we all know jaehyun wears his heart on his sleeve, his emotions raw, so evident. all this time, the pain, a dull ache he's been trying to push down comes back up.

he's angry? and sad, tired, and jealous. he feels his heart shatter, gripping desperately to pick up and glue the pieces back together. and he finds himself crying in his arms, his other hand gripped against the empty glass of alcohol.

he wants to hate you. he really does, he wants to hate you for moving on so quickly. hate you for the way you walked out so easily, the way you smile while he's still suffering and himself for losing you, himself for letting you go.

and he peeks at you for a bit. would you still laugh with him the way you laugh at them? would you still smile at him the way you smile at them?

but what really breaks him, what tears him apart, is that he sees you're looking at them the same way you used to look at him.

it happens on a sunny morning where sungho starts his day as normal; makes his bed, washes his face, brushes his teeth, takes a shower and goes into the kitchen to make his breakfast 

except there are two plates, two meals, two glasses of water but only one person at the table. it was a habit, an old one. sungho laughs at himself — a horrible, empty sound — and tears sting his eyes as he looks down at the food. 

he thinks he looks stupid. dumb even, the table is set for two but he’s the only one eating. and it hits him, again and again, that you’re no longer with him.

the break up itself is a blur – all he remembers is the feeling, really. the defensiveness that swelled up and burst from inside his chest, the way he said some things he’d meant and other things he didn’t. 

and sungho swallows hard. a sad smile drawing itself on his lips before he eats a bite. the house, it feels — he feels so empty without you. 

there’s a shaky sigh that leaves his lips, as he downs his drink. it breaks him that he won’t have it anymore, he won’t have you anymore.

it's when he listens to the playlist you made together; all the songs he liked best now reminded him of you, each lyric and sound had a little bit of you that made him break.

and hits back his head rested against the top of the chair. he chokes up a silent cry, trying to distract himself from anything and everything. his nail presses deep into his finger, maybe it’s just a dream. just a dream, right?

he angrily wipes away his tears threatening to fall down. no hugs. no kisses. no sound of you softly humming to the music while you dance with him in the living room. 

and it’s all his fault. would things have changed if he had just listened to you? would you still be together? 

it’s quiet. and the room is empty. he feels empty. sanghyeok’s his fingers glide to the volume button. and now as the playlist shuffles and another song plays, the same songs that you dedicated to each other horribly reminds him that you’re never, ever coming back.

it hits him when he's met with your voicemail. his hair disheveled, still in pajamas, phone pressed to his ear. dongmin practically jumped out of bed at the exciting news he got.

and before he knows it, he's clicked your contact, a grin painted across his face. it became a habit when he hears good news that makes him so excited -- his first instinct is to call you and tell you about it, but the phone rings, and rings, and rings

then it hits, finally it comes to him that the two of you aren’t together anymore and his smile disappears, and tears start forming in his eyes, and his lips start to quiver and it's too late, he hears your voice mail and oh god, he doesn't know how long it's been since he's heard your voice

dongmin didn't mean to say all those things, he didn't mean to say it was over between you two. he's quick to wipe his tears, but they keep coming and soon enough he's crying into the phone.

it's becoming all too familiar, how long has he seen you? when was the last time he held you? he feels like he might just break down right then. dongmin hopes you'll listen to the voicemail and call him, just once.

LEEHAN 김동현

it’s when he finds a note from you, tucked away in his jacket pocket. it didn’t say much, just a slight reminder to take care of himself and be safe, with a small heart and your name, scrawled onto it. it’s a bit crumpled and faded but he can recognise the small my love, written next to his name.

the weakened adhesive is already starting to peel off, softly, slowly and donghyun swallows hard. he finally lets out a dry laugh, knowing he won’t be able to take good care of himself even as you wanted.

and his fingers brush across the paper ever so lightly, tears stinging his eyes, biting back a cry. 

but he fails, he fails like he had failed you and feels an actual ache in his heart as he thinks about the smile on your face you had, while you were writing the small note.

biker!sungho who would wait for you outside the building your lectures are usually held in, leaning against his bike with one leg crossed over the other, so he could take you home or bring you out for a meal, and does so whenever possible, even if he has to wait outside for really, really long (he doesn’t ever tell you that though, so you’re under the impression that your schedules align perfectly when in reality sungho has to travel from all the way across campus to get to you, but he does it everytime because to him, you’re worth it.)

biker!sungho who is the black cat in the relationship (you’re the golden retriever), who seems so intimidating and unapproachable to anyone who isn’t you, which you don’t understand because your boyfriend is the biggest and sweetest goofball out there! he lets you braid his hair, paint his nails, and agrees to almost everything you say (except for the one time you asked him to ride the rollercoaster with you. he’s afraid of heights.)

biker!sungho who makes you wear his leather jacket around campus so people know he’s your boyfriend (although it really isn’t necessary, with how the two of you are inseparable it’d be a surprise to find someone who doesn’t know the two of you are in a relationship)

“Hey, you look lonely,” a man comes up to stand beside you while you wait on the sidewalk for Sungho, who’s running late today because he had a club meeting. You cringe visibly at his words, and choose to ignore him, whipping out your phone instead.

“Are you single? There’s no way someone as cute as you doesn’t have a partner,” the man continues, clearly not taking the hint.

Right this moment, you hear the ever-familiar sound of a bike engine revving. Just in time, you think, as Sungho pulls up in front of you and takes his helmet off, pushing his hair back in one swift movement that never fails to render you speechless.

“Hey, sweetheart. Sorry for being late.” Sungho breaks out into a soft smile reserved for you and you only, and his expression hardens when he notices the man beside you. “Who’s this?”

As if he saw a ghost, the man mumbles an apology and turns around to leave immediately. You giggle. “Everyone is so scared of you, it’s funny.”

“Is it, now? Do I scare you, then?” Sungho huffs, crossing his arms in mock frustration.

You smile endearingly, moving to squish his face in your hands. “No, you’re my squishy baby. Why would I be scared of you?”

Sungho turns so red you feel the urge to take a picture. It’s too bad moments like these are ones you’d have to keep to yourself, because nobody would believe you if you were to tell them how much of a sentimental goofball your boyfriend was.

“No. I told you we needed another 2 days for choreography lessons. The boys will be stressed if they have to learn it all by tomorrow. There’s still so many details we need to review.” Your boyfriend had barely walked through the door before he got a call from his manager and started talking. He sounded extremely stressed— not something you were usually used to from soft clingy Jaehyun you had around most days.

Whether it was charismatic performances on stage or detailed plans and decision-making offstage, your boyfriend excelled in both areas. But it was tiring. He could switch on and off as quickly and easily as he needed to, which was extremely helpful in keeping his stress at a low. Relaxing and recharging was just as important as working, and he knew that he needed a balance to keep going.

Today had been long and heavy on the work non-stop part of his life that Jaehyun both loved and hated. It was all worth it— always— but some days he really wished he didn’t have to leave so early in the morning and come home so late at night. Some days he wished he could just cuddle with you until he actually wanted to get up and that he was able to get back to you in time for dinner. 

It was much past dinner time by now, already nearing midnight. Though your boyfriend’s voice sounded just like usual, professional, bright, and confident, you could tell with one glance at his face that he was so so tired. Eye bags and furrowed eyebrows framed his face, and he ran a stressed hand through his black hair, letting it stay and grip at the strands a bit too long for your liking.

The phone call ended quickly, thankfully. Jaehyun turned to you and you could just see him soften and relax completely. You closed the distance between you two so he didn’t have to, knowing your boyfriend and his love for hugs. He sunk into the hug immediately, holding you so so tightly. You frowned at how he was barely supporting his own body weight, so exhausted that he physically couldn’t do much other than cling to you.

You wanted to move to the couch in case he ended up toppling you both over with any extra weight he put in the hug. But you couldn’t do it without breaking the hug and Jaehyun looked like he would cry if that happened.

Not that he hadn’t started crying a little already. You could feel his body rack silently as he tugged at the back of your sweater, breathing in the scent of your shampoo with each uneven breath. You rubbed his back slowly up and down, soothingly waiting until he had calmed down enough to get ready for bed.

“It’s okay, let it all out, baby. I know it was an exhausting day. But you know I’m proud of you, right?” You murmured, pressing little kisses to his temple as you spoke. He started crying a little harder at your words, but you didn’t mind at all. You were glad you were someone he trusted enough to be completely vulnerable with. He didn’t hold back his tears, sobbing into your shoulder until the tears slowly stopped. You pulled back once you felt that he could hold himself up again with a clearer head.

“Not even the sky can be sunny all the time.” You smiled at his precious face, reaching out to swipe a thumb on his cheek to wipe away the tear stains. His nose was red and a little runny, and his eyes were a bit swollen. He looked so precious and small, and your heart broke just seeing him cry. 

After a few more hugs and a couple of kisses for motivation, you got him to shower and get into his pyjamas to cuddle up with you and finally sleep. Jaehyun loved to be the little spoon more than anything, all wrapped up close to you, feeling so comfortable and secure like nothing could ever touch him. You played with his hair and pressed continuous kisses to his face— you loved to spoil your baby with as much affection as he deserved, and he loved to receive it after a long day.

“It’s my favourite thing…” He mumbled quietly, snuggling closer into your chest.

“What is?” You traced a finger around his nose and cheekbone, pressing a kiss to the spot right after.

“This. And you. You’re my favourite.” He replied, smiling a little, about half asleep already.

“Really?” You smiled fondly at him as he nodded. “I’m honoured to be your favourite. You’re my favourite too.” 

“Really…?” He was so sleepy, and his words came out whispered, but you found it all the more endearing.

“Yes, really.”

With the last bit of energy Jaehyun had before sleep caught hold of him, he reached for your hand that was playing with his hair and brought it down to his lips, pressing a feather-light kiss to your fingers. Before you could respond or return the favour, he was already sound asleep in your hold.

This five-letter term was just floating about in your head. You had nothing to do; your homework and chores were completed, so you didn't have much to do.

You opened your phone to see whether you had missed any alerts, but you had none. You huffed as you climbed into bed. You laid there with no ideas, just staring off into space at whatever came to mind. 

buzz buzz

When you heard your phone buzz, you raised your head. Perhaps someone texted me? You were thinking to yourself. You turned on your phone and saw a notification from your fave youtuber on Omegle

That's when you had an inspiration. What if you used Omegle?! You jumped out of bed and walked over to your laptop, shoving papers and assignments aside so you could open it. 

You took a deep breath before pressing the app's "start" button. You knew Omegle was insane, and you were both afraid and excited to see who you would meet first. 

Please don't show me some strange old man, you begged to yourself as you waited to connect with someone. 

You didn't see a wrinkly man, but rather the cutest kittens you could ever imagine. As you heard the kittens meow, your eyes shined brightly at the screen. "Aw, they're so cute!!" you exclaimed quietly so no one could hear you.

After a few more seconds of looking at the kittens, you got bored. you huffed and skipped the kittens. onto the next i guess

Skip after skip; nobody seemed to entertain you and you still remained bored. You thought of leaving the website but you thought let's just do one more. you slouched on your chair before pressing the skip button. 

A boy emerged in the blink of an eye. You were captivated by his lovely facial features. Even though you've never met or spoken to this boy, you can sense a connection. It seemed unusual to you, but it felt perfect in so many ways. You seemed to have a crush on him-

"Hello?" said a voice, bringing you back to reality. You were startled by the voice because it was unfamiliar to you. "Hi!!" you called out to the camera, a gentle smile on your face. He returned the gesture by waving back at you. Now tell me why I want to spend the rest of my life with him.. nonononono yn you don't even know this man OR HIS NAME. "So, what's your name?" you asked, resting your arms on the laptop's sides. 

"Woonhak, and you?" 

"Yn, nice to meet you!" you fiddled with your hands, trying to relax. Woonhak... That's a lovely name... I'm hoping I get his last-- OMG YN SHUT UPP. "So, what are you up to, yn?" As he asked you a question, he spinned in his seat. "I'm just talking to this guy named Woonhak," you winked at the end of your sentence. He chuckled before gathering his thoughts. HELP, DID I JUST SAY THAT? AAAAA

"How about you, what are you up to?" you ask as you stare at your wall. "I'm just talking to some girl named Yn," he mimics your wink before covering his face in shame. Before gazing at your screens, you both laugh. "Sooo, now what?" Woonhak asks, looking everywhere but at his computer

"I'm not sure, I'm not used to visiting this website." You laughed awkwardly. Woonhak, to your surprise, he wasn't as well. "Same! As if I don't get the hype on this page. Yes, you meet new people, but sometimes you see the most terrifying things, which sucks ass" you said with a nod. Even though neither of you said anything, it didn't feel awkward, but rather comforting. "I like your fit, by the way," you said, loud enough for Woonhak to hear. 

"Aw! Thank you. Even though I look like an old man people you still like my styling!" He said while fixing his glasses. You chuckled for a bit before making conversation with him. 

What the both of you thought of as 10 minutes turned out to be an hour of the both of you talking about whatever came to mind. It turned out that you and Woonhak had a lot of things in common so it was easy to carry on with the friendly discussion.

"I swear I need to get your socials because you're so funny, Woon!" You exclaim. This man is making me go INSANE!!!!!!! "Since we live in the same country we could like share our number? If you don't mind thought! I don't want you to be uncomfortable" he flips his hair out of his face as he takes his phone; turning it on while looking at you. AND HE ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT PEOPLE'S BOUNDARIES?? IM GOING TO SOB!!!

Without saying any words you just sent your number in the chat to let Woonhak save your number. "Just know I saved you cutie from Omegle" "OMG THAT'S SO CHEESY!! SHUT UP!!!!!" as you say that you receive a message from the boy you were just screaming over; Woonhak. It said, "Wanna meet up at a cafe?". Your eyes widen; you were shocked that he was actually asking you on a date. "Woonhak..." you sighed. "I'm sorry I shouldn't have." his bubbly expression quickly turned into a worried one. 

"I would love to go on a coffee date but like let's talk more before going okay?" you smile softly. He nodded before smiling at you. "Okay, So like I'm gonna go and shower and after that I'll text you okay Woon?" you say as you arise from your seat. "I'll talk to you later n/n!" "Talk to you later Woon!" You wave at the camera before turning off your laptop. AAAAAAAA DID I JUST GET ASKED ON A DATE?? I CAN DIE PEACEFULLY! You pounce onto your bed and kick your feet like a schoolgirl. 

"I'm a cutie from Omegle, huh?"

– Something attracted me to come today. – He leans against the wall in front of you. He doesn't look as cute as usual. His eyes are sharper, different, I would even say seductive.

– Something or someone? – You ask, but you already know the answer.

He approaches you, rests one hand on the wall, next to your head. He practically holds you there, but leaves a space in case you want to escape. He takes the cigarette from your hand, takes a puff of smoke and blows it on your face. – Oh… Who would have thought that the puppy could smoke. – You scoff, finding it funny how he's trying to look cool.

– There are so many things you don't know about me, babe. But I know you know something. – He whispers, staring at your lips for a few seconds.

– I know what you want. – Your faces are practically glued together, you feel his warm breath. His posture, his gaze, him; all of this together makes you feel attracted to the boy.

– And are you going to give it to me? Hm? Are you going to give me what I want? – You wrap your arms around his shoulders, your faces closer, your breaths mingling. Definitely that.

– I will. – You say slyly, and he doesn’t waste any time.

He takes your lips, it’s a hot kiss, full of a desire you didn’t know you had. The boy’s big hands go to your waist, pulling you close. When you can’t breathe anymore, he kisses your neck, practically moaning when he goes down to your exposed chest. – You’re going to drive me crazy. – He laughs, and goes back to your mouth.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 A soft ler, he is so gentle and sweet. He just loves seeing people smile and happy. He just wants to hold the lee close and watch them devolve into soft giggle laughter.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Sometimes he will be a little mean though if you are bratty enough towards him, using his strength to pin the lee down and scribble into their worst spot. Sometimes yeppi loses his patience.
