I said this as kind of a joke but now it’s all I can think about, so here’s some ideas for the characters’ Final Smashes
Woody: either uses a large lasso to capture his opponent and fling them off the map, or perhaps summons the three aliens who use “The Claw” to pick up opponents and take them off the arena
Jessie: calls out “yodelayheehoo!!” to summon a herd of Bullseyes to trample her opponents
Ember: charges up her flame to go Full Purple and send an explosion all over the arena, scorching all of her opponents
Lightning McQueen: creates a large lightning bolt and strikes down his targeted opponent while screaming “KA-CHOW!”
Ian: grabs his wizard staff and uses Voltar Thundasir on all opponents
Flik: summons an enormous red bird to grab an opponent and feed them to its baby chicks
Joe: plays a relaxing melody on the piano that sends his opponents to sleep and heals 30% damage on himself and teammates
Mater: tows a targeted opponent and drags them around the arena, inflicting damage on them until he sends them flying off the map
EVE: emits a powerful blast from her ray gun on a targeted opponent
Buzz: summons Emperor Zurg to shoot blasts of large tennis balls at his opponents
Mr. Incredible: his super strength increases greatly as he picks up an opponent and beats them senseless in midair, landing one final powerful punch that sends them flying off the arena
Wade: drowns his opponents in a river of his tears
WALL-E: grabs an opponent and compact them into cubes along with some trash, then proceeds to send the opponent into a trash chute
Princess Atta: flies around the arena dodging large raindrops that fall over her opponents, which can cause them to drown or be pushed off the arena. She will also pick up her teammates to save them from the raindrops
Dory: bounces around on a swarm of jellyfish that float across the map that will sting her opponents
Imelda: repeatedly whacks a targeted opponent with her boot until they fly off the map
Remy: creates a fully-prepped meal that will heal 50% of damage to him and his teammates
Elastigirl: stretches to grab all of her opponents no matter how far away they are and will knock them together so they pass out (if she has only one opponent she will punch them and send them flying out of the arena)
Sulley: emits a roar so loud it shakes the arena and causes rocks and rubble to come crashing down on his opponents

Volume III - Beginning | Ezra’s Story | Save Me Directory
Throughout the night, Ezra had secretly hoped Safeena would slip up, revealing something about herself he would absolutely hate, and that could turn him off of her for good. But no. Safeena had be the most gracious date he had ever had the pleasure to take out: refined, poised, funny. When halfway through dinner he had realized he was barely tasting his food, so engulfed as he was in her amusing stories, spoken in her mesmerizing accent, he knew he had practically signed his own sentence.
They genuinely had fun that evening. Safeena had discovered paella, and she just couldn’t stop raving about how absolutely amazing it was, which prompted Ezra to take mental note to tell Mrs. Greyson to add paella to their dinner rotation. They had shared a bottle of Domaine Ramonet Montrachet Grand Cru and she had gushed about actually tasting lemon in the wine. Clearly a lightweight, she was tipsy two glasses in. Ezra generally didn’t enjoy being around intoxicated people, but Safeena only got more adorable, the wine loosening her stiffness and adding a beautiful rosy tone to her dark skin.
With it being an incredibly mild January night in San Francisco, he had suggested they walked the mile back to his place. On the way over, Safeena had unleashed all of her sibling stories, spilling the beans on her brother. Apparently, he had a fascination with sticking his willy in jars of marmalade and for hiding himself under his mother’s skirt, among other things. Ezra could barely keep the tears back for how hard he was laughing the whole time. “I never made Adbel to be the clingy type.” Safeena lifted an eyebrow, giving him a really expression. “Oh man, you have no idea. The boy could hide under his mother’s skirt for hours.” Ezra grinned, turning to look at her. “I’ll keep your stories in mind when I need leverage over my employee,” he said with a wink. Safeena giggled, nodding. “Be my guest. I’ve got plenty more where those came from.” Her voice died a little in her throat when Ezra’s hand gently landed on the small of her back, inviting her through the revolving doors of his apartment building. He smiled a little to himself, his ego swelling to the idea that he did indeed have some kind of effect on her. He just needed to remind himself he had no right to act upon it.
Inside the lobby, the elevator operator saw his approaching and straightened his back. “Good evening, Sir. Fifth floor?” he ask, tipping his hat. Ezra stiffened instantly, waving his hand at the man as to shut him up. He looked at Safeena covertly from behind his eyelashes, and noticed her confused frown. “No, thank you Frank, we’ll be going up to the penthouse. Miss Haddad is staying with me.” It was hard to ignore the little gasp that escaped Safeena’s mouth as she covered her blushing face in embarrassment. He looked down at her, shrugging apologetically. It’s not like he meant it that way... Okay, maybe he did. So what if his doorman believed they were together? He sure wished they were. Frank straighten himself up after the initial surprise of his statement. Ezra had lived in the building for three years now, and not once did he take a woman to the penthouse with him. Not unless he had taken her to the fifth floor first, at least. “Most certainly, Sir. Your elevator is on its way.” Frank turned his key in the control panel to activate access to the penthouse floor, and held the door open for the two of them to walk in. “Thanks, man. Have a good night,” Ezra dismissed him, his eyes peeled on Safeena.
They didn’t say another word to each other as they climbed to the 26th floor, nor did they speak as they walked into his foyer. Then, they stood in front of each other by his marble staircase for several minutes. Soon, the awkwardness left lingering between them from the elevator scene had dissipated. Ezra found that while he had loved experiencing her tipsy, chatty side, simply staring into her beautiful eyes did it for him, too. This girl could do no wrong. Tentatively, he took a step forward to bridge the distance between them. Safeena welcomed him, gently placing her hands on his chest. It was an intimate gesture, of the type Ezra wasn’t used to. He tensed up immediately, and Safeena must have felt the change of atmosphere between them because she quickly lowered back her hands, and her gaze quickly followed. “Are you coming to sleep?” she asked to break the emotionally charged silence between them. When Ezra raised an eyebrow at her suggestively, she blushed. “In your room, I mean. Not mine. I’m going to mine.” Ezra giggled at her babbling. His sweet, chatty girl was back. His?
“I’d like to, but no. I have some neglected work that really needs to be done, and I’d probably be more productive in my office.” He had never resented in his job once in his life before that very moment, when Safeena’s little smile turned upside down in a pout. He lowered his head onto her shoulder, inhaling her scent. Once again, silence fell between them. His hand was so close to hers, and every time her fingers would brush on his, he could feel chills down his spine. He took a deep sigh, his jaw clenching as his body responded to her presence, his pants tightening. “If you need anything, feel free to call Mrs. Greyson to help you.” His tone was once again awfully contractual, and Safeena hardened on instant. She retracted her hand away, stiffening, her head turning away from the man still laying on her shoulder. “No need. I can handle myself on my own.” Her tone was as cold as his had been, and the distance they first had between them suddenly returned.
Ezra sighed, turning his face around so his forehead was laying on her shoulder. Dammit, they had been doing so well. And he had to go be his own usual dick self and spoil it. “Alright, so be it. Goodnight, then.” He couldn’t help the bitterness in his voice. Despite Safeena still allowing him to touch her, he knew she was lightyears away already. “Goodnight,” she said, turning around to face the stairs. She climbed the first step, then stopped. She turned around, and when she looked at him again, her beautiful, breathtaking smile was back. “Oh and, Ezra? Thank you. I did have fun tonight.” Ezra smiled back at her, nodding. Safeena pulled a strand of hair behind her ear, maybe as an excuse to remove her gaze from his burning eyes. Then she turned around, and quickly clicked her heels up the stairs.

the crab cave
i’ll need to upload a diagram of it soon. the crab cave has been spotted for so many years, always that cavernous alcove on golden sands with beautiful silver-blue waves. i found it again by accident the other night. the dream was as follows:
Graduation party, but high school people are there. Popular girls rent out an ice cream truck to camp in. Pink and brown, they tan themselves in preparation. I’m wearing my red dress. It’s deliriously hot and sunny. I’m going with Ella and some other friends, I have alcohol, they want to stay inside and sleep but I’m bored so I want to go outside and see what happens. I feel pretty guilty about the whole exchange though. I go down to the beach after spending a while trying to pick out jewellery- simple gold earrings and chain. There was a more elaborate silver one with spikes and coins but I decided against it
Our little grey house is on top of a hill. There’s a bit of a grassy slope down to the beach, from my perspective on top it’s almost hidden until you move forward. People are scattered in chairs and towels, around fires, drinking and chatting. The icecream truck is blaring party music. One big building to the left.
The beach has beautiful seaglass. There’s people everywhere- it looks like the coast in France. I consider charming some guys by showing them the secret path to a rocky outcrop I know, but keep that to my meta daydreams. dream beaches are always familiar. there’s people I want to be with but I never work up the nerve, so I’m collecting prefect rounded glass like gem drops out from sand and grass until I find the cave. It’s the crab cave, I’ve seen it before. a man and a woman are there
They’re tending to two small deer. They’re green and pink, delicate, marble blind eyes, withering and curled in on themselves. The people look like ordinary researchers. I think they’re in an important unreal space so I ask permission to cross the barrier into the cave. They thank me for my tact and invite me in, and I touch the deer. They’re so tiny but slightly bigger when I move close, like a strange shift in perspective. Woman asks me if I want to help them with an experiment and I agree. They lead me into a lab space that’s been dug into the rock, there’s a green glass table. They offer me instant coffee. Strange jars.
The three of us leave the deer and I’m instructed to walk into the ocean, following them. As the water comes up to my shins I feel dizzy and like I’m shutting down, I lurch forward and start coughing. I black out, blood comes from between my legs. I realise they’ve used me to birth two more deers. Not physically though…somehow I’m responsible for them but my body can’t explain how. I feel angry that I’ve been tricked and I run off. The original deer look at me and they have grown antlers that turn into cherry blossoms.
I go back to collecting, still shaken, but try to write it off. nobody else can see inside the cave and nobody will believe me so it’s fine. Later on I run into some guys around a small fire (despite the bright daylight) and as we talk we look across the beach to find enormous, lumbering bison running by in packs. They’re running away from us but we see others above us in the trees. They’re dark, they have horns the size of a child. My memory gets foggy here but a giant tree-deer chases me and tries to kill us. And nobody believes us, not even ourselves- maybe thinking it’s some kind of shared hallucination. we go back to the cave and nothings there. I explain what I saw the first time. On the way back another monster chases us. It has a great wide jaw, like a long and vicious hippo almost. Someone tricks it and makes it run into a plank of broken wood but then it just slices its jaw. It realises it can sharpen it, instead of being broad- so it starts scraping itself madly against the rocks until it turns into a knife-like point. It can kill much more easily now. It stabs someone else through the middle and lifts them up, swinging them around. We run up the hill to a lighthouse-like place, very narrow stairs, a suitcase blocks our entry at first. After that it’s kind of relaxing. More drinks and music. I look outside and wonder how my friends are doing.
There’s three monsters. The rest of the dream is a chase. when I’m scared I can’t move and I need to be pulled into the car after I stick my arm out in plea, thankfully the people I’m with get the hint. Nobody knows why these monsters are so intent on killing us, they even ambush us as we drive. They find their way right up to the lighthouse so we pile in and go as fast as we can, screwing driving laws. I know something happens before this though but it’s hard to remember.
Somewhere in the chase we get the idea to tell stories as distractions. And we drive in tandem. The tall guy makes a really imaginative and wonderful story for me, it cheers me up and calms me down. When it’s my turn I really can’t think and end up with some old man and woman tied up bondage style and lifted by balloons. The stories aren’t spoken aloud, they’re thought and telepathically shown in the driving window. I couldn’t control my thoughts and my story SUCKED. I apologised and tried again, recounting my favourite movie. That worked. It was very embarrassing.
The car breaks. We run run run and climb up trees. They’re not that high, but thankfully deer and bison and flightless bird can’t climb. We jump from tree to tree, they’re narrow like poles and not thick enough so we know they could break at any time. The trees transition into bamboo, then actual poles, and we’re almost dancing through them like trained circus people. We bend and sway and let ourselves lean back far. Somehow the bamboo transitions back and again into poles, and then we’re inside a dusty house.
It has beams on the ceiling and pillars we can grab onto. two girls are with us now, the guys are outside watching. One girl explains this is her grandmothers place and shows us tiny hidden mirrors in the corners and hidden parts of the ceiling. I find one smaller than my fingernail tucked sideways above an electrical outlet. There’s books and portraits everywhere, and a bowl full of half-eaten buttery steamed potatoes with sweet cornbread. The interior is yellowed and old. stained carpets, faded white lace. I grab a potato on the way out. Two more rooms filled with poles that we dance through- and then we realise we’re in classrooms. We get out *just* as the sound of children sitting and scraping their chairs starts to come. The door is closed right as their door is opened, and we do this a few more times to get out of the rotation of 4 separate rooms. On the way out, one of the girls looks back and she freezes. I try to pull her with me but she physically will not budge, suspended in mid air. Her eyes are wider than ever. Another one does the same a minute later and we realise if we look back at this place, we’ll be lost. It’s because the portraits in the room are all in the silhouette of women turning in the same angle as they are. It’s a simple profile, not a detailed drawing or anything. I sketch one on a piece of paper and keep it with me. I’m reminded of orpheus. At the same time, I’m reminded of invisible people and the dream briefly flashes back to us at the lighthouse with another blonde boy who had been with us the whole time, but silent. When we would ask where he was, his neck would go limp. His head was inside a record player and none of us saw.
We make it out and the car is still there, broken. I make sure we all stay looking forward and I find a rope to tie us together. It’s way too short so we just hold on to it instead. Once we’re in the forest again, looking back is okay.
A giant looming bridge appears. It’s night now, and I’m distracted by looking at stars. We can force ourselves up by almost flying. A woman in a car down below us is shining some kind of device up at us, nobody knows what it is but it’s probably bad.
After this it’s hard to remember again, and I wake up.
