Meet my burger. #woap has created some amazing feats of cuisine. This is called the “Chicky Chicky Wah Wah vs. Decapod Davy & The King Prawn Kid.” A name as tall as this meal. Chicken burger with pineapple and bacon. You could stop there, and it would be amazing...but how far is @crabshackwellington willing to go? They added tempura soft shell crab and BBQ chili prawns to make a burger TOWER. At first I thought, what, no fries? Crayfish and shrimp burger with creole mayonnaise from Thunderbird cafe with the beer match. Couldn't really find the cray and was quite spicy, the bun was nice. 7/10

Wellington on a plate... Or Wellington in a tin? 😁 @ekimburgers usually serve their burgers in paper bags, but were happy to pop mine in my reusable @mealsinsteel tin instead! It always pays to ask, most places are awesome about helping reduce waste. And the burger was excellent! Probably the best relish levels I've had so far this #WOAP 💚 Most of the burgers I've had so far have been zero waste, or have had a compostable skewer holding them together which I can deal with. My second desert burger of burger Wellington - from @thelibrarywellington My favourite parts were the caramel sauce on the 'mash and gravy' and the fried custard 😍😍😍 And the bun was like a hot cross buns, without the raisins, which is great because I've always thought raisins were the worst part of easter. Godzilla burger from Astoria. Tonkatsu pork with prosciutto shavings; they were so thin they were moving a lot from the draft when they arrived - a bit freaky! The bun was very plain and the sauce could have been more prominent, but the pork was tender and delicious. 7/10
