Sherlock Time . . . #Coleção #Colecionador #HQ #SherlockTime #ComixZone #Leitura #Oesterheld #Brecchia #Quadrinhos (em Vila Medeiros) https://www.instagram.com/p/CA07y58j6co/?igshid=c59o8iu2t9hp

Drilling ‘Highlights More Resource Potential’ at Mexico Project
Source: Streetwise Reports 02/13/2020
Results from drill and water well testing at Minera Alamos’ project and their implications are reviewed in a Haywood research report.
Haywood analyst Kerry Smith reported in a Feb. 6 research note that drilling and water testing yielded positive results at Minera Alamos Inc.’s (MAI:TSX.V; MAIFF:OTCQB) Santana open-pit, heap-leach gold project.
Results are in for the first two follow-up holes drilled as part of Minera Alamos’ phase two program at Santana, and they suggest additional resource potential, Smith highlighted.
Drilled to a depth of 200 meters (200m) at the Divisadero discovery at Santana, the holes returned 0.42 grams per ton (0.42 g/t) gold over 96.4 meters (96.4m) and 0.56 g/t gold over 133.6m. Mineralization remains open in multiple directions.
Because Divisadero is 1 kilometer from the Nicho resource, it could become a satellite pit to it. Mining at Nicho is slated to begin later this year, Smith indicated. “The likely cutoff grade for Santana will be 0.2 g/t, suggesting good potential to add mineable resources at Divisadero,” he added.
Smith pointed out, too, that further zones of mineralization may exist at Santana. It may be found in the series of brecchia pipes on the property, as only two have have been drilled to date. The larger, porphyry-hosted Divisadero discovery suggests potential for different types of mineralization at Santana as well.
As for the well drilling, it revealed two areas where water volumes were high and, thus, could support the Santana project, noted Smith. The 800m of exploratory water well drilling identified five areas containing water, and two of those were chosen for further follow-up and pump testing. “We expect Minera Alamos will have adequate water for the current and any expanded future operation,” commented the analyst.
With a drill budget of CA$2 million, Minera Alamos intends to drill 2,5003,000m each quarter this year. With the new roads it plans to build, drill access will be improved.
Haywood has a Buy rating and a CA$0.50 per share target price on Minera Alamos, whose stock is currently trading at around CA$0.27 per share. “We recommend accumulating shares at current levels,” Smith wrote.

A geologist and a naturalist
Oxford ‘s first professor of Geology was Canon William Buckland (1784-1856) was legendary. Buckland’s organised chaos reminds me so much of my own dear Dad, whose study felt akin to a tardis when we attempted to clear it after his death. To be fair, geological specimens weren’t the main issue, mainly papers, and a lot of dust.
Here see the wrecks of beasts and fishes With broken saucers, cups and dishes; The prae-Adamic systems jumbled, With Sublapsarian brecchia tumbled, And post-Noachian Bears and flounders, With heads of crocodiles and flounders; Skins wanting bones, bones wanting skins, And various blocks to break your shins ... The sage amidst the chaos stands Contemplative, with laden hands, This, grasping tight his bread and butter, And that a flint, whilst he doth utter Strange sentences that seem to say;- I see it all as clear as day... His eye in a fine frenzy rolling He thus around the fragments strolling, Still entertains a fond illusion That all the strata’s strange confusion He shall explain beyond conjecture, And clear in the ensuing lecture.
P.B. Duncan, Picture of the Comfort’s of a Professor’s Rooms, 1821
... the entrance hall with its grinning monsters on the low staircase ... the side-table in the dining-room covered with fossils, ‘Paws off’ in large letters on a protecting card; the very sideboard candlesticks perched on saurian vertebrae; the queer dishes garnishing the dinner table-horseflesh I remember more than once, crocodile another day, mice baked in batter on a third day-while the guinea pig under the table inquiringly nibbled at your infantine toes, the bear walked round your chair and rasped your hand with file-like tongue, the jackals’s fiendish yell close by came through open window ...
At Palermo ... [Dr Buckland] visited St Rosalia’s shrine...It was opened by the priests, and the relics of a saint were shown ... ‘They are the bones of a goat’, he cried out, ‘not of a woman’; and the sanctuary doors were abruptly closed.
Frank used to tell of their visit ... to a foreign cathedral, where was exhibited a martyr’s blood - dark spots on the pavement ever fresh and iradicable. The professor dropped on the pavement and touched the stain with his tongue. 'I can tell you what it is; it is bat’s urine!’
W. Tuckwell, Reminiscences of Oxford, 1900
William Buckland’s son Frank (1826-80) was a naturalist, and apparently as eccentric as his father:
... I met Frank just outside Tom Quad. His trowser’s pockets were swollen out to an enormous size, they were full of slow-worms ... They were certainly very lively, poking their heads out incessantly. while he repressed them with the palms of his hands.
Frank once got a dead panther dug up at Surrey Zoo so that he could eat some of it. He was surprised to find it tasted ‘not very good’.
G.C. Bompas, Life of Frank Buckland, 1885.
Frank Buckland’s last words were reputed to be,
I suppose I shall see many strange creatures there.
All the above quoted in Jan Morris, The Oxford Book of Oxford

290° Resenha do dia 2021 Che . . Drilling 'Highlights More Resource Potential' at Mexico Project
Source: Streetwise Reports 02/13/2020
Results from drill and water well testing at Minera Alamos' project and their implications are reviewed in a Haywood research report.
Haywood analyst Kerry Smith reported in a Feb. 6 research note that drilling and water testing yielded positive results at Minera Alamos Inc.'s (MAI:TSX.V; MAIFF:OTCQB) Santana open-pit, heap-leach gold project.
Results are in for the first two follow-up holes drilled as part of Minera Alamos' phase two program at Santana, and they suggest additional resource potential, Smith highlighted.
"The likely cutoff grade for Santana will be 0.2 g/t, suggesting good potential to add mineable resources at Divisadero," he added.
Smith pointed out, too, that further zones of mineralization may exist at Santana. It may be found in the series of brecchia pipes on the property, as only two have have been drilled to date. The larger, porphyry-hosted Divisadero discovery suggests potential for different types of mineralization at Santana as well.

The 800m of exploratory water well drilling identified five areas containing water, and two of those were chosen for further follow-up and pump testing. "We expect Minera Alamos will have adequate water for the current and any expanded future operation," commented the analyst.
"We recommend accumulating shares at current levels," Smith wrote.

#tütensuppe#pros: reflected disorient back TWICE w/o damage#cons: reflected a healing spell and accidentally healed the enemy (lol)#i have to try reflecting a reflect spell onto the enemy and then hurting my own dragons via that reflect#just for shits n giggles
