sometimes I'm like, I'm a coward and really need to stick up for myself, and sometimes I'm like... maybe I should shut up
#military dudes stopped me to recruit me (not as bad as you think. im in a military building with a quasi military group)#and i said well i dont think i morally can#and ive already had to deal with authority i was forced to respect/listen to so i think the military would be worse for that#and like he was all nice about it and 'forging your own path'#but saying things like that to military members that are here training is lowkey scary. and saying things like that generally#so i mightve left the conversation a lil shaky#perhaps i shouldn't have said it??#but i think it is important to remember the moral component to jobs#especially the military which is the follow orders kill people organization#but idk maybe i should've said like. we'll see haha sir#idk!! it just bothers me when people are like 'im gonna join the military with no thought to its deeper meaning and what it entails#nor to where it will put me in the world and what my role is'#idk!!! maybe i need to be put down#the pasta speaks
