Cable or Dumbbell flys, which do you like more? — The number one rule when it comes to flys is that you protect your shoulders by squeezing your shoulder blades together and then down. This puts your shoulders in the safest position nd you’ll experience the least shoulder pain — You don’t need to go extremely heavy, this is more of an isolation movement so your chest is targeted a ton.
