Doey's situation probably reminds the monsters of the Amalgamates.

To see such a thing with humans, whose bodies shouldn't be able to be merged like that... and to know that such things can't occur naturally, they're the result of experimentation.

Oof.

Given that Alphys has experience taking care of merged beings, maybe she'd be able to help somehow? But also her own experiments caused the amalgamates, even if it was accidental, so that might not be comforting.

Awwwww thanks for loving my odd little crossover, I’ll admit this au has refused to leave my head since it’s conception, similar to doey

I can’t quite explain how the others would react to doey being a victim of experimentation without going into how such a thing would even occur. I’m of the mind that doey would try his best to keep his origins a secret, cause the possibility of all of them seeing him differently, or even shunning him terrifies him. He just wants to have a normal life, but unfortunately it seems his past keeps on following him.

The thing about doey being what i would call as an artificial being, is that in the first few weeks after he met frisk and the others, he tried so hard to forget about playtime.co and what they did to him, (to them) thus he tries to not answer as many questions about himself as possible. surrounding “what are you?” “Where did you come from” cause all those questions would lead straight to playtime.co. And he’d want more than anything for no one to know about that place, and to just forget about it entirely. But it’s hard to forget about something that shaped (sorry for the pun) his perception of everything.

For as long as he and the other bigger bodies have been stuck in that place, even after the hour of joy, the factory has been abandoned for years at that point, and no one outside knew the horrors that lay within. He just wanted to be normal for once, spend time with his new friends, (while trying to ignore the crushing guilt of the fate of his friends he had to leave behind. i’ll explain this in another post) enjoy more of toriel’s cinnamon butterscotch pie, (fun fact, the first time doey first tried it, he broke down in tears cause it was the best thing he’d had in ages) but after the sparring match with undying had went downhill after she found out that doey had three souls, he thought his life was over.

It took frisk and the others frantically looking for him for hours to find him. Turns out he was hiding out in the forest, the place he had been when frisk first met him, hidden away behind a cluster of bushes, curled up as tight as he could. but cause of the fact he’s much bigger in size, being about a few feet taller then asgore, frisk could still clearly see his head and shoulders poking out from beyond the bushes, doey visibly shaking as he cried.

Frisk quietly walked over to him, hearing muffled sobbing the closer they got, the sound tugging on their heart painfully. The child slowly crouched down in front of the bushes, and spoke with the softest voice she could muster “doey?” The figure in the bushes stilled immediately, his voice hitching, before slowly looking up from his curled up position, raising his body slightly as his long neck bent unnaturally as he looked down at the child in front of him. His face damp from tears as he took in how worried frisk looked, and felt even worse, as he seemed to frown even more, which would be impossible for anyone else. He didn’t want anyone to know about his problems, especially frisk, who is a child who shouldn’t need to know anything about him. It would only lead to make them sad.

Seeing doey look away in shame, frisk frowned, “doey, what happened? I heard from undying that you had fled from the place you two were sparring. Did- did she hurt you?”

Hearing this snapped doey out of it enough for him to frantically shook his head, not wanting undying to get in trouble cause of him, “then what happened?”

Doey took a moment to compose himself enough to properly think, his arms tightening around his shoulders as the memories flashed in his mind like a projector, breathing out a shaky breath as he began to recount the events, “thing had been going great at first, undying was doing her usual thing with fighting with those floating blue spears of hers while i dodged and defended. But things stop being so fun when she did something new that I hadn’t seen her do before. I was dodging more of her spears when i suddenly felt myself stop I’m place, feeling like something had grabbed a part of me from the inside.” Doey shivered as he loosened his hold on his shoulder to place a hand on his chest, right where that icy cold grip was. Not noticing how frisk’s eyes widened in horror as they realized what had happened, “when I looked down, I saw three differently colored hearts floating in front of me, incased in the same blue glow as the spears. and undying was looking at them wide eyed like she had never seen them before, the spears that were floating a few feet from where i stood disappearing just as the tightness in my chest finally left. And before I knew it I was running,”

The two sat in silence as doey went back to tightly hugging himself while frisk sat there stunned, so many thoughts swirling through their head as they tried to process all that had been said. Without knowing exactly how to phrase this, frisk asks, “Doey, do you not know about souls?” Which sounds like a reasonable question, since even humans know about The theory of souls, but the thought of someone not knowing about the concept at all worried them. Doey looked at them, emotions running across his face before finally settling on confusion, temporarily putting his feelings on pause as he cocked his head to the side, “don’t you mean the stuff that ghosts are made of in those old movies? Or maybe I’m thinking of ectoplasm…” the dough man held a hand to his chin in thought, the image alone causing frisk to giggle before shaking their head, “no, souls are completely different from that, as a friend of mine once said, “souls are the very combination of your being” and that we literally can’t exist without them. But normally people only have one, so that’s why undying was so shocked.”

“Ooooooh.” Doey spoke, leaning back as he looked in with a blank look on his face. looking as if he had just learned the secrets of the universe, the three children within asking a bunch of questions that slowly began to overlap each other to the point that doey began to get a headache, grimacing as he held a hand to his head while frisk looked on in worry, thinking they were overwhelming him again. There had been times that doey had learned so many things that he easily got overwhelmed to the point that he needed to find a quiet place to decompress, which usually took a couple hours depending on how bad it got. Unfortunately, doey was definitely of a people pleaser at heart, so he would end up getting incredibly overwhelmed without telling anyone, to the point that toriel personally had it a rule that if he felt the slightest bit overwhelmed he would tell someone. This seemed to help lessen the chance of these happening, but there were times where he sometimes forgot.

“Doey? Are you okay? Maybe we should talk about this later, I’m sure everyone is worried-“ frisk was suddenly cut off when doey quickly shook his head, “NONONO I’m fine!” Doey replied with a nervous smile, frisk was not fooled though, “but doey- if this is becoming too much for you we can-“

“I SAID I’M FINE!!!” Doey yelled, causing frisk to flinch as they quickly scurried a few feet away from him, looking up at doey with wide eyes. Doey took a moment to catch his breath before his eyes widened in fear, realizing what he had done, “oh my gosh! Frisk I’m so sorry I didn’t mean to yell-“ his voice caught in his throat as tears welled up in his eyes, remembering the times he had accidentally yelled at kissy or even the smiling critters when he had gotten too overwhelmed. Or even the memories of a young but angry child full with of rage and anger, that just wanted to have a normal life. He hadn’t wanted to play all those games, having to be in those sterilized rooms every time he had to have a check up, which only seemed to become more frequent till he never left. He just wanted to be alone, but not one person had given him that mercy. he remembered feeling so much guilt that it felt like he was dying, that he was a mistake and was scared that he would always be this angry monster.

He was pulled out of his thoughts when he felt a hand on his knee and realized frisk was still there, looking up at him with an understanding smile. They were so forgiving even after he had yelled at them, he feels like doesn’t deserve it. Swallowing the lump in his throat, doey spoke “I was wondering something, when undying had used her magic to freeze me in place, those hearts- souls as you had mentioned, this might sound silly, but does everyone have them?”

Frisk looked down for a moment before they thought of an idea, moving their hands to their chest, frisk focused on the energy that emitted from their souls and brought it outwards. And as doey looked down in confusion at what the child was doing, he watched as something began to glow around frisks chest, and suddenly something began to form in their hands, something that red, and as it began to shapen he realized that it was forming into a heart, glowing brightly as it floated in the air. Doey leaned forward as he looked down at it in awe, before looking at frisk and saw them looking at it with a soft smile, “this is a soul, everyone has one, though the monsters souls are different, whereas their souls are upside down and colored white instead of colored like mine.”

Doey just sat there staring at it before it suddenly disappeared back into frisks chest, the child looked up to him with a sheepish grin, “so, would it be okay if you showed me yours?” Doey’s eyes widened before he looked down at his chest in confusion before looking back at them dumbfounded, “wait- I can do that too??” The pure confusion in his voice had frisk snort, before nodding their head, “I don’t know why it wouldn’t, though i can’t do it myself since bringing someone’s souls out is typically seen as disrespectful, like someone taking off another person’s shirt or pants. I can try to show you how to bring yours out if you want.”

Doey nodded, and watched as frisk gestured to their chest, and he soon followed, “the one who actually showed me how to do this was my mom toriel, she explained that you bring your hands to your chest like what I’m doing, and you try focus on finding your soul, or souls in your case. It kinda feels like a big warmth in your chest that’s always there even when you don’t notice it. Closing my eyes personally helps me focus better.”

Doey looked uncertain for a moment before slowly closing his eyes, making sure his hands stayed at his chest, trying to find that warmth, but it was kinda difficult when he was made of cold dough. I guess frisk could tell that he was having trouble when he heard them say “another thing that helps me focus is remembering all the happy memories I’ve made, be it big or small the important memories stay close to the soul.”

Doey once again felt uncertain, cause all he could remember was being trapped in the factory with all those scientists poking and prodding him, the day after the hour of joy where he wandered through the empty hallways covered in blood. But suddenly remembered other things, like the first time he met kissy missy the first few days after he found safe haven, the joy he felt when he took care of all the smiling critters, who showed love in a million different ways, like showing him their drawings, hugging him when he was feeling down, and just being able to sit and relax while all of the critters surrounded him in one big cuddle pile. Doey was brought out of his thoughts when he felt warmth in his hands and opened his eyes to see three souls floating in his hands, both of different colors; orange yellow and green. They all radiated warmth like that of a small campfire, but unlike with his other experiences with fire, this warmth didn’t seem to burn.

Doey looked at frisk to see them smiling from ear to ear, leaning on their tip toes to be able to see it better, so doey slowly lowered himself down, a smile of his own on his face as both frisk and him watched the souls glow from the safety of the trees, doey having long since walked out from beyond the bushes.

“You know, I still don’t know why you have three souls, but perhaps the others might know. If you don’t mind showing it to them. Sharing souls with someone is very intimate, so you don’t have to if you don’t want to-“ frisk was cut off from their rambling as doey chuckled warmly, “I think I’d like that. Just as long as you’re there.”

Frisk smiled as they nodded, and both watched as doey’s souls returned back to his chest, but the warmth still remained as doey gad realized once again that he didn’t have to be alone anymore. He has people who cares about him, even if he thought it impossible that he’d find anyone to love him, but he’s glad to be wrong.

I use a female avatar, with all the bells and whistles that come with that.

Things I have seen at this club during these NSFW nights (ALL anthro btw, unless otherwise specified, it's a Furry club):

Do you know what else I've seen at these club nights?

A cishet female being told "No thanks, vag is gross" by a dragon, who then turned around and went to a private room to have sex with the DJ who just got done playing...who is openly afab (enby, no operation desired, according to the chats I've had with them)

A transfem in a group of six people being ignored during a big group cuddle session (nothing lewd, literally just honest cuddles). Watched them try to get in on it several times (after being INVITED to come chill with the group) and each time, the others would adjust so that they weren't touching them.

I myself, a transfem, rarely get attention from folks at these events (partly my fault, I don't reach out), but on the rare event that I did once, a male avatar walked up to me (I discovered later from the club owner, a friend of theirs, that he was transmasc) and asked me if I wanted to go to a private room. I said I would think about it, and as soon as he heard my voice he said "Oh, nevermind, I thought you were a girl."

And those are just the most egregious cases of it. The club is mostly attended by amabs, who treat afabs like they're gross, and back off as soon as they learn you're transfem, if you are amab.

And even the transmascs get hesitant or turn you down if you're not cisgender.

It's not a universal experience, if it was then I wouldn't go to the club anymore.

But it fucking HURTS to hit it off with someone, ask if they want to have a little fun, and then be rejected because "Oh, no thanks, you're trans, I don't fuck trans", or see someone else be turned down because "ew vagina gross"

I don't CARE what your sexuality is; be fucking respectful about it, and if someone isn't what you expected, but they made ZERO EFFORT to hide it from you, and in fact PUT IN EFFORT to make it known, and you got upset because you were too busy thinking "oh yeah gonna fuck my type" and they aren't?

And then you say something as rude as "Oh, I thought you were a girl" to someone in a female avatar, with a transgender pride pin on her shirt, and a literal badge that says "she/her" on it, just because she's amab and has a masculine voice? Or look an afab in the eyes and say "Oh I don't fuck vag, vag is gross" and then GO AND FUCK VAG IMMEDIATELY after saying that?

Burn. In. Hell.

You can turn someone down and adhere to your sexuality without being a piece of shit about it.

This blog was dedicated to the Kaijumorpha au, past paradox pokemon, Legends games (Arceus and ZA) and even some prehistoric media!

Aside from my main blog @ofowlsdinosaursanddragons, I also have an RP account on the kaijumorpha au @thekorairpaccount. I also have a twitter too! (I don’t really post art here btw)

A Kaijumorpha au brief overview.

The kaijumorpha au is a Pokémon au that is an overhaul of the pokemon universe’s lore and Mythos. While the most drastic change being the inclusion of humans with pokemon types and the kaijumorpha.

What are the kaijumorpha?

The kaijumorpha are a group of strange organisms that originate the world known as Gaea, or known as the world of beasts by most people, a counter mirror to the pokemon planet which earth fauna, familiar and unfamiliar, roam. In the pokemon planet’s past, the Kaijumorphs once lived amongst the pokemon and humans after an ancient cataclysm happened around 3,000 years ago.

Among the kaijumorphs, there are four groups that each falls under, which include:

- Werebeasts.

Werebeasts are shapeshifting kaijumorphs that have both a humanoid and a bestial form. They are the most common of the kaijumorphs with them being the most recognizable within the pokemon planet’s societies. They come in four major sub types: Mammalian, Avian, Saurian and Cryptid (resembling Therus kaijumorphs)

(Example: Serena, a vulture Werebeast.)

- Therus

Therus are a polyphyletic group of Gaean megafauna, mostly archosaurians that are fully sapient and can harness the elements similarly to pokemon. They are regarded as either powerful forces of nature who are capable of rending entire towns with others able to turn into humans or werebeasts. In ancient times, they once ruled the pokemon earth from the beginning of the kalosian war to the events within the Hisui saga. Most therus live within Gaea, though there are some, like in Alola and Kanto where they still remain. (It should be noted that, due to an incident within area zero, those infected with the px virus are considered to be “false Therus”. Them alongside the ancient Pokémon are not considered kaijumorphs)

(Example: an assortment of therus known including a Boreal Titan.)

- Beastkin

Beastkin are the hybrids of a human/werebeast and a therus. Due to their nature, most, if not all are infertile and cannot reproduce. However, they are still capable of learning both Pokémon and Therus elements.

(Example: Duke Calem of Kalos.)

- Amalgams.

The final and most horrific are known as the amalgams. Amalgams are chimeric beings who are the result of 2 or more beings, whether they be human, pokemon, kaijumorph or even a gaean beast fused with each other. Most amalgams known who survived the hybridization process are highly dangerous with no sense of risk or caution. However, it should be noted that there are a few Amalgams who have remained sane even after the trauma of the chimerization process. Though, unfortunately these amalgams are incredibly rare…

(Example: two beings lock within combat, with one being an amalgam and the other being a Pokémon known as the “winged king”.)

Extra notes on the au:

Humans in the au can have types with normal looking humans having the normal type.

Pokemon in the au have differing levels of sapience with some like bidoof, muk and the fossil pokemon being animalistic.

Pokemon are bigger within the au and most are comparable to the sizes shown in the anime.

While the au follows the game timeline, some of the spin-offs like Pokémon horizons and Pokémon: origins are canon to the verse.

OH MY GOSH HEWWO!! Let me just *scrambles to find my notes* alright so going down the list I’ll start with Eclipse!

Eclipse✨: Here’s so basic info I already had written down

• This Eclipse is from my security breach au called Won’t Die, they end up being one of Gregory’s protectors in it.

• I said they’re fusion of Sun and Moon and I mean that literally, in this au Sun and Moon are two separate beings in their own body and they literally combine together to make Eclipse.

• They’re kinda like Opal from Steven Universe in the sense they have a very one track mind and tend to focus on one thing and end up forgetting about other things they were meant to do

• They’re move around in the same creepy manner that Moon does in the games

• They’re 9’1 ft tall (not including the rays)

• They technically have 3 tails, the two ribbons on their backside and the hood of their lil cloak can move around like tails and the ribbon ones are strong enough to pick up Gregory!

• They are very willing to fight and or destroy stuff in order to complete their main goal

• They’re very protective and very strong (examples vvvvv)

The White Rabbit 🐰:

• So his name isn’t Sunny bunny, I just call him that to differentiate from my other Suns, he’s from my wonderland au and in it he’s either called Sun or the rabbit

• Sun is really kind to children but HATES adults, in fact he’s murdered multiple before in very gruesome ways, never in front of kids tho

• I want to make sure you know he genuinely cares about kids and loves making them smile whether it’s by doing fun activities with them or doing something silly to amuse them

• Him, along with most of the others from wonderland, want to kidnap kids so they can entertain them for forever, he actually lured Cassie (the Alice of this au) into wonderland without her knowing it was a trap

• He’s very manipulative and persuasive, this is how he helped keep kids from leaving wonderland in the past and how he got Cassie to help him in freeing the residents of wonderland

• He genuinely doesn’t think murdering people and kidnapping kids is a bad thing

• He’s an animatronic but he’s also semi organic

• He has a magical ability that lets him shift into a smaller form that looks like a rabbit(I sadly haven’t drawn it before), tho it’s smaller then his normal size it’s actually just a bit bigger than Cassie (she’s 3’9 ft for reference)

• He’s like 6’5 ft?? I never really figured out his height but it’s around that

Hallow 🎃 : Here’s some info I had written already

• The au Hallow is in is my seasonal au, basically magical creatures are the living embodiment of each season and of the four elements, other creatures there are also the embodiment of different things too like Hallow being the embodiment of Halloween

• The farm they live on isn’t in the human realm at all but is instead in a realm where magic and such run wild, the farm is ran by Maple (my grim Foxy) whose the embodiment of fire and autumn

• Hallow can only go to the human realm on Halloween but normal animals and humans are able to cross freely tho the areas to do so are very hidden so humans very rarely encounter the magical realm

• The character Hallow is most similar to is Jack Skellington, they’re both the embodiment of Halloween, tall spooky looking guys, mischievous, kind, and protective of their friends

• They can open their mouth and they have a very long goopy black tongue, I sadly don’t have a drawing of this but I have a drawing of a different character who has a tongue that’s similar to Hallow’s just not goopy like theirs is

Lee Jae Wook (Actor)...Insecurities vs. Confidences

Insecurities

He's insecure about his hairline or just of balding (could have some issues in that regard). He may obsess over keeping clear and blemish free skin as well. I don't think he plays games when it comes to his hygiene, he micromanages it a lot. Could become of a problem of being addicted/obsessed with being clean

Okay so. He may be a bit misogynistic or just hold onto pretty controversial opinions when it comes to politics (if he was in America he would identify as conservative, not to say conservatives are inherently misogynistic btw). He knows that his opinions aren't widespread opinions so he's not too confident in truly expressing his ideas.

He may be insecure about expressing his anger outwardly (he has a temper but masks it a lot in public). He can become physical if necessary but like I said he could really hold back in public even when it's wrong for him to (like if he was being threatened, probably doesn't want to corrupt his public image).

He can be insecure about his career and how much of a future he has in the field. Worries a lot about money even when he has no reason to.

He has social insecurities, mostly because he doesn't find himself to be all that entertaining or fun. So I do think he can be a bit of a party pooper or project his fears onto others (like if he was with someone that was more of a bubbly, social butterfly he could try to put out their fire so that he doesn't look boring next to them).

He's a bit too serious, he doesn't know how to laugh at himself and keep it pushing. He has to over complicate everything and every situation, it could add to him being not so fun of a person to be around and may be a reason he's so insecure about the fact that he truly isn't that fun.

He's embarrassed by his family or his childhood. Compared to other ppl, his childhood could have been quite different from other people's (if any of you guys every read the book 'The Glass Castle' by Jeannette Walls. Her childhood story in the book could have been similar to Jae's)

He can be insecure about his weight. Being too skinny, he probably wants to get bigger

Confidences

He's confident in competitive settings, he may know how hard he can push himself to succeed so he would be confident in winning or just that he worked hard enough whether he lost or not.

He's confident in his masculinity, he knows how to draw strength and energy from himself to achieve a goal. He has quite the stamina and the willpower

He really feels secure of himself when he's performing in front of people, like on stage. I would think he could do pretty good with theater acting (or whatever it's called). It's like the louder a crowd screams for him, the more confident and pumped up he gets.

He's secure in his judgement and the decisions he makes. It's like he listens to his gut feelings often and it rarely steers him in the wrong direction. Very decisive man. He's good dishing advice to others and also taking his own advice (the gif I used of his quote in a interview is a good example of him giving great advice and using it in his own life as well).

He's confident in teacher/mentor positions. He's great at leading others and is most comfortable in dominant positions. Just like with his good advice, he teaches good skills to his student

He's confident in his abilities in the bedroom and in his size(this boi). He's confident about his looks in a way that he knows he could look worse

I wanted this back when they first said it was going to have a campaign and really, who wouldn't at that time. It all hit the fan when loot boxes were announced and used and canned and really nobody had any interest. The game grew exponentially even with the sour taste in gamers mouths then gamers started not to like it anymore or think it worthy.

So here I am, found it at a bargain for what, like 5$, so I figured at least I'd get the campaign out of it even if the online was dead. And lo and behold, the size of this game is bigger than anything on my computer, bigger than anything I could probably put on my computer at a whopping 90 GB. For reference, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, the game that came with two discs at launch because it was so massive and was later ported to Steam was 100 GB. But let's hurdle over size and look at performance. (This is a campaign review btw)

Loading into the game can take quite a bit of time but once you get into the game, it's not so much loading screens, it's pretty fluid but there were a lot of points where even just changing settings would boot back to the menu for a flash, like the actual game was overlain on top of the menu so that it was always running in the background as its own constant loading screen, very strange. There are a lot of cool details to do with this game that I feel went by the wayside. Like you can shoot panels on doors to keep enemies out but there are only so many instances where you can do that. I felt like if I wasn't performing head or body shots, I couldn't go for legs or anything so that was a bit underwhelming. If they were under something like a banister, it was spotty if I could shoot through. All in all combat was fine though, enough weapons and abilities to be satisfying.

But the NPCs would sometimes get in this fit of trying to get down on it if you know what I mean. The story is pretty decent, focusing on Operation Cinder. All in all I heard a lot of complaints that it just wasn't enough and really I respect that but it's still good what is there though. There's also a mode that takes place afterwards? Doesn't make sense but cheerio.

You can see Disney's influence the farther it goes in though because they definitely try to hammer that it's their universe with their own creations, I get having some of the stuff to try and connect but sometimes it's just like "Oh, they're talking about this because of that."

It ends up being a "here's how these ships ended up on Jakku, here's the lead up to TFA." type thing which leaves me feeling maybe it should've stayed anonymous like some big war happened and those were remnants on a backwater planet or even just rogues trying to escape. Using Cinder more as a Rogue One Death Star plan story just doesn't seem as interesting as they made it seem in The Mandalorian but maybe it could be expanded upon, who knows.

The second half or the Resurrection plot line just kind of dogs, I didn't care for it and it actually made me care less for the characters. I liked the build up to finding the pods though.

The dialogue is…eh. I mean, I began asking myself "If I had control of Star Wars, let alone a character like Han Solo, what would I make him say? It certainly wouldn't be 'This isn't my favorite day' like yeah, such a cool line that I always wanted to hear him say." But you play as various heroes to get the feel of different styles and really Han showed that guns do matter because I felt like they were being generous with a lot of the shots I was performing versus cheated with some of the other guns. Lightsabers play alright but I feel weird about it because I've already played Fallen Order and this feels like a more streamlined version with limits. Passable for online though.

You can also take control of different ships which luckily doesn't have to be in first person like in Squadrons. Those are alright, I was a little peeved with the Star Destroyer mission but it's alright. It feels like they wanted to go farther with it but either left it for Squadrons or ran out of time or whatever. Either way, it was fun enough but not the big baddie I would've liked.

Drawing Station 1

This is the station I had been waiting the longest to finally start doing! I was expecting what i expect most often, what is considered as academic drawing but was kinda delightfully surprised to have a good mix of both so far!

First lesson, Walk and draw

First assignment, easy enough! Take a bunch of paper, go walk around, capture!

I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would actually, felt like letting go and just letting the pen flow, as if just working with my subconscious. I realized at one point that I was basically doing people watching on x games mode. As people walk by me, i captured their jackets, their conversations, ect. Walking around the academy I law a lot of wires and electronics, and i liked focusing on that linear aspect combined with the people that i drew.

After drawing we came in and got tape to connect all of our pieces. I really liked the almost electrical tape that i took, and i ripped into thin pieces which I layed out over the exhisting wires that i drew, giving them more shape and dirrection. I also used this to connect all of the disjunkt drawings, making all the exhisting wires connect in a loop. A closed circut if you will!

Second Lesson, Figure Drawing

Exhiting doesn't begin to describe how I felt about this class. I have never done live model drawing at this intensity, by size and time and skill. As well that it was nude drawing I was also shitting bricks because the model was naked and I got very nervouse.

The first page was a warm up where we had to follow the models movement, kinda just in energy and then we got cracking to quick poses. I loved sketching this big even though it ment I couldn't work into the drawing more. Also after this class I realized that I had gotten quicker and more accuret at drawing people! So bonus on that

BONUS ROUND! Station Skill, Digital Model Drawing

What do I do the next day after my first time model drawing? I go and I do it again of course!

I liked how this class had a lot more focuse on shadow and light and capturing figure rather than only capturing the model. The first drawing was to me, a warm up, and the biggest challende here now was fighting photoshop since I had never painted in it before.

Word of advice that I realized right about now in drawing station, never ever look at other peoples work WHILE you're still working on yours. I kept glancing over at other people's work and being like DAMN. It wasn't that I was doing something wrong either, we were all just painting differently, but in the moment it always feels like you're doing the wrong thing.

Also I squeezed into this class without regestering cus I just wanted to attend it so bad lol. Really like Victor's classes and I'd like to attend more. He gave me the greenlight to show up unregistered btw! some people just always skip without unregestering

Third Lesson, Tree of Words

She said pick a word and surprise me!

The day before this lesson I had been experimenting with ink and how to capture and essense of allusivness as well as barely being there. So decided with the first drawing to carry on with that. I don't actualy remember what word I picked, but I'm preatty sure it was shame. So person in ink falling to their death? maybe!

After looking over at other people working (against my own advice), I saw how much of a fluffy edge you can get when working with charcoal. I'm not a big fan of working with charcoal due to how messyyyyy it gets but alas I was really after this fluffy barely there effect. Took the plunge and refrence some old old photos of a friend from 2021. I tried to make a big contrast and try to demonstrate the snow from the photos but idk how good that attempt was. I can always try again!

Forth Lesson, Model Drawing Part Two

3rd time doing model drawing is a lot less intimidating. This lesson I tried more on capturing not only figure but also shadows and dimension. I also realized I gotta scale down no matter how much I love going bigger, I just dont have enough time to work into the drawings on such a scale. I think a lot of these would have looked more rendered and better looking if I just had more time. But oh well! you live and you learn.

But, yeah! That's basically what I'm doing, making a consolidated map using the BotW map as a base!

I'm actually kinda hoping that Nintendo will do a remaster of Zelda 1-2 & the the Oracle Games, possibly even one on the Four Swords games that actually feel more like a collaborative game rather than a competitive one. I especially would like to see Four Swords be made more like Four Swords Adventures in that FSA was more like an actual Zelda game with a real story.

But, what I want more than that is the Oracle games to be remastered or, heck! Maybe do sequels of them in the same way that ALBW was a sequel to aLttP! Possibly even take the opportunity to finally create & release that missing 3rd in the series that they never got to. They announced it before with the original 2 & the land in it was named "Falsia," but it was an April Fool's joke. Which is the big thing I'm curious to see more of, more of non-Hyrule lands. Like, we've seen so much of Hyrule, let's see more of the rest of Hyrule's Earth!

Did you know that BotW's Hyrule was based on the creator's hometown of Kyoto within the Kyoto Province of Japan? This means that, despite being the largest iteration of Hyrule to date, it's still no bigger than a speck when compared to the rest of Hyrule's world.

And we only know about 4 other very tiny countries & a small archipelago besides them. Which is pretty sad if you think about it!

And, I'm not kidding about this BTW, I literally compared sizes & have an actual infograph to show just how insane the amount of uncharted land still out there on Hyrule's Earth is!

As for what I have for the consolidated map so far, if ya wanna see, here it is:

Funny you should mention Highland Stable!! That's actually EXACTLY where I think that Ordon would be located!! 😁

As for the Hidden Village, I renamed it after another hidden village from a different game, Hidden Kasuto Village. Though, I also sort of made it a kind of hidden training camp for the Sheikah. And, if you recall, there's this little cluster of ruined buildings in Trillby Plain. And, I used that as a sort of marker for the hidden entrance.

And, as for the location of aLttP's Castle Town, I believe it to have been in the same general location as MC's Castle Town! Which, if you look at the Depths Map, I marked as being in the same location as Trillby Valley on the Surface, which is not too terribly far from what I've marked as Tierno Mogcast. Which, I am making part of a 2-tier Mogma settlement with Downtown Mogburg being the lower tier.

Also, I have marked the actual ruins of a number of the temples from previous games in the Depths & you can spot their mirrors on the Surface Map. The ruins of Snowhead Temple are mirrored on the Surface as Snowhead Parish, where I'm putting a small settlement of Yeti not unlike Yeta, Yeto, & Condé.

And, I even think that the Temple of Spirits in TotK takes up the same place as where the Ancient Cistern would've once been.

Similarly, I believe that the canyon separating Hebra from the rest of Hyrule was once the Zora River from Twilight Princess, which would line up really well with Snowpeak actually being Hebra!

Similarly, I never thought that the Forbidden Temple was the Sealed Temple. Not only is the location completely wrong, but so is the height of the Goddess Statue inside.

If anything, I actually think that the true location of the Sealed Temple was in Faron Woods & that the location where Skyloft touched down would've actually been Ordon. Which, if you notice, the 2 settlements definitely showcase a number of similarities in terms of architecture & fashion. Both live in smials & both have that interesting little band around their waist. As such, I actually think that the location that was the true birth of Hyrule was Ordon.

And, I say that the Goddess Statue in the Forgotten Temple isn't the same one from the Sealed Temple, not only because of the vastly different locations, but also the vastly different sizes.

Those are Link & Zelda.

Because of this, I actually think that the statue inside the Forgotten Temple was actually one of the statues from the Isle of Song, which is in a much closer approximation to the Forgotten Temple.

And, as for the EoW locations, I think that Jabul Waters is where you'd find Lanayru Bay, with Seesyde Village being on the Brynna Plain & Horon Lagoon being about where the River Zora Village would've been. And, I also think that Holy Mount Lanayru & EoW's Hebra Mountain is actually in a similar location to the Zora's Domain in BotW. But this would make Faron Wetlands around where BotW's Mount Lanayru is...

Except that, in a universe where BotW IS what I theorize, then it means that EoW's Faron Wetlands would've been at a lower elevation, so it's entirely possible that the Deku Tree simply built that area up taller than it originally was. And if you look, the Faron Temple in EoW would've been around where the Spring of Wisdom is in BotW.

But, if this is the case, then this would mean that EoW's Gerudo Desert would be around where the Lanayru Wetlands would be in BotW. And, "But Aikoiya," I hear you saying. "How can a swamp & a desert be the same location?" Because a swamp can become a desert if the swamp is drained! 😁

Which, if you look at the map of the Dark World in aLttP, right where the Desert of Mystery would be is a swamp called Misery Mire! And one of the things you do in order to get to the Swamp Palace, you have to drain the water from the Light World, I believe! As such, I think that it's absolutely possible for these 2 locations to actually be the same! And, I actually very much believe that it is also the location of Castor Wilds in Minish Cap & that Mt. Crenel is Crenel Peak in BotW, that Trillby Plain is the Trillby Highlands from MC, & that the area of Zorana Highlands in BotW's Zora's Domain is the area of MC's Veil Falls!

However, if so, then this implies that, after OoT, not only did the Hylians move back to where MC's Castle Town once was, the Gerudo also moved as well. By why would they? Well, in the Downfall Timeline, Ganon won. And, who are his subjects? The Gerudo. So, I think that the citizens of Hyrule fled to a stronghold of the past to rebuild & that this is what we see in the Dowfall Timeline. Which allowed the Gerudo to relocate.

But then, why is it that in Zelda 1 & 2, that the Hyruleans are living in another place entirely? And where is it, exactly?

I say that with each subsequent return of Ganon, he essentially chased them further & further until they reached what would be called the Akkala Highlands in BotW. And, I even have an idea of some of those locations as well. If I were a bettin' woman, I'd say that Miruge Swamp would be around where the Torin Wetlands are in BotW, that Lake Akkaka is approximately the same location as Midoro Swamp is, & that the ruined building right at the entrance to the Wrist Peninsula is about where the Parapa Palace would be! 😁

So, if you're sitting there, thinking that I'm obsessed & thinking too deeply about the geography of a high-fantasy adventure puzzle game series, the answer is yes. Yes, I am! 😆

But, if I'm right, then the suggested migration route that this information creates, I honestly believe that Ganon was legit trying to exterminate the Hylians. If not, then he's at least trying to entirely displace them from their native land because it absolutely looks like he's attempting to drive them out of Hyrule entirely. And I will avoid making any suggestions that might bring to mind a certain real-world conflict that this act brings to mind, but I'm sure you can see an eerie similarity there if you look.

Anyway, here's the map in the Forbidden Temple alongside my attempt to recreate it as an actual map.

And actually! I do think it's possible for Hyrule to come back in the Adult Timeline, but more so in a "second coming of" type of way.

But, the reason for this, I think, is because of the Deku Tree along with a number of other things. And, in fact, I actually think that there are now 2 Hyrules existing at once. This being BotW's Hyrule (which is at a higher elevation) & the New Hyrule of Spirit Tracks. So, something like Great Britain & America. But I don't think they are aware of each other. After all, who says that all the citizens of the Great Sea moved over to New Hyrule? I wouldn't be surprised if a number of them would decide to remain there & the descendants of those islanders would eventually lead into the Wild Era's Hyrulean residents. And, unless the Royal Family only ever has 1 kid, which we know they don't based on Zelda 2, then there's likely other Great Islanders with royal blood in them. And, if so, then this would allow for the perfect opportunity to create a second Hyrule Royal Family. One with the divine gifts of the goddesss, which would've been where Sonia got her capabilities! Though, this is mostly just my perspective on it.

In my mind, Lullaby sending Time back wasn't something that was supposed to happen at all. Like, the Downfall Timeline? Yeah, that was always a possibility. And, though the Child Timeline was possible, it was only supposed to be either the Child Timeline or the Adult Timeline. Time wasn't supposed to be "sent back." And my quotations there are because, I don't actually think she did. Because he didn't ever timetravel to begin with. If he had, he would've looked the same as when he was a child in the Adult Timeline. In reality, he was put into a coma & what the Master Sword did was allow Time's mind to switch perspectives between the 2 versions of his body.

But, this then brings to mind what Lullaby actually did. Because both timelines exist alongside each other as parallels. But here's the thing, when Lullaby "sent Time back," he comes back... still a child... but if that's the case, then where did Teen Time's body go in the Adult Timeline?

It didn't travel back in time, because then, even if Lullaby's gambit had also caused Time to age down, then there'd be 2 Times existing in the same timeline.

So, what happened to Adult Time's body? I only really see 3 possibilities here. A) The Ocarina just outright sent his soul & mind back in time, leaving Adult Link to fall lifeless to the ground within the Sacred Realm & utterly traumatizing poor Lullaby, making her believe that she'd killed him. (Bad End) B) Again, the Ocarina sent Time's mind & soul back, but in the process, disintegrated Adult Time's body when it did so, essentially killing him, but also creating the illusion that Time was physically sent there, thus tricking Lullaby into believing that all was well. (So-so End) Or C) The Ocarina duplicated his memories & sent THOSE back in time, sending them back to the past, but allowing Adult Time to keep the original memories, thus allowing him to continue to live as a separate Time. (Best End?)

The question mark is because, this Adult Time would be stuck in this new world & unable to experience his childhood. Keep in mind that it's heavily implied that all the Sages besides Zelda had died. And, this Adult Time sort of lost his family too because, remember, the Kokiri didn't recognize him. And it's likely that if he went back into the Kokiri Woods, that he'd be turned into a Stalfos. As such, he sort of lost everyone.

And, because of this, I think that, not having the experience that would allow him to regulate his own emotions, Adult Time would've lashed out & even just left Hyrule entirely in his bitterness. Possibly even eventually going on to break the Triforce of Courage apart, then hide his weapons like WW said he did.

Anyway, from my perspective, the Zelda timeline is only really possible if there was a merging of timelines. And the Deku Tree rebuilding the land on top of itself is just one part of it. I also think that, in order to merge the 3 of them together, it would require 1) a butt-load of magic that likely would've given even a goddess of time issue. And 2) an inevitable event at the end of all 3 timelines.

And, I think that the actual Great Sea itself may have been part of a multi-step plan by the Goddess of Time to merge those 3 timelines. See, no fish live there besides monsters & Fishmen. It's magic water meant to prevent anything from reaching the sealed away Hyrule.

Then, & I'm sure that this isn't gonna go over well, but I just figure that it's super convenient, so why not?

If I was allowed to use Zelda spin-offs to fill in some of the blanks, then I'd say that the War of Eras would've been the exact sort of situation that I would use to facilitate this inevitable event. Because, suddenly, there's evidence of bits & pieces of all 3 timelines in each one.

So, I think that a smart time deity would've utilized these facts & would've used the magical waters of the Adult Timeline as fuel to weave the 3 together like twine or rope to unite the 3 into a single timeline using the 3 versions of the Master Sword & the Triforce in all 3 as anchors. Thus allowing for 4 different Hyrules to exist alongside each other with the 2 from the Downfall Timeline & the Adult Timeline to sort of crash together in the Depths, but linking the Depths with the Surface to create this sort of liminal space that changes to reflect the Surface or the Surface to reflect the Depths. (Because even if you didn't like the Zonai, I personally found the Depths to be really cool & interesting & would've loved to see them be inhabited with, like, Mogma & maybe even a different subrace of Gorons that hadn't gone to the Surface. And I am beyond disappointed that they didn't bring back poes as an enemy & that there were any chances to, like, help ghosts to move on. That was the only part I didn't like: the fact that you could just run up & collect Poe Souls like any other collectible material in the game!)

Anyway, in my mind, if this happened, then it was likely the Ancient Sheikah of BotW that refound the Master Sword & brought it to the Surface, because it would've just been located in the Depths somewhere. I mean, it would not in any way shock me if the petrified remains of WW Ganondorf had eventually just crumbled over time, leaving the Master Sword just sort of lying there. If not, then it's also possible that the Ancient Hero was the one who located it &, after the first Calamity, he just sort of entrusted it to the Deku Tree.

Actually... that would be a pretty sick scene, wouldn't it? The Ancient Hero coming upon the petrified remains of WW Ganondorf & him just sort of standing on the guy's shoulders. As he draws the blade out, the statue... crumbles to pieces. Leaving the Ancient Hero completely unaware of what took place...

Oh! Also, something that I think supports the idea of the Wild Era being at the end of at least one of the other timelines is the Arbiter's Grounds.

I think it's the top of TP's Arbiter's Grounds. And that's in BotW. And, I think that Aonuma said something about the Wild Era being so far down the timeline that all the other games were now considered little more than myth? But, ya know. Whatever.

So, that's just the sort of weird stuff that I love to think about.

But, yeah, I can understand. Though, I do wonder why it is that you don't like the Zonai? Mind filling me in?

To be fair, this would essentially be an alternate universe version of actual French, so it's entirely within reason to create a bit of a shift in linguistics that would be entirely plausible to occur.

I mean, just look at how America & Great Britain both spell color. In America, its color, but across the pond, its colour. So, I think that something like confluences becoming confluans or confluances is entirely within the realm of possibility. But that's just my perspective.

I'm trying to give Jabul Waters an interesting name that works to go with my hc & I came up with "Jabuleaux." And Google Translate tells me that Crossflows Plaza would be Place des Flux Croisés. And, I'm seeing that Anse is the term to refer to a cove &, if that's true, then would Zora Cove be Zoranse? At the same time, somewhere else, it said that Anse actually means beach.

And, I believe that a town by a swamp would have cher, quier, bren, brin, or Hor- in it?

Did you check the official French translations? I had a surprisingly hard time finding the French version of the map online so here's a screenshot I took myself:

Jabul Waters = Eaux de Jabule (this one only appears when I zoom out)

Zora Cove = Baie Zora

Crossflows Plaza = Place de l'Estuaire

In case you didn't know the Zelda Wiki often lists names for places or characters in various languages in the "Nomenclature" section of its pages. It's very helpful especially if you're searching for the original Japanese names. If we look at at the different names for Crossflows Plaza we can see that a literal translation from Japanese would be something like "Exchanging Place". I checked the Jisho dictionary and it seems to be an accurate translation, though "Place for Cultural Exchanges" would be more meaningful.

It's not exactly a good name in English so it makes sense that the localization team would come up with something like Crossflows Plaza instead, which in my opinion does a very good job of stating that this is both the place where the river meets the sea and where the two Zora tribes traditionally meet each other.

Other European languages all settled for variations of "Estuary Plaza" ("Place de l'Estuaire" in French), which is fine but looses the "cultural exchanges" aspect of both the original name and the English translation.

I've been trying to come up with a French translation of "Crossflows Plaza" but it's not that easy. To me "Place des Flots Croisés" or "Place Flots-Croisés" would sound better than "Place des Flux Croisés", but I still find it a bit weird ("flot" meaning flow, tide or stream). "La Croisée des Flots" is another option if you agree to get rid of Plaza/Place (it means "the intersection/junction of streams"), but I don't think it works very well as a name.

You could also mix words to create a name the same way it was done in English, something like "Place Croiseaux" (croiser/cross + eau/waters). If any of my French speaking followers is feeling inspired, please share your ideas! :)

(I just thought of "Place Cruciflot" and found it too funny not to mention 😆 maybe it sounds too much like crucifix)

In French we also have the word "confluence" that has the exact same meaning as it does in English: either the meeting of two rivers or a gathering of some kind. So to me the most obvious translation would be something like "Place des Confluences" or maybe "Place Confluence", as it would preserve the dual meaning, but it's not very fancy or creative. Maybe we could simply change the spelling to something like Place Konfluans, the same way "Village Côtier" (Seaside Village) is spelled "Village Kothié" (Seesyde Village). But it doesn't look like a French word anymore so I'm not sure that's something you'd like.

As for Jabuleaux, it can work but I prefer the official translation "Eaux de Jabule". Same thing for Zoranse, we would say "Anse Zora" or "Anse des Zora". The official French translation is "Baie Zora" (Zora Bay), which I think is more appropriate given the size of the sea inlet (in my understanding an anse/cove is a small baie/bay and isn't very deep). I think maybe it should have been bay in English as well instead of cove, but I might be wrong! Also I believe "anse" isn't used as often as "baie" and might be confusing for most people, so I would go with "Baie Zora".

I'm not sure where you found this information about swamps and town names? I didn't find anything to confirm it but I might not have looked in the right places.

French towns are often ancient and their names can derive from other languages such as Celtic, Occitan, Flemish, or regional dialects, so that's a very difficult question and I'm not sure I can give you a satisfying answer ^^

I still did a little search and found an Old French word for swamp, "palud" or "palu", that still appears in some town names such as La Palud-sur-Verdon, Saint-Pierre-la-Palud, Lapalud, etc. (today we say "marais" or "marécage"). You might be right about "bren", it could be something like muddy in Gallic.

There's also "vign" or "mign" (from Celtic), as in Mignéville or Lévignac, or l'Île de Migneaux on the Seine river (this one's in my city!).

Near where I grew up is a town named Hazebrouck, it literally means "hare swamp" (brouck/broek = swamp in Flemish). For a bit more French flavor you could maybe use -broucq or -breucq instead of -brouck.

I think the vast majority of French people have no clue about all of that (I didn't except for the last one and it's more Flemish than French), so I'd say don't oversweat it ;)

So now here its pretty low, but I will grant that its the best ranking anime-style game. Genshin is popular, for sure. But all this taken in, Genshin just aint that big - its a very popular game, probably the most popular “fantasy fluffy anime game”, but its not like, insanely popular, running the show.

The reason you think its popular is two-fold; one is that its a gatcha game, so it is monitizing its player base way above other large games. Not crazily so btw, the average Genshin player has probably spent $70 dollars on the game, the normal price of a game - but still its competing with other “free” games which always have much bigger player bases, its hitting hard in relation. Click on the List (currently available in 6 swatches, more will be added in the future) to bring up the menu.

All the food in the recipe menu will be locked unless you have the required ingredient.

Once you do, the recipe will unlock.

Now for the other fun part.

For the first set of recipes available in the mod, here are 12 different kinds of Hot Pockets for your Sims to enjoy!

Each flavor comes with its own buff.

In order for the recipe to unlock in the mod, you must open the box. You can open it from the fridge as well.

When you open the box either in-world or inside the fridge, the Hot Pockets will be in your Sim's inventory. You can either leave the Hot Pockets in your Sim's inventory or drag it to the fridge to unlock the recipe from the List mod (you must drag it, there's no "Put away" interaction).

Dragging it to the fridge will unlock the recipe for everyone in the household. If the Hot Pocket is found in a Sim's inventory, the recipe will unlock only for that Sim.

For this particular recipe, make sure you have a microwave available. Even if you have the Hot Pocket already, the recipe will still be locked if you don't have one.

Once you click on the mod, the Sim will do the work.

The Hot Pocket boxes are found under Appliances Misc. or just search "Hot Pockets" in the search bar ORRR you can download the updated version of the custom register since I added these items on there.

You can pick and choose which Hot Pocket flavors you want in your game. You don't have to have all of them if you don't want to.

Some FYI

BTW the Big and Bold Hot Pockets have more calories than the regular ones since that's what it says on the nutrition label... and they'll actually be slightly bigger in size than the regular ones.

I used the Microwave Pastry as the clone for the Hot Pockets and for some reason, toddlers aren't able to eat it, they are just able to hold the plate (I'm not sure if toddlers are supposed to be eating Hot Pockets irl anyway). I tested giving the toddlers the actual Microwave Pastry and they can't eat it either. Not sure if this is a glitch or they just can't eat this specific item in general. I will try to use items that all ages are able to use for next time.

I know the struggles of getting a perfect sized pfp, it's painful, so ofc I did something to assist you

Writing...I have maybe 50 different stories and only one of them is g/t but I didn't get further than two pages, maybe 2000ish words, because I suddenly hated it and felt like I wasn't doing it right because it was the first time I'd done a g/t story and couldn't decide who's perspective I'd write it from and switching was anything but smooth

And as for the animals, the cat I just described, his name is BZ Boy and he is like 6lbs, super tiny cat but his claws, eyes, and teeth are bigger. He's a runt so the sizes don't match correctly but he's the sweetest cat I've ever seen...it really would make an awesome g/t story that I want to write but probably won't bc I hated my g/t writing

Oh! I also have a two legged cat, with only her front legs that picks herself up and walks, her butt just kinda held up...and she's very buff because of it, bossing the other cats around, very nice, her name is Nova (fun story behind her name btw)

ehh it doesn't have to be smooth! it's a first draft (i'm assuming) so there's a lot of time to play around with it and switch perspective. you could always do one story from the pov of the giant, and then post that same story but from the tiny's perspective! and have you seen wilbur chocolate? i switch perspective about six times in both fics dscgsfj

Born of Wrath - Ruins of Wrath

I want to elaborate on this post because I think it's important how the whole boss area is set up.

First of all, the whole Shattered Realm this week feels different. It's just a vibe and some aspects of the whole area. But the boss room is definitely the most interesting.

It's in a Hive warship and the centerpiece of the room is something like an elevated podium from which you have a good view towards the big Taken ball in a strange device hovering in the air. This was shown during the reveal trailer as well.

This is the same device located in the Shrine of Oryx:

It almost appears like the one in the Shattered Realm is positioned to look into the Shrine of Oryx from above. This structure, btw, is a communication device that the Hive on the Moon used to talk to Oryx. Now, obviously, no longer used to talk to Oryx and instead, they most likely use it to talk to Xivu Arath. This would also make sense as the Shattered Realm is Xivu's domain. That room is a place from which the Hive in the ascendant plane can communicate with the Hive in the Hellmouth, vice-versa and beyond. Presumably.

And of course, there's the elephant in the room.

A strange dark crystal bound with chains overlooking the Shrine communication device structure. I'm not the only one to be unnerved by this, nor am I the only one to have the thought that this is Osiris' prison. A place where real Osiris is suspended in some sort of hellish Hive version of cryo. The chains are what really sell it to me. If this were bigger, I'd probably say it some sort of a Hive creature being held here for some future boss fight, but the size just doesn't fit.

Furthermore, I've said a few times now, but I am beginning to suspect that Xivu Arath and Savathun are not really the enemies they're trying to tell us they are. It's important to know that the Hive have a very strange and utterly alien social structure. To them, murder and torture are expressions of love. They believe that this is what gives them strength so if you kill someone a lot, it means you love them a lot because you're helping them grow stronger.

Of course, Savathun is legitimately an exile to the Hive. She has practiced heresies. Goes without saying. The problem is that we kinda took her word for a fact that she is being hunted by her sister while not really thinking about how we have no confirmation of this from the other side. We don't know what Xivu thinks. Is she tolerating her sister's heresies for a grander plan? It wouldn't be the first time that Savathun is scheming in order to strengthen the Hive. Xivu knows her sister. I am finding it harder and harder to accept that Xivu would simply hunt her down on behalf of the Black Fleet without thinking it through.

After all, their last known interaction was Savathun preparing Torobatl for Xivu's invasion. They were on good terms. Savathun helped Xivu to obliterate the Cabal. And what was the whole plan with Osiris if not Savathun preparing OUR system for Xivu's invasion? These two are mirrors of each other, but with slightly different execution due to the fact that humanity has something the Cabal do not: Light. So obviously, infiltrating the Guardians required a more careful and insidious plan.

I believe this plan started a long time ago, but was finally fully put in motion, you guessed it, in Immolant. In Immolant, Osiris is exposed to the whispers of Xivu Arath, is drawn out to fight her and is eventually stripped off his Light BUT he is left alive.

There are two points I have to mention that do not align with what we know from Immolant (and Immolant is the most reliable source out of them all):

1. Savathun's speech from week 1 - specifically, the cutscene. Quote: “I found a form more pleasing to your eyes. Osiris was lost. Lightless. I saved him from Xivu Arath and assumed his shape.” This is a lie. Savathun did not save him from Xivu: Sagira did. Sagira's sacrifice is what pushed Xivu's influence away: "Blinding Light erupts from Sagira's core as she splits apart. A wave of Light surges and tears across the chasm. Her sacrifice cleanses every trace of Xivu Arath's presence. The sigil: erased. The cryptolith that supported her projection: destroyed." 2. Page 3 of the new lore book Ripples (still not on Ishtar as of writing this so I'm linking to my post with the relevant bit) - For easier reading:

"Savathun was weak to allow their deaths. To cede ground to the Celebrant; to Guardians." - This is not what happened. Xivu Arath lured Osiris to the Moon, Xivu Arath spoke to Osiris, goaded him into killing everyone and LAUGHED while he did so, because Osiris' rampage gave her tithe. Not only that, but Immolant describes the Celebrant carving a ritual to drain Osiris' Light away and let him die. The Celebrant then leaves. So it wasn't Savathun who ceded any ground.

"The Celebrant steps forward. A massive cleaver dangles from its hand, weightless. The beast carves a rune into the stone on either side of Osiris, its eyes locked with his. It nods to him, and then turns to the sigil.

"All tithes to Xivu Arath. War Dominant. Endless." Its tone is soft rasp and soot."

And:

"The Celebrant drives its sword into the cliffside stone above Osiris's head. The cryptolith erupts in neon flare.

"Die well, Osiris." The Celebrant bows and withdraws from sight into Luna's depths.

Wisps of Light hemorrhage through his skin, trimmed in blood and drawn around the blade embedded above him as if it were a nostepinne spike."

This is very odd. There's a lot of inconsistency and lying going on. Hell, Xivu didn't even take Osiris' Light at all. The attempt was made but Sagira made sure the ritual isn't finished by sacrificing herself. Kelgorath was lied to, both by Savathun AND Xivu Arath to whom he pledged himself (and died for in the first mission during Season of the Lost: Kelgorath was the Wrathborn we fight just before we enter the portal to the Mara & Osiris cutscene).

This, to me, implies that they're in on this together. It's important to note that when it came to the Cabal, everyone thought that Umun'Arath was being influenced by Xivu, but it was actually Savathun doing it on Xivu's behalf. It is possible that all the voices Osiris was hearing were actually also coming from Savathun on Xivu's behalf. But if that was the case, then Kelgorath wouldn't have felt the need to renounce Savathun because she was the one who helped Xivu, instead of "ceding ground" as he claims. This inconsistency makes me believe that Savathun's and Xivu's courts don't really know the full scope and details of their mutual plan. The Hive sisters are literally lying to their own people for the benefit of the plan.

We only have Savathun speaking to us, but never Xivu Arath. What are her thoughts on all of this? What are her thoughts on Savathun? Is she really hunting Savathun at all? Obviously, Xivu would know that Savathun will most likely betray her, but if Savathun lays down the ground work for Xivu's invasion (like on Torobatl), why would she care? She knows her scheming sister well enough. As long as there's war, Xivu will be fed her tithe, making herself stronger and stronger. Savathun's schemes are benefitting her.

Which leads me back to the chained crystal in Shattered Realm.

Savathun's bargaining chip, Osiris. Where is he? Who is looking after this most valuable prisoner while she's trapped in her own crystal? Who would she trust to make sure he stays bound until the time is right? Who has the power to keep him bound while she's playing the game on the other side?

Well, it's Xivu Arath of course. So it would not surprise me for this crystal to really be him, bound and chained in Xivu's domain, under her watchful eye and kept in place by her power.

And, of course, where did we find "Osiris" on the Moon when we went to rescue him? In the Shrine of Oryx. The same place that the chained crystal is located in, on the other side, looking down to the Shrine from the ascendant plane.

I didn't mention it until now, but the post's title is a reference to both Immolant and Shattered Realm. "Born of Wrath" is the name of the first chapter of Immolant pt. 2, where Osiris first encounters the cryptolith, visions and voices of Xivu and gives her tithe. It would be fitting if Osiris' wrath that was "born" in that moment led to his "ruin" and eventual imprisonment in the "Ruins of Wrath."

I am looking WAY too hard into this, but it really isn't a Destiny lore analysis unless I'm a little unhinged. :)
