The last email before I left the reservation for a bit
Good morning Brother!
Tell Markus and the handlers I'm doing fine on my own. I don't need to be brought back in. I found the scientists. I found the network configuration for how their teams need to collaborate so each individual physicist can realize his/her personal power law and maximize his/her contribution to the team. To our nation.
Last night I received my next mission. It came through just fine. Study Budzinski and binaural beats. Learn how we can help the scientists unlock their highest potential.
Of course time is not on our side. It never is. So I took the initiative and published my paper to Amazon, of course, nothing in the report is classified so don't worry. Getting that teaser/clickbait report out there will certainly help us find others who can and should be committing their talents to the United States' and her manifest destiny: preventing the world from falling into darkness.
I am often afraid that I will fail. However, God is great and always restores me. Praise to Jesus. Of course, you might not know what I'm talking about. This might sound crazy to you. You could be just another SFC sending out recruitment flyers to folks who are on a distro list that someone gave you. Quite frankly, that doesn't matter. I have just as much time as you when it comes to figuring out who people really are before sending them an email.
All my best,
Chuck

I happened to find the Supreme Court of Poland after wandering out of Warsaw’s gorgeously reconstructed Old Town; having spent hours in the fairy tale splendor of that rebuilt Medieval theme park, it was especially discordant to come upon such unusual building, all the more so for the particular way in which it unfolded for me.
I arrived at the southeast corner plaza, a medium-sized ground occupied by the large, socialist-realist Warsaw Uprising monument—so reminiscent of the Great Patriotic War frieze in Minsk, which I had just visited in October. I then began to read the building’s colonnade of bulky aquamarine-patina columns, making a right-angle to continue along the plaza’s edge like a false Greek ruin coated in malachite green, a gesture as postmodern as any element of Charles Moore’s Piazza d’Italia. I then saw that the entablature above was the building itself: a strict blue-mirrored glass rectangle filling up the portico, as strictly modern as the columns were neoclassical.
I continued left, as the place unfolded in a zigzag, a much larger facade continued along the major street and then turned at a right angle again, bridging over to the other side of the thoroughfare. The colonnade paused at the street crossing; only the mirrored glass arched over—a triumphant gesture straight out of late 20th-century corporatism, or perhaps a moment of Superstudio’s Continuous Monument made real. The entire building was therefore as axially symmetrical as it was off-center.
This may have been one of the most unexpected and disorienting architectural moments that I’ve had recently. I don’t know if I was so surprised by it that I didn’t like it, or impressed with its deliberate strangeness. This surprising spatial experience was compounded by then learning that this is the Supreme Court, site of many of the ignominious episodes of the country’s recent political shenanigans, which have put Poland’s democracy on fragile footing. Did the institution’s bizarre building contribute? I wish I had time to visit Budzyński’s other works in Warsaw, which if anything might be more daring than this. Isochronic Tones vs. Binaural Beats
Isochronic tones are an emerging brain entrainment technology that are reportedly helping many people improve their cognitive performance, enhance states of meditation, decrease anxiety and stress etc. This relatively new field can be compared with other effective brain entrainment tools such as binaural beats. Isochronic tones and other brain entrainment technologies help to rapidly alter your brainwave state to produce certain desired results. Different patterns and frequencies are emitted to incite your brain to produce either enhanced levels of gamma, alpha, beta, theta, or delta brain waves, each with their own unique benefits.
The concept of isochronic tones was first presented by Thomas Budzynski in the Journal of Neurotherapy in 1999. Dr. Budzynski conducted a case study with eight college students to test his theory.. His work has spread, making isochronic tones one of the fastest growing brain entrainment technologies for meditators, individuals seeking peak performance, or people who are simply seeking to improve their cognitive health and reduce anxiety.
In the simplest sense, an isochronic tone is actually just a single tone that is being rapidly turned on and off in particular patterns, designed for inducing different brainwave states. In between each tone, there is absolutely no sound being produced. There is just a single unchanging tone that is produced; what is unique is the rapid volume change of the tone. It goes from 0 to 100 and then back again in volume in an evenly spaced way. The distinctive pulses are designed to rapidly alter your brain activity.
What are the benefits of isochronic tones?
Binaural beats and isochronic tones have the same aim and benefits. For more Information check out my previous post about binaural beats:  https://pureselfvibe.tumblr.com/post/181459851131/binaural-beats-unlock-your-hidden-potential
Isochronic Tones Vs. Binaural Beats
One of the main advantages of isochronic tones over binaural beats is that they do not require the use of headphones. Binaural beats must be listened to with headphones so that the binaural frequencies are interpreted by the brain in such a way that the entrainment process is effective. With isochronics, only one tone is played, but it is turned on and off again in a repeated pattern. For this reason, some people argue that isochronic tones are more effective than binaural beats because they rely on a simpler auditory processing function.  However, many people say the effects are more pronounced when using headphones, which would makes sense considering that one would need to be properly aligned with a speaker to fully benefit.
Isochronic disadvantages
The pulsating nature of isochronic tones can be distracting and somewhat annoying. Unfortunately this can't be resolved, because unlike binaural beats, isochronic tones need to be audible at a proper volume for the entrainment to work.
The frequency composition of the binaural beats track can be turned down very low to the point of a feint hum and still be effective (but not as affective as listening to it in pure form and proper volume).
Are isochronic tones and binaural beats as effective when combined with music?
You can get benefits from them when they are combined with music, but listening to isochronic tones and binaural beats without music produces a much stronger effect. So binaural beats and isochronic tones are most effective if you listen to them in pure form without any music.
Do you want to try it out?
If you want to try it out, you can subscribe to the SoundHealing Channel on YouTube, this Channel will provide you with pure binaural beats and isochronic tones. Subscribers can also request videos.

The video for “The Walk,” unknown to fans until it was discovered in 2007, was the first time Sophie Muller worked with Eurythmics. Muller, of course, would famously go on to produce videos for Eurythmics, starting with the “Savage” album, but, in 1982, she was a classmate with Marek Budzynski at the Royal College of Art in London. Marek had been asked to director “The Walk” video, and he asked his Sophie to do the lighting and some editing. For Muller, it was a humble beginning for someone who would go on to be one of the most sought-after music directors in pop music. After months of preparation & hard work, we all had a great time sharing Maurice Durufle’s Requiem last evening to a sold out crowd in DTFW. With the Philharmonic Orchestra & Choir & with soloist: Mezzo-Soprano, Angela Young-Smucker, Baritone, Keven Keys, and Organist, Eric Budzynski, yet another wonderful musical memory shared & now in my personal memoirs. Be blessed, DA. 🙏👏🕊❤️🎼🎶🎤 https://www.instagram.com/p/B4INKVjBFuB/?igshid=1p48xc77s50oi

«Око Бога», солнечные протуберанцы, кольца Сатурна .
Порт Шарафхан и озеро УрмияMasoud Ghadiri (Iran) / Insight Investment Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2019
[-block-]

Deep in the Heart of Mordor – NGC 7293 Andrew Campbell (Australia) / Insight Investment Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2019
[-block-]
