i'd say like an edit is when youve like edited a photo or messed about with the clouring or whatever and then a graphic is like when youve created a whole new thing with like multiple pics or made a poster of something THATS HOW I FEEL ABOUT IT

i'm thinking that if u just edit a photo like fix up a celebrity candid or photoshoot it's an edit. if you start adding other photos, textures, text & different shapes it's a graphic :)
