“…or dress it up in colorful garb for human holidays…What?”

“Sturwynn…”

The noblewoman pinched the bridge of her nose before giving the huntsman and his advice a skeptical stare. The archer scoffed, taking one hand off his bow to put on his hip before responding in a somewhat offended tone.

“Do you take issue with my warnings, Princess Randa? Do you intend to take on this fearsome beast, despite them?”

“No,” groaned the noble, “but do you even know the first thing about it?”

“Excuse me?”

Randa turned to point to the creature in question - a large rabbit with a unicorn horn, grazing in the field nearby. “Well, you said it’s peaceful, then began ticking off reasons it’s gotten…well, ticked off. Seeing as how you’re probably just speaking from experience, that makes me think it isn’t peaceful!”

Before Sturwynn could interject, there came a loud but low growl from the bunnicorn. Both he and Randa turned to face the beast with a grimace.

“…Remind me to add ‘raising your voice’ to the list of things that set it off.”

“List! I knew it-”

The bunnicorn gave an aggressive snort, taking a small hop closer to the humans. The pair slowly raised their weapons - Sturwynn his longbow, Randa a silver rapier from the sheathe on her hip - and prepared for combat.

“Thank you for your assistance,” Sturwynn sighed. “I’ll…give you a discount on my services, when it comes time to total up my fees.”

“Wh- Fees! If you think I’m paying you for this kind of service, you’ve got another thing coming!”

The beast pounced with astonishing speed. Distracted by the conversation, Sturwynn was forced to abandon his shot and roll to the side to dodge the attack. Randa seemed to suffer from no such thing, however, and was still able to berate the huntsman even as she twirled to the side and drew a long red line across the bunnicorn’s side.

“You should be paying me!”

“I’ll…take that into consideration,” Sturwynn admitted begrudgingly, lining up a shot while Randa diverted the beast’s attention.

[Much like his loot ability, Sturwynn’s advice seems rather lacking.]
