Cater has no opinions but definitely likes the fact that his partner knows so much. He also likes this little bit of chaos because he gets you to himself for a while. Everyone else is too busy settling their life crises while Cater has accepted his turbulent existence long ago.

Leona probably doesn't believe you, and if he does, he just does that little annoyed sneer that makes it hard to tell exactly what he's thinking.

(The fact that he is basically repeating Scar's various mistakes definitely weighs on him... but it also hits Ruggie and Jack hard too. Ruggie especially, who can't imagine how this schoolyard play could potentially evolve into full on murder)

Jack doesn't know where he fits in but for a long while he tries to keep you away from Leona and Ruggie.

It's an immature move. He knows it, you know it, they know it, but the dorm as a whole also seems to acknowledge that maybe he is right to be afraid.

Leona would much appreciate you not bursting into song. Ruggie, on the other hand, encourages such behavior.

Lion man might ask you to tell him about the other dorms. Something about hearing their stories makes him a little less self-concious.

(Especially Sleeping Beauty. Leona still has it out for Malleus lmao)

TLDR: if you have watched movies but haven't played persona 3, YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD!! specifically fes. portable sacrificed a lot (I really hope they do a remake that combines the two but for now fes is the best way to play it)

I need to dump my thoughts of persona 3's end (of the journey anyway) SO here u are

honestly if you have watched the movies but haven't played the game, you definitely should!! if you have a way to play fes or can emulate it, I highly recommend it.

anyway, the end of the game hits WAY harder than in the movies, for multiple reasons:

1. the social links. you spend so much time working on social links, and at the end, you can walk around and find those social links. they tell you how it's going for them, how you've helped them, etc (and then there's tanaka lmao) and like, the movies don't do that, for obvious reasons. of course, the movies focus on makoto's bond with SEES so it still hurts, but seeing everyone thank him for his help just makes the death much sadder.

2. the little details!! after ryoji told SEES about the fall and Nyx, flyers started showing up everywhere, and as the battle got closer, they started growing in numbers and more people started talking about the cult. the music also changed (the songs are really damn good btw) and it just felt.... sad. in the playable days in march, everyone says he looks tired, and once you go back to the dorm, the music just... stops, completely, because makoto just wants to go to bed. yes, in the movies, he looks tired, but you don't get the same details you do in the game.

3. ITS JUST FUN. I had a lot of fun. which is also why coming to the end was sad. running around and talking to everyone, all the silly moments, the silly responses (never forget 'groovy'). it's all just very fun. the Nyx battle was SO ANNOYING but SO COOL!!

anyway. even though I knew how the story ended, it still made me sad to actually play through it and with all the little details I just. it was so sad. so damn sad. please play persona 3.

and also listen to the music its really damn good!!

4. Favorite character you’ve written

-My favorite would be Rhi. She’s the anti-hero/protagonist in my scifi horror novel Ravage. I rp’d as her on Tumblr for a long time to get her characterization solid. Rhi’s a lot of fun, and I love how she’s evolved cause there was a point where she was kind of predictable, but now Rhi is at a point where you can’t tell if she wants to fuck you or kill you--maybe both ;D lmao! And I just love her story. The fact she isn’t truly human either, and I get into the animal mindset while I write is fun. Rhi is a fucking treasure. 

5. Character you were most surprised to end up writing.

-Honest to god, my recent oc Gene Dawkins in my Death Stranding fic Sky of Atoms. I had no intention of making her and thought about having the fic focused solely on Higgs but Gene kind of crept up in the back of my mind and went “HEY I WANT TO EXIST!”. 

6. Something you would go back and change in your writing that it’s too late/complicated to change now. 

-That’s a solid question. Probably my grammar. I hate to say this, but even though I write well, I am utter shit when it comes to grammar. I probably should have been more on top it when I was younger, but I got to a point where I’m like fuck it. I ain’t no editor lol. 

7. When asked, are you embarrassed or enthusiastic to tell people that you write?

-Depends on the people I talk to. I will say that my confidence has grown quite a bit over the years and I don’t feel as embarrassed to say I write fanfic and my own novel projects. I don’t share a lot of my original ideas with people unless they’re close and I trust their feedback and critique. 

8. Favorite genre to write. 

-Definitely Scifi. I love how imaginative I can be with it. 

9. What, if anything, do you do for inspiration?

-This might seem weird, but I kind of get into character. I usually listen to a song or two that I associate with the character I am writing, then try to physically emulate them by doing things such as making faces in the mirror and writing down the details, maybe walking like them in a specific scene, or talking like them to make the dialogue flow. If anyone caught me, I’d look ridiculous lol but acting goes hand in hand when I write. 

10. Write in silence or with background noise? With people or alone? 

-Depends on my mood and what kind of scene I am doing. Sometimes music or noise can be a distraction, and other times I can whip out a lot. In terms of people, I prefer my lonesome. I am not tempted to be social. 

11. What aspect of your writing do you think has most improved since you started writing? 

-Definitely my expository. I feel like I can explain things better.

12. Your weaknesses as an author. 

-Grammar, expository--I know I said it was a blessing in the previous remark, but I can get to the point where I do a lot of telling vs. showing which can be a cluster fuck for readers, changing things often etc. 

13. Your strengths as an author. 

-I feel that I am good at expressing the characters' emotions and having a general overarching plot. Like there’s a clear path from how the characters got from point A to point B, granted I still struggle with that at times. 

14. Do you make playlists for your current wips?

-Oh yeah I do! I look for songs that would fit in the worlds I made or I think to myself: if this were a movie, what would I want the soundtrack to be?
