So...I finished the Arlecchino story quest...

This is, by far, the best story quest I have ever done!

First of all, CHILDE?! CHILDE ESCAPING HIS PERSONAL AMBULANCE TO SNEZHNAYA JUST TO COME BACK TO FONTAINE TO ASK SKIRK A QUESTION? Bro is so funny, please-

Wait, actually, yeah please do save him. Pulcinella and Pantalone are both plotting in the background, and they got Childe involved...

I also loved the children! Look at how terrifying they are! They're my absolute faves!!

Lyney cementing the reason as to why Arlecchino chose him as the next King is wonderful to see as well. For some time, I thought Freminet and Lynette had a shot, even with reading their lore. What I have failed to realize is that Lyney really is the inspiration for all of the people in the House of the Hearth. His frustrated and disappointed spiel about Freminet not trusting him with Clervie struck me to the heart. This is an older brother at work here people!

Also if I had a nickel every time a cryo younger brother hid a dangerous secret from his pyro older brother which got them into an argument once the truth came out, I'd have 2 nickels ✌️ (somehow gave me war flashbacks to a scene that doesn't even exist lmao)

LYNETTE IS THE FUNNIEST SIBLING BTW. SHE'S MY QUEEN FOR THIS.

Clervie! Our dearest! I'm not fully sure what part in her design did it, but she barely looks like an NPC somehow. Like, yes, this is still an NPC base model, but... is it perhaps the hair? And the extra lashes??

Also, her calling Arlecchino "Perrie" made me sob. I wasn't ready to hear nicknames!!

The mention of Snezhnayan auroras also made me sob again as well. You know what? This entire thing made me sob.

Clervie's dread and horror at the thought of her own mother, her unrelenting spirit that kept her going in her fight for her fellow peers freedom despite the abuse that she will receive, and her unfulfilled dreams repeatedly being mentioned throughout this quest was heartbreaking.

I do have to say- the animations they released for Arlecchino helped a lot with the emotions we are supposed to feel for this quest. Not only was that good Advertising and promotion for the Arlecchino banner, it also set up the plot that would have not been well presented ingame had they chose to do that instead.

Crucabena and Clervie part of this quest were not the only ones mentioned in this quest, but also that damn dude that she killed with her heels! I personally like the way they released all those animations because the quest feels more emotional and alive now, and we could follow with the story better than before (and it effectively increased the hype)

Speaking of more alive, the facial expressions have definitely improved! This quest had them utilizing various expressions well, specifically for the playable characters, so, again, this really helped with the feel of the quest.

Additionally, adding a picture to scenes also set the tone really well. It's not that pictures have never been included in quests before, but the way these were framed(?) made it look way better than the ones before.

By the way...is it just me? Or did Paimon's voice somewhat mellow out for this quest? I had recently played some other story and world quests, and Paimon's EN voice is admittedly high-pitched and painful to hear in those, but for this quest, it's as if her voice was toned down (like Mondstadt Paimon, but with current Paimon energy). I'm hoping this was them taking the criticism from past and adjusting their instructions to Paimon's VA accordingly, because I loved Paimon's voice in this quest (that or I'm delulu)

Quick lore tidbits before I go back to gushing about this quest:

1. Arlecchino confirmed not from Fontaine (like I legit thought she may be Khaenri'ahn due to the blood moon thing she has going for her, but it's nice to confirm her non-Fontainian status)

2. Crucabena was the one who had a deal with Dottore on sending members of the HotH to him for experimentation. Anyone who was physically impaired or left alive after a duel to death are automatically sent to him. Clervie has described this as a fate worse than death... Peruere rejected Dottore's partnership offer once she became the next knave. Also, Crucabena used Clervie as an "example" for those who wish to escape, meaning Clervie received the most abuse (which apparently worsened as the years went by). Clervie lost hope sometime along the way and was basically suicidal as well by the time she and Arlecchino had their duel... Her mindset by that time is that the only hope for freedom to her is death. The popular theory of Clervie letting Arlecchino kill her is proven in a horrifying way with this discovery... (yes, she wanted Arlecchino to be the king, but at the same time, she took this situation as a chance to hit 2 birds with 1 stone)

3. Project Stuzha is apparently something highly dangerous, and Pulcinella and Pantalone are trying to get Childe and Arlecchino involved (Childe was told to aide the project by Pulcinella, while Arlecchino says she doesnt want the HotH to be involved in it)

4. Here is me reannouncing that I am in fact taking the L on the Freminet and Crucabena situation. Basically, the timeline is that at age 16, Clervie dies, and we are left with a 1 year time period for a 6 year old Freminet to enter under Crucabena (I'm guessing this is either a retcon or a means to hide the Arlecchino plot by not having them directly say mother in Freminet's character story 4). After that said 1 year, Peruere kills Crucabena and has spent several months in Snezhnaya before reviving the House of the Hearth and adopting Lyney and Lynette (perhaps the children of Crucabena's HotH simply stuck together during that time)

Basically, yes, Arlecchino is in her mid-20s. Not my personal cup of tea, but hey, genshin ages are confusing most days (Ayato is older than her, and Ayaka may actually be older than her as well... ugh I need a moment please... I MAY BE THE SAME AGE AS HER. NO-)

5. Freminet used to also call Lyney "brother". What changed that, I'm not sure (and if I had a nickel...), but the thought of baby Freminet following around big bro Lyney and big sis Lynette makes my heart melt. Freminet actually cried after Lyney basically told him how important Fremi is to him, so whoever made Freminet think otherwise... 😡 they better square up because we ride at dawn

THE BOSS FIGHT? IT WAS SO COOL! It was beautifully animated, and the fact that they added this at the end?

The fear on the traveler's eyes upon realization of what true power Arlecchino held was amazing imo. We canonically cannot defeat Arlecchino in her boss fight! She will be a weekly boss that we can defeat, but in actuality, we really cannot beat the number 4 of the Fatui Harbringers.

We now have actual proof that harbringers 1-4 are not within our capabilities to challenge, and to add to that horror, this is us fighting Arlecchino with Lyney, Lynette, and Freminet. This is also actual proof that we, the traveler, cannot defeat a ton of other characters as well! (were cooked if we never get a power boost and plot armor✌️)

And finally, the last part of my commentary that cemented this quest as my top 1:

Everything Arlecchino has done for the House of the Hearth, it was all thanks to Clervie and her dreams.

Arlecchino has shaped the HotH into a more honest relationship between her as the father and them as her children. Everything Clervie hated about the old HotH is now nonexistent in this version.

The children could be set free.

Duels are not to death.

They will not be sent to their doom if they lose.

This is everything that Clervie dreamed of, and this is everything Clervie tragically never got to see and experience because she lost all hope.

Clervie's story ended in tragedy, but Peruere lived and breathed Clervie's dreams for her anyway. Seeing the aurora was the start of Peruere finding the goal of living Clervie's dream, and now, Arlecchino strives to do her best to see those dreams come to fruition.

And the qualities that Peruere admired in Clervie are the same qualities that made her want Lyney to become the next king. Hopeful, caring, protective, passionate, and full of conviction. Lyney will take the mantle and live and breathe for Clervie's and Peruere's dreams someday.

Honestly, I have more to say, but I think this is a good place to stop for now. The dynamics of all these characters have made this experience worthwhile, and I hope that genshin continues with this sort of style in the future. Here's to more amazing stories from genshin!

Ji Ho's Therapy Game - Part 1

Oh! It seems Ji Ho is really Princess Jihovere! And she lives in a beautiful castle! In the princess' tower at that 🏰

She has a huge bathroom there! Anything a mermaid princess could wish for was there. Fluffy towels, scented essences and cute toys. (And it seems both, Jack and Ji Ho, have a way better ingame experience that poor Vlad ^^')

The Princess dressed and went up to the top of the tower to take a look around. Such a beautiful world!

Her next quest is to dine with the Queen! She's already awaiting the princess. (The dresscode in the castle seems to be mintgreen+white ^^')

Such an amazing castle! Ji Ho doesn't know where to look first! Ji Ho and Noxee hadn't much to do with each other in the past and since The Queen doesn't know Ji Ho ingame, it's even more intimidating.

Ji Ho doesn't even know if the Queen is a good or evil character. From what Ji Ho knows about fairytales is, that the Queen/Mother-in-law ist mostly evil and jealous of the younger and prettier princess ö.Ö' Maybe this therapy experience isn't as amazing as it seems? Plus: Lou mentioned that, after Prince Caleb and Princess Jihovere are married, The Queen will have to leave and Caleb will be King... Maybe marrying The Prince wasn't the challenge in this game but staying alive?

Ji Ho decided to adress it right away. This is just a game and he's determined to make good progress so he can finally dig out his buried feelings so he can love Vlad. Ji Ho: "Won't it be hard for you to retreat after Caleb becomes King?"

The Queen: "Oh my precious, don't you worry! This is just a constitutional monarchy here and we do not have any power. It's just for the show. To be honest: It's not that desireable to have the eyes of 'our subjects' on us all the time. They have more power over us than we over them ^^' Many are just lurking until we take a false step and: off the head! I can't wait to return to my own little queendom." The Queen sighed and looked a bit sad.

But soon she smiled again, the show must go on. She's a real pro. The Queen: "Let's finish our meal. There's still a lot to do before the wedding. You're from the Kingdom under the Sea and our habits are so different from yours. A lot to learn for you. We won't let you get roasted for not being an appropriate Queen for our King, right?" Ji Ho let out a nervous laugh: "Right, Your Royal Highness."

Princess Jihovere sat in the garden. It was calmingly quiet and so relaxing to just sit here in the sun, nothing was worrying him here. Ji Ho is determined to make the most of this experience and to cherish these reposeful moments after all the madness they had to go through. And who knows what lies in their future...

The Queen instructed the Princess to stitch a few loops. That's obviously still a valuable trait in the upper echolons of society here.

She was intrigued by the statue of a stunning man in the garden and decided to stich the beautiful face of him.

Princess Jihovere made good progress since Ji Ho enjoys stitching in the real world too.

The princess spent many hours in the garden stitching many loops of the beautiful statue. And she was very happy doing this. There's so much happening in their lives that they barely have time to sit down in peace and silence and create something just for the joy of it - and not to earn money. And the statue was so beautiful to look at. It had a very special (and oddly familiar) presence on Ji Ho. It was as if the statue was looking back at him. As if he wanted to tell him something. A real master of his art must have created it. And he must have had a very handsome model.

Meanwhile in the Throne Room, a very grumpy Throne Prince sat on the Throne. What's up with him? He's going to marry a beautiful princess!

okay so I’m gonna leave it here for tonight bc I’m on my phone which doesn’t have a proper ruler, but calculating from the pose in his shop which is 3.5 metres tall, it makes him about 13-13.5 metres long in total.

I did some digging and the thickness of a sea snake’s skin is somewhere between 2-9.8 micrometers (so 0.2-0.98 millimeters), and in terms of large terrestrial snakes (bc I couldn’t find anything on sea snakes), the skin thickness to width ratio is about 1:10 - 1:20 depending on species. The reason I’m doing this is bc in order to fillet the tail it would need to be skinned first before cooking and would therefore slightly change the body mass/actual cut size.

So tomorrow what I’ll have to do is measure the width of the tail compared to the length, calculate the proportionate equivalent to determine the skin thickness and then take it off the total.

In order to get the fillet size, I’ll have to get stuff for like, bone size and density to see where to subtract from that, and then calculate the weight as well combining both human weight per cm and snake weight per cm (i am NOT doing it for every thing in the document, im aware it won’t be perfect but I’m not matpat)

basil learned crochet from his grandma when he was a kid

he listens to babymetal(the idea is amusing to me lmao)

he had a really strong comphet. i think he had this much trouble accepting himself because that traditional family model gave him some sort of security in his life. and he always was scared of change so when he did knew it felt like he didn't know what his future even could be anymore. so uhh hes going through it still

basil likes long skirts because they make him taller(he's the size of an atom)

his hair is wavy and he has freckles

basil can't handle spicy food at all and thinks ketchup is spicy. sunny tries to kiss him after eating spicy food and basil jumps like he just touched fire

i think he was really scared of sunny's dad when they were kids. and the first time they met he called him by his first name so the first impression was BAD(he didn't do it after that)

oh and he has audhd. he's really forgetful and doesn't keep track of his things so sunny reminds him since he has good memory. there was a lot of times he left his things forgetting to take them with him like his phone or camera and sunny took them for him.

Going into the new year batching and complaining about something I like (because I play digimon world next order on my switch during holidays when I get stressed or tired and just want to pass time)

-Koromon's forward facing eyes upset me. This tiny predator will eat me in my sleep I know it...

-Tyranomon needs bigger eyes on his model. Make him kawaii.

-I should not be allowed to recruit Grapleomon as early as chapter 2. I should not be allowed to just go to him and lock out all other evolution options except the one I want that early in the game. That should be a "Just before the final boss" kind of service.

-okay so we doing a "pushed your digimon too far dark evolution" plot with Kouta and Yukimura and though I appreciate trying to be unique by not using Megidramon you just used Skullgreymon again. Clearly the only evil dinosaur you could ever use.

-Himari, it's nice to know your backstory of having no mom and two 2nd grade twin sisters that you are basically substitute mom for and that's why your worried and wanna go home, and imagining them hungry makes you sad but like you never said you didn't have a dad. I'm sure he's at least leaving saltiness crackers out for the ankle biters while worrying about your disappearance?

-(So used to the pronunciation "Machine'DRUH'mon" that I get angry everytime Jijimon called it "Machine'DRAY'mon")

-there is a pc port of this game and like zero modding scene. Like most of the mods are just changing the title song "Accentier" and switching it with "Brave Heart". I was hoping for like model swapping digimon using models ripped from Cyber Slueth and adding them over other models or like custom outfit mods for your player character but at best it's like a color pallet swap and I know mods are hard but still... disappointment.

-speaking of the player costumes why are they dressed like that? Mostly the girl. Ur hood isn't attached to you clothes. Your wearing a onsie with wierd panties that look like a skirt but they're so tight they're crawling up your ass. WHERE WERE YOU GOING DRESSED LIKE THIS?? Is this like Adventure 02 where the digital world gives you new clothes, which would explain Himarri but if so why is Kouta dressed like he's going to chess club?

-in some of the artwork for the girl player she's shown with Palmon and Biyomon as her partners and though superfluous it would have been a nice touch if that carried over into the game instead of both players starting with Omnimon's parts.

-I like the carnevoir vs herbevoir storyline in Oguino Wastelands but it's kinda wierd that you learn Rosemon was being sweet talked into leveling the wastelands by Myotismon because he's a real-estate guy and then the two upon recruitment are stationed right next to eachother and there's no dialogue to follow that up. Infact you recruited a LOT of digimon from both factions and there could have been a 'Two Spiderman pointing at eachother' event right in the city.

-I hate how the upgraded Floatia looks. I miss DW1's restaurant that was literally walking into a toaster oven. Now I'm just walking into a restaurant.

-Stardew valley style daily "Request board" would not be out of place or unwelcome in Floatia.

-I hate the name "Floatia."

-devs, putting big batteries and circuit board patterns everwhere doesn't make it feel digital worldy :(

-people complaining when their two digimon get out of sync are strait up fools as being a day or two out of sync is OPTIMAL statgrinding! Let the Mega carry the fresh baby through hard fights and get them stats! You'll have a rookie with Mega stats in no (ingame) time!

-Spoiler: Luche's Identity as the leftover data of the possessed kid's digimon partner is cool and I like it but Luche seems to care more about the player being their ONNI-SAAAAN than reuniting with their tamer and that feels like wasted drama for such a good set up.

-I don't want to send a townie digimon on an adventure to bring back items I WANT TO GO ON AN ADVENTURE AND BRING BACK ITEMS! What I mean is, more minigames plz.

Not neccessarily obscure or weird maybe (or maybe it is), but since I am a hyperfixating gremlin, I once noticed that Wesker was wearing the same old wrist watch (a S.T.A.R.S. branded custom watch) in RE5 that he also wore in RE1. Before someone comes at me for giving this more credit than it should have due to the fact Capcom was selling actual IRL watches of those models at the time - I know. But I still indulged the idea that Wesker kept things from before the Mansion Incident (not just the watch but also his gun), because it makes for interesting character analysis. I have a post on that too which I need to move over to this blog, so I won't go into much more here, but this is the first thing that came to mind.

Admittedly, no. I admire people who are able to dig into info for a character on this level, but I already have trouble keeping all my ingame lore notes in alignment so usually I just go with the general consensus and understanding of science the games give us, and roll with it. If I ever have the time and headspace, I would love to research some more of the basics - but at the same time, I don't think it's truly neccessary rather than something that can be done if the interests are there. Meaning, I would never say someone needs to have a firm grasp of IRL research topics before they can write for this fandom / characters with scientific background.

At this point of my fic, we are slowly getting to the timeline where we will experience Wesker displaying emotions more clearly (at least for Chris to notice, as they still are hard to recognize), so as of now, there is no real positive / soft / not volatile themed situation I can think of. Where we are now, there is a clearly budding curiosity taking over as in the next chapter, Chris will accidentally see Wesker's eyes for the first time directly, which does something to Wesker he can't pinpoint himself.

Excellent question! I'd say I mostly tried to stick to what canon lore has given us in terms of how the Progenitor Virus affects Wesker. Since we don't see a whole lot from him in the games during this time though, I took the liberty of expanding on it. What we know is that eventually at some point, Wesker needed to stabilize his infection because contrary to what was expected, his body was not able to completely adapt to it. Which has to mean whatever the infection started to do to Wesker was not helping him further his plans, but effectively hindering him, causing him to search for a way to stabilize it without considerung a cure. We also see what happens when his serum injection is due, and what happens when he is overdosed on it (he effectively loses all self control, Chris even comments that Wesker has become senile). So what I decided for my portrayal was that the Progenitor Virus, similar to the T-Virus, started to affect Wesker's brain, causing his mind to destabilize. The main side effects would have been exactly what you asked - emotional effects - which mainly would cause him to become more erratic, irrational, with difficulties to keep his temper in control as he usually does. It would have slowly started creeping in to the point where, around the time of the Las Plagas incident, he would have noticed it affecting him to a degree that endangered his work and his plans. What we see in the final fight in RE5, I interpreted as a direct result of the unchecked Progenitor Virus melding with Uroboros - and we saw how that ended. After the Reborn Protocol of my fic was activated, the situation is changed completely - but I'm going to keep that bit to myself to avoid spoilers for now ;)

19. What's your favourite thing about the Resident Evil fandom (the people in it, not the media you're all enjoying together)?

I think the one thing that always springs out to me is how crazy talented the people in this fandom are. Not just in terms of art, but we have all walks of life where some focus on creating amazing edits, gifsets, art or writing, some saintly people go to the deep mines of Capcom's original (japanese) texts and translate them for us (kudos to Project Umbrella), cosplayers, game streamers, and of course the people over at Residence of Evil who managed to find the original cast of the first RE game, letting them know how loved they are and even creating new media with them. It's a huge fandom where everyone can find their respective niche and tribe, and I think that's amazing.

Although I do have art of this scrunkly guy, I'm going to use the ingame recreaction I tried to make of him, as I don't think I'm really able to draw him accurately 100% to the creature model. Niruir is a falmer, whom was raised by a Redguard woman named Jonaia, away from other ones of his kind. Jonaia is a mercenary, and during one of her contracts they ended up accidentally walking into the home of a lone Falmer. Not exactly knowing what it was, she slayed the Mer, only to realize that they were trying to protect their young. At first she considered leaving it there, thinking them to be a mere animal, but something inside her didn't let her do so. Because of that, she took the child back home, raising it as her own, over time realizing that he was no mere animal. Niruir currently resides in a wooden shack in the forest, the closest town to him being Ivarstead. He works as an alchemist and healer, using his skills to bail out wounded adventurers he comes across sometimes when going down into caves to find special ingredients. (though only those that don't seem like they'll kill him the second he turns his back on them.) He doesn't go into towns often, as he doesn't want to frighten the residents/put himself in danger. He isn't really a part of Falmer society due to his upbringing, he can't communicate with them and doesn't possess many of the skills they do (that aren't inborn.) Although over time from travelling into caves he does find ways to do so, even if not as well. Despite the fact that he's kinda an outcast in most society, he's actually a pretty cheerful fellow, kind to anyone who'll give him a chance. I'm currently working on a story where he is one of the main characters.

Artorias: Artorias is a beautiful illustration about the simultaneous all-giving and yet hollowness of Lordran's valour. He has offered himself, blood, flesh, body and soul, for the protection of this realm, and it has consumed him. Everything about him, everything that made him who he was, gnawed off to this end.

I'm a bit iffy on the concept of, "oh, you actually saved Oolacile all along :) Lmao Artorias took credit. What a punk." I know I'm being facetious, but that's kinda what it feels like. It feels... Inserty, y'know? Our purpose, if any, is to link the Flame-- And it's not ours alone. That's what I like about Dark Souls, and Fromsoft games in general; it didn't have to be you. It was not preordained that you, O' player, would fix shit and save the day. There were others that came before you, greater in magnitude. And yet, that doesn't matter. You pick up the pieces. You sweep the ashes. You make bed for change.

Also I headcanon him as having a more North African bent to him. I think it goes well with his palette and the sun-themeing, and also I love projecting~ (mixed babes keep winning!)

I do have an OC, but haven't played as him yet (don't really play the game at this time. Too busy modding it to my liking.). He's mostly used as a half-joking self-insert at this time and most likely will always have an element of that. Still, I know some details about him. I'll probably do a playthrough with him once I'm done with my modding binge and when I have time. Then he can be more fleshed out.

Who are they?

For now, you can call him by my normal online name, King Feraligatr (or KF) (he has no proper name). He's not much of anyone, but I do know that he's a commoner with Imperial citizenship. I also know that he's anti-slavery. His current tags are Scholar and Jester (but that could change).

What is their damage?

Is this meant to be mental or literal damage type? Or both? Anyways, since he lacks fleshing out, he has no real mental quirks. His main damage types would probably be melee mixed with hydro. :)

What do they look like?

He's currently just a standard lizard who's blue. Mostly because I like the lizards in this game and blue is my favorite color. :) He does use use some assets from Majora's Character Creation Plus , so recreating him using base game assets isn't completely possible.

Are there any differences between their in-game model and how you imagine them?

Not currently, but those aforementioned assets make it hard to recreate him in the modding editor if I ever want to do shots of him in it.

What is their fighting style?

Currently melee mixed with Hydrosophy. Modded to make that combat style more viable. :) He also likes to heal people and such.

Who do they love and why?

If the name of my blog didn't make it obvious, it's Red Princess Sadha. Specifically my edited and expanded version of her (now ingame due to a mod. :D). Sadha is my primary fictional "crush", so you'd better bet I'd find a way to get her and my OC together. Though it happens sometime after the game. The way I see it playing out is that TRP, being his usual sleeping around self, cheats on her. However, in this continuity, he doesn't prioritize her or really even seek her out (specifics are TBD). So, ignoring her on the Reaper's Coast (RC) (though maybe the OC passes by and says "hi" or something) and meeting her in Arx and with Sadha knowing about TRP's unfaithfulness, she breaks up with him. My version of Sadha may prefer monogamy, but she'd be willing to working out polyamory if TRP followed some simple conditions and treated her right. Not in this case. Anyways, this obviously makes Sadha upset and she's not in much of a talking mood in Horrorsleep. Still, "KF" still feels bad and gives her a Swornbreaker, for which she is grateful for. They may not be able to talk much now, but they know each other and are acquainted. After the events of the game, "KF", having little better to do (and maybe taking some slight interest into the Red Princess), looks Sadha up and chooses to work for her and the royal family of the House of Law. Sadha and "KF" befriend each other pretty fast. And eventually, over time, they develop feelings for each other. They start dating and eventually get married (especially important to make their relationship more "official" in the eyes of the public since Sadha's royalty and all). Like myself, my OC is asexual and I have that play into his and Sadha's relationship. They have no kids (like I would want) and while they still have to deal with Sadha dreaming of TRP at times (I don't think that would go away even if they broke up. (: .), they work through it. The two work together to try and bring about changes they think would benefit the Empire, like abolitionism (to things simple, Sadha is also anti-slavery.) and being more peaceful. Sadha has repaired her professional relationship with TRP (now probably Emperor) as well. So from helper, to acquaintance, to protector, to friend, to partner, to spouse, to partners (could make a pun on this... :)) in politics and other areas, I'd say "KF" and Sadha have a good relationship. :)

Uh, not much. He still needs fleshing out, as I've said. He's not directly possible to recreate in the editor easily, so shots like this:

Were the three of them really close in Scotland, but left as soon as possible bc their family was abusive, only for Kent and Raphael to find refuge in the Templar Order while Henry goes to university? Would they still have that brotherly love if they were close as kids even when they are in the Order, or would they have a falling out and start despising each other (or Jekyll @ the older brothers at least)? Would Raphael and Kent secretly be protective of Henry and manage to keep him out of Starrick's line-of-sight so that Henry won't get in trouble for defying orders/ignoring them? Would they force Henry to join the Templars with threats or would Henry mostly feel obligated to join them? Since the Templar Order isn't illegal in London, would other people know that Jekyll is a Templar, or would he keep it hidden from the public? Would his brothers help hide his identity?? SO many questions and I'm so sad I won't be able to discuss them with you :'c

(also can I just say I love the poetic differences between their clothing. Raphael is just wearing a waistcoat/basic clothes and he is a brute and more open, Kent is wearing more clothes/layering up and he is the "brains" out of the two of them, Jekyll is wearing the most layers and is almost trying to hide himself and I just... *chief's kiss*)

Henry being a dramatic theater nerd and stealing Roth's costume supplies to hide his identity bc he is so ashamed of it and doesn't want people he knows to know about it my beloved <3 Plus the blighter uniforms doesn't look too far off of what he normally wears so he could probably use that as an excuse whenever some other Templar gets up his ass about not wearing the right clothes, yet it still doesn't make Henry feel any better knowing he has to bear the knowledge that he is actively wearing discreet blighter clothes to keep the Order happy and the public oblivious, knowing what cause he is reluctantly supporting. Anyways I have now also decided that Maxwell and Henry are friends bc they both hate the Templars and Crawford and Henry gets to star in many of the plays he sets up. Plus they are both slightly insane so they match each other good.

They knew. And they did it anyway!!! And the textures are all PHUCKING incredible. They could have put in something diegetically about Wrathion still being a little bit uncanny valley since he hasn't quite nailed down shapeshifting. ARTERGON ACRES, a community from SINE HABITATIONS INC,

layout inspired by the park i live in irl a bit. except the office is easier to find in artergon. plenty of kinda strange lot placements as a result from multiple eras of management/corp-krewe ownership making very different decisions about what they wanted to with the park. the river there is that large one that goes through metrica starting at the inquest outer complex and feeding into loch jezt. as always i HC gw2 maps as being realistically much more vast than they are ingame, ingame being a 'chibi' version, and this park is located somewhere near artergon waypoint and the conduit tower nopp poi

extremely rough basic concept for a carrier plus general ideas for rozz and toza's (kai's is still cooking in my brain). i loathe drawing vehicles and buildings ok

rozz's lot is a bit more secluded feeling and backed up to some trees (he is eternally thankful about this). he is an asocial recluse and not a stellar neighbor but at least keeps to himself. blinds ALWAYS closed💯 whenever toza is chucking fireworks into the marsh behind her carrier he can Hear It from his lot and if he's in the midst of trying to record a cubecast ep he has to resist going into neurodivergent meltdown mode and debating in some way abusing his arcane eye powers to get her in trouble for it somehow despite himself being hypocritically allergic to the concept of calling the cops (considering.. he is one.)

kai is newer to the park compared to the other two ('newer' is like 7yrs here tho) and lives in a semi-new carrier model which he's made look dogshit fairly quickly. he can see rozz's carrier just a bit from his back kitchen window and thinks that rozz, who he knows only as 'antenna guy' is very funny. rozz knows kai as the gregarious stoner who is constantly jogging shirtless and keeps trying to say hi to him in the mailroom

toza, to them both, is 'large loud aggressive woman/person with the gyrocycle' (until she becomes kai's coworker, and then to kai she is 'my bestie toza' ofc). toza is always absolutely whippin it through the park on that thing regardless of any speed bumps. there are tire marks all over her.. i guess its not a driveway. paved walkup to the carrier, bc cars dont exist, which she happens to park her cycle on. she has dented her trailer doing this. that cycle is her pride and joy and she usually has a massive fuckoff padlock and chain tied to it. she is NOT a great neighbor. she's friendly enough but very quickly gets touchy and edgy about certain things wrt her lot and carrier. if she's not constantly loudly fixing up and revving her gyrocycle she loves to have fun with Explosions and whips out her lighter and some fireworks and tosses that shit into the river/marsh behind her carrier

until kai and toza meet officially, none of them know each other's inquest/arcane eye status 👍 (they still don't know about rozz and rozz doesn't know about them either)
