Top; The cover of a sketchbook begun in 2007 and not filled up until 2024. Below is the first page which shows a watercolor of a Hibiscus planted above the final resting place of a sweet dog who will be long remembered. I put it away and didn't look at it for 15 years when I departed Mexico for Indonesia on a sailing adventure. The pages are close to 6in. by 4in.

Hi everyone :)
Today I want to show you a painting of an iris flower I finished recently. As always, I did it using my favourite water soluble oil paints from @cobraoilpaint and @renesanspolska <3. Both are a pleasure to work with, and make my process and clean up much easier.
There's a small art exhibition near my city this weekend, and I'll be one of the painters presenting my work 🥰 I'm equally honored and anxious. I have a lot of paintings I've done previously, as well as new pieces I made just for the exhibition. I decided to paint a series of flowers, because that's what I know best.
Oh, and I took these pictures using the camera from my new phone, let me know if they look good :).
Please wish me good luck, and I hope to post something more from the exhibition soon :D take care!

I paint sometimes
I make my own paints too. Ever since I learned earth pigments are basically clays from different parts of the world I've been experimenting with it. This will be a thread of my paintings. I mostly paint botanicals using watercolor, but will also paint nature landscapes.
