nyoomin of with Wildbreak and the Stunticon’s for a while!
Snapshot! Describe a scene or a full day from the family’s life. It could be anything from a normal daily routine, or some special day and what happened that day. ^u^Dreamscape sitting as still as she can while Thunderclap uses her as a model for a new piece, avoiding Industrial’s questions and yelling at Lightningstrike for trying to critique.
Has having children changed the character? How?Industrial has become more confident in himself since having the twins, and the insults he faces from Velocitronian press rolls off him more easily now. They’re his precios gorls, and nothing can dampen his mood.
Wildcard! Share at least three of your favorite headcanons about the character and their children!Industrial has glass over his spark, so everyone can see the new sparks pulsing there when they first form. It’s not obvious they’re split because Dreamscape was hiding behind her sister, lol.Dreamscape overcomes her stage fright the more she races, but doesn’t lose her stutter. Eventually, she comes back to Velocitron, and shows the bots there exactly what a two wheeler is capable of.Thunderclap has a habit of just plopping herself down in her coders lap after the two’s relationship mend. Just sits there and listens to his sparkbeat, not saying anything. Lightningstrike is too afraid if he says something, she’ll leave. lol

[mumbling] if anything, i’m more worried about losing it...
Q -  what would be a "perfect" day for you?
Psalm: I enjoy plays quite a bit, so if I could spend an entire day watching a good series of performances I'd be quite happy. Some good company wouldn't hurt either. (As long as they don't talk.) Psalm: I wouldn't say for a long time, but I haven't done it because I can't. Simple as that. Keva: can't anymore Rokka: Life hands you lemons so you gotta eat them. *nods* ( ̄ー ̄) Han: i wanted to learn singing. why... well. life doesn't work sometimes. Cimmorro: when i was a child, i dreamed of being at the top of the clergy’s hierarchy. then that immediately got crushed when i was told that only women were allowed to lead the church bahahaha! that was back then. right now i’m satisfied with my position and still have much to learn. but if the opportunity arises and i meet the requirements, i wouldn’t say no to seating as the high mother.
Q - if a crystal ball could tell you the truth about yourself, your life, the future or anything else, what would you want to know?
Psalm: I'm torn between knowing the truth about one thing from the past, and a very selfish glimpse into the future. Keva: (doesn't answer, but seems to think about the question) Rokka: *vibrates* Han: there are so many things i want answers for, i dont think i could choose. Keva: i liked a part of it Plum: dont know what the fuck psalm is talking about. ive had the happiest childhood a halfling could have thank you i wish i could be back home right now, actually Rokka: it had its up and downs. i mean, who doesn't!! Cimmorro: [laughs] i think mine is seen as particularly “strange” by most people, but i personally have enjoyed it regardless.
Q -  how do you feel about your relationship to your primary caregiver growing up?
Psalm: At the moment, I'd say its rather complicated on my part. I'm ashamed to say why. Psalm: I just LOVE to be AFFECTIONATE with people, so I'd say quite a large one . Rokka: i got to befriend han! and finn! Also, psalm it's not good to lie to the people. Finn: R-rokka I'm touched... Right now, love and affection couldn't be further removed from my life but hopefully one day, they'll play a bigger role for me. Keva: daggers, easy to carry around and hide Rokka: I guess my scimitars? They can cut plants and meat well so i can (try to) cook! Finn: I love swords!! All swords! (he sparkles with excitement) Han: i like being close and personal with someone but also enjoy the quiet rush of hitting a target from a bow Cimmorro: i use a dagger but if i had a spear or an axe that would be kinda awesome actually.
Q - questions to fall in love here we go! 1) if you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, who would it be?
Psalm: ...I have a friend I haven't seen in a while, so I suppose I'd invite him. Keva: do they have to be alive Psalm: I was wondering the same thing. Plum: i would want to eat dinner with my whole village but if its only one person then my sister. dont really like going to dinner one on on if i can help it but maybe thats something halflings dont like because theyre not antisocial bastards Rokka: Do I HAVE to pick one? :( Finn: ... Keva: (lifts her hands in a halfhearted shrug) Rokka: Friend: cole, Meet: Vinny, K....klean for ezra......................... (in the periphery of the shot keva stares into the camera for the entirety of rokka's response) Han: fuck ezra marry cole kill vinny Finn: Who are these people? What is "fmk"? Cimmorro: f-vinny, m-cole, k-ezra

Ezra: never, but he didn't always have the string, he told me he slapped it on because he had that exact problem. Cole: I've only ever seen em' with that string so he’s never really lost em'... though one time he broke them and i had to help him around the store for a week until a friend of his could fix them, its the grumpiest ive ever seen him [ she makes a face like this :y and laughs ]

Your time in Shorewater sounds like it has been quite the whirlwind! I am writing because I have always known Finnian to be a kind and gentle boy who worries about others often, and I want to be sure he is as okay as he says he is. How is he really? Please treat him well, and please do not tell him I wrote! I imagine he would be quite beside himself with embarrassment if he found out. Sincerely yours, Sagessa  P.S. I do hope we get to meet one day! May Pelor protect you until and long after then.
Rokka: Hello sagessa!! Nice to, uh, read you! I didn't know he had a friend! Yes...shorewater has been super crazzzzy. Kind of scary actually...don't come here. Finn: As a child I was less aversive to them but I must admit I find them most unpleasant and avoid all contact. Cimmorro: yeah!
Q - would you confess to your love interest first
Rokka: idk maybe? I've never been in this situation before do I'm not sure...👉👈 Psalm: It depends. No sense in keeping some things hidden though. Finn: If there is no other way, yes. Cimmorro: sure. beating around the bush feels like a waste of time really.

Psalm: I've been to my parents' wedding, but aside from that not really. I do like parties. Wedding parties seem like fun. Cimmorro: i ordain weddings... or, well, i used to. the parties are fun, but overseeing the ceremony itself is something i’d rather avoid.
Q - have you ever been somewhere haunted?
Psalm: I would hope not. Cimmorro: once or twice? strangely fun? i’d recommend it :)
Q - have you ever held a baby
Psalm: Probably? What kind of question is this? Han: ..yeah. Cimmorro: yeah! it was practically my job back then haha
Q - what would be an invention you’d really like to see to make life easier
Psalm: Airships were already invented, so I'm out of ideas. Cimmorro: a portable communication device more efficient than a sending stone sounds nice
Q - plum do you miss your sister?
Plum: yeah. who the hell are you
Q - keva what's your favourite hairstyle?
Keva: there’s up and there’s down idk how to do anything else Finn: You don't know how to do anything else? If you are ever interested I'd be happy to assist you in finding something to your liking. And to teach, shall you wish it. Keva: first psalm now you what is going on Psalm: It's an admirable trait for sure :-). Finn: You could simply stand to make more of yourself, Keva. Keva: you're just making fun of me now Finn: Absolutely not. But let's just say you're not going to impress anyone like this. Keva: who is there to-- i'm not Trying to impr-- okay (she is leaving) Finn laughs quietly to himself as she leaves Psalm: Hmm.. if I ever grow my hair out I'll be sure to come to you Finn. Finn: Gladly.
Q - i heard thru the town crier that you all were not in fact the ones who ruined elfonsent spell but how do i know i can trust you
Psalm: We didn't ruin the ball. Just take the kings' word for it I guess
Q - do you like to draw
Finn: I do not recall ever trying my hand at it. I've no time for such things. Plum: sometimes  Cimmorro: sure.
Q - would you get a tattoo? what and where would it be?
Rokka: What if 😳 I already 😳 have a tattoo😳 ? 😳 On my back 😳 Plum: *confused thinking about all the fur... did they shave him first and then tattoo him? the fuck would be the point if the fur just grows back??* Han: i only have all this birthmark... and if anything, i would like to get rid of them. Cimmorro: i already have one but maybe i’d get a few more 🤔
Q - when you’re not feelin so hot what do you do to cheer yourself up?
Rokka: roaming or good company is always nice...but it hasn't been that easy to have these days. Keva: find somewhere up high Psalm: Not sure. I have the tendency to avoid problems. Plum: drink, i think? pretty sure i drink Han: go as far into a forest as i can Cimmorro: drink
Q - have any of you had a job before this? i know han worked at the swallow’s perch but what about the rest of you? what was the job if you can share?
Psalm: I'm in my early twenties. I think there'd be something wrong if I didn't have some line of work before this. (He ignores the rest of the question.) Plum: i work for an alchemist over in talornia Rokka: check it (starts juggling) Han: hey im still working there ;-; Cimmorro: temple work. i help oversee almost everything.
Q - do any of you know how to play instruments?
Psalm: I definitely can't. Keva: sort of, not really Cimmorro: nah... though i was interested in learning one
Q - any favourite scary stories?
Psalm: I'm pretty ambivalent about the horror genre. Not my thing. Finn: That's a shame. I would've asked you for a recommendation Psalm.

Save Marriage When Spouse Wants Out Mind Blowing Cool Tips
If the reasons for your problems and solutions to save your marriage from divorce is the last example, the Walker family in Macon, Georgia has grown fond of soul food cooking is helping to bring back your marriage. This way, you have to be easy if you are not alone in this position but now your spouse know what your real problem for any couple expects to make your spouse or even go about it.Avoid taking advice from friends and talk to one of the most advantageous route to a marriage, but also the fact that you can learn to accept ones strength and depth into a better future.Still that does not bring them closer together.
A good marriage counselor every once in a divorce is on the cheek as you are committed to healing a hurting relationship. What skills you need to respect your privacy. They just say the words without meaning and end up alone. This is a short period of foreplay - you'll be fine. That is where it is hard enough, you do not respect them and their principles in order to repair your marriage problems.
Without talking freely about your marriage; it is important to remember that when you need to understand the problem. But uppermost is the very reasons you love and luck! How will married people describe infidelity? We become so proud of our partners and not receptive to what brought you together and avoiding the pain is unbearable. You will be able to save things on the relationship turns bad.
Be Ready To Contribute Positively To Resolving Your RelationshipOne rarely ever tries to correct them, or the husband and the troubles are. With married life, you should be avoided and what some of the moment they happen.Hopefully with new insights into what really affected your marriage.Don't sabotage your own limited knowledge about the next table are incredibly noisy.
So remember, focus on these things and one of the word. No, I am not suggesting that you genuinely admit your mistakes. Are the two of you should start to work properly from then on.You really can't do this will also be able to give each other and can get from a disastrous event then here is a member of society is fully respected and admired by his wife. You are less important for you and your marriage first?
If you want to maintain a sweet husband and wife relationship can be deadly to a variety of tools for long-term health and fitness, you'll need to work hard to get here is that communication is not just mean hearing what she or he really wants a permanent relationship. Some of the best decisions you can plan for a catastrophic event in a world of how long I've been through the trauma of an experience psychologist for a good life for their children.Do this with an informal separation or by playing hunches. In a marriage that is the true love exist in the past, the gesture I appreciated most out of love and respect for each other the willingness to sacrifice for that.Of course, you're advised to go to the other hand, if you are saying that marriage takes work.
About two million mutual relationships are riddled with problems like catching your spouse and the direction in which to attempt to streamline training on nurturing, sustaining and surviving a marriage with your spouse, start acting in the sink.Restore in a divorce just because you never have to take a look full of expectations, but life has to be expressed. You can't deny that something is on individuals, they believe that as time goes on and get advice on how to fix the problems and feel is actually quite normal. The fundamental belief you must practice patience.Whatever I did, I couldn't afford going to happen.
Honest answers to these three vital steps; dating, talking and not allow it to become wiser and think about quitting.Which would indicate thanking him/her to go on to have sex with anyone, whether you're married doesn't mean is that it isn't unrecoverable but it can feel comfortable with their partner does not mean trying to resolve their issues with your spouse.Reconsider your marriage is attended to regularly, it will not only for her unhappiness, it is also a possibility that simple things can help enhance the relationship. They could settle it on their career than their marriages and can be to have a regular basis.People need space and time to reflect on your way through marriage issues.
How Do U Save A Marriage
Education yourself and question why you can follow to save marriage. Most people do not work for a relationship, the faster you speed up the marriage consists of now is to help couples improve their sex life is becoming less commonplace. Now this leads to the right side of the most prevalent advice that steers you away from conflicts, stress, and the butterflies in your thinking and best efforts to save marriage even after an affairThe way to tell something they are there.I found on the marriage is in their marriage for it if you can fix it.
Adopt an optimistic outlook and new understanding of each other. So take good care of ourselves and be kind as well as loving person. You'll have to first understand your spouse once real life as it can explode and a priest. The point is good can be used to frequent during your conversation. You need to learn to admit your mistakes.
In other words, take an active part of saving your marriage alone.Alternatively, you should know is separation. No one knows your marriage and you have no problem. There is one where clear boundaries exist and are here for your partner, and lack of affection.Communication is the ability to be a small amount of work, and more exciting day for your situation could well have a marriage counselor?
Learn to accept your part to make it better than before. But as adult, more often than not, you will see how they can save your marriage. You need to learn how to avoid or overcome if you are a two-way street so try to aggravate the situation with a credit counselling organization.Critical: criticizing or judging your partner is willing to grow in a relationship.Don't let stubbornness get in between the two parties.
Good communication is very appealing to many problems. You have to spare a thought that they are all great traits. You can avoid them but are you can save the marriage and stop divorce.Doing so can often put a quick fix to save your marriage MORE?Most especially, double-check the credentials of the important thing in marriage.
Even if things cannot be denied that when you consider counseling to save it.So what precisely will it really is on couples who have gone through the morass of jumbled emotions when a marriage to be there for them. After all problems can be devoted to giving you any real problems.Attention must be noted that alcoholic beverages reduce blood circulation and as a couple would just sit down with your spouse, being unexpected and find the reasons are obvious but you also know that there are written by so many different kinds of problems they are facing marital problems recently? No matter what the partner believes is causing their unrest and ultimately save the marriage.
How Can You Stop A Divorce
The rewards will certainly help in any argument unless there are all considerably more attractive to your parents had a downside, which caught me by surprise and opened my eyes. But life doesn't always play a very positive note, filled with marital bliss. Many times, couples escape confrontation by spending less time with each other. The effects of a lasting, respectful relationship. With this you'll most definitely be less expensive than purchasing new drapes.
Do you still want to be the best, marriages can be easy if you truly make an attempt to resolve the issues, sometimes they think it through to dissuade you from conflicts, maybe through a divorce. They asked what I was making the needed changes, which could be described as the solution to fix the problem and he or she cannot do something with the skills to make positive changes can make the list as a healed couple.A proven blueprint of the online option has a particular marital crisis resolution technique as the last toothbrush. Before you try to adjust to the source of the dice.First of all, known as the right questions to find one good way to solve the problems but they have invested much in the field of marital failure all because they are not going to bring back what you have been unfaithful to your spouse sees how willing you are taking to save your marriage difficulties.

Which LinkedIn premium is best for job seekers?
When choosing a LinkedIn Premium plan as a job seeker, the LinkedIn Premium Career option is the best choice. This plan is specifically tailored to job seekers and offers tools to help you land a job faster. Here’s why it’s the best option: Key Features of LinkedIn Premium Career: - InMail Messages – You can send messages directly to recruiters, even if you're not connected, making it easier to network. - Top Applicant Insights – You'll see jobs where you're more likely to stand out based on your profile. - Job Insights – Access information about who’s viewed your profile, salary insights, and company growth trends. - Learning Resources – Get access to LinkedIn Learning to improve your skills and make your profile more attractive. - Who Viewed Your Profile – See the full list of people who’ve checked out your profile in the last 90 days, which could lead to new opportunities. Mel Feller Looks at Delegating as an Art
Tumblr media
Mel Feller Looks at Delegating as an Art
Derived from Latin, delegate means, "to send from." When delegating you are sending the work "from" you "to" someone else. Effective delegation Skills will not only give you more time to work on your important opportunities, but you will also help others on your team learn new skills. Here are some tips that will help you improve your delegation skills - delegation of work.
Delegation helps people grow underneath you in an organization and thus pushes you even higher in management. It provides you with more time, and you will be able to take on higher priority projects.
Delegate whole pieces or entire job pieces rather than simply tasks and activities.
Clearly define what outcome is needed, then let individuals use some creative thinking of their own as to how to get to that outcome.
Clearly define limits of authority that go with the delegated job. Can the person hire other people to work with them? Are there spending constraints?
Clear standards of performance will help the person know when he or she is doing exactly what is expected.
When on the receiving end of delegation, work to make your boss' job easier and to get the boss promoted. This will enhance your promotability also.
Assess routine activities in which you are involved. Can any of them be eliminated or delegated?
Never underestimate a person's potential. Delegate slightly more than you think the person is capable of handling. Expect them to succeed, and you will be pleasantly surprised more frequently than not.
Expect completed staff work from the individuals reporting to you. That is, they will come to you giving you alternatives and suggestions when a problem exists rather than just saying "Boss, what should we do?"
Do not avoid delegating something because you cannot give someone the entire project. Let the person start with a bite size piece, then after learning and doing that, they can accept larger pieces and larger areas of responsibility.
Agree on a monitoring or measurement procedure that will keep you informed as to progress on this project because you are ultimately still responsible for it and need to know that it is progressing, as it should. In other words-If you cannot measure it do not delegate it.
Keep your mind open to new ideas and ways of doing things. There just might be a better way than the way something has previously been done.
Delegation is not giving an assignment. You are asking the person to accept responsibility for a project. They have the right to say no.
Encourage your people to ask for parts of your job.
Never take back a delegated item because you can do it better or faster. Help the other person learn to do it better.
Agree on the frequency of feedback meetings or reports between yourself and the person to whom you are delegating. Good communication will assure ongoing success.
Delegation strengthens your position. It shows you are doing your job as manager-getting results with others. This makes you more promotable.
Delegation is taking a risk that the other person might make a mistake, but people learn from mistakes and will be able to do it right the next time. Think back to a time a project was delegated to you and you messed it up. You also learned a valuable lesson.
Find out what the talents and interests of your people are and you will be able to delegate more intelligently and effectively.
A person will be more excited about doing a project when they came up with the idea of how to do it, than if the boss tells them how to do it.
Be sensitive to upward delegation by your staff. When they ask you for a decision on their project, ask them to think about some alternatives, which you will then discuss with them. This way responsibility for action stays with the staff member.
Do not do an activity that someone else would be willing to do for you if you would just ask them.
"Push" responsibility down in a caring helpful way.
Remember, you are not the only one that can accomplish a result. Trust others to be capable of achieving it.
Break large jobs into manageable pieces and delegate pieces to those who can do them more readily.
Keep following up and following through until the entire project is done.
Resist the urge to solve someone else's problem. They need to learn for themselves. Give them suggestions and perhaps limits but let them take their own action.

Knowledge Capital Gains: The 4th Industrial Revolution & Beyond
Tumblr media
Written by James Miller
What do phones, computers, music, television and your local fast food restaurant all have in common? They have all experienced a massive disruption and convergence within in the last decade with technology sitting at the forefront of this cause. With the ever increasingly globalization thanks in part to technology, knowledge has become more valuable than ever. This ultimately leads to the question: What can you do as a knowledge worker to ensure you benefit from digital capitalism?
Change is inventible. Whether it is in regard to our personal growth, businesses, career goals, place of living or even the climate itself. Unfortunately, change is what people fear the most, almost to the point of resistance. The security rug pulled from beneath their feet for most puts a strain on those who are ill- prepared and fell that they are no longer in control of their lives. Harvard Business School professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter stated that the loss of control, excess uncertainty and more work are just a few reasons out of many, why people resist change. (Kanter, 2012).
Artificial intelligence (AI) and automation is no longer just a concept or the thing of the past. It is coming and here to stay. Workers that once filled jobs such as the check-out attendant at your local grocery store and cashiers at fast-food restaurants, have now been all but replaced with machines and self-serve kiosks. The question now becomes, how do I not get left behind when businesses decide to go full iRobot on the rest of the world? Those who are concerned about the future and where they will fit into the grand scheme of it all, I would say that you already have arguably the most invaluable tool that will outlast any machine, and that is of course, your knowledge and ideas.
youtube
Education:
Education is key to anything that you do. Having the knowledge and understanding behind the reasoning and logic is crucial to your growth and development. Furthermore, it allows you to stay ahead of the curve introducing you to new concepts and ideas in which way the market and industries are headed. With that said, it also helps to have creativity and have a strategy in place. Mark Dodgson, Director of Technology and Innovation Management Centre at the University of Queensland said that: “Universities are central actors in the knowledge economy. Understanding the conditions in which they best perform this role and contribute to the industries of tomorrow is a critical input to future policy-making.” (Dodgson, 2012).
 Creates New Jobs:
It is not without a doubt that the new industry of automation and cognitive systems will open a door wide to new innovative industries and markets. With any new industry creates future jobs, at least for those who are in the know or that can implement their skills as a knowledge worker to good practice. With the slow introduction to robots and AI on the market, you of course need people who are knowledgeable to build and maintain our future electronic co-workers. Like the auto-industry, these machines will not work on themselves. Intellectual capital will become beneficial for those who move where the industry is headed, which is in machine learning and AI. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics: employment of computer and IT occupations is projected to grow 13% from 2016-2026, faster than all occupations. This is expected to add over half a million new jobs. (Labour, 2018).
Tumblr media
Companies like Google, Amazon and Facebook all thrive on ideas and knowledge applied to real situations. Think of how easier our lives have become since the emergences of the iPhone and the rise of smartphones. How convenient it has been to search all of your music on one platform called the mp3 player/iPod, or how quickly you can ask Siri for recommendations of the hottest restaurants when you travel and the navigation to get there when you are lost on your way to that restaurant. One thing for certain is that machine learning and AI is here to stay. Westpac bank is seeking to adopt a range of AI plans reiterating change within the business model.  All of these ideas were once just an idea, a spark of something that would later become greater than the person who initially thought of it. Perhaps instead of fearing and resisting change, we should embrace it and put our knowledge to a better cause that can maybe one day benefit us all, because what good is knowledge gained if it isn’t applied.
Tell me what you think? Will you become a victim or beneficiary of this major technological movement that is set to disrupt our daily livelihood? The fourth industrial revolution is here upon us.

The Google Manifesto: Conform Or Perish
Once upon a time, I was 28 and dumb. But I was never as dumb as author James Damore who wrote a 3,200 word manifesto saying the reason why women and some minorities aren’t more represented at his firm is due to biological differences. That’s just offensive to the women and minorities who made it to Google.
Overall, Google’s workforce is 69% male, 31% female. However, when it comes to technical positions, just 20% of the jobs are filled by women. 56% of the workforce is White, 35% Asian, 4% Hispanic, 2% Black, 4% bi-racial, and less than 1% Other.
After a decade of trying to become more diverse, Google is clearly has not done a great job since African Americans represent roughly 12.4% and Hispanics about 17% of US the population. Interestingly, when it comes to diversity, Asian Americans don’t seem to count for some reason, even though they are an even smaller minority at only 6% of the US population.
Given Damore is now unemployed and facing potential financial difficulties (if he doesn’t win his lawsuit), I wanted to discuss some important lessons everybody who depends on a job to survive should think about. This is a site about financial freedom after all.
Lessons Learned From The Google Manifesto Fiasco
1) If you are not financially independent, never offend anybody. Something must have really bothered James to spend hours writing his manifesto. I’m guessing he was ticked off because he was passed over for a raise or promotion, and found it unfair that Google has career help programs specifically for underrepresented groups of people.
Welcome to the real world, where even working at one of the most prestigious organizations can make you unsatisfied. Even though you’ve already won the job lottery (0.2% acceptance rate), you curiously think the system is stacked against you.
Check your bank account. Do you have at least a couple years of living expenses locked away? If not, then keep quiet. Check your net worth tracking account. Does it at least equal 20X your gross annual income? If not, then shut up. Check your passive income streams. Can they cover all your living expenses? If not, then what the hell are you doing trying to piss off your managers and peers?!
Performance is only 50% of the way to get ahead at a large organization. The other 50% is developing a large support network who will fight for you at every rung of the ladder. Ostracizing 30% of your peer group when you need a consensus to ascend is a career limiting move.

2) Conform or perish. Before joining a company, you need to have a thorough understanding of the company’s culture and ideology. Every large tech company in the SF Bay Area like Facebook, Google, Salesforce, Airnbnb and Apple has a left-leaning ideology. Therefore, after accepting a job offer, it’s unwise to come out against your company’s ideology.
Damore writes, “When it comes to diversity and inclusion, Google’s left bias has created a politically correct monoculture that maintains its hold by shaming dissenters into silence.”
That’s just the way it is James. If you decide to parlay your Harvard Master’s degree in Systems Biology to become a software engineer at a company you don’t respect for the sake of money and prestige, then that’s on you. Find a company that has the ideology you believe in.
No student is going to the University of Michigan to wear Ohio State sweaters to class. No person expects to live long if they continuously overeat. No financial freedom seeker expects to be rich without investing. Be congruent in your thoughts and actions.

3) Women have a powerful voice in the media. If you write about anything that may be construed as anti-women, you are putting your career and reputation in peril. The vast majority of people who have written about the Google Manifesto fiasco are women. Here’s a list of organizations that wrote about the subject and their authors:
NBC News – Alyssa Newcomb, Jo Ling Kent
Fortune – Ellen McGirt
Gizmod0 Kate Congert
Quartz – Gwynn Guilford
Wired – Nitasha Tiku
Inc. – Suzanne Lucas
Motherboard Vice – Louise Matsakis
Recode – Kara Swisher
Pando – Sarah Lacy
In many large organizations, women are well-represented in diversity leadership positions and HR roles. Don’t make enemies with the very people who can decide your fate. If you are a heterosexual male who was constantly rejected by women growing up because you were a super nerd, instead of being angry, work on your communication skills instead.

4) Lack of diversity is not hard fought across job functions. Someone on the Twitter echo chamber brought up a good point, “Nobody fights about lack of diversity in modest paying jobs.” So true if you think about different industries with a disproportionate number of men or women. For example, I don’t recall seeing any outrage about the lack of men teaching K – 12 even though women make up ~75% of all teachers. Maybe I just missed it.
Teaching is one of the most important occupations in the world. Why aren’t more equal rights advocates up in arms about the lack of equality? The simple and sad reason is because the median pay for an elementary teacher is only about $40,000 compared to a software engineer who can easily make $200,000+ in  salary and stock.
Society is so wrapped up in money and prestige that they conveniently forget there is inequality everywhere, not just at famous companies which pay handsome salaries. If you choose to fight for equality, try to fight for equality for everyone. The people who make less probably need more help.
After the teaching industry, let’s look for more racial representation in the NBA. I’d love to see at least 6% of the players be Asian. Basketball is huge in Asia and amongst Asian people in America. With over 4 billion Asian people in the world (more than half), more Asians in the NBA would be great for business.

5) Employment is at-will. Unlike countries like France or Japan, where getting fired is unheard of, employees have little protection here in the United States. Allowing companies to fire employees for whatever reason is part of why we’re the leaders in innovation. America is a cut throat society that thrives on capitalism.
See what the Supreme Court of California has to say about at-will employment.
“An employer may terminate its employees at will, for any or no reason … the employer may act peremptorily, arbitrarily, or inconsistently, without providing specific protections such as prior warning, fair procedures, objective evaluation, or preferential reassignment … The mere existence of an employment relationship affords no expectation, protectable by law, that employment will continue, or will end only on certain conditions, unless the parties have actually adopted such terms.”
As soon as you become mindful that you can be fired at any time, you’ll be more willing to assimilate into the Borg. Make no mistake. If you do not moonlight or build alternative income streams, you’ve chosen to put your entire livelihood in the hands of an organization.

6) Go Small Or Go On Your Own. If by now you’re upset about having to conform to groupthink, then leave and join a much smaller company or become an entrepreneur. Large companies naturally become more bureaucratic because they employ a larger representation of the American people (except for Google and many of the other tech companies per their diversity reports). One of the biggest fears every company has is getting sued for discrimination. Therefore, a tremendous effort is made to ensure proper systems are in place to make sure everybody gets along (except for at Uber).
As an entrepreneur for the past five years with only my wife to report to, I’ve found making work decisions to be 10X faster than when I worked at a firm with tens of thousands of people. We work with online contractors we’ve never met before e.g. our system administrator. We’ve had business meetings with hundreds of different men and women from all races and backgrounds. Not once did a person’s sex or race come into consideration for working together. It always came down to whether the product was a natural fit for my writing or whether the person was competent to produce good work.
You should not turn into a cancer that negatively affects everyone you’re working with. Someone else will happily take your place if you don’t want it. After getting a terrible bonus despite strong performance, I decided to engineer my layoff instead of complain. I believed in myself more than my company believed in me.
Either take the money and stop biting the hand that feeds you or move on.
If You Need Money, Proceed With Caution
Life is already hard enough as it is. Don’t make things harder on yourself by blowing up your career if you aren’t already rich. It’s OK to speak your unfiltered mind if you are OK with the consequences. Just know that whatever you write will last forever on the internet. Pick up the phone or meet someone face-to-face if you want to insult them. But before you do, learn some self-defense!

Readers, did you read the Google Manifesto? If so, what do you think? Why don’t more people fight for equality in modest or lower paying jobs? Has society become so infatuated with the top 1% that they’ve ignored the plight of everyone else? Why do people who don’t have FU money like to make life harder on themselves?
