Like you make Your Own AU version of My characters? Cause like, no, they're my guys, not for everyone's use lmao. I don't want situations to arise where people make AUs of my OCs and get attached to them and start using that AU version of MY OC for their own usage, ykwim? If you have a one off idea n wanna show me then thats cool, or you just wanna make fanart and dress 'em up different or just experiment with their design/character like ONCE then that's cool, but like, I don't want people to get the idea that my characters are free use lmao

On the subject of names, "oh, so AfO must have named Yoichi" that only works if he knew how to read and could, you know, assign the kanji for his "first gift", I think Yoichi named himself after teaching himself to read with comic books, and that's why AfO never uses the name, just "little brother"
