Aw hell yeah iterator oc drop!! they don't exactly have a very deep lore so far since they're just a fairly recent character so all you have to know about them is that they are indeed a cunning little shit and loves antagonizing other fellow iterators for the fun of it. also their design is based off of a bearded vulture! i tried to atleast implement the bearded vulture's color scheme to their design as much as possible Their local group are all birds of prey inspired iterators! but uh the rest aren't very important unless im bored enough to actually design them - Nine burning skies or just nicknamed 'Skies' is located at the far up north, between the tall rocky mountains - their antennae's pretty expressive! they can bend it at will - skies and their partner owns a pet cyan lizard named shrike (i would draw the guy but i can't draw lizards) - they LOVE fashion,history,jewelry and golden trinkets and another way for them to preserve the old forgotten memories from the past - don't separate them from silence. do not separate them. they have some girlboss,gaslight,gatekeep vibes and honestly??they kinda do LMAO i think they would be leaning more towards gatekeeping oh and didn't i mention that they are gay and inlove? Working backwards a bit here. Basic traits: laidback, able to carry a conversation, amicable, mischievous, snarky, still able to spot imperfections and correct them, but in a more constructive and less anxious way than her hermit

Therefore, thinking about it, Eight's hermit would be a stressed out perfectionist who prefers to be alone but is still able to carry the social aspect of their life when necessary.

I'm thinking they're just different aspects of the work-life balance. Eight is able to maintain relationships with other helsmets whereas its hermit is mostly closed off in a shop or something, only really interacting with a close circle and preferring to do their work. There's nothing inherently wrong with either of them honestly

distracted by any bright lights (cannot override the moth instinct there lmao), probably keeps a dim one in their stall

Probably hates going to the Overworld because of the sun. like that's the only reason. they can't guarantee what time of day it'll be if they decide to visit Fin for whatever reason so they mostly never interact with them

ok i will be explaining each of the points in the pic. excuse the way i could phrase things i sometimes have trouble with that LMAO please don't take it the wrong way or anything

Dedede's (adopted) daughter: although dedede did literally throw away lololo and lalala in the anime, he had no choice but to adopt mimi. he can't throw away a whole ass human, and he can't give it away to someone especially since ladylike/memu has another kid on the way. i think LMAO anyway yeah he just. adopted her and trust me they do have a few nice times

Owns a Waddle Dee plush: as a baby, mimi had the habit of just. grabbing a random waddle dee and using it as some kinda stuffed animal and sleep with it. dedede did receive several complaints about it, and as it was getting overwhelming for him, he decided to just buy a plush version of one from NME (like the dog robot kirby once had in the anime), giving it to kid mimi. it's alive, yes! is it dangerous? maybe! but it's still safe to play with and hang out with, but the danger is still a mystery. they're inseparable, like best friends. accessories included (artwork of plush dee coming soon!)

Lives in the castle, brought there as a baby: one random night, just as people were heading to bed, she was brought by a group of waddle dees to a sleepy dedede. the waddle doo being among that group said that "they had no choice, and they were told to keep it", and since that day she hasn't left the castle and stays with dedede in his room until she got her own room! (explained in additional notes)

Sees Escargoon as her "uncle": mimi and escargoon are pretty close. they do share funny moments with eachother, make random snarky remarks together, and he's literally the first one to successfully hush her the first day she arrived at the castle! she did once call him her "second dad", but dedede did NOT like that, so she stuck with "uncle goon"

Born in an unknown northern country: rumor has it that she came from a northern area. something happened in her birthtown, and someone gave her to the aforementioned group of waddle dees. how'd they meet, that person and the dees? up to interpretation, i just like to believe that the person had to walk miles to look for a safe place for baby mimi

Got her Kirby form as a kid: dedede has been messing around with monsters long before kirby came to town. it was one time she left "her" room, and to her luck, a monster her father got "attacked" her! however, meta knight (who knew about her since day one) immediatelly protecting her, causing him to be part of the attack. what was the ability of that monster? no idea :D yet. but it gave her some of mk's, from a lack of better word, dna??? ok this is confusing BUT hey she has the ability to become like kirby and meta knight: a puffball! she did NOT know about it, until one day she suddenly turned into one, while chilling with kirby and friends. what reason? not sure yet aahhhh im tireddd, but that doesn't make her a star warrior or anything..........or does it?

Dedede does NOT know about this form: ever since kirby arrived, she noticed how much dedede wanted to get rid of him. and once she found out about her kirby form, she did panic, thinking that she's gonna be in trouble, and maybe abandoned by her father or something. she was stuck in that form for a while, and her friends tried to hide her whenever dedede was around, until she was able to control this "power" she now has. tiff advised her to not tell her father just in case, too

Additional notes: mimi arrived when tiff was around 2, and tuff was coming pretty soon. once adopted, dedede refused to let her leave the castle, because "it would be embarrassing to be seen with a child". however, rumors have been spread. people asked kabu, and tiff did ask meta knight. but when they asked dedede himself, he would deny it everytime, and escargoon would do the same (perhaps in a more nervous-ish fashion). mimi and dedede argue A LOT, leaving escargoon in charge of calming them down, especially dedede. but that doesn't stop the trio from sharing a few nice moments together. yes, dedede does in fact have a soft spot he only shows towards mimi, hence why she still loves him despite his horrible nature and behavior towards others. how did she escape? i like to believe that one huge argument made her leave the castle out of spite, and that's where she met kirby, his friends and the rest of cappy town! some were shocked, tiff was suspicious of her being a monster and some trap for kirby, and so on. OH YES the room thing! once the secret was out, and things were confirmed, dedede stopped caring too much about her staying in the castle all her life. she got her own room, and more freedom woohoo! yesthismakesnosensebutshhhh

Crime and Punishment Warrior Cats AU

Okay, so for organizational purposes, I'm going to make a list of characters I'm going to keep in the AU, then a list of characters I'm not keeping and why. Obviously, when translating this story into the warrior cats universe, there are going to be things that just don't fit. (btw ✅ means I've finished their ref sheet and successfully turned them into a kitty cat.)

Maybe by bending the Warrior Code in my universe to make it more common for cats to move clans like how people irl can move cities...? Idk yet)

Peter Petrovich (same deal with Svidrigaylov; he will be from a different clan)

Lebezyatnikov (tbh he only stays because he was important for one scene LMAO)

Zosimov (He will be the medicine cat, obviously :3)

Porfiry Petrovich (He will be the clan deputy; I want him to hold some power in the clan, but not enough that he'd be able to exile Raskolnikov without having to prove he was the murderer. I still dk who the clan leader will be...)

Nikolay and Dmitri (will just be regular warriors that just so happened to see Raskolnikov at the crime scene.)

The rest of the characters I add will just be NPCs to fill out the clan. Maybe I'll base some of their personalities on the characters I left out. The left out characters are:

Raskolnikov's landlady (whose name I wouldn't even remember if it weren't listed at the end of the book) and Nastasya. As much as I liked Nastasya, there's no real reason to keep the landlady character in the AU at all, since landladies don't exist in Warriors. Like I said above, I may keep Nastasya as a background character, maybe just some concerned cat who comes to check in on Raskolnikov from time to time. Though I can't really think of a reason for why she would do that unless it were her job.

Natalia Egorevna. The only purpose she served in the book was that Raskolnikov was going to marry her in exchange for living in Zarnitsyna's apartment or whatever it's called. Dostoevsky had his reasons for including this, I'm sure, but I don't see it as all that important and it just doesn't make sense for Warriors. RIP.

Amalia Ivanovna. Another landlady. Again, I might keep her as a background character, but the only role she'd fill is stirring up trouble at Marmeladov's vigil and pissing off Katerina Ivanovna so bad she loses it.

Kapernaumov. He literally doesn't even speak once in the book. Does anyone care that I'm not including him?

Zametov, Nikodim Fomich, and Ilya Petrovich. They can all be condensed into one character, which is Porfiry. All the police station scenes can be changed so that it was Porfiry he was talking to instead. They serve their purpose in the book so that Porfiry would be suspicious of Raskolnikov without them having to meet face-to-face yet, but I can change things around to fix that. Maybe Raskolnikov goes to see the leader instead, and the leader wouldn't be suspicious but Porfiry is. Or I can just say the part where Raskolnikov meets him for the first time in the book isn't the first time in the AU, because why would Raskolnikov not know the clan deputy, at least as acquaintances?

OK rambling over! If no one reads this but me, that's fine, as I'm mainly keeping this so that I know who to make ref sheets for. Esp since I'm going to have to return my copy of Crime and Punishment to the library soon LOL. If anyone has suggestions for names or ways I can change characters and events to fit better into the Warriors universe, please tell me! :D

In case you never read them before, hopefully you enjoy the reads!!! I hope you can forgive the older grammar on Zorro's. I def plan to rewrite it, once I finish working on my raider-code. (It's been taking so long bc I'm trying to learn to use the CSS mixin z-index class-type. I still can't figure out image borders for the life of me, but I learned rotation class-types LOL.)

I've wanted to redraw both their reference sheet for almost YEARS now. Ever since I've gotten Marco, I continuously evolved how I draw him, over and over, to a point his old ref had become a detriment, due to how differently I draw him nowadays LOL. One thing that desperately needed a redo for him especially, how his hair is supposed to be drawn + his wings. His wings looked like floppy chicken nuggets on the old one LOL. PLUS! I added a section of details, where I see artists I commissioned, struggle with or fail on. Hopefully the detail section is sufficient in fixing that! I'm not sure, if I should also add a mention, of Marco's dot details below the pink pattern, as even the distance between the dots is different. + I LOVE DRAWING EXPRESSIONS. So to also add a small box of extras for Marco's cool glowy eyes was a treat. <3

I plan to redraw his refs for his magic wind attacks perhaps, as for now, I have a shabby drawing, and I got a free animation program lately, so I can FINALLY unleash my years of experience animating, in the appropriate program now LMAO. My own limitations of using SAI to animate, was making my animations look choppy and bad for years unfortunately, so my art always looked very amateur-ish when I actually know how to animate..

Speaking of that, for the attentive...Yes, I plan to possibly try and draw a 360° turnaround of my characters, as the next natural progression of refs next. I am SO close, so so SO close to making my art finally look like it's part of my project I've been working on for years in private. Ever since this year, people have proven, that you CAN start an animated series on the internet, and it will receive an audience. I also wanted to start an animated series when I was a teen, and now that I'm an adult I can make it happen for sure, with the right talents. When the time comes, I might seek out a music producer and perhaps, if I'll have the money, hire animators, so that I'm not the only one who has to work on the series I planned.

For Zorro....He had it coming. Last time I drew his ref, he looked like a 16 yo/ mobian child, it pissed me off for so many years, once I learned how to properly make adult characters look adult lol. THE CEREAL SPITTER NOW ACTUALLY LOOKS ADULT AND LIKE THE BASTARD SELF HE SHOULD BE. I don't have too much to add to him, but I consider him still a WIP in my brain bc- RAIDER PAGE CODE. ANYWAY. Forgive me in advance for watermarks, but I kind of? Am paranoid now over my art a bit bc my work is good now? Like I think I'm in the final stages of my artistry. I can feel, that I might find the perfect style soon. I need to experiment just a bit more. Just a bit more...I might consider loosening up my linework in 2024. I honestly still? Hate lineart? Like..My lineart looks good now, don't get me wrong but. I just love sketchy artwork so much more??? Sketching is so fun, creating is so joyful, when it's a sketch..But lineart kind of.....Ruins my art. I think I should loosen up. It's why I might change my approach a millionth time, but my artstyle has potential now. I don't feel, like my art is awful anymore or worth nothing, it now HAS worth, I now HAVE the right to have an ego about it, but some pieces still are missing, to give me the ultimate happiness and relief in my work. Perhaps if I do some more commissions, I might unlock my final potential? We'll see.

My aspirations for 2024;

Pass the prep-exam for my workplace (I LOVE MY WORK. I SINCERELY WISH I'LL PASS. I love work so much omg I don't wanna be fired so badly)

Draw more art of Finn & Marco so they finally pass Chloe in most images on TH (I REALLY DON'T WANT HER TO HAVE THE MOST IMAGES STILL. It should either be my comfort boys or C.I.Ta)

Be more experimental with mixing medias traditionally (I wanna start mixing mini craft-projects + my drawings or mix more pencils + markers and also glass pens + watercolours. I rlly rlly wanna experiment and go loose.)

Animate more and possibly even post said animations. I know animation takes me HELL OF A LOT of time, as I lack so much time to do so, but I'd love to do that

Stop stressing so hard over OTA's and commissions. I know I tell myself each year, "this year will be the year I wanna finish all my owed art!!" But every once and a while, I need to be a realist to myself, my optimism may be good, but it sometimes..Is a little over-eager. But I noticed in 2023, I really heavily strangle myself out. I haven't drawn any private art since 2020, really.....It says a lot about an artist, if they now haven't drawn a personal drawing and finished it, in the same quality of their owed work for 4 years now. I haven't been really honest to myself and my heart, and I'd like to forgive myself slowly, by allowing to both work on owed work, and start creative, passionate art-projects again, again, where I can let loose and just. Experiment. Do something new. Push the boundaries of my art. Combine medias, collages, etc, anything under the sun I wanna try. I limit myself so hard, over chasing a goal, I can't achieve, if I won't acknowledge, I'll cause my own death as an artist, if I continue to chase unattainable goals, I can't achieve, if I won't be gentle to myself.

Finish revamping my commission sheet. It requires, I draw new examples of course. The big thing I need to warn ahead; I will have a fat price-increase, due to work taking all the time I can have now. I can only work around 4hrs a day on art. My art takes around 20 hours to be finished. Every piece is done with love, with time, with effort. I'm not an artist, who adheres to algorithms. I'm an artist who lives with passion, with freedom in mind. I have an endless amount of ideas, I have an infinite amount of space and ways to create it. I am not a machine, I am, what an artist strives to be. To simply...Create. AI can go to hell, and drag NFTs along with it. I to this day get attempts to be hacked, by tech bros, believe it or not. I pissed off BAYC on Twitter once, and some butthurt idiot, is still trying to get to my Insta and Steam to this day. Won't happen anymore with 2FA idiot, lmao. I won't allow a 2nd hack to happen.

Apple Juice Royalty au!

Some of you might have seen my posts about it but basically i have created an au in which Epel is a prince and Deuce is a knight. I will talk more about them with their chatacter sheets ♡♡

First up our new prince Epel! If you cant read my handwriting I'll type it all out here

Epel is new prince adopted by the king. Under what circumstances, I'm not sure. Its possible his parents died and he was left all alone before Vil scooped him up. Despite what hes been given he's really miserable having to stay in the castle and learn a totally new dialect and manners and study all the time. He hates it. He wants to leave, and so he does. Epel escapes his home often. Also he's basically a disney princess at this point lol

About the outfit: Its based off of epel's dorm uniform and i also used some references from pinterest and Halloween costumes lol

Next is King Vil!

Vil became king, most likely when his father died. He decided to adopt an heir early on to save himself the trouble, but it really caused more trouble than it prevented. Epel's a handful and also really angsty. Dealing with him is bothersome, especially when he somehow keeps escaping even when Vil posts more and more guards around the castle, he always gets out somehow. It used to make him angry but he decided it wasn't worth the stress after a little while. Now he just sends people to go look for him whenever he escapes.

About the outfit: I used the same combination of references as I did for Epel, but i was also able to take influence from the evil queen.

Deuce is a new knight trying to do everything right and make his mother proud. His backstory is the same as it is in canon. Wanting to do right by everyone ends up with him taking his job a little too seriously but he's also terrible at the job he tries so hard at. He's not a good fighter and also dumb. But lucky for him, nothing truly dangerous ever happens in their country.

His conflict is wanting to do his job right and also being head over heels for epel and wanting to see him happy.

Riddle is another who takes his job very seriously. And he has to. He's the Chief knight and is thus the leader. Everyone has to follow his lead, no ifs ands or buts about it. If you argue, he'll yell at you and thats never fun.

Riddle is the guy Vil calls on whenever Epel escapes. At this point whenever Riddle is called in, this is what he expects the reason is. Riddle puts his all into finding Epel everytime and honestly cares more about it than everyone else does.

About the outfit: I couldn't find many refs of the kind of armor i was going for but it was fine. I took a lot of inspiration from his overblot form. Ignore the fact that he's on a tilt.

A lil plot i guess

Epel started sneaking out not too long after he became a prince. As soon as he had settled in he got tired of it. So he'd just leave. These early escapades happened at night whenever Epel was feeling especially emo. He'd normally go to the horse stables and take a ride to clear his mind, or climb a tree and stargaze, something like that. Stuff princes shouldn't do. He'd never leave the castle grounds, though. His secret was only exposed when Deuce found him. He should have reported Epel but that weakness for pretty boys and the empathy he's known for prevented him. It was basically love at first sight when Deuce saw Epel up close for the first time, not that Epel could tell.

After that, Deuce and the other knights (besides riddle) who gradually found out began helping Epel truly escape, like out into the real world. With their help, He could be out for a few days, or weeks even. And as Epel and Deuce start spending more time together, they get closer and closer 👀

My other ships might be here too but I don't really want to design an outfit for Rook lol so mostly just TreyRid on the sidelines maybe.

I do want to make a comic but uhhghnbchg i always quit those lmao I get so unmotivated.

Get to Know the Gang Better! Part 1

Might as well post these before school makes my life a living hell again.

Anyway, here's Luciano, a bi trans dude who slays demons and is fucking good at it. He's quite a meanie once you meet him, but once you get to know him better, he's a big goof ball and even the best guy you'll ever meet! Will do anything to protect Oliver, and Oliver would do the same, just not in a fighter way like Luciano does. Probably had a funeral for his past self cuz he extra like that. Is rumoured that he hunts transphobes but no one is really sure if that's true.

Luciano with Oliver

Oliver is his boyfriend and he's been dating Luciano for a while. These two have their fair share of struggles, even if they don't completely understand those struggles. Oliver struggles a lot with mental health and Luciano has struggled with dysphoria. But these two keep going because at the end of the day, they have each other. And they've learned to love themselves despite their issues and their pasts. Oliver actively damages TERF billboards and challenges how masculinity is seen.

Buddi before turning human

Here's Buddi hiding in his favorite box! The funny part is that box isn't even the one he came in, he's hiding in a random box that Matt emptied out while Buddi was helping him clean his room. Nobody knows why, but Buddi finds boxes as his comfort space. And even as a human, boxes are still his comfort space even though he can't fit in them as well. Has followed Chucky around because he wanted advice on how to be human. Chucky always refused and even tells Buddi to fuck off. Buddi used to be very bubbly and carefree until he realized that Chucky used to be human, and since then, Buddi has developed this curiosity for being human. Buddi has tried everything to remember his past but nothing comes except for this feeling of dread, even though he doesn't know what he did. Supports Agostino and their identity 100%. Okay I'll be honest, not the biggest fan of this Buddi drawing. Definitely needs a redraw in the near future.

Chucky

Fights with Buddi a lot. (Chucky is the reason most of the fights even happen lmao.) Chucky has that sunflower clip in his hair because Matt glued in on there with super glue. For quite some time, he's been trying to take it off, but the hair clip still remains on his head. Bullies tf outta Buddi when he was a doll and still does it now that Buddi is a human. Buddi bullies him back too and it usually never goes well. Fully participates in bullying Oliver's accent just like everyone else in the gang (Oliver's British and the gang hates colonizers, so I think y'all know where this goin). Started calling Agostino "Tino" and everyone else eventually caught along lmao. Has issues but won't admit it and lets his feelings out by doing impulsive shit - for example, destroying things. His relationship with Tiff, Glenn and Glennda has been strained due to his impulsive actions. No one knows if he'll ever redeem himself with those 3. Has probably had the most fights with everyone in the gang. Is probably irritable or high all the time.

Agostino

Used to identify as "he/him" but now goes by "they/them" and dresses more feminine. Struggles with dysphoria but makes plans to deal with it on a daily basis. Vents a lot through music and drawing and talking to Buddi. Wants to show others the importance of pronouns and that there's more to pronouns than "it's just a pronoun". Gets called "canelo" (cinnamon in Spanish) a lot by family and friends for their red hair and pale skin. Hates TERFS, enbyphobes, transphobes, and homophobes with a passion. Never thought that Buddi would start having feelings for them. But they're not complaining because they're very happy with Buddi and loves him very much. Does what they can to be there for their gang and friends.
