It would be a disturbing story & not for the easily offended. Putting notes under the cut, due to triggering content. You've been warned.

A/N, even if it shouldn't be necessary: what someone writes does not mean they necessarily condone or idolize it. Sometimes, dark topics are written about merely bc it's interesting to explore the forbidden, macabre, and the taboo. If things were otherwise, Stephen King wouldn't be a household name.

Billy idolizes reader bc she's his ideal version of womanhood: quiet, shy, sweet, intelligent...a virgin.

She'd never abandon him, he's sure of it.

After his mother leaving & his father incessantly abusing him over the years, at some point, something inside of him snapped. It started out with violent thoughts, then considerations, then planning. And then, finally, action.

It's after senior year. And two girls have gone missing. Then one is found murdered in the woods. And she has a tree branch shoved between her legs and protruding out of her stomach.

You, of course, attend the funeral, even if you hardly knew her. You merely passed her in the halls, and sat near her in one of your classes in school. But it's the right thing to do.

And Billy is there, too. The whole town is.

How could someone do something so horrific? How could someone be so monstrous?

You overhear Billy practically brushing off what happened to her, remarking that she was "a useless slut", anyway. So, no real loss.

You step away while shaking your head in silent disapproval, and miss one of his friends stating that that's insensitive, even for him. Especially here.

He merely shrugs.

"I give it a couple of weeks and no one will be talking about her anymore. She was a waste of space, anyway—only good for what she had between her legs. And even that got ruined in the end, apparently."

He nods toward you. "That's the kind of girl you marry and make a life for. The other is the one you screw a few times until you get bored and move on."

There's eventually a bonfire one night in the woods, which one of your friends convinces you to come along with her to.

And Billy is there....watching you.

But it's not a 'romance novel' stare, no. It's something...darker. You don't have the words for it.

"It's like he's studying you," your friend states.

"Like an animal at the zoo," you reply with a grumble.

She takes a sip of her beer. "Aw, maybe you're like a pretty little bird to him. Trapped in a golden cage."

You glance back to him and shift uncomfortably. "Or, he's the thing that feels trapped and is wanting out..."

Eventually, later in the evening, he comes over once you're all alone, and asks if you want to take a walk with him through the woods.

"No, thank you."

"How come?" He asks while sliding his hands into his pockets.

"Because it's dark out. Maybe...maybe if it was daytime I would."

"What's the difference?" He asks with a snort.

Your brows furrow. "You can see everything in the daylight..."

He considers that for a moment; mulls it over. And then he looks back to you. "Really?"

He leans in closer with a doubtful, yet somehow mocking look. " I don't think you can."

I rly liked Minami Lane but I didn't expect the missions to be so few. I guess sandbox mode makes up for it but they almost felt more like tutorial levels for sandbox mode except the game didn't push me toward sandbox mode when I finished - just the credits

I'm currently developing a part 3 oc inspired on the Fem!MC for 7th Stand User (a rly cool fangame that you should DEFINITELY check out if you haven't btw).

I haven't decided on a name for her yet, but I'm calling her "Vivi" for now. It's based on the Billy Joel song "Vienna" that inspired her character! She's an 18 year old highschool student who can't wait to graduate and be more independent. She hates being talked down to and can't stand it when people assume that she's incapable of doing certain things because of her age/gender/stature.

Her Stand is named Tears for Fears. It has the ability to create illusions over a 20m radius based on the user's emotions. I originally wanted the name to be "Mad World" but I thought that it would be too similar to "The World."

Then I actually had a bit of dilemma, because I thought that the name would be "too modern of a music reference" BUT THEN I remembered that VANILLA ICE EXISTS and if he can be named after an artist that, within the JoJo universe, hasn't achieved mainstream success in the current timeline, then I can do whatever I want forever >:3

Yeah, it's a very different model of gameplay for a Danganronpa game so I guess it makes sense that there's more talk about the character interactions than the rpg aspect of it. I'd assumed, since I don't consider myself a pro gamer or anything, that other people may have achieved this before me, but maybe people haven't. I can attest that it's definitely possible to get to level 199 (see below),

but I did stop doing it after noticing how impossible it seemed to beat an enemy that just keeps healing itself. I've only just recently picked the game back up again after some rly shitty life events leading me to come back to playing this stupid thing ❤❤❤❤

I warn that, depending on where you are in the dungeon and how strong your characters are, some levels will just take a lot of time to beat. Obviously, I can't say for sure if that's just a me thing or if other people experience it too, but a couple of em just take ages. But if you enjoy games that involve your favourite characters in a repetitive gameplay style, I do recommend trying to complete the battle mode ❤❤❤❤❤ I used to have it on in the background all the time while doing other stuff :)

Hey there, I don't know if you're still into Danganronpa Summer Camp, but I don't really know where else to look, since I can't find much info on it tbh. I have quite good characters but I can't beat level 199 in Battle Mode... The enemies are able to recover their own influence, so I levelled up U rank blue characters w focus reduction but I don't know if it's really working... I'm left wondering if it's even possible to take a completionist approach to this game. Any tips? :)

Oof... I wish I could help, but I don't know that I can. :( I really only played to unlock to unlock all the character-interaction cut scenes and to beat the final hidden boss on the board-game map. I never pushed hard enough or far enough into Battle Mode to reach enemies at such high levels. Although you're kind of making me want to try it...

Since you're already developing U-ranked characters to as high a level as you can, my only additional suggestion would be to also get as many Hype Cards for those same characters as you possibly can. All those side benefits will stack on top of one another. Idk if you're already on top of that.

OH, and just in case: Be aware that you can only save one build for a given character's card! So if you do try to build out a new "U-Rank Nagito Komaeda" or something, you're gonna overwrite whatever you've already got going.

my dad was like "you haven't even thought of him all this time have you" and dad pls don't assume what i think about ok. i have thought of him. and my dad also asked if my psychiatrist knows about him and yea she does and she doesn't mind it, and second of all, if she didn't like the fact that i see him, i wouldn't be allowed to talk to him ?? or what. bruh he helped me so so much more even in these few months than that psychiatrist did in more than a year. so like let me see him pls. but yeah he lets me, so that's cool.

also my sister went jogging this morning which was kinda triggering :// i mean yk i used to jog a lot, not only to burn kcals but also to make my dad proud of me for once. it didn't rly work though. to calm myself down i wanted to make a post with affirmations and one i thought abt was "your worth isn't based on your achievements" and whoa that hit me kinda hard i mean yes i know this, i wouldn't have been able to think of it if i didn't, but yk still, i don't actually feel this way abt myself. maybe i should try.

when my sister arrived home i asked her if the jogging was good (partly bc i couldn't control myself but i thought abt it before asking and i think it was normal, like small talk), and she said yeah. and it sounded sincere. so ig that's cool. i mean this helped me a lot to calm down, it's not triggering (maybe just a tiny lil bit) if she does it bc she likes it, and not for the stupid reasons i did.

What would you say is your oc's greatest fears are? Also I saw the kestrel art and I was blown away at how talented you are at drawing. Your art style is really beautiful and keeps getting better and better. Like iev scrolled through your art blog and your illustrations are just breathtaking like wow. If I wasn't a broke ass bitch I would definitely purchase some commissions for my ocs.💖

Staying on the topic of your wip what was your inspiration for you dragon wip and what would you say is the overarchimg message you hope to achieve with the book? Also will it be a standalone or a series?

Also I'm really curious about your vampire if. How is the process of writing an If going and I was wondering if you could give us a little sneak peak or tell us a bit more about the ROs and other characters because I'm dying to know more. 👀👀

OK last question I promise what's your process of writing such unique and multilayered oc's. Like your oc's just have this really unique aspect to them that makes them really likeable. All your oc's seem to have really cool personalities so I was wondering what your process behind creating them are. Do you discovery write them and shape them as you go throughout the story or do you outline them before starting?

Thank you for the sweet compliments about my art, I've been feeling pretty crap about it lately and it's nice to hear that it's not as bad as I fear it is. I'm hoping to have a period where I just practice my anatomy and color theory and all that jazz. Because my eye has evolved but my skills haven't.

I think Kestrel's greatest fear is being abandoned? But it's not like she'd break down if she was, she'd probably just finally start her descent into villainy. Like, "if nobody likes me or wants to be around me, then I'll retroactively justify their feelings by making their life a nightmare," ya know? It doesn't go that far and the story isn't rly about her corruption arc (she actually improves, a little bit), but that's basically it. As for Falk, I think he's afraid of failure. Hence why he doesn't try anything, he doesn't believe himself to be capable of success but he also doesn't want to disappoint anyone so he just kinda exists. It's a little sad tbh. I love creating pathetic men.

As for inspirations ... Hmm. I think I answered a similar question before? Yup, found it! On the topic of messages, I don't really write with messages or themes in mind? Those tend to come up naturally as I write and rewrite, but I always try to just tell a fun, engaging story, and people can take away from that what they will. Sorry if this is a disappointing answer, but I have never been someone who writes to say something. I like to entertain with my stories. If I've done that, then I've succeeded, in my book, even if it's not the deepest or most cerebral story in the world. This WIP in particular is just me having fun and hopefully the reader will have a good time, too!

Also, the dragon WIP will be a trilogy I think? It could possibly also be a duology. I don't want it to be too long and am trying to keep it on the shorter side, so even if it turns out to be a trilogy I don't expect any of the books to be chonkers.

About my IF ideas: I've currently put both on hold, mainly because I have so many writing projects already and creating an IF is a lot more difficult in terms of storytelling, coding, and audience expectations. That last one is probably the scariest part to me tbh, as an anxious people pleaser. Sorry if that's a disappointing answer :/ I can write up a separate post about my ideas for the vampire IF though, if you're interested! I do like the OCs I've came up with for it.

And on the topic of OCs: I tend to keep things pretty organic and fluid as I write. The way I build OCs is that I have a plot hook in mind, figure out what roles need to be filled, and then I throw some half-baked people at the roles and see how they interact. Most of my character creation happens in my mind, where I come up with scenarios in my head and see how the characters react. Then I figure out why they react that way, how someone else might react to that reaction, etc etc. I do prefer to have a relatively clear picture of the character in mind before I start writing, but it's only after a few rewrites that the character becomes their own. I think they have to interact with the world and the plot and surprise you a little bit as you write, that way you get a clearer picture of who they are. So it's a mix of both outlining and discovery!

can i just say the re2 remake gets so tedious at times (I have to take a week off after doing a story run because it is tedious and recuperation as I am working on s ranks hardcore 2 out of 4 baby the other 2 are the bruns and I am going to have so much fun what so ever when I see a specific zombie model and blast them with infinite rocket launcher) like its so similar between the a runs and b runs outside of the ada/sherry segments and the extra fights at the end... like just from that alone I don’t see why RE3 is more hated to the point of people even liking it gets them attacked (or just insulting it and clogging up discussion threads on how to fix any technical issues you might have).

as I was playing RE3 remake (for the first time ever I don't even know what i did but it worked and I finished playing it today) I have a question/ comment about it but has it ever occured to some that maybe the clock tower puzzle from the original wasn’t included because the re2 remake has a clock tower puzzle? and from what I gathered from watching the original RE3/ reading the guide the puzzle looked so fucking tedious and i couldn't tell if there was a note to explain what you have to do with it.

btw this is what you do with the clock puzzle in the OG3 (see the similarities to the re2 remake?)

"Take the orbs to the clocks. The object is to get the middle clock to read 12:00, and each orb in each different clock tray will modify the time differently. The following chart lists the values of each orb in each different tray. Therefore, if the clock reads 5:00, put the Crystal in the Past Tray (-1), the Obsidian in the Present (+2) and the Amber in the Future (+6), to bring the time to 12:00. (5:00 -1 hr= 4:00, + 2 hr= 6:00, +6 hr= 12:00). When you complete the puzzle, the middle clock will open and you can grab the Gold Gear. Combine it with the Silver Gear to make the Chronos Gear. The back room may contain a box of Shotgun Shells and a blocked exit that will come into play later. Return to the machinery room in the tower to get that clock chiming! The Chronos Gear goes into the clock mechanism and rings the massive bell. Load up on everything you need: weapons (grenades especially), First Aid Spray, Combined Herbs...when you exit the room the Nemesis comes a-courtin' and you'll want to be ready. This is the toughest Nemesis battle yet. The machinery room is also a great place to save your progress. You may need to do the Nemesis battle a couple of times to get past him."

but honestly I just think the re3 remake is treated unfairly

as i haven't played re2make in ages and i haven't played re3make at all (unfortunately) i don't rly have the confidence to say for sure whether or not either comes off as tedious to me, though i do remember in my three or four runs that i don't THINK i ever felt annoyed by anything (except maybe that goddamn chess vault). the runs are super similar, yeah, but i'm also terrified of being bad at video games so i'm always on the edge of my seat regardless 🙈

(side note you are way stronger than me bc those hardcore s runs whatever the xbox achievements are are simply too much for me lol)

anyway the second you said re3 clock tower puzzle i knew what you were talking about LMAO i hated that puzzle. re3 had a few rough puzzles from what i remember when i played. though i think it's impossible to say whether or not they removed that puzzle bc of re2make but i feel like it'd be incredibly stupid if that WAS the reason. the puzzles are different enough imo to not feel like i'm playing re2make again. so like i get why people might have been upset at that being removed bc the old re games are SO puzzle based & that's why a lot of people like them

i think it's rly weird that, like, fans are getting criticized for liking the game, though. it definitely felt rushed and it was WAY too short, but what's that got to do with people who like it? criticize capcom all day long but if fans of re3make are minding their own business and engaging with other fans of it, leave them alone. who cares if they like it! let them have their spaces to enjoy the game with each other!
