So, I have been recently watching a Japanese reality dating show called the boyfriend on Netflix. It’s about gay bisexual guys finding their match like any other dating shows but this one is so different😭. The calmness and beauty it has, I feel so sad it ended today.

Dai and shun were the most rooted couple on the show. I too rooted for them. The charm they have and if you watch it, you will see their progress, their ups and down and how they solve it. To find your soulmate on a dating show feels stupid but these two😭❤️. So I am just going to talk about them.

Dai is like the greenest forest. A golden retriever. He was the youngest in the show but the level of maturity and understanding he had. He set his eyes and heart on shun the first moment they met and pursued him but when shun said he just wants to be friends, he understood it and kept a friendly distance. Dai set the standards like on another universe😭 “I am not gonna give up on him until I am worn out”

Shun, my boy. He is grumpy😭 but I understand him I see myself in him actually✨. When they said shun’s mood of the day becomes the mood of the day for everyone is so true. Even my mood was upto how shun was feeling on the very day🥲. That one episode, he got so jealous as fuck🤣. When he first came he said no one was his type but Dai was able to break the hard shell shun surrounded himself in.“I want to see you everyday” and “he will choose me”

They are so ‘he fell first but he fell harder’ coded❤️
