IN WHICH: blackpink’s y/n and enhypen’s heeseung collab and maybe do a bit more than that.

BACKSTORY: full name (born month, day, 2001, in city, country), known as y/n, is a nationality singer. she was a trainee in yg ent. for two years before debuting in 2016. y/n is the center, sub-vocalist and maknae of blackpink, as well as a soloist. she is the face of many fashion brands. y/n owns her own agency, called ihy.

heeseung pretty much almost dropped to his knees when he found out he would collaborate with a member of blackpink, not because he was a fan, but because sunoo went ballistic crazy for not being able to do so himself, getting jungwon and jake to hold him back, after all, he was blackpink’s biggest fan.

the boys later hung out in the dorm, telling heeseung how to act in presence of a worldwide known idol. they didn’t want him to spark any dating rumors like those of bts x blackpink, that were absolutely everywhere back in 2016.

he listened to some of blackpink’s discography and also watched a bit of vlogs, maybe thinking y/n was funny, but he didn’t quite know if the voices fit together.

y/n’s manager had told her they were going to collab for a a song to be featured in a k-drama, it was nothing like she’d ever done before, but she was really excited.

heeseung got to ihy agency earlier than expected, and was led to the meeting room, where y/n was also early. it seemed they were similar after all.

for him, it was pretty crazy seeing y/n in person after watching all those concert clips and fancams, still not being able to process the level of fame blackpink had outside of korea.

y/n introduced herself, and the first thing he said was “yes, i know,” great.but atleast she laughed.

the two spent countless hours in the studio, training their voices to work well together, and they did, incredibly well.

heeseung was bombarded by questions from his members and paparazzi when dating rumors spark, since the collaboration was not yet announced to the public, since the k-drama was in process of filming, but the agencies had to reveal it to diminish the rumors.

y/n instantly called him when she received the news, telling him to not worry about what anybody said, after all they didn’t know him, plus, she didn’t mind the rumor being with him.

herseung paused his videogames to talk to y/n, several hours.

the two soon had to do an encore of the song and also some accapella video, wich showed their undeniable chemistry and connection, heeseung felt comfortable around y/n and she honestly liked his company. it was nice to be friends when both were talented and matched each other well.

they were seen in the airing of the drama, as they walked the red carpet together, posing cutely and also in a funny way, heeseung actually didn’t mind doing a single little aegyo just because y/n said so.

the next weeks, blackpink went out on tour, so y/n couldn’t contact anyone. whenever she left in tour, her personal cellphone was left in her dorm in korea and her business one came along with her.

heeseung called y/n to congratulate her on the first tour show, as he was able to see it on a live video with sunoo, but she didn’t reply, which was weird, but he assumed she was just tired, so he left a message.

but when he checked the next morning, there was no response either, which ate him alive. he had to know why she weren’t answering. y/n meanwhile, was busy flying to her group’s next destination.

she told the pink’s all about heeseung, how great he was and how absolutely amazing he was at everything. jennie and rosé were convinced she liked him, and she should confess, or at least make it known that she feels something that’s not friendship.

y/n turned the idea down, and so she tried to not get distracted by picturing him in her mind while she dance and sung.

in the born pink korea concert, heeseung was convinced he had to go, he wouldn’t let y/n ignore him without any explanation, so he watched the show and then went backstage, where he waited for y/n.

y/n cheered as the group was close to finishing touring and she could finally go back home to her cat and her friends, and of course, someone special, but it seemed he found her first.

she blinked in confusion when she saw him, and then quickly threw him inside her room, locking the door behind, so no one could take pictures of them and start to assume things.

“i thought you weren’t a blackpink fan?” y/n said, teasing him with a playful smirk, before turning to her mirror to take of her ear in monitor so she could hear him correctly.

“i am also not a fan of people just disappearing” heeseung replied, dangerously watching her every move in the reflection, and then meeting her eyes. “you never called”

y/n then realized how big she had messed up, she didn’t add him to her business phone contact’s, like few of her other friends in case of an emergency.

“i am very, very, very sorry” she said, and explained the situation, feeling herself glancing up at his face one heartbeat more than usual. since when was he so handsome? she had no clue, but seeing him even more closer made her realize she was completely screwed.

her actions where insane, but she insanely wanted him all for herself, so she blurted out everything she was thinking and feeling like word vomit, only stopping when she noticed his face hadn’t changed at all.

“i never said anything, okay? just- forget it all” y/n panicked, and started gathering her stuff in a bag to go back to the main meeting room with the other girls.

heeseung watched her with curiosity, how she three handfuls of makeup and hair extensions inside the bag, breahthing quickly. a small happy smirk crept up on his face, as he stayed silent, waiting for her.

y/n then turned in her heel, and jumped, expecting him to be gone, but heeseung was there, he was still standing in his spot.

“heeseung- you scared me! what are you even doing here? you can go now, i’m also leaving, the girls are waiting for me. and if i don’t leave, i won’t have time to sleep” she said, trying to get around him to the door, but he wouldn’t let her past, only laughing when she got angry, and stopped her platform boot on the floor.

heeseung would have never believed himself falling for this amazingly perfect girl, she was an ace. he was just a complete fool for her the moment he heard her voice in person, and felt like he could never get enough of it.

“don’t run away from me now” he continued laughing warmly, grabbing her arms to stop her, and then lightly booped her nose, “what you said before, it was kinda adorable”

y/n became flushed, and she gulped, before defending the little dignity she had left “i didn’t say anything at all, you’re hearing things, maybe your ego is too big like your forehead”

“woah, okay, i see how it is” he leaned back, still carrying a small smile. “and for the record, i think i want you all for myself as well” he uttered out, leaving her mouth wide open in shock.

she blurted out the quick words of “we seriously need to talk about this when i’m back”, and while heeseung tried to go in for a small hug to say goodbye but, she glitched and ran away, screaming like a crazy lovefool teen girl who just got tickets for her favorite band.

Eden pressed on the doorbell, waiting for her sister to open up. The girls had a lot of schedules after the Born Pink tour ended, but Eden was finally able to take a break and spend the rest of her sister's pregnancy with her.

The door opened, her lips curving upwards before being met with Evelyn. They both gasped at each other. It was the encore concert in Seoul that Eden last saw her sister and she was finally showing. The woman had leggings and a loose shirt on. It was finally starting to hit both of them that Evelyn was going to be a mother and Eden was going to be an aunt soon.

“Oh my god!” Eden slapped her hand to her mouth, almost dropping her overnight bag on the ground. Her belly was bigger and Evelyn was shocked to see her hair cut so short again.

“Your hair!” She reached forward to brush through the strands of her short blonde hair.

“Your belly!” Her sister moved out of the way, letting Eden grab her bag and get inside before shutting the door and locking it. “How many weeks are you now?”

“30 on Friday.” She sighed with her hands on her hips. “I know I’m the elephant in the room but don’t think I didn’t notice your hair.”

“Shut up.” Eden shook her head from side to side as her hair was so weightless and freeing. “We chopped it off yesterday. I forgot how much I like it short. So much easier to take care of.”

“Blonde’s your color.” She leans in, pressing a kiss to Eden’s cheek and brushing her hair away from her forehead. “Alright lil sis. Tell me, what did Noah put you up to?”

“Shush, he didn’t put me up to anything.” A lie. Evelyn guessed that much. “Okay, well he said he had a work trip and he felt bad for leaving you by yourself until he comes home. He didn’t want you to be alone overnight and I wanted to spend some time with my sister because I miss her a lot.”

“Isn’t he just adorable?” Evelyn opens her arms for a hug, laughing as Eden tries to embrace her awkwardly with her bump in the way. “He won’t let me drive, got me these cushion mats for my feet and a chair on wheels so when I do have to be in the kitchen, I can just sit and push myself from counter to counter. Also helps me in and out of the shower.”

“Sounds like he’s very protective.”

“Oh very protective. And sometimes that results in me getting irritated because I feel suffocated and then I feel bad.”

Eden pouts her lips, holding her wrists. “I’m sure he understands. This is your first pregnancy, after all. He just wants to make sure you’re taken care of.”

She nods slowly, knowing Eden is right. An idea pops up into her head. “Do you wanna see the nursery?”

“Oh god yes!”

Evelyn intertwines their hands, dragging her upstairs and to the room beside the master bedroom. When Eden catches a glimpse into the room, her jaw hangs open as she looks around. It appears cluttered but in the best way. She walked over to the crib that was pressed against the wall, running her fingers along the white wood. When she looked up, there was a mobile hanging from the ceiling decorated with felt leaves and clouds. Then she saw the Krunk plush sitting in the corner of the crib. The bear was pink and dressed as one of Eden’s signature outfits from their music video.

Eden chuckled, picking up the plush and smiling back at Evelyn who was leaning against the doorframe. “Really?”

“What? The baby is gonna have the girls from the biggest girl group in the world as their aunts. They’re gonna be a Blink before they even take their first breath.”

“Have you found out the gender yet? I wanna start buying stuff but have no idea what to get.”

“Only my doctor knows. We told her that we want to be completely surprised. That’s why the nursery looks so bland right now. I have different colored flowers for the mobile, sheets, curtains, all that fun stuff. I’m still debating if we should paint the walls. What do you think?”

Eden clicked her tongue before studying the room again. “You can always keep it white and add colored blankets, pictures, rugs, toys, clothing. You don't want there to be too much pink or blue. What if they rebel when they’re older and think it’s not cool to have their room painted this one color?”

“I guess you have a point. But look.” Evelyn waddled over to the changing table where she grabbed a mini projector. “I got this for a nightlight. You can’t see it now but it shows the northern lights!”

It was so clear in how Evelyn spoke and her eyes twinkled that she was really looking forward to motherhood. The thought she put into the nursery was only the start. Eden noticed how passionate and excited she was.

“It’s really cute. You guys have done a great

job so far.” Eden sets the bear down and takes a seat in the rocking chair in the corner. “Have you thought of any names yet? This chair is comfy.”

“I think I want to keep the E names going in the family. My choices for boys are Ellis, Elijah, and Ezra.

Eden tilts her head approvingly. “Nice, I like those.”

“Girls; Evangeline, Esther, and Elsie. But we’re having trouble coming up with Korean names that go well with them. I want them to have both.”

“Like us?”

“Like us.” Evelyn nods with a smile until she blows raspberries out her lips. “But I promised Noah that if it’s a boy, we can start the family chain of N names.”

“That’s fair enough. I love Evangeline so I’m crossing my fingers it’s a girl.”

“You and me both. I’m crossing my fingers, legs, trying to cross my toes but they’re so swollen these days.” She switches most of her weight onto another foot after being on the other for too long. “What did you have planned for today?”

Eden told her in advance that she made plans for them so she was all ready to go when she arrived. She stood up from the rocking chair with a devilish smirk. “It’s a surprise. You can’t know until we get there.”

“Do I need to bring anything?”

“Nope. Just yourself. You’ll love it, I promise.”

Evelyn loved surprises even though they made her anxious. The girls carried Eden’s bag to the guest bedroom, waiting for her sister by the front door. She had her purse and a jacket since it was starting to drop in temperature.

“Can you let me drive, please?” Evelyn folded her hands together, pleading.

“Is that safe? What will Noah say?”

“Noah isn’t going to find out.” She snatches the car keys from Eden to unlock it.

“Only if I can drive back!” She is already strutting to the car.

“Deal!”

Eden walks around to the driver's side, making sure Evelyn can get in without any trouble. She looks content being able to drive after it was forbidden months ago.

“You good?” Eden gave her a thumbs up while raising her eyebrows.

“Yup. Go ahead and get in. I just have to adjust the seat some.”

She complies, getting in on the passengers side and buckling herself in. They turn on the heat to warm up the car and find a radio station.

“Doesn’t this mean you’re gonna have to buy a ‘baby on board’ sticker?” Eden cracks a joke, watching as the woman starts to snort.

“Yup. Noah will probably buy a ‘student driver’ sticker just to be extra safe.”

“Pull in here… there it is!” Eden exclaims, pointing to the massage spa ahead.

“Shut up.”

“Surprise!” They get parked and grab all their things before locking up.

“What did you do?”

“You are getting a massage, Evie. Did you know prenatal massages were a thing?”

Evelyn chuckled, smiling as the two girls walked to the entrance with their arms locked. “Yes, Eden.”

“Well, I didn’t. The second I found out, I booked an appointment for you.”

“Please tell me you’re getting a massage, too.” She squeezed the girl's arm, looking at her like she was in trouble.

Eden hesitated before smiling. “Yes, I am. As of now, our girls' night has just begun.”

They get checked in and are called back in no time. Evelyn is on the other side of the dim room, getting comfortable on the table and lying on her side. They provide her with a body pillow to support her bump, and she looks like she is in complete bliss. They’re getting their massages done by two different people, but Eden lets her pick out the oils, sounds, and the overall ambience. She got distracted watching her sister lay down and she really hoped that this would at least help her in some way. If she’s in pain, she’s doing a good job of hiding it.

The young woman doing Eden’s massage shakes her from her thoughts, indicating her to lie on her stomach. She smiles awkwardly before doing so, letting her head fall into the face cradle.

As the massage proceeds, they both feel all their stresses and tension from the past year release. Her body has been worn down by being on tour for so many months, and she feels it right away when the woman applies pressure to her back. Eden can't even begin to imagine what her sister must feel like. So many things are happening to her body all at once, so she hopes this can provide a little relief. And when she hears Evelyn start to snore, her heart swells.

Eden holds the door open for her, joining at her side and locking their arms together.

Evelyn lets out a deep breath. “That was seriously so amazing. I think Muffin loved it as well.”

“Muffin?”

“It’s got a much nicer ring to it than ‘the baby’. I thought of it when the lady was massaging my belly.”

“It’s cute.” Eden takes the keys from her, helping her inside the car again before going to the other side. She starts the car and adjusts the seat and mirror. “Is there anything else you wanna do?”

“I love you and would love to stay out a while more, but I can’t stop peeing and we’re hungry.” She smiles and pats Eden on the shoulder. “Thank you for the massage.”

“What are you hungry for?”

She takes a minute to think before slouching in the seat. “I want a cheesy corn dog and a big order of tteokbokki.”

“Can you and Muffin handle the spice?” She looked at the woman with wide eyes. She’s never actually seen her sister eat since she got pregnant, so she’s quite excited to see how this plays out.

“I love spice. Just thinking about the cheese melting on top–“Evelyn moans, throwing her head back. “Sorry. Pregnancy cravings. Muffin loves it too. They do a little dance whenever I eat something spicy.”

“Corn dogs and cheesy tteokbokki it is.” She was determined to get her sister whatever she wanted to eat if it meant she could finally see the baby kick.

They were gonna make it at home but Evelyn changed her mind last second and ordered takeout. She wanted to teach her sister how to cook but she was too exhausted for that today.

There were three orders of tteokbokki. One for Eden and the other two for Evelyn. The corn dogs were doubled, and it was hard to believe that she could eat that much on her own, despite the baby growing in her stomach. Eden had a little of hers left and she planned on saving it for later. She watched Evelyn in disbelief as she was on her second bowl, almost half of it gone when she tapped out.

“Don’t look at me like that. I’m gonna come back for more in like two hours.” She rolled her eyes, wiping her mouth and rubbing her hand back and forth on her belly.

The girls got ready for bed and Eden joined her in her bedroom as they started a drama they had been hearing all about recently. When they finished the first episode, they both started laughing uncontrollably when seeing the still frame and OST start playing.

“Those will never get old.” Evelyn holds her chest from laughing too hard and they start the next episode.

Eden got up momentarily to take off the sheet mask she had on before Evelyn starts calling for her. She panics and her heart drops, letting the mask fall to the bathroom floor and nearly falling on her face when she turns to see her sister. Her sleep shirt is lifted to reveal her belly and she has the biggest smile on her face. “Eden quick! Hurry, Muffin is kicking!”

Eden lets out the biggest sigh of relief, having to catch her breath from almost going into panic mode. “Don’t do that. You scared me.” She plops down onto the bed on her stomach, using her elbows to support her as she looks between Evelyn’s face and her belly.

“Hold on, I just have to give her a few pokes.” She massages her tummy, tapping her fingers where the kick was last seen.

“You want to have a girl so bad, don’t you?”

“Of course I do. I want a mini me.”

“Maybe if we keep speaking it out into ex-” Eden stops when she sees her belly bulge in one spot. She gasps, widening her eyes as the baby kicks a second time, except it's a tiny movement. “Oh my god.”

“See? She loves spicy food.” Evelyn grabs her hand, placing it on her bump and moving it around to encourage more kicks.

A minute goes by and Eden starts to think the baby does not like her because as soon as her palm met her stomach, everything stopped.

“Don’t worry. She was a little shy with her dad at first too. Give her a minute to warm up.” She reassures the girl, keeping her hand where it is while she poked the spaces between her fingers. “Muffin, say hi to your aunt. Y’know, the aunt who’s a global sensation and I play her music around the house all the time. She’s gonna spoil you no matter what I say and she’s gonna be your best friend–besides me and dad.”

Eden tries to keep her lips from quivering as she speaks and hoping they’ll become less shy from her words. She waits a few more seconds until she feels a tiny, bashful kick against her palm. She gasps and her eyes twinkle.

“See? Just a shy, little Blink.”

Eden giggles, poking at different spots on Evelyn’s tummy to see if she can get any more kicks. There were moments they’d get a tiny push, much bigger than the last and in longer stretches of time until they started paying attention to the drama.

Eden found it hard to focus on the drama, so when scenes came on with characters she didn’t really care for, her attention turned to her sister's bump. She smiled to herself and held herself back from tapping on her belly. “So the first thing I need to do when I go home is make a cd of all our unreleased music. She’s gonna know all our fan chants before she comes out.”

Evelyn snorts, covering her mouth. “I’ll send you pictures with her holding the hammer.”
