I haven’t felt well at all! Physically I’m hurting & mentally? I’ve been too overwhelmed to find time for makeup. I’m in a transitional time (personally) plus, I had so many issues with boxy choice not working & my luxe box is a bust (Samples ? Tf? Is this #ipsy?). I don’t even feel like posting it. You know i will, but it’s not even fun for me bc it’s so much negativity, so I’m lagging. Hence why i haven’t been around. . . About this look; I used My #FentyBeauty X @boxycharm Premium products. It’s dope AF but the Match Stix Shimmer Skinstick arrived broken. I got 1 use & had to put it back together. I have to be careful when using it. At least it came in the shade i wanted (confetti) & wasn’t the orange one i was terrified about getting. . . The Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipstick was the “other” shade that i wanted. It’s a hella dark burgundy in the shade Griselda, i have it on in the pics ⬆️. I’ve had it before actually (free from @sephora) i really wanted the pink, but at least i didn’t get 💩 brown like the @narsissist that i received in my luxe box ���🏼; I’m let down by that. CLEARLY #Boxycharm doesn’t use our quizzes to modify our boxes like they claim. Their method of curation answer changes depending on the person replying; It’s annoying. Right now they replied (on a weekend.. oh but we can’t count those days when waiting?) & told me they plan their boxes out ahead of time. So for months they planned on sending us what they want? OKAY, I understand now why choice “wasn’t working” for me last month. Today’s email From #BoxycharmCustomerService clairified that. . . This is my November @boxycharm a bit late so I want to start off by giving a huge shout out to @boxycharm customer service. They were so awesome handling my problem since my box was lost or delivered who knows where, and they were so nice and quick on resolving and answering my questions and sending me a replacement box THANK YOU SO SO MUCH @boxycharm . I am throughly let down with @boxycharm this month. They know i have dry skin (i do all of their surveys & quizzes) yet they still sent me this @TulaSkincare Keep it clear acne foam cleanser. I am SO SAD because i want to Tula Skincare but i literally can’t try this bc the salicylic avid will tear my skin up. My heart meds dry my skin out & my dermatologist told me to avoid skin drying products, like this & the pore mask they also sent. I’m SO upset by this! My money is WASTED! . . Not only was i unaware that premium would have variations (at all or this month!) but i was unaware there would even be a possible variation that would be acne products! Had i known, I wouldn’t have even spent my $35! #Boxy KNOWS this, they know i (and many others that this has happened too..) have dry skin. We don’t do your surveys just for fun @boxycharm why don’t you utilize them? Why do you just blame it on randomness? Which is a lie. I tried contacting you and I’ve waited it out civilly but the lack of response is shocking. For such a massive brand you need to work on your customer service. . . I cannot use Salicylic acid it will tear my skin up. This is a pharmaceutical product meant for specific people with a specific skin type. This was sent to #Boxycharmers specifically with dry skin making it a TERRIBLE pick for us #Boxycharm. We do your surveys & quizzes to prevent this from happening. What happened? 😞 i wanted to try Tula products too. This and the pore deep cleaning mask are making me reconsider keeping my premium subscription. That’s 33% of my box that i straight up can’t use. NOT TO MENTION THE BOX COST $10 more than my base box & is worth LESS THAN MY BASE BOX. This @mannakadarbeauty Lip Whip is in a weird shade. It’s maybe mauvy with orangish tones? Idk i don’t like the shade. I DO like #MannaKadarBeauty and I’m happy to have something by them in my collection again, since my previous brow stick (that i got from ipsy) broke and i had to toss it. This formula is nice and drys down wonderfully, unfortunately it’s another boxy product that i can’t use this month. Tbh, I wish i had recieved it in a better shade, this whole tube is going to go to waste. 😞 . . That’s fine it happens with these subscriptions. However, this is yet another boxy products that is unusable for me this month. I’m not mad at this one (unlike the 2 acne products..!) at least i could actually try this product out. Unlike the acne products that they forced on me in this months PREMIUM (more expensive) Box, all the while #boxy knowing FULL WELL that i have dry skin. The acne products in my premium box + a foul shade in my base box, leads me to believe that once again, our beauty quizzes (that they insist we do!) aren’t being utilized. I emailed boxy last week and i am STILL awaiting a resolution. I am not the only one with dry skin who got acne & oily skin products. (Multiple months in a row!) . . The #Boxycharm customer service is straight up careless, negligent, and astoundingly incoherent in their emails. They are QUICK to take my money, 3 hours early, a night before the first, but they can’t be bothered to provide THE Slightest amount of customer service. . .
