Reunion

The Buckynat Secret Santa 2020 gift for @taralkariel ! This was your first prompt: “Post Endgame Fixit with Nat coming back somehow and them (buckynat) remembering each other”

I originally wanted to write a fic but then I remembered I sucked at writing haha..... anyways I’d like to imagine that Nat got back because of Steve somehow, and when she comes back, Bucky got tired of hiding the fact that he remembers her. Natasha also feels the same and immediately searches for Bucky in the crowd. When they do reunite, they basically jump into each other’s arms. They’ve been seperated for far too long and now they’ve finally gotten each other back :’)

✧ ANNOUNCING BUCKYNAT SECRET SANTA 2020 ✧

We’re running a little behind this year, BUT the BuckyNat Secret Santa fanwork gift exchange is still taking place this year! Like ever year, the gift exchange will begin on January 7, 2021 and run through January 11, 2021.

Participants will be randomly assigned another participant, who they will then create a BuckyNat fanwork - either fanfic, fanart, graphics, or a fanvid - ‘gift’ for, which will be posted on tumblr and AO3 from January 7th through January 11th, 2021. Additional information, include a timeline and general rules, can be found at the Secret Santa link at the top of the FYBN tumblr page.

To participate, all you have to do is sign up by December 19th midnight EST:

As a summary:

and i like to think they would help the poor? maybe pretend to be Santa and Mrs. Claus and give gifts to little kids! 🥺

about the fanfic question... how dare you. 😆 i mean, i don't know! i'm terrible at picking favorites. i'm gonna say three out of the top of my head: Under the Covers by @capandcarter1918, like the way you burn by @formerlyir and pretty much all of @roboticonography's work.

AUs: good question! i would love a The Americans AU, in which Buckynat are soviet spies pretending to be a normal couple in Cold War's America and they end up living next to SHIELD's Director and her husband Captain America. 👀 maybe a James Bond AU? with our favorite British spy, of course! and an Inglorious Basterds AU! can you tell that i like the historical aspect of the ship? 🙈
