Freeze Your Brain 💙🖤🔥💀🔥🖤💙 JD'S dream right there LOL 🖤💀🖤 This was taken at the Musical photoshoot @dragoncon 2018 where I met the lovely couple @theminanoir and @loganarei 💖 My favorite musical is Heathers the Musical‼️ One of my dream cosplay groups is a Heathers the Musical cosplay group‼️ I love Veronica Sawyer in the musical so much‼️ Veronica and JD's songs are so awesome and really help further the story and emotions in those scenes. 🤘🏻 My favorite Veronica Sawyer is Barrett Wilbert Weed. 💙 My favorite JD is Dan Domenech. 🖤 I think the musical handles it's dark subject matter of the Heathers story the best. A lot has been going on in my life, between piecing together commission and part-time work, getting ready to move to a new place, and continuing to do what I can to make a difference and educate myself, so as a result I've had little time for social media. A big part of continuing to show support for the Black community is with your dollars, especially since it seems a lot of people in the US will pay attention to how people spend their money in the economy if nothing else. Make a recurring donation, however small to a local organization and switch to buying products from Black-owned businesses. I've had little time for my own projects, but since I missed posting for the #Hamilfilm release on Friday, here's my almost finalized mockup for my Hamilton uniform! This has gone through a couple mockups, if you swipe through to the photos at the end you can see what the first mockup looks like and the transferring of my corrections to the pattern. There are some fit issues through the back when I'm wearing it, but it's almost there!

I started with an 18th century drafting plate based on a museum piece, but modified so much that it barely resembles the original, like the sleeve cap and armscye which are modernized in the show for comfort and ease of movement. I'm hoping to start on the real thing soon, that is, after I take hundreds of HD screenshots and triple check everything 😆

👑~ 𝕍 ~ 👑 Katherine Howard was Henry VIII's fifth wife and the second one to be beheaded. I love the tiny details that pay homage to her real story in the Broadway costume! To make those earrings, I only used four things: a pair of hoop earrings, some pink rhinestone cup chain, bobby pins and E6000. I snapped the bobby pins in half to act as a backing to the cup chain and glue the said chain on the piece of bobby pin. I then glued that onto the hoop! Much simpler than my previous attempt at soldering the cup chain directly on the hoop. The solder simply didn’t want to stick to the earring. Heathers the Musical is on the Roku channel and you should go watch it!!! 💙🖤🎶💀🎶🖤💙 This is from @dragoncon 2018 🖤 Heathers the Musical is my favorite musical! 🎶 One of my cosplay dream groups is Heathers the Musical! 💙 I watched the filmed musical on Roku and it is awesome! Everyone delivers a great performance! The sets, cinematography and lighting are great! The costumes are a bit simplified and less 80s than most productions, but they are not bad. Some songs and scenes have been added over time that makes the musical even better! 'I say no' now ties with 'Meant to be yours' for best song in the musical! 🎶 It's a very dark story just like the original movie, but explores it's sensitive themes more responsibility than the movie did. The movie is good, but the musical is best! 🎶 Every song serves a purpose in the story for informing the audience, furthering the story and sounding awesome! Heathers understands what a musical should do and delivers!
