Gabara Redesign✨

Yep, i knew i wanted to get a shot at redesigning a kaiju. Really i wasnt sure which one at first BUT it then came to me. What about someone like Gabara. True, he’s not the most popular or the one to be brought up first when talking about kaiju as a whole. Though at the same time, can also be a great opportunity to give the guy a new look

I do maybe have some possible headcanons as to what id like (this) version of Gabara to be like. One thing i can say for certain is that theyre in fact still a big bully to Minilla (as they’ve always been). They love to play up the fact that they’re much stronger than they actually are (helps boost with confidence but can sometimes backfire also)

It's just kind of staggering. To me it could not be more clear of a case of people needing their fanon to be "basically canon" so they can feel like they're justified for liking it and so they can justify alienating people who don't share the same headcanons as their illusionary majority
