Another private event downtown means another chance to stop in at @belle_tavern during their 3rd birthday celebration month. The @elijahcraig Small batch barrel proof was selected for me. Incredible for such a high proof at 124.2%. Smells of fruit, butterscotch initially with a nice creamy taste of the butterscotch and some cinnamon. A few drops of water really open it up more.
