Kingdom is a rookie boygroup who started in 2021 employed under GF Entertainment, and consists of 7 members: Dann, Arthur, Mujin, Louis, Ivan, Jahan and Hwon. Their concepts revolves around the members being different fictional kings with each having a certain domain that they reign over. Each mini-album (so far) introduces a new king as the main character. Kingdom is known for using traditional Korean instruments, clothes and other elements in their music and perfomances. Currently they are preparing for the release of their 7th mini-album, History of Kingdom: pt. VII Jahan.

Program: Canva A book banner made for a personal blog based on the book Crying In H Mart by Michelle Zauner. It uses a rounded display serif typeface on a photograph of a Korean Convenience store.

House of Leaves Blog Post Banner

Program: Canva A book banner made for a personal blog based on the book House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski. It uses a rough handwriting typeface on a papernote over a tilted photograph of VHS tapes.

Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint Blog Post Banner

Program: Canva A book banner made for a personal blog based on the book Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint by SingNShong. It uses an elegant serif typeface over a photograph of a Korean train car and a transparent galaxy.

Pasta Amore Table Tent (Both sides)

Program: Adobe Illustrator (originally Adobe InDesign) Table tent mockup made for the brand Pasta Amore featuring two versions of the same design. A remake of a previous version. It features a serif typeface with pictures of Italian food.

Bonito YouTube Channel Banner

Program: Canva (background), Adobe Illustrator (logo) YouTube banner made for the channel Bonito featuring a black and gray grid pattern for the background. The logo uses a Y2K display typeface with bones replacing the holes in the letters.

2024 Mandarin Chinese Calendar

Program: Canva 2024 Calendar entirely in Mandarin, used to help study the language. It's primary features is bold colors that match photographs taken around China, but mostly Beijing.

Program: Adobe Illustrator (originally Adobe InDesign) 2024 version of a fake political zine cover focusing on the Kpop boygroup Onewe. Features a Y2K display typeface and a muted blue color palette.

Jean-Michel Basquiat Typographical Portrait

Program: Adobe Illustrator (portrait), Clip Studio Paint (gradient overlay) Typographical portrait of late artist Jean-Michel Basquiat using the jittery serif handwriting typeface PicNic. A cold to warm colored gradient is overlayed onto the typography.
