Sometimes I feel like I'm getting better at reading and then I pull cards that stop me in my tracks. I'm so lost here.
Did a "Changing your luck in love" spread I found on google.
1. Current situation in my love life: The Devil
2. Obstacles in my way to love: King of Pentacles
3, 4, 5. Actions to take to overcome obstacles: 4 of swords inverted, The Sun, Queen of Pentacles.
Cards dropped durring shuffling: Ace of Pentacles(might have been inverted not sure) and Queen of swords.
Card on the bottom of the deck: Hanged Man inverted.

Hear me out: the hot tall dark and mysterious vampire/immortal/other kind of mystical creature boyfriend will always be supperior to the boring basic “normal joe” bf, (no matter how toxic their relationship with the mc is). At least the toxicity is usually rooted in the fictional aspect of their relationship, (like their age gap, or idk killing somebody close to the mc). But the “normal joe”s are always just controlling and jealous in a very “every other guy you find on tinder” kinda way.

Xander didn't deserve Anya. Xander didn't deserve Cordelia. Xander didn't deserve anyone except an old sock.

Choosing a Tarot Deck
A 'deck' is any complete set of cards. For tarot cards, that usually means 78 cards divided between five suits (Wands, Swords, Cups, Pentacles, and the Major Arcana).
The most common tarot deck is Rider-Waite. Another common deck (and the one I use the most often) is the Aquarian deck. That said, there are literal thousands of different tarot decks.
When choosing a tarot deck, the absolute most important thing is to use one that you connect with. If you really like Rider-Waite and feel like you could spend hours looking at each illustration? Use Rider-Waite. If you've seen every episode of Buffy four times and know the series backwards and forwards and feel like you could understand anything the universe tried to tell you so long as the universe spoke in Buffy references? Get a Buffy deck. Whatever it is that resonates with you is what you ought to use, and if that deck is popular or obscure or old or new or anything else at all doesn't matter.
That's not to say, though, that you have to decide what sort of deck you want before you even go looking. When I was looking through tarot decks for the first time, I had absolutely nothing in particular in mind, but the very moment my eyes landed on a single illustration from the Aquarian deck I was hooked.
Tarot decks are sold just about everywhere, including a great many bookstores and countless online shops.

Things I forgot to mention when I read the Buffy book "Doomsday Deck."
First off, I love that Anya is in this season three book (it's the second one she's been in, which still is a pleasant surprise to me whenever it happens. For some reason, I didn't think she'd been in any season three novel, since she shows up so late in the season, of course).
But moreover, that Cordelia noticed that Anya was interested in Xander and warned her about dating him: that he was nothing but trouble. Or that dating him was nothing but pain, or something like that.
I kind of wish we'd gotten something like that in the show. And I know fans are often wishing we'd gotten some more Cordelia and Anya interactions. Perhaps about their interests in Xander, or maybe about other things: like both of their obsessions with money, their bluntness, etc.
