All this is just imagination. All this is super imposition. When this the case then what I have to do now? When I don't have any bondage...I don't have to strive to liberate myself. When there is no heaven or hell...what merit and demerit I should do? There is nothing I have to do. No merit - No demerit, no bondage - no liberation. I have no job? I have nothing to do? Aho!!! a sudden realisation....you are king...you have to do nothing. A person is striving to get a piece of bread and jam ...and he realises that he is the King...he has to do nothing. People want to run to the forest to avoid people. Fearful people always want to be in a group of people. And another people want to run away from the people to be alone with themselves. You see these tendencies arise in you and fall in you. Sometimes you want to be alone and sometimes you want to be with people. People run away to the forest in order to get God. They can never find God. They realise that I have done a foolish job. This realisation comes to them when they come back. Aho!!! Amidst of people I find nobody. I don't see anybody amidst of people. In the big crowd I feel them like forest. All these trees in the forest I see them as living beings like living people. In the forest I can see them all live. Amidst of life it's all like trees. Only thing is that these trees little move faster here and there. Even trees express their emotions. If you near tree...they express their emotions. A story of a Nagaling tree at Calcutta course. You can experience vibration of tree. Many people feel that the tree is inviting them. Trees are like people...only thing is that don't move away from where they are. I feel this is forest. Like in forest animals and trees are separate. Here trees and human being are same. People behave like animals at different times. All is one...Humans, chita, monkey, crocodile. All put in one. You can predict what animals can do. Animals have set pattern. But human being have not set pattern. It's more fun. I feel this is like forest. I need not go anywhere. Janaka must had thought to renounce the kingdom and going forest. Forest is very inviting specially being in a concrete jungle. Nature is inviting. That is Brahmgyan. Even staying amidst people...I don't feel different, duality.

HAPPY NAVRATRI

The nine day festival is reminiscent of red clad kanjak devis, boiled potato dishes, bhajan recitations in the form of maa jaagran or mata ki chownki, morning and evening durga aarti, devotional garbha dance and much more. Accompanied with the traditional rituals is a certain element of devotion and self-control exemplified in the temporary renunciation of tamsic food, alcohol and beverages. Not only does this hint at the acceptance of the inherent negativity in the above said substances and practices, but also a certain desire of positivity and goodwill which would arrive with the renunciation of tamsic food, alcohol and other “negative acts’. if you plan your child marriage or want to register for marriage or for any shubh mahurat then Navratri are the best time to do so..

The 9 day festival is symbolic of the victory of good over evil, right over wrong but the mere practice of rituals fail to mask the real evil in the society. This reality is quite evidently being depicted by the growing crime, violence, drug abuse & afflictions, epidemics, natural disasters and environmental degradation etc.

His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj ji often says that the root cause of every corrupt deed is the corrupt mind behind it. It is only through redirecting our thoughts towards the Divine that we can be fully awakened with the discretion of right and wrong, the good and the evil. It is only then that together we can create a true ‘Humane’ World devoid of social eclipses.

The worship of Maa Shakti emphasizes at the need to know and realize the true nature of Devi which is Shakti and is present in its elemental form within all of us but is lying dormant. Navratri is the time to awaken this dormant Shakti or cosmic feminine energy, the better half of Lord Shiva in His Ardhanareshwara Avatar.  Together Maa Shakti and Lord Shiva symbolize a unique state of balance,

which is called SANTULAN; the distortion of which in any form be it quantitative or qualitative, creates imbalance or “asantulan” in nature. Both are incomplete without each other and are present in equal but opposite natures.

Likewise in the case of Lord Rama and Maa Sita; Maa Sita is referred to as Bhakti - the cosmic feminine energy or divine feminine energy. And when talking about Laxmi-Narayan avatar; Narayan is the supreme consciousness and Laxmi is His better half – the incessant energy. Symbolically all the above-mentioned avtars of Gods and Goddesses signify the same fine balance of cosmic feminine and masculine energy.

Navratri signifies overcoming nine doors of delusions and reaching the tenth that is the ‘dasham dwar’ – the divine eye, the door to go within. This divine door can be entered only through divine knowledge – BrahmGyan bestowed through a perfect master of the time. And when one gets spiritually initiated, the real meaning of Vijaya Dashmi – the victory of truth, falls into place.

According to other legend King Daksha of Himalayas had a beautiful and Virtuos daughter Uma who had a wish to marry Lord Shiva. As a result she worshipped Lord Shiva and pleased him. Lord Shiva married Uma. Once Uma visited her parents to participate in a Yagna conducted over there, during that time King Daksha insulted Lord Shiva unable to bear the insults meted on her husband Uma

decided to end her life by jumping into the agnikund where she was united with the eternity. Henceforth she was also known as Sati. Sati was reborn again and peace was restored between her and parents. In that birth also she married Lord Shiva and lived happily thereafter. It is believed that Sati comes to stay with her parents for 9 days in every year and that time is celebrated as Navarathri.

One hypothesis states that in ancient times Kshatriyas debarred themselves from participating any warlike activities during monsoon season. Once monsoons got over they found the time to start afresh with their war activities. So before the start of their war journey these Kshatriyas worshiped different aspects of Devi for 9 days which is today celebrated as the Navratri.

Updates Satsang Programme in the Divine Presence of Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj Delhi: July 16, 2017 After spending 40 days in Mussoorie, Satguru Mata Ji returned to Delhi on July 14, 2017. Thereafter, Her Holiness addressed the devotees in Sunday congregation on July 16. The congregation was attended by thousands of devotees from Delhi and Greater Delhi. A large number of devotees came from outside Delhi also. Addressing the gathering, Satguru Mata Ji said: “Saints, I see you all saints here today on my return from Mussoorie after about one and a half months. In Mussoorie, Baba Ji often stated that we tour across India throughout the year and meet saints in every State and when we come to Mussoorie, it seems the whole of India has gathered here. Saints, I have been visiting Mussoorie for years since childhood when I used to she Sahanshah Ji. During those days there were a few rooms down below and Sahanshah Ji used to have a congregation in the evening on every Sunday and bless the devotees in a small room. In the morning on Sunday he address a congregation in Dehradun. Thereafter, as the rush of saints increased, Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji got a hall with round ceiling constructed at level above. He also got a Bridge constructed to connect the Bhawan with Camel Back Road. It is just a kind of tourist spot. As the number of devotees visiting Mussoorie increased gradually, Baba Hardev Singh Ji acquired two buildings, Sant Niwas and Sajjan Niwas at the upper level for the comfortable stay of the devotees. He also got built a bigger Satsang hall which too proved small during season time. Thereafter Baba Hardev Singh Ji directed that the Assets lodge down below may also be taken for the comfortable stay of the devotees. Some work is already going on there. Ribbons have been built up to the rooms. Some devotees stayed there also this time. Last year, when Baba Ji visited Mussoorie for 2-3 days, he saw a Jail House near Assets Lodge which also he asked to purchase so that some more rooms may be available for the comfortable stay of the devotees. Saints, the increase in the number of saints, that we find today is the result of great sacrifices and untiring efforts made by Shahenshah Ji, Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji and Baba Hardev Singh Ji. Saints, as you know the Camel Back Road has already been named after Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh Ji. The railing of the road is marked by the various slogans of the Mission in Hindi and English. On one side there are Baba Ji quotations with his photograph, which are read by all the tourists. They take their snaps also. Sometime bake some foreigners got the quotations translated from Hindi into English and noted the same in their diaries. All the locals are also coming closer to the Mission as they are quite impressed by the same. Saints, now it is the duty of every young and old to act upon the teachings of the Mission. Let us not allow any negative feeling to enter our hearts or get reflected in our actions or words that may hurt the Mission or invite criticism. Earlier, addressing the congregation, Rev V.D. Nagpal Ji, General Secretary of the Sant Nirankari Mandal gave examples from his own life during the times of Shahenshah Baba Avtar Singh Ji and later and said that Satguru has always been merciful and benevolent towards every devotee. No doubt a devotee may fail to understand and adopt the word of Satguru, but the latter ignores our short-comings and goes on showering his grace on each and every devotee. Today, when Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj is leading us, let us understand that she is having the same divine entity that manifested itself in Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj and his predecessors. We should, therefore, try to understand each and every word coming from Her Holiness and implement the same in our life. Rev Raj Mami Ji who stayed with Satguru Mata Ji as a close Sewadar in Mussoorie all the time, said that the Satsang Bhawan there was thronged by a large number of devotees from across the country as also from abroad every day. Most of them came for 2 days but some stayed only for a day. Her Holiness, however, blessed everybody by giving them an opportunity to pay their obeisance at her holy feet. Sometimes she obliged them twice a day. Rev Raj Mami Ji said that each and every citizen of Mussoorie remembers Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, for his sweet, pleasant and humble way of talking and the contribution he made for the welfare of the citizens. Whenever Her Holiness went round the town, the citizens would stand up and greet her with folded hands. One day some senior citizens requested Satguru Mata Ji to inaugurate an eye check-up camp, which she gladly acceded too. Rev Tajinder Singh Ji, Upmukhya Sanchalak Sewadal said that Satguru does not bless the devotee with Brahmgyan only but also guides him to make life meaningful. He said that when he received Brahmgyan in Sholapur in 1955, there was no other enlightened saint there. So, in the absence of a congregation he was advised to do the Sumiran. The Mission’s magazine was another major support during those days. During the days of Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji and then Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj, he said, he got ample opportunities for Satsang and Sewa also, which made his life happy, prosperous and blissful. Another leading speaker of the day was Rev Vinod Khanna Ji from Rohini in Delhi. He said that generally there are two types of people in the world – those guided by false pride or ego and those who remain humble and submitted to the True Master. History reveals that rulers like Hiranyakashyap, Kansa, Ravana and Duryodhana known for their arrogance remained losers while even a domestic servant feels happy after receiving God-knowledge.
