Last time I have a latte I s2g this caffeine is treating me so badly
#speculation nation#i think my caffeine tolerance has gone down since ive stopped drinking it most days since starting adderall#but i just wanted a latte 😭😭😭 but i feel so nauseous and like im going to slip out of this plane of being#not a good feeling!!!!!!!!!!#i did manage to get home safely and ive just been sitting since. waiting for it to pass. it's not passing.#i probably need to eat smth. but before i have dinner i need to shower.#which means showering while i feel like im under the microscope of god#the grip on reality. fleeting. imperfect. stretchy like taffy.#but i cannnnnnn survive. ive survived worse#next time i do a cafe sit i am going to not have caffeine bc its So not fucking worth iiiit#dear god save my soul i do not deserve thissssss
