I don’t know if you do asks (and I totally understand if you don’t), but do you have any head cannons on Apricot’s other parent? I saw your picture on Apricot’s birth, and I thought it was cool that you designed their other parent.

This ask made me so excited I need ya to know!!! I've got a couple floating around! In my head I call her Baron! She's about in her mid 30's now and lives in the city the color gang ended up in after chasing Chosen and Orange through the wifi portal! Sunnyside I think people read from the background sign?

Here she is a little more clear just for you <3 The major hcs for her is she's a born stickfigure and relative of the corndog guy family! A cousin that Corndog Guy didn't see very often. She's an accountant and really did try to be the best mother she could, though she tended to be more high strung and overprotective of Apricot due to her own more sheltered upbringing. Also tossing in some more broad/backstory ones relating to her, Mango, and Apricot <3333 Mango met while she was attending school. She was studying finance and he was working in the library to help with the bills. After that they started dating rather casually! ......until Mango got pregnant. It was a shotgun wedding first and foremost. They both figured it'd be better for the baby to have married parents. They were friends and did love each other! Just not really in love enough to have gotten married or have a baby so young. Baron did start slowly pulling back from Mango as the years go by and as Apricot got older. She still loved her boy fiercely though, she wanted split custody even if neither wanted to officially get divorced and they slowly started doing so once Baron found her own place. Even if Apricot found it boring when they mostly stayed at home. She hated Mango when Apricot died. She blamed Him for their sons death. Thinking he could have done more or just listen for once and not have even taken him there in the first place considering how shoddy and dangerous fairground attractions were! Like

He got the divorce paperwork in the mail. Baron wanted everything he had for killing her son. Not like Mango really had much to give, but he let her take what she wanted. After that she....disappeared. She went to the funeral but after that she was....gone. Mango understood....he hurt but he understood. She took a job at Rocketcorp once she had no more legally ties with Mango. She liked the anonymity the dress code enforced and the pay couldn't be beat. It gave her something to do again.
