Today’s gameplay progress:

Continued the story by quite some margin - I started today on the first level 72 quest and finished it by completing the last level 73 quest, which I’d like to think is good progress!!

On the note of levels, black mage and dancer are both at level 75 while summoner is early level 76 and reaper is early level 77. I’m still in a bit of a mess regarding how I want to level everything up, but pushing reaper towards 90 way too early is useful for applying the armoury bonus to the other jobs, so it may well end up as the first job to get there.. (..not that it will make it there for a while, of course)

Successfully managed to make two lines of seals in this week’s Wondrous Tails journal, so that’s that already done for this week, and subsequently traded in all my silver certificates to get an ornate rinascita jacket of aiming. I did this because it looks awesome aside from the sleeve stripes. so now I have even more incentive to get to level 90 as a dancer somehow

Stood out in the cold of Ishgard and fed my companion chocobo baskets of fruit for eleven minutes straight in the hopes that I did it in a correct enough order to change his plumage successfully (only time will tell on this)

#a voidsent voice 🜸#the current aim is to go through the story for the sake of levels at a decent but not overly rushing pace #until.. I think it’s a level 78 quest. the one before you fight innocence. at that point I will delay story progression #because given what I remember happening after that quest I want to rush through the rest of it as quickly as possible when I finally do it #hence wanting to be prepared #in terms of levels.. black mage is technically lowest-priority because once it hits 80 it can stay there until endwalker starts #but also dancer can be levelled entirely through story given that that’s what lorenza canonically is for the whole of shadowbringers #summoner I’m only levelling up because it’s what tsutsuji is as my retainer so ideally that needs to get to 90 as soon as is feasible #and then reaper is what I want to use for post-endwalker story quests so that’s why it also needs to be at 90 ahead of time
