5 HOME REMEDIES TO INCREASE BREAST MILK NATURALLY
- Fenugreek Seeds: Soak one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in one cup of water overnight. In the morning, boil the soaked fenugreek seeds along with water for five minutes. Strain the solution, and drink this tea every morning to increase your breast milk supply.
- Fennel seed: Add a tsp of fennel seeds to a cup of hot water. Cover the cup, let it steep for 5-10 minutes, and then strain the solution. Drink the tea twice daily for a month.
- Cumin seeds: Mix one tsp of cumin power with one tsp of sugar in a glass of warm water. Drink this daily before going to bed to boost your breast milk supply.
- Cinnamon: Take a pinch of cinnamon powder and mix with 1/2 tsp of honey. Have it along with a cup of lukewarm milk daily before going to bed.
- Basil: Boil 5-6 basil leaves in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to a simmer and let it steep for about five minutes. Strain the water, add some honey and drink it. Drink this twice daily for a few months.

Believe it or not you're not alone. Many women notice a dip in their supply around the time Aunt Flo decides to pop in. Some women also experience: ✔Nipple tenderness. Baby may want to feed more frequently due to the dip in your milk supply. ✔Baby may want to feed less, as your baby may detect a slight change in taste of your milk during your period.(Totally normal) ✔Baby may be more fussy at the breast. What canl do to compensate for this temporary dipin milk supply? ✔Let your baby nurse as they want. CUMIN SEEDS . ⚜️How to include cumin in your diet to improve breast milk production 1. Mix a teaspoon of sugar and cumin powder and consume it with warm milk every day before going to bed. 2. Roast and grind cumin seeds and add them as a seasoning to your dals, curries or other vegetable preparations. 3. You can also add them to raitas, chaat and buttermilk. 4. you can soak some cumin seeds in a glass of water and drink it early in the morning to improve lactation. #9. A compound found in human breast milk called HAMLET has tumour killing properties. It is undergoing the first human trials.
