it's such a small moment, but it's also such a noticeable moment, at least to me. Jax here is being, for once, genuine. he's not being antagonizing, or putting on a front- he's too exhausted to, and for a single moment, he's being real with Pomni
and you can see her notice it- she's obviously on guard at first, immediately assumes he's going to make some joke or dig, but when he's honest, she immediately drops her guard
it's the first honest look she's had of Jax, and i love love love the inclusion of it, because oh boy, character development i can smell you

Listen I am full on headcanoning this into reality. That Cat King was faaaar too much like Desire for me to ignore it. Huuuuge Desire vibes!
Clearly Desire themself agrees with us!
So what are we thinking? Talk to meeee about this! Who is the other parent? Lukas Gage is a child of the Endless with 9 lives and whole host of magical powers and probably a lot of parental issues twisting him up. Is Desire a good parent? Highly unlikely lol. But you gotta admit it makes for excellent fanfiction. :P

It's beautiful, it's gentle, it's funny, they're canonically t4t and gay... And it's about time traveling vampires solving supernatural mysteries!
I've spent thousands of hours writing and drawing it, and it's really good! I'm not biased!
It's on hiatus right now and coming back in 2 months, so it's the perfect time to get caught up

Happy of the End has given me the perfect Black Brooder.
Black Brooders are secretive.
They are sexy.
And they are elegant.
But they can also be very dangerous.
Which makes Keito the perfect Black Brooder.
Because like with most Black Brooders, he didn't start out that way. He was actually a very light child.
But then life started to dim his light.
Until he was completely dark.
But when one has the backstory he does, life really gave him no other option.
So it would make perfect sense that the only thing that could save him is a Heavenly Human.
But Chihiro isn't that.
Chihiro has also had a tough upbringing and a rough life.
And he is dangerous as well in his own way.
Yet he is still lighter than Keito.
And that's important because even in all of Keito's darkness, there is still the slightest hint of color.
He just needs someone to bring it out.
And that's no job for an angel.
