Yes, it's 100⁰F where I am right now in fucking OCTOBER. This is the worst hurricane season we've ever seen. Antarctica is GREEN. The Earth is heating up too quickly and we don't have the resources to save ourselves or the planet

and us everyday people realize that

but, after dozens or perhaps hundreds of people die in the next couple of days while this hurricane passes through their home:

nothing will change

factories will continue to speed out toxins in our air, our land, our water

politicians will continue to ignore environmental acts while funding a genocide

people will claim that it's the government that's changing the weather, that climate change is a hoax, etc

and I don't think we, as a society, know what to do

we're told to recycle. save water. don't waste electricity. donate to those who need it

but when do we decide enough is enough?

maybe it's the pessimist in me that's saying this, but:
