SMG4: Which one of you was going to tell me that tea tastes different if you put it in hot water? Luigi: Y-You were putting it in cold water? **SMG3:** 4. Answer the question 4. SMG4: Yeah, I thought for like… 5 years that people just put it in hot water to speed up the tea-ification process. I didn't realise there was an actual reason. SMG3: You don't have the patience to microwave water for 3 minutes? Niles: Why are you… putting it in the microwave… to boil it? SMG3: Do you think I have the patience to boil water on a stove? Niles: It takes less than a minute! SMG3: Bestie is your stovetop powered by the fucking sun?? Niles: How long does it take you to boil a cup of water on the stove?? SMG3: Like seven minutes! Niles: Just stick the mug on top of the stove on medium heat, it boils in like two minutes, less than that and you use a saucepan. SMG2: (Hysterically crying) You're putting the whole mug on the stove??? On medium heat??? Your stove is enchanted. **SMG1:** Every single person in this post is a fucking lunatic. SMG0: (the only one to regularly make tea) DO NONE OF YOU OWN A FUCKING KETTLE??

when the author creates a morally grey/unpleasant to himself character and want the auditory hate him too so he starts unreasonable demonize this char is the most lame way ever exist. all what can help in this situation is readers who can look past this derogatoring actions or just close eyes at this (and, probably, some other authors who can see their potential)

that's why octavian reminds me sergei razumovskiy that much, with exception that razumovskiy was made for his auditory and all creators attempts to make him disgusting were futile which together with his story, ideas and personality made him the most popular character in bubbleverse. I feel so sorry that octavian didn't recieve the author and auditory he deserved who wouldn't be that dense and biased and could create a decent arch for him which revealed him from all the sides

Rick Riordan takes every opportunity to demonize Octavian. But every time, I seem to be able to find defenses of octavian's actions. The newest offense from page 485 of the Son of Neptune (I only know this page number because I wrote this as soon as I finished the page): Octavian apparently looked outraged when Percy managed to use the power of the Twelfth Legion's Eagle. We're clearly supposed to hate him for this, see him as an unreasonable jerk.

But…No. Octavian's just showing a sensible reaction to change. Let me give you the metaphor. If some strange person who I barely knew came to my home, messed with my stuff, became more popular then me (even amongst the people who I trusted and cared about), and then showed an ability to do things I've only ever been capable of doing, I would snap too! I would look outraged, because it's something definitely worth getting outraged over!

Octavian is not evil! He's just a man who's lost every single scrap of stability in his life, because someone completely new to his life has come in and uprooted everything! And boy, am I really, really feeling finding that relatable now! I've lost my mom, I leave high school this year, my old tablet is dead, my phone may be slowly dying, I have no friends, and everything is going against me! If I could blame a person for all of this, I think I would've snapped and killed that person by now! So you know what!? Octavian is justified in everything he's done!

Mr Puzzles's full name is Mr Winston Puzzles.

Niles is a trans boy, with his deadname being Nulla.

Winston is autistic, which is why he had such a hard time making friends as a kid and why he fell so deeply into escapism.

Laika is significantly more antisocial after being rescued from the Assets Void.

Laika gains a connection with Eggdog, as well as the other Dead Memes.

Laika has a shellfish allergy.

SMG1 is prone to motion-sickness. So is Winston.

SMG0 is a loud drunk.

None of the Mage Trio are allowed to drive.

Takamaki is a trans boy.

Rosie and Takamaki have known each other since they were kids.

Winston had been repressing his emotions for most of the Puzzlevision Arc.

Niles feels incredibly nervous being left in charge of something.

Mr Puzzles gives the gang permission to call him Winston after he's at least semi-redeemed. Niles instead chooses to call him "Winny", half to piss him off, half because he likes nicknaming his friends.

The Loves Of My Life (aka, My OC ships): Bonnie Bradley III & James Durand (Heavy).

The year is 1983. 32-year-old James Durand is a world-famous rock star, and Bonnie Bradley is a 20-year-old retired pageant queen who has lost her direction in life. She moved to Nashville a year ago with no real idea of what she wanted to do, only to wind up waitressing and rooming with 2 other co-workers.

When James' band (*no name yet) performs in Nashville, and Bonnie wins tickets to the concert, she figured it'd be a fun night out away from her currently dull. She absolutely did not expect for James Durand to request her to come backstage, kicking off a relationship many of his fans dream of.

Soon, Bonnie is rising to her stardom in her own right, especially once others learn she's gifted in music herself. This along with James' own bad habits cause their relationship to become rocky.
