I would like to knowww three things that inspire you!

oooh in regards to inspiration i am a very anxious person trying to stabilize my mentality/life by taking on traits i admire so ill list my inspirations as follows

1. animals! i like how pure and selfish they are, sorta. no shame no guilt. eat, kill, protect. im a big fan of hyenas specifically and trying to approach my life with the reminder that i am just another animal is very calming/motivating to me

2. any character/archetype that’s like depressed hedonist core. if that makes sense. i like the idea of deciding nothing matters really so might as well enjoy what you can and not gaf about what’s out of ur control!

3. my pets. i like taking care of things i think it makes me cool, i like the idea of being someone strong enough to rely on. i guess i extend that to the people around me as well, and a lot of the things i do to improve my life come from recognition that I need to have my shit in order to be a good owner, regardless of what im taking ownership of

Hi, more HNK modern au because it’s everything to me. I like to think that they’re vaguely in college, oh and idk maybe lunarians are real here who knows? It’d be fun but also very messed up idk. For now I think there are two aus in my head that are happening at the same time? 1: lunarians and gems are all humans and go to respective and rival colleges, so like those fights are just sports matches LOL. Basically slice of life. 2: alien invasion? Murder?, the HNK plot actually moves forward

instead of things like fighting they’d just have silly clubs and activities lol

Watching tfa is so great because I’ll finally watch an episode of it and every single thing that happens in it causes such insane things to happen in my brain that makes me completely incapable of watching more than one singular episode every like several months !!!

Romano (belgian malinois, this dog breed is giving me Italian vibe idk, I have Romano for like...5 years(?), one of my first oc's) - inspired by Santino

Amando (jaguar) - inspired by Chidi

They had a thing but it's kinda toxic bc Amando just used Romano (still wip tho)

But they're WIP (just like my other oc's lmao)

Basically a bodyguard to another wealthy family, Amando felt confident enough to fuck with a son of another wealthy but Italian family, Romano (the lore is still wip bruh AAHH)

I was like "Ooh hot big Spanish guy gives me jaguar vibes...new oc." And then "Oooh Romano my Italian boy~ I have a new toxic boyfriend for you :D"

Not even joking reading xenofiction as a young kid fundamentally changed how I viewed the world and the creatures in it. Prior to reading stuff like Watership down, Call Of The Wild, Warriors, Redwall, and a bunch of picture books, I was firmly a believer that Humans Are The Best.

Nobody was like "Hey u know animals have feelings right?" Instead I only saw animals being treated as disgusting pests or stupid idiots.

Then I read those books and I was like. "Wait. Wait. Wait. These guys?? Are just like me fr!?" Sentience is a whole diff argument ofc but my empathy tripled the moment I realised everything (and everyone) is only acting in their own experiences.

Reading the warrior cats being scared of Monsters (cars) I was like "OH if I was a tiny kitty I would be so scared of cars!" and now whenever a small animal is 'aggressive' I know it's bc they're scared of something they can't understand!

Anyway I will forever read and write xenofiction because the moment I forget that I'm just a smarter bit of the food web is the moment I become less kind.
