How I think Coco would end up wearing this fit.

So it's probably unlikely for coco to join them but her brimhat clothes are just that good you know? It would be a shame for her not to end up wearing it.

I like the idea of her wearing it as trick like she pretends to work with them, if that makes any sense. Like sorta a double agent situation, with some of our good guys actually thinking she's actually serious (though obviously it'll get cleared out later(

Another one is that she might wear it but obviously not join the other brim hats we've seen so far and do her own thing separate from both the old and current witches.

Doodle of my 'sona as a Witch Hat Atelier witch! They think both groups of witches kinda suck, and follow their own moral compass instead- which would have both groups accusing them of being in the other one, if they knew. But they avoid everyone as much as possible, to prevent that.

the creature behind her is a form she can take in this au for combat/stealth. it’s made of smoke-like matter and has the appearance of a combination of various animals. she mainly studies seamless shapeshifting magic, partly due to her self image issues

her personal goal is to take down her family (starting by stealing books from the tower of tomes). qifrey and coco are also brims, as her mentor and peer respectively. more to come soon!
