This is Imisława Hawke, around Act 1, still hopeful, thrilled to be building a group of weird tagalongs who make her day in Lowtown a bit brighter

And the non-protagonist OC, Sambor Amell who became a Warden but is not HoF since that's Brynn. He's probably apologizing to her for disappearing for years and gifting her a prototype for the cure for the Calling
