Become Your Dream Girl in 2025
Defining your dream girl persona
The first step into becoming your dream girl is to have a clear picture of her in your mind. Imagine her life in detail; her aesthetic, her habits, and even her energy. This is the time to get specific.
Visualization Exercise: Sit in a quiet space, close your eyes, and visualize your dream girl persona. How does she dress? What places does she visit? What are her priorities and goals? Let yourself feel her confidence, luxury, and elegance.
Create a Vision Board: Gather photos, quotes, fabrics, and colors that represent this version of you. A physical board can go in your room or closet. It can even be a mini collage you can put on your driver's side mirror in your car. The goal is to see your dream girl's life as real and achievable.
Setting New Year Goals
Your dream girl's life needs structure, so let's break down goals into categories and map out the steps to make it happen.
Categorize Your Goals: List your goals under personal growth, style & beauty, health & wellness, and career & financial. For example, under "Health & Wellness", you might set a goal to try Pilates or to cook more at home.
Monthly Check-Ins: As you go through the year, check in with your goals to celebrate your wins, and adjust as needed. This keeps your transformation on track.
Mindset Makeover
Confidence & Self-Worth
Your dream girl is confident, magnetic, and knows her worth. Let's build those habits and thoughts that help you embody that energy daily.
Positive Affirmations: Every time you look in the mirror, say things like "I am worth everything good that can happen to me" or any affirmation that you feel suits you best.
Confidence Rituals: Small, daily actions add up to huge shifts in confidence. Make it a habit to dress up on casual days, speak kindly to yourself, and embrace good posture.
Let Go of Insecurities: Identify any insecurities and practice reframing them. Instead of "I wish I was more confident", say "I am becoming more confident every day". Over time, you'll notice how these subtle shifts impact your self-worth.
Mindset for Success
Your dream girl is resilient and always growing, so let's make success part of your mindset.
Growth Mindset: View challenges as chances to learn, whether it's a career move, a new hobby, or even a social situation.
Visualizing Success: Each morning, spend a few minutes visualizing yourself living your dream life. This will keep you focused and motivated.
Morning & Evening Routines: Start each day with intention by setting small goals and expressing gratitude. At night, reflect on the day and celebrate your wins; even the small ones.
Social Life & Relationships
Social confidence comes from feeling at ease in your own skin.
Elegant Etiquette: Show appreciation with thank you notes, and make an effort to remember names. The vibe for 2025 is to go for traditional, rather than modern. Think classic early 1920's-1950's Hollywood.
Curate Your Circle: Surround yourself with supportive, inspiring friends who uplift you. Leave the ones who don't elevate themselves or try to keep you behind.
Networking Lifestyle: Turn social gatherings into chances to meet like-minded people and to elevate your circle.
(Dating) Standards First: Don't settle; know what you deserve in a partner and communicate it confidently.
(Dating) Playful Energy: Be confident, flirty, and assertive (with yourself, not them). Stay in your feminine energy and let them earn your time and attention.
(Dating) Relationship Goals: Keep dates special and playful. Dress up, go out, and enjoy yourself.
Finances & Career Goals
Your dream girl values luxury, but also financial security. Your career is part of your dream girl identity, so elevate it.
Budgeting: Set aside money for luxuries and self-investment, but keep savings in mind.
Multiple Income Streams: Consider side hustles that align with your lifestyle.
Savings Goals: Whether it's for a designer bag, a trip, or just building wealth, make sure your goals are concrete.
Luxury Workspace: Make your workspace a vibe with candles, flowers, and chic decor.
Network for Success: Connect with mentors and people who inspire you.
Grow with Intention: Set milestones in your career or business, and keep pushing for the next level.
Health & Wellness
Your body is the vessel of your dream girl, so let's treat it with love and care. Mental clarity and peace are essential for dream girl energy; so let's focus on overall wellness this year.
Exercise: Try Pilates or Barre classes for a toned, elegant look. If that's not your thing, find workouts that create your dream body.
Healthy Eating: Focus on whole foods, lots of veggies, and drink tons of water.
Weekly Reset: Plan a mini detox day where you relax, hydrate, and reset for the week.
Mindfulness Practice: Try a short meditation or breathing exercise every morning.
Stress Relief: Whether it's a quick walk, journaling, or a creative outlet, find a stress relief that's all you.
Boundaries: Say no when needed, and make sure your energy is protected.
Beauty & Style Upgrade
First, a dream girl has that glow, and it all starts with a skincare routine that feels luxurious. You also need to find a style that captures your dream girl vibe, and commit to curating it. Then, you need to develop habits that will help you better your appearance.
Simple Skincare Routine (For Starters): Start with a cleanser for your skin type, followed by a hydrating toner, a serum (like Vitamin C for brightness), moisturizer, and SPF.
Luxury Treatments: Invest in facials or try gentle at-home treatments like dermaplaning once a month for an extra glow.
Nightly Routine: Keep your skin hydrated at night with a heavier moisturizer or an overnight mask.
Personal Style Icons: Think of someone like Serena van der Woodsen from Gossip Girl or a high-fashion model off-duty.
Curating Your Wardrobe: Focus on high-quality staples in neutral tones, like blazers, silky blouses, and tailored bottoms. Invest in timeless pieces that make you feel like a billion dollars.
Signature Look: A dream girl has her thing, whether it's an accessory, a makeup look, or a scent. Find what makes you feel like you and stick with it.
Self-Care Rituals: Prioritize manicures and pedicures, hair masks, and bubble baths. Set aside time every week to pamper yourself.
Polished Look: Even on your most casual days, aim to look put together.
Signature Hair & Makeup: Pick a go-to glam look that embodies your dream girl; maybe that's glossy lips and loose waves (for example).
Lifestyle & Daily Habits
Your routine should feel luxurious yet practical, setting the tone for each day. Small daily habits can transform how you feel and present yourself.
Weekly Pamper Sessions: Set aside Sunday evenings for facials, skincare, and champagne baths! (Be careful and make sure you're of legal drinking age)
Journaling and Reflection: Each morning, write down 3 things you're grateful for and 3 intentions for the day.
Goal Reviews: Every Sunday, celebrate your wins and see if any goals need a refresh.
The Basic Routine: Make your bed, wake up early, and put on an outfit that feels like you.
Energy-Boosting Habits: A quick stretch, a healthy breakfast, and a moment of quiet can make a huge difference.
Wind-Down Ritual: At night, unwind with tea, a bubble bath, or a short meditation to recharge for tomorrow.
Indulge a Little: Get a weekly coffee treat or a luxurious candle that makes your space feel cozy.
Luxury Experiences: Plan for a special outing every month, like a fancy dinner or spa day.
Signature Scents and Cocktails: Find your go-to perfume and a signature drink like a dirty martini or a bubbly glass of champagne.
Conclusion:
Becoming your dream girl is a journey; one that's glamorous, fulfilling, and full of growth. Each step brings you closer to living the life you deserve.

The Complete Guide to Reinventing Yourself for 2025 🖤🍸💸🪩 (Part I)
DISCLAIMER: This post/blog is not intended for everyone. This is a very niche-style blog that may offend those whose goals do not align with mine/my followers. If you’re uninterested or triggered by ultra-feminine beauty, style, wealth, and lifestyle— this is not for you. Thank you 🖤
STEP I: Pinterest Boards ≠ Vision Boards
Treat yourself to a day where you invest in high-quality magazines and coffee table reads, luxe fabric samples, and a vision journal that resembles wealth (or your aesthetic). Cut out everything that embodies your dream life, your style icon looks, your ideal career— basically anything that radiates your version of main character energy. Display it somewhere fabulous, like your closet for example, where it’s a daily reminder of the life you want to live and the person you want to become.
STEP II: Elevate Your Surroundings
Bring 5-star luxury into your home or space. Maybe this means adding lush textures, investing in coffee table books about interior design, high-fashion, fragrance, tourism, art, or business, or investing in a piece of art that speaks to your aesthetic. Create a space that embodies who you’re becoming in 2025.
STEP III: Perfect Your Signature Look
I’ll be making a post dedicated entirely to this step, but for now— find your new sense of style. Find a signature item or style that defines you, not anyone else. Find your “thing” and work it. For example, Blair Waldorf and her headbands, or Serena for her messy, yet still chic hairstyles.
STEP IV: Adopt a New Luxe, Daily Ritual
Start everyday with an activity that energizes you and fits your glam lifestyle, whether that’s having your morning matcha, a quick yoga flow in your Lululemon set, or taking the time to journal in your LV journal with a Tiffany & Co. ballpoint pen; start the day with intention.
STEP V: Network Like a Socialite
Refine your network and get intentional about your connections. Attend events that allow you to mingle with those who inspire you— think upscale charity galas, art exhibitions, or business networking groups. Develop a reputation as someone who is both approachable and untouchably stylish, and watch your social circle start to reflect the elevated life you’re building.
STEP VI: Invest in Yourself
Education is a luxury. Sign up for that course, learn that language, and perfect that skill. Whether it’s fashion, finance, or fitness, consider it a part of your lifestyle to continue to grow and level up.

How to Wake Up Early
I always wanted to be one of those girls who would wake up early, go for a run and be super productive with their mornings. The issue is - i really love sleep. Every time i would start a routine, i would eventually fail. I would wake up to turn the alarm off, think to myself “5 mins more” and boom- it’s suddenly 8:30 am and i need to leave for work in less than 1 hour.
Two videos on YouTube really changed my mind. One was Andrew Huberman’s, and the other was Jihyo, a k-pop star.
I came across Andrew Huberman’s video about dopamine, and somehow, it helped me to understand why the difficulty waking up early is so important. Now I’m no expert of neuroscience, but let me explain to the best of my abilities.
Dopamine is essentially the build up to the reward; it is not the reward. It is the satisfaction and happiness you feel (when your body releases), after you have achieved something that was painful/ required you to struggle a bit. In order to receive this reward, you have to feel pain, because pain and satisfaction are directly related to each other. Satisfaction without pain is useless and does nothing for you essentially.
That got me wondering: for me, waking up early is difficult. It’s painful. I dont want to do it. But if I do it, its my first win of the day. It’s the first challenge I have overcome of that day, and I always do feel amazing after. The dopamine release after the struggle of waking up and winning the battle of not going back to sleep is definitely there. I feel more confident because a) I have done the “right” thing b) selfishly, i can do something so simple that a lot of people struggle with c) it weirdly makes me feel more confident and like I’m doing the first step of being an adult right.
Jihyo’s video was quite random - she did some show where it shows her daily life when she’s not working. Parts of it made me feel like she’s unable to just relax with herself (probably because her body and mind are so used to chaos, performing, her girl group living together for so many years) so she busies herself a lot. I took the positives from the video; she’s extremely disciplined which I admired, she gets her chores done, she’s good at ensuring that her space is truly her space.
So I decided to build a relatively foolproof routine; but mind you, it does require quite a bit of willpower.
I’ve developed a habit of waking of waking up at 5 am. I head straight for a 30-45 minute meditation and then at least an hour long workout. I stack my habits that way; right after meditation, I put on my running shoes. I used to really struggle with waking up, even if I had to wake up late. This is the strategy that worked me, see if it works for you.
1. Reset your space the night before
This makes you feel less stressed in the morning and also genuinely makes you feel like you have your shit together. Put your clothes away, keep your bag in its place, clean up your desk, reorganise your make up and skin care products. You’re going to go to sleep and wake up to a clean space.
Make sure you define both your bedtime and wake up time. My bedtime is 9:30 pm - so i manage my chores, reading, dinner, everything around that.
2. Early dinner
I’ve noticed that early dinners help me sleep better. I’ve built the habit of casually walking for 25-30 minutes post dinner (not right after eating, after about 15 mins). I’m not walking fast to a point where I’m sweating and puffing, I’m casually strolling outside. During this time, I don’t listen to music, interact with anyone or my phone. I use this time to connect with myself and think about whatever I feel like.
3. No devices before sleeping
I don’t want to stimulate myself before sleeping, so I prefer reading before bed. If you don’t like reading, you can instead do your skincare, maybe revise some physical study notes, etc.
4. Using Alarmy app
This app is torture and I swear by it. This little thing makes you a solve a challenge of your choice in order to make the alarm stop, like math problems, puzzles, etc. I chose 5 math problems.
5. Keep your phone across the room
Don’t charge it near your reach. Keep it as away from you as possible.
6. Stand for two minutes after shutting off the alarm
Don’t allow yourself to snooze, or go back to bed. This is the part that really requires you to tell yourself: “i am not going back to sleep. I’m going to wake up and do the things I have to do for my own benefit.” Remember - the states of heaven and hell are not outside of you, they’re inside you. They are mental states. You have to fight with your lazy demon and tell him/her/whoever that NO; we are NOT going back to bed.
I charge my phone across the room so that forces me to walk first thing in the morning. To stop myself from going back to sleep, after i have shut the alarm off, i just stand for 2 minutes. I dont sit, or go back to bed. I stand and tell myself, we’re doing this. We’re going to wake up and have an amazing day.
Your mind is like a child with tantrums and mood swings. Your rational self has to discipline your mind the way a parent would to a child.
7. Turn a small light on
Not something that is jarring or overwhelming, but enough to help you start waking up. I turn my phone’s flashlight on and keep it on my desk.
8. Be consistent, even on weekends
The biggest mistake you can make is not being consistent. Your body doesnt recognise weekends, your mind does. Your body doesn’t know that tomorrow is Monday, so its time to wake up early. By staying consistent (yes, I wake up at 5 am on weekends too), it allows my body to develop its own body clock and not wrecking the system I’ve kept in place.
What do I do if I have a late night?
It really depends. Let’s say I come home relatively early (+2 hours around my bedtime) around 11 pm, and im in bed by 11:30. I’ll wake up somewhere close to 5 am, like 6 am instead. The next day I ensure I’m in bed by the bedtime I’ve kept for myself and wake up at 5 am again.
If I come home really late, like 3 am - i keep my alarm exactly 8 hours from that time. I need to get sleep, but oversleeping is an issue and that wont allow me to wake up early the next day. I want to get enough sleep where im rested for the day, but not excessively. Unfortunately, sleeping so late would definitely mean that i wont be able to fall asleep at my dot 9:30 pm bedtime, but i turn the lights off and get ready to sleep by then anyway, and mentally prepare for my 5 am wake up call.

Self-Care Sunday
Self-care is about prioritizing your well-being and doing things that make you feel good. Feel free to adjust the routine to best suit your preferences and needs. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Set the Mood Create a relaxing environment by dimming the lights and playing soothing music. Light some scented candles or use essential oils to enhance the ambiance.
Step 2: Morning Meditation or Stretching Start your self-care Sunday with a short meditation session to clear your mind and set positive intentions for the day. Alternatively, indulge in gentle stretching or yoga to awaken your body.
Step 3: Skincare Ritual Begin with a gentle cleanse to refresh your skin. Follow up with a hydrating mask or a DIY face mask using natural ingredients like honey and yogurt. Take this time to pamper your skin and give it some much-needed love.
Step 4: Nourishing Breakfast Prepare a nutritious and delicious breakfast. Consider options like a smoothie bowl, whole grain pancakes, or avocado toast. Incorporate fruits, veggies, and protein to fuel your body for the day ahead.
Step 5: Journaling or Creative Expression Spend some time journaling your thoughts, goals, or things you're grateful for. Alternatively, engage in a creative activity you enjoy, like painting, drawing, or writing poetry.
Step 6: Relaxing Bath or Shower Take a soothing bath with Epsom salts, bath oils, or your favorite bubble bath. If you prefer a shower, use a fragrant body wash or scrub to refresh your skin. Consider playing calming music or listening to a podcast as you unwind.
Step 7: Hair Care Dedicate time to your hair care routine. Whether you're deep conditioning, trying out a new hairstyle, or simply giving your hair a break from styling, make it a moment of self-care.
Step 8: Mindful Reading or Learning Spend time reading a book that inspires you or teaches you something new. This could be a novel, a self-help book, or an article related to a topic you're passionate about.
Step 9: Nature Connection If possible, spend time outdoors in nature. Whether it's a walk in the park, sitting under a tree, or simply breathing in fresh air on your balcony, connecting with nature can be incredibly rejuvenating.
Step 10: DIY Spa Time Set up a DIY spa area and treat yourself to a manicure, pedicure, or both. Use a luxurious scrub and follow up with your favorite nail polish for a polished look.
Step 11: Mindful Eating For lunch, prepare a balanced meal that includes a variety of colors and nutrients. Eat slowly and mindfully, savoring each bite.
Step 12: Positive Affirmations Spend a few minutes reciting positive affirmations in front of a mirror. Remind yourself of your worth, strength, and beauty.
Step 13: Creative Cooking or Baking If you enjoy cooking or baking, spend some time in the kitchen preparing a special treat or a new recipe you've been wanting to try.
Step 14: Wind-Down Yoga or Stretching As the day comes to an end, engage in a gentle wind-down yoga session or some gentle stretches to relax your body before bedtime.
Step 15: Relaxing Bedtime Routine Wrap up your self-care Sunday with a calming bedtime routine. This could involve reading a few pages of a book, practicing deep breathing, or using a soothing lavender-scented mist on your pillow.
Remember, the most important thing is to tailor this routine to your preferences and make it a day that feels special and rejuvenating for you. Enjoy your self-care Sunday!

Turning your life around? Coming out of a funk? Getting over a breakup? Need to reignite your spark for life? Need to feel in control? Want a boost of confidence? Dealing with low self esteem?
Where to start:
Exercise every day
Skincare + makeup of personal preference (yes this includes not wearing makeup at all if that is your personal preference)
Hair done
Showered and moisturized
At least one hobby you engage with on a daily/frequent basis
At least one skill you are developing on a daily/frequent basis
If you haven’t gotten a 7 day workout streak and completed the other bullet points on this list yet, stop moaning, get to work, and kill your distractions.
This is level 0.

What's your high maintenance routine?
Every day is a day to dress up and look my best. 5am walks in the park call for cute workout fits. 12pm grocery runs call for a nicely styled outfit and jewelry. There’s no reason to ever look bummy.
Weather permitting, heels are a daily shoe. If I’m not doing something casual or extensive that requires a sneaker or flat, if it’s not icy or raining, I put some heels on. Heels in the form of sandals, boots, wedges, doesn’t matter. Not only does it make outfits cuter but it’s just hotter. Heels are the default, everything else is the exception. They don’t have to be too high and definitely not painful, it’s just the principle.
Sexy pajamas are the only option. I always utilize my collection of cute silky matching sets. Soft to the touch and fun to look at.
Sexy panties are the only option. Lace trims, silks, bows, cheeky cuts, thongs.
Shower twice a day, stay exfoliated and moisturized. Cocoa butter to keep my skin plump. A spritz of Chanel perfume to smell expensive.
Hair and makeup is done at the same time I brush my teeth and wash my face. I get myself together first thing in the morning. Doesn’t have to be a full va-va-voom face of makeup but a little something something to look more awake and lively makes a difference. I like to sleep with my hair in flexi rods to make curls quick and easy.
I put on athletic wear straight away to make sure I’m ready to stretch and go exercise. When I’m done for the day, I shower and put on a real outfit. I have so many cute clothes, so why not put them to use?
Don’t feel like crafting an outfit? Deciding which top goes with which bottoms taking up too much time? I throw on a figure hugging cami dress. I have a nice handful of them in a variety of colors. Some with slits, some without. Paired with some simple jewelry, a little bag and a heeled sandal, I look like a million bucks with minimum effort. 60 second outfit.
I have my nails and toes done frequently, but always take a small break in between sessions to keep my natural nails healthy. Even a few days off will help prevent damage. When I’m not wearing fake nails, I keep my natural nails filed short with a clear coat on top.
Athletic wear/t-shirts/leggings are for fitness activities and early morning errands on my way home from exercising. Not as a daily style. I always put on a real outfit.
Skincare, skincare, skincare. Non negotiable, not up for debate. AM and PM skincare routine no matter what.
I always have something to work towards and something to do. I try to avoid idle hands, engage my hobbies and work on my skills.
I care about putting God first and keeping His commandments. A spirit bogged down by the guilt of sin does not carry an attractive aura. People who live life on the right track shine brighter.
I do a posture check every so often. Sit up straighter and relax into it rather than looking like a stiff board. Walk with confidence as if I’m a model strutting down the runway. Don’t be too shy to take up space or be seen.
I light the candelabra every night so that we can have a candlelit dinner on the reg. I use the good china as the default. Our tablecloth is satin, our duvet and pillowcases are satin, the gold cutlery is the default cutlery. I enjoy the finer things and make it my daily life rather than waiting for special occasions and I want my family to have that standard set for themselves as well.

Little things to upgrade your morning routine
Always start your morning with a nice drink like a coffee, matcha, or tea.
Say good morning to your pets, you can also text your friends and maybe, make some plans!! <3
Set an alarm so you wake up on time and don't feel rushed, for me, it's usually enough to just sleep with my blinds open!! :)
Open your windows to let some fresh air in, also make sure to check if any of your plants need water!!
Make-up and music. I love doing my make-up while listening to one of my playlists, it's the perfect way to set the mood <3
Positive affirmations!! You can write them on sticky notes and put them on your mirror so you'll see them while getting ready!! :)
Prepare a cute outfit the night before, and make sure to check the weather so you can plan ahead!
Don't skip breakfast, If you are busy, you can meal prep some overnight oat or chia pudding the night before.
Try reading at least 10 pages in the morning, it will help you feel more refreshed.
Make sure to check your bag, so you don't forget things like your lip combo, keys, and headphones!! Nothing worse than sitting on the subway without headphones (me rn) :((
As always, please feel free to share your own suggestions and tips in the comments!! I hope you all have a beautiful Monday/Week <3

things that helped me to really love myself
i have written this post in an inspired way (besides i have come up with many others) and this is honestly what has helped me to improve my self-esteem and to reinforce it these last few days so i want to share these tips with you and with all my love hope they will also help you 🤍
change my mentality, understanding some things that i learned during my process of loving myself:
understand that if you focus all the time on the negative of the situation it will only attract more of the same, so try more and more to see the good things or not to pay attention to what you don't like.
it's all a matter of perspective. what i think or believe only belongs to me so i can't react badly to a situation or behavior of someone that i don't like. the power is in changing the focus of that and turning it into something more positive, or even if it's difficult at first to something neutral.
we all see the world in different ways, which we experience it differently and this we can change if we want to.
beauty is subjective. although there are beauty canons, each person has their own tastes, even body goals. each person is unique and not everyone likes the same things. for example, when it comes to getting a cosmetic job, our features are different, so we can not pretend to look like a celebrity of the moment.
we are unique as we are and accepting ourselves does not mean doing nothing to change, on the contrary, if we love ourselves and want to improve, the change flows much better towards us.
comparisons are useless because we each live a different life and have different goals to achieve.
it is useless to reach perfection. we are already perfect because we are human. if we look for perfection it means sacrificing our whole life and happiness to please others. besides, it is something that changes with time and you don't want to be changing yourself every few years to be accepted?
although we have heard it many times beauty is on the inside, it is true and this belongs to a principle called the principle of correspondence. as inside is outside, that is how we feel inside is going to be reflected on the outside, either in our physical appearance or in our life, depending on what it is. so if we focus more on improving that which is preventing us from loving ourselves it will be reflected in our life. we can work at the same time our interior and exterior, but we can not focus only on one of them.
the negative things that others say about us are only a reflection of them. so if someone has ever said something to you that offended you, the problem is not really with you, but with that person.
If we work on a good self-concept about ourselves, many of our insecurities will go away, and others we will be able to accept them and change them with love.
our value has nothing to do with our physical appearance, social status, race or any of that and much less comes from what other people think. the value we have is attributed to ourselves and as i mentioned before, how we feel on the inside will be reflected on the outside. so if you don't feel a valued person start doing it and you will see how everything changes around you.
self-love is the engine of our life. if we have confidence in ourselves everything will be much easier. there will be difficult situations but we will be able to overcome them and learn from them.
we can't change others, but if we can change ourselves, then our surroundings will change and many people will start to behave differently with you, both from your environment and unknown people. and this has to do with what i mentioned before, the principle of correspondence, as it is inside is outside and even the self-concept has to do with this.
how we perceive ourselves internally will be reflected on the outside, even if it is not true, you are believing it as truth, so it is a truth for you. so if we think that a person is not as we would like or that he changed or anything, we can change this, changing the concept that we have for example of relationships.
relationship failures are not always the other person's fault, it is the reflection you are projecting of that person because of what you believe. my boss is mean to me but not to others? my parents prefer my siblings?
If you don't believe me, then why are there people who behave super well with some and with others they are the opposite? surely it has happened to you, surely you are like that with someone.
well, everything is in changing the thoughts we have about those people so that they will behave the way we want them to behave towards us.
to abandon "earthly thinking" is what i call it, that is to believe that everything we see in our "3d" or reality is the truth and cannot be changed, when this is not so. we are creators of our own life and when we understand this and apply it, everything starts to work.
it is useless to believe in the law of attraction and try to manifest if you don't really believe that your mind is what is creating all these good or bad experiences that you are experiencing right now.
when a bad situation comes along it is very easy to get frustrated, cry and blame ourselves, but that doesn't help. if we recognize ourselves as creators we can turn that situation around even immediately, just by taking control of our thoughts and assuming that everything is going to get better.
this last has helped me a lot to reduce anxiety and situations that were very painful for me before changed completely when i changed my thinking and I am not talking about days, i am talking instantly.
an example to understand well the "earthly thought"
when something bad happens in your life, when someone tells you no, anything that you take for definitive, you keep thinking that this is a resounding NO, that this will not change, you are clinging to an earthly thought, you are blocking the flow of new possibilities in your life. however, if you do not accept that situation and you do not identify with it, you have all the power to change it. and how to change it? by assuming what you want to happen. it seems easy to say, but it is. just change the thought. they told you no? well for you it is a yes. apply it to the situation you want.
habits that helped me to love myself.
having a routine is fundamental because besides organizing our days and keeping us more focused on certain activities makes us feel happy and proud of ourselves. i always say you don't have to copy anyone's routine, but create one for yourself adapted to your current life or goals you want to achieve.
affirmations. affirmations are not a magic technique. for you to understand better, the recurring thoughts that you have in your mind, that you repeat to yourself, are affirmations, but negative affirmations, so if you use positive affirmations you will replace those beliefs. this will transform your reality.
i use affirmations daily. i repeat them out loud and i also write them down.
writing self-love affirmations repeatedly has made a very powerful change in me and it seems like a simple thing that doesn't work for some people, but it really does.
you can choose an affirmation and repeat it daily about 100 times. for this the affirmation should be short, for example "i love myself".
the 55x5 method has also helped me. in this case, i again chose an affirmation to reinforce my self-love and self-esteem and from there things started to come to my life, it made me change my perspective and understand many things that were necessary for my growth and to learn to love myself.
you can use the use of affirmations to sleep all night long, this has also given me incredible results. my recommendation is that you play the audio very quietly, you don't hear it but your subconscious does.
affirming in front of a mirror has also helped me. this is very powerful. in times of anxiety or stress, you can stand in front of a mirror and affirm that everything is okay, that you are okay and that the situation is okay. it does work.
you can also say your affirmations in front of the mirror or remind yourself that you, love yourself. at first, it will be uncomfortable until you get used to it.
retrospecting. this is after the affirmations, something that has helped me to love myself.
this is a practical exercise (i'll make a more detailed post about this) and is necessary to improve. in fact, it is one of the exercises i like the most, because it is a good way to put into practice what we are learning.
ask yourself questions about your life, about your situation, about what you would like to improve, about how you want to feel, and develop them.
it will help you to see things more clearly and calmly. in difficult moments you can revisit them and read them out loud.
this is a very effective guide to redirect our thoughts to more positive ones and also to realize what we really want and what we should work on.
another thing i do is something i made up. i write a list of things "i won't do today" and things "i will do today" and give two examples from my notebook.
"things i will not do today".
react to what i don't like
because it's my perspective and i may be wrong. i don't know the situation so i can't get ahead of myself.
"things i will do today
feel good about myself
because there are no real reasons why i have to feel bad, they are just some of my thoughts, but they are not the absolute truth.
i wrote more but i wanted to show you an example and to do this you just have to adapt it to your situation and make a list of the things you are not going to do and the things you should do instead.
another example could be to not judge others and its counterpart to be kinder to yourself and others.
another very powerful exercise is to write down things that are part of your old version, that is to say, what you want to improve about yourself and next to it what you are going to do to improve or what belongs to your new version.
i am going to give you some examples from my notebook:
things to do when you feel:
anxiety > meditate
sadness > write affirmations
worrying > do something else that keeps me busy
new behavior:
relax with meditation
thinking positive and turning the situation around
thoughts:
"it's my fault" > " i feel good about myself, i trust that everything is going to be okay"
"i am not enough" > " i love myself and approve of myself "
this is what it is all about, as always applying it to your situation. these are just examples that will help guide you better.
for your self-love process i really recommend that you get a notebook to write affirmations and do this kind of exercises or also to let off steam if you need to.
exercise. i love exercising. i used to do it to change my body but now i really love it. it's something that has helped me gain a lot of confidence and even feel better.
exercise has a lot of benefits for the body and also the mind.
my recommendation is to choose a sport or even go to the gym and do it daily.
our mentality at the beginning has to make excuses not to do it or think that we don't like it because it is something very hard to do, but we can change this and i did.
at the beginning for me it was complicated to do it until out of nowhere i started to affirm that it was easy for me to exercise and that i enjoyed it, it also helped me a lot to focus and set small goals.
i started doing 3 days a week, then 4 days a week and then i do it every day, because I really enjoy it.
so in general for any activity that you find hard to do what you have to do is to change your mentality about it and also set small goals that will motivate you to keep going.
for example if you don't like cleaning you can also find a fun way to do it like listening to music or a podcast.
this is a positive way to deal with things that at first may seem difficult and gain more discipline and motivation.
meditate: i also love to meditate, it's something i do every day, from the time i get up until i go to bed.
many people underestimate it and think it's not useful, but have you tried it for at least a week?
in my case it has helped me to focus on the present moment, calm my anxiety and manifest.
ways you can meditate.
guided meditations: you can find them on youtube and there are many types, from calming anxiety to relaxing mind and body, even to loving yourself.
meditate with music: you can look for a melody that you find pleasant and make breaths, focus on your breaths you can also visualize yourself in the situation that you would like or repeat affirmations like "i love myself" "everything is fine" are just examples and are things that if you practice you will discover over time.
you can also meditate without music and do the same process as described above.
eating healthy. eating healthy and nutritious food for my body has made me feel better about myself, improved my mood and also eliminated quite a few ailments or problems that i had in my body.
my recommendation is to do some research on healthy eating and its benefits. eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. you don't have to eliminate junk food but reduce it a lot. don't feel guilty for eating it either, but know its disadvantages for your health and be aware of it.
i do not recommend following any diet because each person is different and diets do not work because people try very hard the first two days and then end up quitting.
to start eating healthy you have to do it little by little. replace bad foods with good ones until you build a healthy diet. starting all at once is not going to work, you will end up getting frustrated.
and as i have said before and as i always say, mentality is the most powerful thing. i mean if we see healthy eating as a punishment for wanting to achieve a particular body type we will feel bad and we will see it as i have said, as a punishment, but however, if we change our perspective and enjoy eating healthy for all its benefits it will be a much easier and enjoyable process for us.
you can change the perspective of things, as i said nothing is definitive.
and I could go on writing but for today i think this is enough. hope you can understand it and also apply some of the things that helped me. i will continue writing similar posts and also about self-love. these are my experiences and what has really helped me and i am really happy for this process.

Basics of Understanding Your Colour Palette
Colour theory is really important to understand if you feel like you don’t look good in your clothes. Sometimes the way a garment looks online on a model/ on a mannequin vs when we wear it look different, because of the difference in skin colours.
To understand what looks good on us, we need to figure out our colours. And in order to understand our colours, we need to therefore understand our colour palette, for which we need to know our complexion and undertone.
Now, I’m no expert on this. But I’m sharing how I found out about my colours and what worked for me.
So step 1: what is your complexion and undertone?
For this, we look at three things:
1. Skin
2. Hair
3. Eyes
A. SKIN
Complexion refers to the color of your skin, while undertone is a specific shade within that color.
1. Undertone:
See if you have cool or warm undertones by looking at your wrist.
The colour of your veins can help you determine your undertone.
Look at your wrist veins in natural light. If they’re green or greenish-blue, you have a warm undertone. If they’re blue or purple, you have cool undertones.
2. Complexion:
Hold a sheet of white paper next to your skin to find your complexion. Double-check your undertone color by looking at your arm next to a piece of white paper. You have a warm complexion if your skin looks yellow, green, or golden. If it looks pink, red, or blue, you have a cool complexion.
B. HAIR
1. Cool:
Black
Grey
Ash-y brown
White blonde
Ash-y blonde
2. Warm:
Brown
Red
Auburn
Strawberry blonde
Yellow blonde
C. EYES
1. Cool
Grey
Green
Blue
2. Warm
Hazel
Brown
Black
Step 2: understand your score
Out of these three categories, how many warm/ cool toned features do you have?
Hair: warm/ cool
Skin: warm/ cool
Eyes: warm/ cool
Use your score to figure out your type:
1. Cool leaning: 2 cool features and 1 warm feature
2. Warm leaning: 2 warm features and 1 cool feature
3. Completely warm: 3 warm features
4. Completely cool: 3 cool features
Step 3: skip if you’re completely warm or completely cool. If you are cool/ warm leaning, you need to then understand your contrast:
High contrast: hair is significantly darker than skin tone
Low contrast: hair and skin colour aren’t too far apart
Step 4: now, let’s understand the four seasons.
1. Spring (warm)
2. Summer (cool)
3. Autumn (warm)
4. Winter (cool)
Anuschrees explains it well with these photos:
If you feel like you don’t fit in these categories perfectly, there is a further explanation on 6 secondary factors:
1. Light: light hair, light skin, light eyes. Recommendation: soft, light and muted shades of your colour palette, e.g. peach (Spring) or a pale lavender (Summer).
2. Deep: Dark hair, warm eyes (brown/ hazel/ green). Recommendation: deep, vivid shades of your palette, e.g. deep terracotta (Autumn) or black (Winter).
3. Warm: Warm undertone, warm hair (golden blond- brown, strawberry blond to deep auburn). Warm eyes. Recommendation: the mid-range colours in your palette that are neither too intense nor pale, e.g. a medium tomato red (Autumn) or a soft aquamarine (Spring).
4. Cool: overall colouring has an underlying cool quality to it. Recommendation: you look best in the mid-range shades of your palette, e.g. emerald green (Winter) or periwinkle (Summer).
5. Clear: high contrast, warm hair, cool eyes. Recommendation: saturated, clear colours, e.g. a bright, warm pink (Spring) or hot pink (Winter).
6. Soft: little contrast between your skin, hair and eyes, hair is in between warm and cool, eyes are green, grey-blue, hazel or brown. Recommendation; soft, muted shades, e.g. olive green (Autumn) or blue teal (Summer).
Step 5: online research
Once I figured out my basic palette (autumn) I went online and began researching celebrities and colour palettes for it. I went through more colour palettes, celebrities and eventually felt that I was more true to a Warm Autumn. Pinterest was a great tool for that.
I also used this chart initially:

Table Etiquette
A crash course on fine dining/ being invited to dinner at someone’s place. Even if you don’t fine dine, I’d recommend you start practicing these habits in any establishment so that they come to you naturally.
Remember : A typical four-course meal consists of a soup, an appetizer, an entrée, and dessert.
If you’re standing at some sort of a networking session/ mixer:
Keep at least one hand free. If you are standing, have only a drink or food in one hand, never both. Hold a drink in your left hand so that you have a clean hand for a handshake. You can eat and drink while sitting, but it is always better to stand and greet.
Sitting/ dining out/ invited to dinner:
1. Wait to be seated by the staff/ host.
2. Napkin on your lap the minute you sit down at the table.
3. if you're looking at the menu, make sure to have the bottom, or at least one part of it, still touching the table, even if your impulse is to bring it closer to your face. Don’t lift the menu off the table to your nose.
4. Once you sip from a glass, you must sip from the exact same place on that glass for the rest of the evening.
5. If there’s a breadbasket and butter on your table - don’t dip the bread in the communal butter plate. Take a piece of the butter with your butter knife, put it on the side plate, then spread that butter on your bread. Don’t double dip! Your bread plate is the one on your left, by the way. And your glass will be on your right.
6. If your table has a lot of silverware - start from the outside and work your way in.
7. Dishes should be passed in a counter-clockwise flow. Don’t reach across the table.
8. Lay you fork and knife diagonally across the plate, side by side, pointing at 10:00 and 4:00 on a clock face. This signifies to the wait staff that you have finished.
9. Keep the rim of your plates as clean as possible, as a sign of respect to the staff.
Cultural differences:
1. Whilst eating Indian food/ in India, always eat with your right hand. The left hand should never touch the food. This is also seen in the Arab world - use only the thumb, index finger and middle finger to pick up food.
2. In Korea, one waits for the senior most person in the room to sit and eat, and is followed suit. Sharing is caring - food is often ordered to share with each other rather than individual plates.
3. Chopsticks etiquette (general): don’t stick and leave your chopsticks in your food perpendicular to the table, it signifies death. Don't set your chopsticks down pointed at another person at the table. Don't point your chopsticks at other people around the table.
4. France: bread on the table is meant to accompany the main dish, not as an appetiser.
What are some table manners that one should keep in mind if they’re eating food/ eating with someone of your culture?

Dress Codes Explained
I feel like I’ve created enough templates for your mind development, routines, habits, etc. I’m getting bored with putting out the same content in a different manner so now I’m going to start switching up my content. I’m going to focus more on how one can carry themselves, socialise, etc etc.
My first article under this segment “Cultural Education” here will be about dress codes. You will find this segment on my pinned post.
Culturally, dress codes differ from one another. The western world is generally more tolerant towards showing of skin, for instance; but if you were to attend formal events in Asia and the Middle East, I’d highly, highly recommend you opt for a more modest look.
This is a very brief breakdown on what a woman can wear and when.
Images are for examples only.
1. Casual
Meaning: low-key, but not like you just woke up.
* Sundress
* Long/ midi skirt
* Tailored pants or nice jeans (not ripped, distressed, acid wash- plain and simple)
* Tailored shorts
* Plain T-shirt (no graphics), polo t-shirt, turtleneck
* Button-down shirt
2. Dressy
Meaning: no jeans, generally use of lighter colours
* Skirt (not bum short)
* Tailored trousers
* Dress
* Co ord sets
* Jumpsuits
* Sundresses
3. Semi formal
Meaning: dressier than your corporate office job, but more casual than a formal gown.
* LBD (but not too little)
* Maxi skirt
* Cocktail dress
4. Business
Meaning: what a typical office senior person would wear.
* Suit
* Dress (modest; at least knee length; not too short)
* Dress with a jacket
* Blazer and a skirt
* Stockings (optional in summer)
* 3-4 inch heels / loafers / flats
5. Business casual
Meaning: what one would typically wear everyday to a corporate job that does NOT abide by Gen Z clothing (meaning slightly more conservative)
* Skirt, khakis, or pants
* Open-collar shirt, knit shirt or sweater (no spaghetti straps or décolleté)
* Dress (again, modest)
6. Black tie
Meaning: formal evening events, generally after 6 pm.
* Formal (floor length) evening gown (avoid slits, too tight dresses)
* Dressy cocktail dress

stoic ideas that will improve your life
✨ what is stoicism? stoicism is a philosophy that seeks to cultivate virtue, reason, and mindfulness through our will and discipline. practicing stoicism means accepting reality as it is without trying to change it. it means accepting that we cannot control everything in our lives, but that we can control how we react to the things that happen around us.
✨ some benefits
improvement of our mental health.
increased ability to concentrate, and clarity of thought.
better self-control to resist the desire and distractions of others.
✨ stoic ideas to improve your life
live in the present moment, do not leave anything for later. value what you have, and take care of your company.
recognize your mistakes. work on your areas of improvement. making mistakes is not important, it is important to rectify them, look for solutions and work on continuous improvement, learn from each mistake made.
we humans are not so different, we share feelings and emotions. we are all part of the same essence. practicing empathy is healthy.
nothing is good or bad. the important thing is not what happens to us, which is inevitable and neutral, but how we interpret and deal with each situation. it is a matter of perspective. what happens is right. the important thing is to understand, using reason, to find out what we can do and to accept without resistance what does not depend on us.
anything can happen, but if it hasn't happened, don't get ahead of yourself and don't anticipate pain that may not come.
writing a diary. according to the stoics, it is a good habit to dedicate some time each day to reflect in writing, which helps to reflect on the actions of each day and to be more vigilant with ourselves.
contact with nature. breathing fresh air, walking in the environment, enjoying the outdoors and getting in touch with ourselves is an effective way to quiet the mind.
work every day, build slowly. don't procrastinate.
we need very little. we have much more than we need, we do and say more than we need to. it would be good to question this, we would have more time for what is essential and more peace of mind. eliminate what is not necessary.
just because things don't go your way doesn't mean they go wrong. find a learning experience in every experience you think is negative. in reality, it is not. the negative is your attitude and you can change it. don't waste your experiences.
i am learning about this philosophy and many others. the smart thing to do is to keep what we can apply to our life to improve it. if there is something you don't agree with, discard it and keep what resonates with you.
