20. Candi! That one issue of them hanging out and having a meal together was one of my favorites to read, it was genuinely so cute and fun. (I would share the panels but my fatal flaw is that I'm bad at remembering issue numbers).

25. I was kinda indifferent to him at the start and I did think he was a bit of an ass but I quickly learned that he's so much more than that and that he is one of the most emotional characters in the series, and I love him very very much. Very important to me.

hellooooo, i come here asking to see if anyone has advice/tips:

i am having massive issues sleeping because of nightmares and night terrors and this morning i potentially experienced sleep paralysis (i'm not entirely sure if thats what happened, but it felt like it could be considered to be sleep paralysis from what i've been looking into). it is getting to the point where i am groggy all day but at night i am fucking terrified to sleep. i've been scared of sleeping for several months but it's just kind of been getting steadily worse.

my psychiatrist tried a medication that's supposed to help people with ptsd sleep better (even though he doesnt believe that i have trauma lol) and it did not help at all (actually made things slightly worse during the day from side effects djsfjkl)

i don't consume caffeine almost ever bc it gives me massive anxiety, i only use bed to sleep in (occasionally i will lie down for a few mins during the day but thats rare), i have a bedtime routine and get into bed at about the same time every night. the only thing that would be considered to be not following sleep hygiene is not engaging in any screentime for half an hour before sleep, but i have good reason to not follow that atm. I have even tried setting up a fucking crystal grid on my nightstand and that hasn't yielded any results at all lol.

is there literally ANYTHING i can do here that i haven't mentioned trying yet? i am getting fucking desperate, and my psychiatrist is useless and i have bigger fish to fry with my doctor right now than my sleep issues (everything is crumbling yayyyy). i am so tired constantly and overly emotional from lack of sleep and just overall in a pretty horrible spot mentally, physically, emotionally, etc. if anyone has literally ANY advice or tips, i am all ears

(i would prefer advice/tips to be in the form of inbox messages, DMs, or post replies, but reblogs are fine if that works best for you since im desperate at this point)

but back to ur question.....honestly as ludicrous as mr mxsrxghkrtjh;kl was, he said it best: man-hell is tall dark and BLANDsome. and not only is he completely HOGGING all the fucking screentime, but hes fucked up kara’s character as well, to the point where im not even interested in her anymore. honestly im only watching for mags, alex, m’gann, j’onn, and the occasional badass lady villain (hellooooo roulette). i cant even say james or vasquez because they’ve all but disappeared from the show entirely, and its like lucy or astra never even existed. i dont know what the fuck the writers are doing over there but mon-el is just the most obnoxious and nauseating symptom of a much deeper underlying problem. i dont know how much longer i’ll be watching, tbh.
