She leans back against the wall outside the interrogation room. “At least he confessed.”
Then she stumbles on her black high heels, and Brenda catches her, wrapping an arm around her waist.
“Call an ambulance,” Brenda repeats. “If you’ve gone this long without insulting me, you need your head examined.”
