quick post before I go to sleep

you guys know how in the bible (best book ever by the way) it says that when man and woman get married they become one flesh. Well, let me just say this, mike and el are totally one flesh. And before you guys attack me with dirty implications, what I mean is, they are so emotionally connected to each other that it's almost like they are actually one you know? I think it was the great Finn wolfhard who said "mike is part eleven, eleven is part of mike, they are one". I completely and utterly agree with that statement because it's true. Just like husband and wife are one flesh and are one person (as confirmed in the bible) , I do believe mike and el are one person. They can't live without the other. They are a package deal, two for the price of 1. I also like to think that the good lord blessed these kids with like a soulmates bond and that's why mike can sense el, because realistically (for st standards) can mike sense her? Why is his spidey tingle going off with el? I'm just gonna call it, when the lord made mike and el he was like you know what, I'm gonna give these kids a super rare and special soulmate bond so that they'll always find each other. Gotta love our heavenly father for his blessings (I know I do). Anyway, the lord ( and jesus and the holy spirit of course) is awesome and mileven are true soulmates. I think this part of Finn Wolfhard’s January 2023 GQ interview is interesting (read here), and important for Bylers to take into account. The interviewer seems to make a pretty pointed jab at Bylers here, based on something Finn said. Lacking the context, we don’t know if it was an organic thought of his, or something more scripted. I do think the ‘footage of him at press junkets’ and ‘the press tour’ parts are indications that he’s also talking about Fillie shipping, and other RPF stuff. I remember, years ago, seeing a screenshot of a video game stream he and his brother were doing, where he chastised fans in the comments talking about mileven and emphasised that Mike and Mileven aren’t real.

However, months later he did say this:

There’s also what Millie said at that event months ago - she was asked if she ships it, she said yeah, then she said she talked to the ST directors and they said she needs to ‘stop spreading rumours that Byler is going to happen’.

I presume it was actually said to the cast in general. However, Noah did not stick to this given that he went on tiktok live at the start of January this year and said “byler kiss’ three times, then after the live went on again just to say the words ‘byler endgame’.

So… overall, I would advise people not to get too carried away by how awesome it is to see Finn and Noah filming together, and to remember that both sides are being played here, and that ultimately the only things that matter are concrete storyline leaks. I don’t know that I’m advocating doubt, so much as I am extreme skepticism and caution.

I started reading The Goldfinch at the beginning of the week and I just finished it. I’m not gonna lie, I definitely and absolutely bought that book solely because I knew Finn Wolfhard is in the movie, and since I really want to watch that movie I had to get the book and read it first! Luckily the book is awesome! I sat down every day for the last five days and read and read and read because I didn’t wanna stop! Especially the first half of the book had me in a chokehold, and honestly, I haven’t stopped thinking about pages 394 and 395 since the moment I read them on tuesday:

His dynamic with the other characters is fascinating and entertaining af!

The scene with him and Finn Wolfhard's character in the pilot is one of my most favorite scenes from it!

He's my favorite out of the duo! (I love Charlie but if I had to pick it's Pim)
