As someone who is an absolute menace when it comes to flirting (flirting isn't a natural means of communiation-- no that cant be right! What about hand holdin :O) I gotta be real, when thats your way of acting with everyone it is NEVER the way you act when you catch feelings. My personal reaction when i get a crush is look down, be completely unable to speak and somehow lose any and all charm I had

HAHAHA yeah no you are absolutely right kallias gets shy when they actually realize they've caught feelings for real. the flirting stops almost entirely, or at least gets toned down a lot because now it makes them nervous! bashful, even! they'll still have moments where they remind themself to flirt to act normal, but... it never comes out quite right. they are just a funny. a silly, even

but once it's made clear to them that mc reciprocates? the flirting comes right back and WITH FEELING THIS TIME. usually i answer romance asks with this stage of kallias because i want people to experience the bashful stage for themselves
