i should have said something a long time ago but the things i have been seeing being written and said about my girlfriend are just not acceptable. seeing and hearing her cry almost everyday because people cannot be respectful breaks my heart. everyone knows I am very private with my life and with her, for this exact reason that’s been shown again and again. the night people decided to verbally attack her while we were out was completely disrespectful and i couldn’t believe what i was hearing. you all have no place to make comments, opinions or assumptions.

Carlos Sainz Sr. and Reyes Vázquez de Castro -I think there's not much to say here -the two of them were more than joyed to have another baby -she definitely has her Papá wrapped around her finger -so that means that her Mamá has to be the bad cop -they are quite protective of her -i mean, no parent wants to let their youngest daughter fly to Colombia alone and stay there for nearly one year (for Narcos) -they were always very supportive of her career -all in all they are the best parents she could ask for

Ana and Blanca Sainz -YAY -another sister -when i tell you, those two acted like she was a doll -Amira always goes to them when she has boy problems -they are definitely the type of sisters to color each others nails,do their Make-Up together,… -when they were kids, they always forced Carlos to play Barbie with them -ALWAYS -they always criticize each other -but if someone else dares to: you're never seen again -when they are older, they will live pretty close -they also never know who has whose clothes -they also encourage Amira to embrace her beauty and attention she receives -which only gives Carlos more gray hair (Senior and Junior) -they are Amiras safe space -all in all they are like the Spanish Power-Puff-Girls

Let me get it for" -visits her quite often unexpected -he aged at least 20 years when his sister decided to wear crop tops -hates to leave her alone -it feels like he is dying -was very happy when she decided to attend his races -but he forgot about the drivers (and their girlfriends) -look it's not his fault that non of them are good enough for his darling sister -Carlos is her protector and always will be -a big spider in the room? Alex Albon and Lily Muni He -like Pierre and Kika I think the are quite possessiv as well -They would certainly be the funny couple as well -but I think that they sometimes get quite jealous as well -they will post her often on Instagram -include her in all the fun activity's -however, if they think she spends to much time with someone unimportant, they always have a reason to get her away -"Oh my god, love! I have to show you this new bag i got you. It kind of makes me laugh when some people call Alicent and Rhaenyra "old Alicent" or "old Rhaenyra" when they compare them to the "young" versions.. Mainly because of the knowledge that Olivia Cooke is a year younger than me, and her children are played by actors aged 26-29 who pretend to be teenagers…

In the case of Rhaenyra it is not so striking, because her children were played by real teenagers, but in season 1 28-year-old Olivia Cooke mothering her little boys - 24-year-old Ewan Mitchell and 27-year-old Tom Glynn-Carney - ant this amuses and surprises me almost as much as Angelina Jolie playing Colin Farrell's mother…

I know that Hollywood has a habit of casting the youngest women possible and in the roles of older women, but… why?

I had no problem believing that Catelyn was Robb's mother or that Cersei was Joffrey's mother. The ages of mothers and sons were sensibly matched.

Aemond is supposed to be not much older than Lucerys, but it is very clear that the difference between them is very significant. That's why he looks like a grown man scaring a child. Aegon is supposed to much younger than Rhaenyra, so why is the difference between the actors two years?

Casting such adult actors as teenagers without aging the characters like in GoT (and sometimes even making them younger, like Aemond) makes no sense to me. Harry Collett and Elliot Grihault did very well and were close in age to their characters, so why did Alicent's slightly older children have to be played by adults?

itachi’s june -> day 20: going on a trip

a/n: aanddd she’s back writing a little about itachi after ages. im sorry we’re already??? more than half way with july and im still stuck in june 🤣 but i think it eez what it eez i’ve just been so busy tackling irl stuff (modern au, husband itachi)

“i wish we could go here.” you mumbled, watching the tourist movie with depp and jolie. “you want to go to venice, my dear?” itachi hums, a face mask on which you made him wear since this was supposed to be the ✨ self care ✨ night. the cute headband that prevents his hair from coming at his face makes him look undoubtedly more cuter.

“shyeah- look at this, i mean, this looks so aesthetic.” you hummed, grabbing some popcorn while you lean against itachi’s shoulder. “at least the visuals are aesthetic.” itachi comments, squinting his eyes at the movie. yeah, he didn’t like this movie at all. you snorted, “jeez, its a fun one time watch movie itachi, why you gotta be so judgy.”

he rolls his eyes slightly at the insinuation. judgy? he’s not being judgy… he just doesn’t get invested in mundane movies. le sigh. 😮‍💨 however, if you have indulged in this movie and wanted your husband to watch it with you, he would. and he did. while YOU ended up falling asleep.

a soft smile creeps upon itachi’s face as he leans in and kisses your forehead. “goodnight. angel.” itachi gets up, carrying you princess style to the shared bedroom. lathering you with soft covers and turning the aircon on. for some time after, itachi took out the tablet and researched about the destination you wanted to visit… hmmm…

the next morning was the usual, itachi woke up a little earlier and prepared coffee for you along with your daily supplements. you wander around the kitchen and give him a chaste peck. “mornin’ uchiha.” you snicker. he looks so disciplined at times. especially when he is occupied with something.

“are we still as excited for venice or did we sleep it off?” itachi grins, his beautiful close eyed smile. you blink, chuckling, “of course we are! hell yeah we are?!?!” and so it began. itachi had booked the flight tickets for the next week.

throughout the preparation for the trip, it was the little things handled by your husband that made your heart flutter. personalized passport cover? he knows you’re an extra little thing and spares no details for the same. facemasks for relaxing in the flight, some melatonin for good sleep, earbuds with noise cancellation, he was thoroughly prepared. itachi knows you also like to match outfits and didn’t mind the to and fro you did while packing all of the stuff.

once you both boarded the flight after the security check in, itachi lets you babble all about venice and how you think it’d be. you and him travel frequently because even itachi has a keen interest to look at the world. to absorb things which are different from the mundane.

when yall reached venice this dude has no brakes? booked the hotel you liked in the movie?? observant mcgee? brought you gowns and took you for dinner, spend the time in the boat with you watching the sunset, did some brand shopping— what! that prada bag looked extra nice. 😒 and the love making ofc 🤭

itachi has a habit of recording your candid pictures and videos just for the sake of it. there is a cute sense of enjoyment that he feels when you excitedly collate all these videos together for le social media. :3 best husband ever :3 best man ever :3

I hope people in this universe will never get the idea that Watson is the great storyteller. That’s clearly Sherlock - his deduction about the death of Ratthew was easily as engaging as his account of Matheus's death back in "Thor Bridge".

"Get down here and atone for your sins, you feline bastard!" 🤣 I just love how strongly Sherlock felt about Ratthew‘s death. And then how strong a bond he ended up forming with the perpetrator.

And the meta jokes in this podcast! Mariana pleading for donations bc Sherlock & John weren’t getting paid for this case but were still renting high end cars and attending expensive events… John ruining a brilliant opportunity for an ad break at the Thai restaurant… I can’t believe how brilliant a parody of true crime shows this continues to be, as well as a fantastic audio drama, *and* a very very sweet account of one of the most beautiful friendships in the history of literature.

"There we go, John." - I love how Sherlock reserves the use of Watson's first name for special occasions. And how caring he can be. He also literally just fished John out of the pool!? So they’re both sopping wet in this scene?!

Loved John's little speech about people’s lives getting commercialised. And the ping at the end.

"I hate you both." - Mariana is such a vibe sometimes.

"Say no more." - "So long, sucker." - "Oh no, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!" - John Watson , anti-hero extraordinaire, strikes again, pun intended. How can you not love him.

"I have a dog and a detective to look after." - My heart.

On a serious note for a moment, I thought it was interesting how well this ACD story translates to our modern day and age, with the quest for eternal youth going stronger than ever, and people still willing to pay enormous sums of money for scams like that, and even ready to ruin their physical and mental health for it. I love how this show keeps finding ways to make the themes of ACD‘s stories relevant to today’s world.

In the crime solving sense, I dare say it was completely clear what the mystery was about halfway through the 2nd part, even for those who didn’t know the original story… but the showdown was definitely worth waiting for. Glorious.

i've always liked joly and related to him because i've had ocd-related health anxiety from a young age. for a bit i agreed with posts critiquing the fact that the majority of people headcanon joly to be the only disabled ami just because he's a hypochondriac -- even though several other amis are stated to use canes

but after that health anxiety evolved into actual diagnosed disabilities, i find it very easy to see joly as a character who studies medicine and finds many of the ailments he reads to ring scarily true to him.

a young man who should be in good health but feels off, is hyper-aware of his body (checking his tongue in the mirror), and resorts to strange measures to feel reassured of his health (moving his bed to be facing magnetic north) really reads to me as a man with ocd trying desperately to feel normal at a time when there weren't many clinical ways to alleviate -- or diagnose -- his mental illness.

add onto that joly being disabled, and you have a man whose fears of having something wrong with him turn out to be true
