A lil story how i wanted to fix my mental but in the end got another mental problem lol.

Last september ive went to a psych doc adviced to me. And ive went to the clinic bypassing the register (first redflag). just personal meetings without pay or smth. Therefore i didnt have a medcard in the hospital. I went to him after the hospital work arc, pretty vulnerable, yk.

The doc was a fucking prick, didnt tell me how to take meds properely, assigned me with a ton of diagnosis without any tests, just judging by the eye. I dropped wisiting to him more than a half of a year, thank god.

I trusted him, it was my mistake, altho, he shouldve known better. Thankfully I got away with just fright without serious consequences to me or my health. And i cant just go to any instances and report malpractice bc ive bypassed the register and the psych can just assign me clinically fully psycotic out of touch with reality. The instances will believe him more likely than me, plus, i dont have any proofs anymore, plus yada-yada more headaches with sues and..... im just afraid to go in it again lol. I know I destroyed proofs so it don't become an eyesore. Trauma response?who knows. Probably.

Its been more than half of a year and i was fine most of this time but the last month i cant stop thinking about it its just stuck in my head on repeat. If i cant do anything anymore then i gotta get over it. Now im trying to work with these memories by myself. Works out slowly but surely....

Only one moral here. Dont ever bypass the register. You learn life lessons thru hard challenges.

Cannabis Ritual

So I decided that this would be the first spell in my grimoire something that I do daily. Which is, respectively, smoking weed. Cannabis is a spiritual tool for me. It brings me calmness, it allows my mind to slow down. In my experience, it even has the capacity the change my perspective on a situation. It is one of the most powerful herbs I have ever worked with. From time to time, I have been known to use the herb as before doing divination work. More frequently, I use it for shadow work. I also use it to relax. In Celtic culture, it was believed that Freya resided in the flowers of cannabis. Hellenic cultures believed that the Oracle of Delphi would channel prophecies from Apollo while in trance like state. It is believed that she used cannabis and other herbs to illicit the trance.

Intentions

When working with cannabis, it is essential to not leave the plant to do all the work. Approach it with a balance of my own energy and its own energy. I set my intentions, clear my mind, make it known to the herb why you would like to work with it, and what I want out of it. If I'm just using it to relax, I will be honest with it. otherwise ask to see things from a new perspective, or for assistance in shadow work, or divination. Respect the plant and it will reward you. Trust your intuition.

How To Use

Now, I have been using cannabis daily before I even became a witch, so the herb I know the herb very well, as it is a special interest for me. However if this were my first time, I would ask the herb directly if I have its permission to work with it.

Set your Intentions. Make sure to record the Intentions in your journal. Again, make it known to the plant.

Cleanse the area you are using the herb in.

Start off small. I recommend using a bowl for your first time. pack in a small amount and do not take the whole bowl at once.

Light Up.

Do whatever you intended to do after you have smoked. If this is your first time, be prepared to not be able to do anything. Make sure you have a clear schedule ahead before using the herb. Make sure to record the feelings and sensations it brings up. DO this during the high and after.
