Comic Book Saturday
Tumblr media
This was… um, unique.
Its tone really struck a sort of Swamp thing vibe for me. Being connected to stuff (in the case of Swamp Thing, the Green).
There’s Native American stuff, a lot of horror stuff, it’s a road tripper sort of book, ooh, ooh, and a werewolf as well. And then there’s the art. The art was just astounding, loved it, loved it, loved it.

The third issue of Dollman Kills the Full Moon Universe finds Dollman - the titular tiny space-cop played by Tim Thomerson in the 1991 cult classic film of the same name - battling Doctor Mordrid and Creepozoids.
The comic is written by Brockton McKinney and Shawn Gabborin and features artwork by Daniel Pascual and Bridgit Connell. Previous installments in the six-issue miniseries involved Demonic Toys and Puppet Master, among others.
Dollman Kills the Full Moon Universe #3 has three cover variants by Ben Templesmith, Robert Hack, and Dan Fowler. They’re available now for $3.99 each from Full Moon Comix and will arrive in comic shops on October  1.
The tiny intergalactic supercop goes head-to-toe with the Master of the Unknown himself, the mystical Doctor Mordrid! And if that wasn't enough, Dollman winds up navigating the landscape of a ferocious Creepozoid! Does he ace them both? Naturally! But it's HOW he does it that makes this wild issue rock so hard!
