Smoshblr Secret Santa Exchange 2024!

I wanted to throw together a Secret Santa for our smoshblr fandom and after polling you guys, you seemed into it so here it is!

I'll give you a little breakdown of the explanation/rules:

This event is 18+

The exchange is open to fics, art, Gif Sets, Moodboards, Playlists, edits, other fan created content

Sign-ups are from now (November 15th) until November 22nd. (If you missed sign-ups and would still like to participate you could sign up for pitch-hitting fill-ins in case we have drop outs!)

Pairings for gifter/giftee will be done on November 23rd.

Gifts will be posted between December 23rd-25th

As this is an event where you are making something for someone else secretly, we ask that if you do not think you can create something in the timeframe to please not sign-up as we do not want to have people not receive a gift.

Please fill out the Google Form for information on what you like, don't like, and what you're willing to create and receive.

👻 What is your wildest headcanon?

I have so many help...

Characters played by the same person are all related (with some exceptions)

So Chosen is related to Aunt Carolyn, Dumpster Wizard, Courtney Freaking Miller, etc.

The only exception I have/can think of right now is the LAMace Family. I do want/think Briana Boho (disgraced daughter, they are no contact) is related to them (and the Courtney character tree)

But I don't think Shayne's and Damien's characters are. Mostly because that would make all of their characters related. And yeah.. you get why this is an exception.

🌻 How often do you read your own fics?

Depends on the fic a bit. I haven't touched Fellowship of Repression in a long while, but that's bc I am kinda unhappy with it now.

But in gen a bunch. Specifically started writing because of the lack of content for Smosh Characters. So I am writing so I can read it. Haha

💌 Is there a favorite trope you like to write?

Unreliable narrator. I haven't done it that much but I do sprinkle it in in all that I write. Most time it is not enough to actually fulfill the trope. But I love it. I think that's why I had the most fun writing the Chosen diary fic.
